This research aims to describe the meaning of the Pond Susu version of the television advertisement "Kuku Bima Energi", which promotes the natural beauty of East Nusa Tenggara. “Kuku Bima Energi” is PT Sido Muncul's superior product. Through television advertisements, PT Sido Muncul can strengthen the brand image of "Kuku Bima Energi" but is concerned about the development of Indonesian tourism. This research question is; How do viewers interpret the television advertisement for the “Kuku Bima Energi” version of the milk pool? Do viewers interpret the television advertisement “Kuku Bima Energi” for brand image formation? Data was collected through qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were television viewers in Jakarta. The object of this research is the Pond Susu version of the television advertisement "Kuku Bima Energi". Data collection was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews conducted with television viewers as informants. Data is also obtained through libraries and documentation from various media, both print and online. The research results show that the brand image of "Kuku Bima Energi" is similar to the benefits of the product, which are felt based on the experiences of each informant. Experience is the most influential in creating a brand.

Literacy is the ability of learners to process and understand information when learners carry out the process of reading and writing. Lamabelawa Village in Witihama sub-district, East Flores district. This village is one of the villages chosen to carry out Merdeka Learning Campus activities, in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Widya Mandira Catholic University. Based on observations, it turns out that there is very little about the importance of literacy and about how to do learning using flash card media, so the developer uses the direct method of learning in order to build a good relationship with students. The purpose of the activity is to help students develop a better understanding delivered through image media, and enrich their understanding visually. This program started from April to June 2024. The number of students involved in the activity amounted to 12 first grade elementary school students. Language serves as a medium for interpersonal communication. The acquisition of language in children commences during infancy and progresses through exposure and linguistic maturation. The enhancement of linguistic abilities in early childhood is geared towards acquainting and enhancing their linguistic repertoire, enabling effective verbal interaction with their surroundings. The realm of language proficiency encompasses four key components: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. A method employed to foster linguistic proficiency involves the utilization of flashcards. The approach employed in this study involves a review of existing literature. The findings revealed that the utilization of flashcard materials has the potential to enhance linguistic abilities among young children by incorporating visual elements such as images, alphabets, symbols, and colors. This, in turn, captures the attention of children, facilitates easier retention of new words, enables recognition of letter shapes and sounds, enhances listening skills, promotes critical thinking, and encourages verbal expression, as evidenced by their communication proficiency.

This research is motivated by children's ability to compose words from several letters. Students' ability to arrange letters into one word has not yet developed optimally. This can be seen during learning activities in class, where the teacher asks students to read. From there, educators took the initiative to provide other learning techniques, namely by using techniques that could motivate children more and attract children's interest in reading activities. The letter stacking board technique was chosen by educators because this technique is believed to make children more enthusiastic and more interested, so it is hoped that it can improve elementary school students' ability to arrange letters into one word. The research was carried out using the development research method. The object of this research is students' ability to arrange letters into one word using data collection techniques, namely observation, questions and documentation. The research instruments used were a scoring rubric and an assessment rubric to guide observation of data analysis techniques. This research produces a product in the form of a letter stacking board whose suitability has been tested by looking at the results of observation and validation. This typesetting board product contains attractive letters and images so it is suitable for use in class II elementary schools and has received a positive response from teachers and elementary school students.

Learning about computer components in schools often relies on textbooks or practical exercises, which can sometimes result in student boredom. Therefore, learning requires innovation to optimize the student learning experience and provide a fresh perspective on the material. One such innovative approach is the use of augmented reality (AR) technology. AR is a breakthrough and innovation in the fields of multimedia and image processing that is rapidly evolving. This technology can transform a previously flat or two-dimensional object into something that appears real and integrated with the surrounding environment. Consequently, it can be applied in education to provide an engaging and enjoyable visual experience. This research aims to develop an educational application for introducing computer components using augmented reality technology, which is expected to assist teachers in delivering the material effectively to students. The research employs a Research and Development methodology, with application testing conducted using Alpha testing. The result of this study is an educational media application for learning about computer components using augmented reality technology, which is engaging and adds a new dimension to the teaching and learning process.

The rapid development of technology in recent decades has had a significant impact, on the field of education. The integration of educational technology in today's era emphasizes developing skills such as problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, criticism, and systematic thinking. But with the advancement of technology, it also presents various challenges. The qualitative descriptive method is one of the research methods used to understand a phenomenon in depth by collecting non-numerical data, such as words, images, or documents. This method focuses on describing and interpreting the phenomena being studied, collecting data through observations, interviews, or study of documents. Adapting to digital learning in this technological age where students have to develop independent skills, while teachers play an important role in understanding digital tools and integrating them into the learning process. With the advancement of technology, teachers can also have more varied media choices in learning and can collaborate and develop new skills according to the materials they are taught. It involves the use of techniques such as time blocking to set a specific time for learning, setting up a learning environment that minimizes distractions, using technology wisely, disciplining in using smartphones, and using applications or learning tools that help improve concentration.

. Design and Development of Interactive Learning Media in Graphic Design Subjects is a research that aims to develop effective and practical interactive learning media on basic graphic design topics. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five development stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.At the analysis stage, this research understands the problems found in the use of learning media in graphic design subjects, such as the limited use of print media and the need for more interactive and interesting media. At the design stage, this research develops a learning media design that involves multimedia elements such as text, images, graphics, sound, video, animation and comprehensive simulations. At the development stage, this research develops multimedia-based interactive learning media, which can provide certain forms of interaction that allow users to interact actively with the program. The research results show that the Basic Graphic Design interactive learning media developed is valid from the instructional and display aspects, and is practical and suitable for use for basic graphic design learning. Thus, this research contributes to the development of interactive learning media that is effective and practical in improving the quality of learning in graphic design subjects.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, many companies are now using the Internet as a major platform in their marketing strategy of skincare products, mainly through social media. The research aims to explore the factors that influence the intention of buying skincare products on the TikTok platform by considering the role of brand image as a moderation variable. The research method uses descriptive causality with a quantitative approach, and uses purposive sampling techniques. Primary data obtained from 267 respondents active TikTok users who were interested in skincare products and collected through online questionnaires. Data analysis is done using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Research findings show that social media marketing activities, online customer reviews, influencer endorsement, brand image can improve purchase intention, while price consciousness does not affect the purchase intent of skincare products on Tiktok platform. Implications, skincare manufacturers and marketers should pay attention to branding strategies on TikTok's platform to boost purchasing intentions. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that can influence the intention of buying skincare products in the digital age.

Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market.

In carrying out teaching and learning activities, of course learning media is needed that can support student learning. E-module is a learning media that contains images, videos and quizzes that can provide feedback in learning for students. This research focuses on developmente-mode basedandroid on the use of hand tools. Developmente-mode based android uses the ADDIE development model which has several stages, namelyanalysis, design, development, implementation, andevaluation. This research uses a research designone group pretest-posttest. The subjects of this research were class X TAV SMKN 3 Surabaya with 32 students. Validation is carried out to measure feasibilitye-mode. Student responses are needed to measure practicalitye-mode during learning. Student learning outcomes in the knowledge domain and skills domain are analyzed using the T test to measure effectivenesse-mode in learning. The research results show that (1) the validity of the developmente-mode obtained a result of 83.89% with very valid criteria, which means it is very suitable for use in learning. (2) practicalitye-mode which was developed obtained student response results of 89.47% with very practical criteria, which meanse-modebased android very practical for use in learning to use hand tools. (3) effectivenesse-mode obtained from learning results in the knowledge domain and the attitude domain. In the knowledge domain, the average value is obtainedpre-test of 48.9, while the average valuepost-test amounted to 87.91, and the T test significance value was 0.000<0.05. In the skills domain, an average skill value of 91.92 was obtained, greater than the KKM value of 75, and a T test significance value of 0.000<0.05 was obtained. It can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and skills.

In the learning process, of course it will be carried out well depending on how the teacher plans learning activities. The presence of learning media will have an important influence on the implementation of learning and this learning media will become an effective tool or dependent media and will be able to become teaching material that can be used by students, process  learning will not be able to take place well without the development of learning media, usually often facing several obstacles, one of which is that facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, for example there is no learning media that supports the continuity of the learning process, learning media includes a sense that is physically used in providing material content.  , which comes from frame images, graphs, cassettes, books, video recorders, tape recorders, pictures, video cameras, films, photos, television and computers. Media is a component of learning resources whose contents are instructional material in the student.

This research aims to examine internal conflict management in organizations through narrative analysis of crisis communication. Qualitative methods were used to understand the causes of conflict, crisis management strategies, leadership roles, the impact of conflict, communication techniques used, and policies and procedures implemented in the organization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results revealed that internal conflicts are often caused by differences in interests, lack of effective communication, and organizational change. Effective crisis management strategies involve open communication, mediation, and a proactive approach. Responsive and thoughtful leadership plays a key role in conflict resolution. Poorly managed conflict negatively impacts productivity, employee morale, and team collaboration, and damages the organization's image. Communication techniques such as collaborative approaches and assertive communication are essential in managing crises.  The practical implications of these findings are the need for the development of clear conflict resolution policies, conflict management training, promotion of open communication, and periodic evaluation of policy effectiveness. With a comprehensive approach, organizations can improve work dynamics and strengthen teamwork.

Tourism refers to a series of travel activities undertaken by individuals or groups from their place of residence to various destinations solely for leisure purposes, excluding work-related or income-generating motives. The tourism industry holds significant importance as it contributes to foreign exchange earnings, facilitates transactions amounting to trillions of rupiah, generates employment opportunities, and fosters product development. This study adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire administered through Google Forms for data collection. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS version 25. The population size is undetermined, with non-probability sampling employed as the sampling technique. The sample comprises 96 individuals who exhibit an interest in or intend to visit Keranggan ecotourism village, having accessed information about it via social media. The research findings reveal an R-Square value of 0.708, indicating that 70.8% of the variance in visiting interest can be explained by destination image and electronic word of mouth variables. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of serialized image media on the achievement of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. His study used a type of experimental research with a Quasi Experiment design in the form of The Equivalent Time Sample Design. The study population consisted of all children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten as many as 2 classes. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with the consideration of taking one group randomly, namely Melati 1 class which amounted to 18 children. This research variable consists of independent variables, namely serialized images and dependent variables, namely the achievement of children's cognitive development. Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheet instrument. The data were analyzed using non-parametric statistics by means of the wilcoxon test with a real level of α = 0.05 with a critical value of 40. The results showed that there was a significant effect of serialized image media on the cognitive development outcomes of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika South Labuhanbatu Regency. With the results of statistical calculations where the hypothesis test results show Jcount of 54.5. The hypothesis testing criteria used are the real rate α = 0.05, with dk = n-1 obtained Jtable of 40, so it can be concluded that Jcount (54.5) > Jtable (40). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or means that serialized image media has a significant effect on the achievement of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency.

The development of technology has resulted in more and more social media platforms appearing that can be used with various functions. Instagram is a social media application that is very popular with Indonesian people. Instagram is the application with the most users in Indonesia which is not only used as a means of entertainment, but Instagram can also be used to build branding for a company, such as Bank Jogja. The Instagram application is used by Bank Jogja to build a positive image with the name Instagram @bprbankjogja. This research aims to determine the use of Instagram in building a positive image of Bank Jogja. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach with PII analysis. The analysis is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation and impact. The subject in this research is Bank Jogja's Instagram @bprbankjogja. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation and interviews. In achieving success in maintaining the positive image of Bank Jogja, currently using Instagram @bprbankjogja, the impact is quite large in disseminating information so that it can cover all groups. Judging from @bprbankjogja's Instagram content about products that are one of the attractions of society by offering this convenience, this has a big impact on society.

This research was conducted because the researchers' interest in the development of academic achievement and the quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was quite rapid, to analyze what kind of promotions were used by WKS Public Relations in increasing the positive image and quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung and to analyze what factors -Factors that can affect the positive image and quantity of students owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The method used in data collection is Observation related to social media promotion in increasing the positive image and quantity of students. Interviews with the Principal, WKS Public Relations and Media Team, as well as documentation data and archives of activities from the management at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of the research obtained from the field stated that the image and quantity owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung in the eyes of the community was considered good. The communication strategies used, such as maintaining communication patterns, planning and arranging tasks as WKS Public Relations at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, as well as maintaining openness and information provided to the public can affect the image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. Based on this, it can be seen that the factors that affect the positive image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung are by planning and carrying out the programs well, improving the service system, maintaining good communication and cooperation among members/teachers or with the community as well as the existence of disclosure of information to the public.

Tourism is one of the sectors that continues to experience development, especially in the era of digitalization. One of an attractive tourist destinations in Bali, Indonesia is Jimbaran. This research was conducted on tourists who have visited Jimbaran. The purpose of this study is to explain how social media marketing moderates the relationship between destination image and tourist satisfaction on revisit intention. This study uses the theory of Planned Behavior with a sample size of 100 people and uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by questionnaire method via google form. The data analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that destination image and tourist satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and social media marketing moderates the influence of destination image and tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention. The findings of this study can help Jimbaran Village authorities in developing policies aimed at increasing tourist visitation by utilizing social media to strengthen the influence of destination image and tourist satisfaction on tourists revisit intention to Jimbaran,
