Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative disease that often causes pain, disability and limited mobility, especially in the elderly. Total Knee Replacement (TKR) is one of the preferred surgical interventions in severe OA to reduce pain and improve joint function. Objective: This case report aims to evaluate nursing care in a 76-year-old female patient with OA genu grade III postoperative TKR sinistra accompanied by acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and risk of infection. Methods: This study is a case report using interview techniques, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. Nursing management was carried out based on the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards (SLKI), and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). Prioritized nursing diagnoses include acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and risk of infection. Results: After 3x24 hours of intervention, there was a decrease in the patient's pain scale from 5 to 3 (0-10 scale). Left lower limb muscle strength increased, with active range of motion. The surgical wound remained dry with no sign of infection, and the patient was able to sit on the edge of the bed with minimal assistance. Conclusion: The application of nursing care based on SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI showed significant results in improving the patient's condition. The Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN) approach contributed greatly to the recovery of patients after TKR surgery. Burns are a type of trauma caused by various external factors such as heat, electrical current, chemicals, or lightning, which can damage the skin, mucosa, and deeper tissues. Extensive burns can affect the metabolism and overall function of the body. Burns are classified based on their severity: first-degree burns (affecting only the epidermis with symptoms of erythema and pain), superficial second-degree burns (extending into the epidermis and part of the dermis, accompanied by blisters and severe pain), deep second-degree burns (involving the entire dermis), and third-degree burns (involving the epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous tissue, with damage to blood vessels that reduces blood flow to the affected area). Burn management aims to prevent infection and allow epithelial cells to proliferate and close the wound. Additionally, burns can lead to serious complications such as hypovolemic shock, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, cellulitis, and skin contractures. Therefore, prompt and proper initial treatment is crucial to prevent further complications. With a better understanding of burns, it is hoped that the quality of patient care can be improved, accelerating the healing process and reducing the risk of serious complications.

One of the important innovations in this field is the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The research method used in this study is a literature study or literature review, which is a research approach that utilizes existing sources of information, such as books, scientific articles, journals, research reports, and other sources relevant to the topic being studied. The results of this study indicate that One of the main strategies for optimization is to ensure comprehensive training for all hospital staff, from administrative personnel to health care providers. Effective use of SIMRS requires an understanding of its various functions. Implementation and optimization of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is one of the very important strategic steps in efforts to improve hospital performance. SIMRS integrates various operational, administrative, and clinical functions in one platform that allows hospitals to improve efficiency, quality of patient care, and the effectiveness of overall hospital management. However, its implementation also has challenges, such as high implementation costs, difficulty in integrating existing systems, and resistance from staff who are accustomed to manual systems.

Natuna waters are the most vulnerable area to illegal fishing because there is abundant potential for fishery resources. It was recorded that from May to December 2016, there were 280 foreign vessels in Natuna waters, which resulted in economic losses of 2.98 trillion Rupiah. This study aims to examine and assess the policies and actions that the Indonesian government has implemented in overcoming illegal fishing activities in the area. The results of this study are that the Natuna Waters Area is part of the Indonesian Archipelago Sea Lane (ALKI) and functions as a global waterway. The Natuna Waters Area borders with neighboring countries and is connected to open waters, making it vulnerable to illegal fishing activities. The Indonesian government's strategy in dealing with cases of unlawful fishing in Natuna waters effectively increases the protection of state sovereignty and marine resources through policies such as sinking ships and maritime diplomacy. However, this implementation policy overcomes obstacles in the form of intimidation from other countries, such as China, and weaknesses in supervision and coordination between domestic institutions, which can affect microorganisms in fisheries management and maritime security in the area.

Mobile operating systems are software designed to manage the fundamental functions of devices. The most dominant mobile operating systems in today's market are Android and iOS, each capturing their respective user segments with distinct approaches. iOS is a mobile operating system developed by Apple, tailored for its smartphones, while Android is designed by the Open Handset Alliance (led primarily by Google) and developed for Android smartphones and tablets. This study employs a comparative method to analyze the performance and memory management of Android 11 and iOS 14. The findings reveal that iOS 14 is more efficient, with an average memory allocation time of 90 ms, compared to Android 11’s 120 ms. Android 11 offers greater flexibility in handling heavy applications but at the cost of higher memory consumption. Conversely, iOS 14 demonstrates superior efficiency and stability in memory usage, particularly for lightweight and medium applications.

This study explores the potential of breadfruit leaves (Artocarpus altilis) as a raw material in making skin care soap. Breadfruit leaves are known to contain active compounds such as saponins and flavonoids that have antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties. This study aims to test the effectiveness of breadfruit leaf extract in improving the quality of skin care soap. In addition, this study also highlights the use of breadfruit trees at SDN Kutisari 2 Surabaya, which is one of the Adiwiyata schools. This school utilizes the environment as a means of learning and maintaining the existence of plants, including breadfruit trees, which function as a source of food and traditional medicine. The results showed that soap with breadfruit leaf extract had better cleaning quality and hydrating ability compared to soap without extract. These findings indicate that breadfruit leaves can be a useful ingredient in making skin care products, as well as providing inspiration for the development of more natural and effective soap products, and supporting efforts to conserve natural resources in the school environment.
