This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Research and development is a test model that is expected to determine these holes. Instruments are tools used to collect information or data. Assessment is a movement to obtain data about how something functions, which is then used to determine ideal decisions in navigation. Characterizes assessment as an evaluation cycle that is linked to student implementation and work results. Before making a decision, evaluation is the process of determining what information is needed and collecting and utilizing that information. Advanced research strategies are techniques used to create specific items and assess their adequacy. Then again, to make a particular item, it is necessary to investigate the needs and test the suitability of the item. Innovative punishment embraces rationality and convenience simultaneously. Inventive reasoning can be considered as a combination of consistent and differentiated reasoning to produce something new. This oddity indicates imaginative reasoning in arithmetic, whereas the different signs are associated with coherent and differentiated reasoning.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. Sub-Holding Purpose Multi Terminal offices can provide additional management by utilizing all office functions honestly, which will help workers maximize their work day and enjoy their position more. Employees perform better at work when they are happy and satisfied. will focus on just one area or just one pier for the office. This study uses a qualitative method.

Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is a commercial area in Makassar City. Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Protection is quite strategic because it can be reached by all levels of society from various means of transportation. Various community activities such as walking, jogging, shopping, office activities, etc. have resulted in the increase in parking for visitors' vehicles in the area, covering the shoulders of the road and pedestrians. From the results of our previous research, it is clear that the cause of illegal parking that occurs in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman is the limited parking space in each commercial building and the standard for calculating parking spaces in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman. This is what causes the loss of user comfort and the change in pedestrian function to illegal parking in the Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is therefore an action that is contrary to Islamic Sharia which is haram because it is illegal, does not comply with local legal regulations and also harms other people. So, to restore the comfort and function of pedestrians in the commercial area of Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman, we will carry out further research with the title "Planning Public Parking Areas in Commercial Areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman in Makassar City", where this research is to solve the problem of lack of parking spaces so that there is no more illegal parking in commercial areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Protection of Makassar City. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis which is used to explain the results of survey interviews with users and observations carried out on Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayomanof Makassar City with the results of a literature review regarding parking spaces. This research is expected to provide a real picture to researchers as academics and the government as policy makers regarding public facilities built for the common good, as study material to determine policies that might be implemented to improve or add to these public facilities, and as a source a reference for writers who might carry out studies on urban planning.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

The aim of this study is to find out how to implement the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the formation of laws and regulations in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and regulatory approach as well as secondary legal materials, namely books on Legislation, other books related to this case and scientific journals from previous research. The study results show that Al can still be utilized in the process of forming regional regulations without eliminating or even replacing the role and function of the regional regulation forming organs. The use of AI in the process of forming regional regulations is only limited to tools that can be used during the harmonization process in the stages of drafting regional regulations. The use of AI is said to have better accuracy and speed in predicting potential disharmony between regional regulations and various other laws and regulations.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.    

The function of this study is to determine the concept of sustainable development and its principles.To develop a development plan based on the concept of sustainable development, it is necessary to understand what elements are needed as well as what factors and tools are needed to develop sustainably. The pillars of sustainable development are economic sustainable, socially sustainable and environmentally sustainable, all of which must develop in a balanced manner; otherwise development will be trapped in conventional development models that emphasize economic growth alone and leave social and environmental development behind. Hypnoteaching is a new learning method in Arabic learning. Start from the development of hypnoteraphy in a variety of functions and uses such as health, psychological to the field of education which is then called hypnoteaching. This method is a learning method that uses positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. The innovation of learning methods with hypnoteaching can make Arabic learning more enjoyable. This research is a literature study that seeks to find the literatures that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. Because this method maximizes students' subconscious, so learning can achieve maximum results with fun learning.

Literary works are human-made products that express the creation’s thoughts, ideas, understanding and feelings about life in imaginative and emotional language. As imaginative works, literary works have an interesting and useful function in unriching the readers inner experience. The aim of this research is to describe the behavior of the main character using the personality structure analysis of sigmund Freud theory which consists of ideas, ego, superego. The type of method used is descriptive qualitative, this method serves to simplify a problem so that i tis easier to break down and understand and easier to descriptive carefully and systematically about the novel Senja, Rain, & Stories That Have Been Finished by Boy Candra. The steps taken in data analysis and data collection are by grouping data according to Freud’s personality structure.

This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs. Taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate, and also give up some of one's wealth as a sign of compassion for fellow humans. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable.

This research discusses the work of the members of the Pademangan Police Substation (Polsek Pademangan). It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

Deviant sexual orientation makes it difficult for gays to interact and communicate like a dominant society, it makes gays need an alternative media in order to interact and communicate with the aim of meeting their social and sexual needs. Gay youth communication on social media is divided into two types, namely verbal and non-verbal. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how satisfied users are with the functionality of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool. This research uses a survey method with quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. A simple regression test was used to analyze data obtained from filling out the questionnaire. According to the research findings, most users are satisfied with the performance of the IoT-based “BottlePress” plastic bottle waste compression tool.

The aim of this research is to analyze the treatment of foreign exchange differences at PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), focusing on transaction management, the use of functional currency, and exchange rate risk mitigation. The research method employed is qualitative, with PT EMTK as the research subject. Data was obtained through literature review, referring to the Annual Reports of PT EMTK. The study indicates that PT EMTK adopts a cautious approach in handling foreign exchange transactions. The majority of business units use the Indonesian Rupiah as the functional currency, and the monetary assets and liabilities are adjusted to the exchange rates at the reporting date. Despite the absence of an official hedging policy, the company still considers current market conditions, especially regarding cash and cash equivalents balances in USD. Additionally, the research reveals that PT EMTK conducts sensitivity analysis on exchange rate risk, measuring the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on pre-tax profits. Overall, the company diligently monitors foreign exchange rate risks and takes proactive measures against external factors that may affect financial performance.

Al- Quran a part from its position as the main source of Islamic teachings, the Koran is also a significant one. Therefore, since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and his companions until now, the ulama have produced various works of interpretation with a variety of methods and styles as their reflection on the Al-Quran. However, these interpretations are not an easy thing, because a person's understanding cannot be separated from several factors such as scientific background, experiences, socio-political conditions and so on. The problem regarding the view of death is that recently there has been no clear definition of death, as a result of increasingly sophisticated technology and also the existence of several deaths before entering the era of technological sophistication. Death in the world of modern medicine has the definition of the end of certain biological functions, the cessation of vital organs. such as breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure. However, advances in medical technology have given rise to controversy regarding what criteria should be used to determine whether a person is dead, because currently, in the world of modern medicine, the reference for determining death is the death of the brain stem (brain death).

Laboratories are uniform in terms of management and availability of complete equipment. Attention is needed to manage the laboratory well. More specifically, the science laboratory includes the fields of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This research aims to find out how science laboratory services are managed at Ma Annuriyyah Jember. The emphasis of this research is how the head of the laboratory carries out management so that the science laboratory services at Ma Annuriyyah Jember can function well in accordance with the observations that will be made. This research uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that the science laboratory service management process at Ma Annuriyyah Jember is carried out well, both from the ongoing science laboratory program planning and the existing science laboratory management structure, at the Ma Annuriyyah school the science laboratory is not only used for practice. Only, but as a classroom where science laboratory learning takes place.
