This research presents the development of a Decision Support System aimed at assisting in the enhancement of palm oil production using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The rapid growth in the palm oil industry necessitates a scientific approach to selecting seedlings with optimal growth potential and yield. In this context, the application of artificial intelligence-based technology, such as decision support systems, is essential in the process of selecting superior palm oil seedlings. The objective of this study is to model the criteria for selecting the most superior palm oil seedlings using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by comparing three criteria: leaflet shape, seedling root shape, and prospective trunk size. The result of this process is a decision support system that displays the value range of each palm oil seedling variety, thus facilitating farmers in choosing the most superior seedlings.

This aims to reveal the Impact of Converting Local Coconut Plantation Land into Oil Palm Plantations in an Islamic Economic Perspective in Kuala Keritang Village, Kec. Keritang, Kab. Indragiri Hilir, Riau. This thesis uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The impact on the welfare of the families of local coconut farmers after the conversion to oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village has a positive impact on farmers, their income increases, work is lighter, there is an increase in assets owned, and families feel more prosperous. If viewed from Maqasid Syariah, the impact of converting local coconut plantation land to oil palm for the economy of the people in Kuala Keritang Village is in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

The background of this study stems from a number of issues, including the inability of oil palm farmers to make ends meet financially, the impact of their reliance on oil palm income on the well-being of their families, and the relationship between oil palm farmers' income and the price at which Palm Fruit Bunches (FFB) are sold in Nagari Bawan, Kabupaten Agam. Nonetheless, a lot of farmers continue to struggle with a shortage of funding when it comes to running oil palm plantations and boosting the output of palm fruit bunches (FFB). A qualitative descriptive research approach is used, and it involves gathering research objects based on field data. Direct observation and interviews with oil palm farmers in Nagari Bawan, Kabupaten Agam, were used to gather data. The Nagari Bawan administration (Nagari Secretariat) and thirteen oil palm plantation owners were the research's primary sources of information about the circumstances and state of the study in Nagari Bawan, Kabupaten Agam. According to the author's study findings in Nagari Bawan, Kabupaten Agam, income indicators such as monthly income, employment, and family responsibilities may be used to analyze oil palm farmers' income in order to improve the economic welfare of their families. This indicates that oil palm growers are looking for side employment since their revenue is insufficient to cover their expenses.

One of the systems for cultivating oil palm plantations used by residents in Allied Jaya is the profit sharing system (musaqah). For farmers who do not have garden land, they work to manage the gardens of other farmers who have land. All costs in terms of cultivating the land are borne by the land owner. Apart from that, the custom of the people of Aller Jaya Village in carrying out cooperation in sharing plantation products is not to set a time limit, not to write down a written agreement, and there are no witnesses in its implementation. The provisions in muamalah fiqh state that every time an agreement is made, a time limit must be set and it should be written down to avoid disputes between the two parties. However, this cannot be separated from the knowledge and understanding of the people of Aller Jaya Village. The aim of this research is to find out how the oil palm plantation profit sharing system affects the welfare of the community in the village of Allyr Jaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Checking the validity of the data using Triangulation techniques and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants for this research are land owners and land cultivators. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the existence of this profit sharing cooperation has an impact on the welfare of the community in terms of material needs, increasing income so that daily needs are met. However, not only material needs can be met, spiritual needs can also be met. However, the oil palm plantation profit sharing system in Allyr Jaya Village is not fully in accordance with Islamic economics in the musaqah agreement.

Process and efforts to strengthen or enable the weak. This study aims to find out how the process of community empowerment by the PT industry. Manakarra Unggul Lestari and the impact of this empowerment. The research method used was phenomenological qualitative. The data obtained were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). The results of the study explained: (1) The empowerment process begins with socialization carried out by the PT, this socialization contains methods for planting and developing what is called an oil palm plant. Those who are already members of independent farmer groups are given the opportunity to order oil palm seeds at a low cost. So that many people who previously did not have a job, now work as oil palm farmers. (2) The positive impact of this independent farmer group is the ability of the community to get more optimal results and income than usual. While the negative impact is the emergence of environmental pollution caused by four-wheeled vehicles used as transporters of oil palm crops, the presence of air pollution such as the amount of dust that appears during the dry season can cause people to experience a decrease in body immunity.

The research aims to find out how the palm oil mill workforce and how the production of oil palm smallholders contributes to the income of employees who work in oil palm plantations. The Rokan Hilir method used is interviews and documentation. Sampling was done purposively. The productivity of the palm oil mills is very high because the oil palm farmers are always pressing their superiors to achieve the targets they achieve. Meanwhile, oil palm farmers who have to reach the target of factory employees are unable to calculate how much % of their income is very large, so that the used palm fruit piles up in the factory until they have to fertilize the used palm fruit which is commonly called by the local community as janjangan. The saplings are thrown into the forest or into the oil palm, which the smallholders haven't harvested yet, why throw it back into the oil palm because the saplings can fertilize other palm oil. The research was conducted 3 times to interview employees of the palm oil mill. the pressure of oil palm farmers to achieve the target because their income is already optimal.
