The alpha generation is the children that the millenial generation has left behind. This article was written by Mark Mc Crindle and published in the Business Insider magazine (Christina Sterbenz, 2015). The Alpha Generation (2011–2025) is the most advanced generation in terms of digital technology and the least advanced generation in comparison to the previous generation. Every day, almost 2.5 million children of the Alpha Generation are born into the world. The generation most familiar with the internet over the long term is Gen A. Mc Crindler also asserts that the Alpha generation is not averse to technology, somewhat socially adept, somewhat creative, and somewhat independent. Alpha generators require quick and somewhat chaotic processes. By enticing them with a technology, they become socially alienated. This article aims to understand the challenges faced by the Alpha Generation in the Industrial Revolution. For many people, literacy is a familiar language. Literasi is a concept with a complex, dynamic, and ever-changing definition that is defined by several methods with extreme caution. According Keywords: Literacy, Technology, Development, and Generation Alpha. to an online Merriam-Webster dictionary, the words "literature" and "letter" come from the Latin and English languages, respectively. Literasi is quality, or the ability to read and write with huruf/aksara that is included in the text. Technology is described as a concept that has to do with the type of application and knowledge about how it might improve human ability to identify and modify objects that are around. At this point in time, technological advancement is experiencing relatively slow advancement. The idea of technological advancement is to advance technology from one era to the next, making it more advanced or better. The ability of the Alpha generation to communicate (read, write, study, and sketch) has somewhat declined as a result of the rapid advancement of technology. Many Alpha children nowadays are highly dependent on their gadgets (games, YouTube videos, and other apps). However, due to technological developments, alpha generation children are lagging behind in literature, which is why they are interested in reading at an age when they should be able to read and understand the content of what they read.

Obtaining high-quality, diverse, accurate datasets for sentiment analysis has always been a significant challenge. Traditional approaches include annotators, which may introduce bias to datasets and are also time-consuming and expensive. These types of datasets may also not represent the variety needed to train robust and generalizable sentiment analysis models. This study introduces a novel combination of techniques to approach the problem with a novel solution. The proposed system, SentiGEN includes the use of a transformer, T5, fine-tuned and optimized using an evolutionary algorithm to generate high-quality, diverse, accurate data for sentiment analysis. The generated data is validated using XLNet to ensure high sentiment accuracy. This combination of technologies has proven successful based on the results derived from evaluating multiple models. From complex transformers such as BERT to more straightforward approaches like KNN, those trained using synthetic data demonstrated superior performance compared to their counterparts trained on real data. This enhancement in predictive accuracy was observed when evaluated on benchmark datasets such as SST-2 and Yelp. SentiGEN can generate high-quality, diverse, accurate, realistic data for sentiment analysis and successfully increased the performance of models trained on synthetic data compared to the same model trained on real data.

Keberadaan kompresor di atas kapal sangat penting karena sebagai salah satu pesawat bantu penunjang pengoperasian kapal. Kompresor adalah merupakan salah satu komponen systim udara kerja di atas kapal dan mempunyai fungsi yaitu memproduksi udara bertekanan yang di gunakan sebagai penggerak utama mesin induk dan generator, kompresor sebagai pemasok udara kebotol angin di atas kapal sehingga sangat perlu di perhatikan perawatan dan perbaikannya untuk meningkatkan produksi udara, namun pada umumnya sering terjadi kerusakan pada bagian-bagian dari kompresor yang mana hal ini mempengaruhi produksi udara bertekanan sehingga dapat menghambat kelancara pengoperasian kapal.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the supply of materials, suppliers, and services, especially in the field of electrical equipment, such as generators, mechanical devices, electrical devices, cables, electricity meters, and so on. The company has a total of 26 employees, all of whom are permanent employees. This company has assessed employee performance every month, but it is done using narratives so it is still subjective and there is no ranking. This is certainly very difficult for HR staff in determining the best employees every month. The purpose of this Employee Performance Assessment Decision Support System design is to improve accuracy and efficiency      in calculating employee performance to determine the best employees. In this research, the system development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This system development also uses two main approaches, which are low- code approach (OutSystems platform) and conventional approach (Laravel framework). From the development using the RUP method, it can develop a    Decision Support System for Employee Performance Assessment for PT XYZ.

This paper presents an optimization approach for a hybrid photovoltaic (PV)-wind-battery energy system tailored for remote areas in Indonesia. Due to the archipelagic nature of the country, many remote areas lack access to the national power grid, making renewable energy solutions crucial. This study utilizes a genetic algorithm to optimize system configurations, balancing energy production, storage requirements, and cost efficiency. Results indicate that the proposed hybrid system can meet local demand with high reliability and at lower costs compared to diesel generators. The study also addresses environmental and social impacts, proposing sustainable energy strategies for Indonesia's underserved regions.

The need for electrical energy in modern life is crucial; however, conventional energy sources such as coal, gas, oil, and nuclear have limitations in their availability. Therefore, people are searching for renewable alternatives for electrical energy. This study aims to evaluate the voltage, current, and revolutions per minute generated by a DC generator, as well as the efficiency of a turbine intended for emergency lighting in a tent. The research involves testing the turbine at seven different head heights, ranging from 20cm to 80cm. In this experiment, a water pump with a flow rate of 5 liters per second is used to supply power to three 8-watt DC lamps. The research results indicate that the maximum power that can be generated for tent lighting is approximately 20.83 watts, with an efficiency of 61.09%, achieved at a head turbine height of 50cm.
