In practice, journalism has a great influence on the news that is disseminated, the use of journalistic codes of ethics is used to guide the process of retrieving and disseminating the information collected. In this urnal examines the formulation of Islamic journalistic ethics. The rules in carrying out journalistic duties are inseparable from the teachings of Islam which are guided by the Qur'an. So far, some Journalism has made western press theory a guide to the implementation of journalistic duties rather than press theory in an Islamic perspective. Thus, the purpose of this activity is expected to add insight to readers about the implementation of journalism in accordance with Islamic law and can be applied in journalism activities. This research also used supporting documents from both several existing books and journals. The results showed that the formulation of Journalistic Ethics According to an Islamic Perspective needs to be continuously socialized in various activities, both lectures and journalistic trainings, especially on Islamic campuses.

The purpose of this research is to compare customer satisfaction with package delivery services at JNE and J&T Makale City in Tana Toraja Regency. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative research method. A questionnaire was issued to consumers of JNE and J&T as part of the data collection technique. There were a total of 1,085 participants in this research, including 300 JNE customers and 785 J&T customers. Using the Slovin formula, the researchers drew the same number of samples from the whole population in each site, up to 75 people. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was used for data analysis in order to calculate the expected level of product or service qualities based on an analysis of total customer satisfaction. The results showed that J&T consumers were more satisfied with the delivery services than JNE customers,  Therefore, the trustworthiness of the services offered by the Makale City JNT must be enhanced, J&T must increase the service quality in terms of assurances and physical evidence, as well as their responsiveness and sensitivity.

This research aims to examine the liquidity ratio at the Ao' Gading Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Ranting Balusu in the North Toraja Regency. This research's data analysis technique is the analysis of the liquidity ratio, which consists of the current ratio and the cash ratio .In 2018, the current ratio was calculated to be 3.51 %; in 2019, it was calculated to be 3.41 %; and in 2020, it was calculated to be 3.31 %. In 2018, the cash ratio was calculated to be 0.71 %, while in 2019 and 2020, it was calculated to be 1.04 % and 1.20 %, respectively. According to the rules set forth by the State Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, current ratio calculation findings indicate that it is not good, According to the decree of the State Minister for Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006, dated May 1, 2006, and the outcomes of the cash ratio calculation at Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, they are classified as not good. According to the assessment requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, the liquidity of the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu Civil Servant Cooperative  is rated as poor based on the study conducted with several liquidity ratio formulas, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006 does not mean that it is illiquid but the cooperative does not optimize its current assets because its cash is still too small compared to its receivables even though its current assets are greater than its current liabilities.

This research aims to examine the influence of hedonistic style, spiritual intelligence, and financial literacy on students' personal financial management   at   the   Faculty   of   Economics,    Indonesian   Christian University,  Toraja.  This  research  utilizes  quantitative  methodologies. There  are 1,845  students  enrolled  in the Faculty  of Economics  at the Indonesian Christian University Toraja. The Slovin formula was applied to 95 individuals as research samples. Primary data and secondary data are the types of data that are used, and the SPSS version 25 program is used to manage them. Questionnaires  utilizing the probability sampling approach, proportionate  stratified random sampling, are among the data collecting methods. This research employs instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing as data analysis approaches. At a significance level of 5%, the results of the  study  indicated  that  financial  literacy  did  not  have  a  significant positive influence on the personal financial management of students, whereas the hedonistic  style variable had a positive but non-significant effect. Spiritual intelligence has a beneficial and significant impact on the financial management of pupils. Styles of hedonism, spiritual intelligence, and financial literacy all have positive and significant effects on personal financial management, as evidenced by the estimated F value of 32.210, which is more than the F table value of 2.705 and has a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

What is the Mechanism of Supervision, Revocation and Cancellation, Formation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2005, based on Law Number 32 of 2004, concerning Regional Government and Law No. 22 of 2003, concerning the Position Structure MPR, DPR, DPD ·and DPRD Province, Regency and City. This research is a normative legal research which is descriptive and the data is analyzed qualitatively. The result of the research is that the process of formation, supervision, revocation and cancellation is in accordance with Law No. 10 of 2004, Law No. 32 of 2004 and Law No. 22 of 2003.

Permen jelly adalah permen dengan bahan dasar gelatin yang mengakibatkan bertekstur kenyal. Pada penelitian ini dibuat permen jelly yang berbahan dasar daun ungu, rosella dan jahe sehingga akan menghasilkan produk permen jelly yang kaya akan antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan formulasi optimal pada pembuatan permen jelly daun ungu dan rosella dengan penambahan jahe yang menghasilkan permen jelly yang tinggi aktivitas antioksidan dan mempunyai sifat sensoris yang disukai serta menentukan karakteristik sifat fisikokimia dan sensoris permen jelly. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor perbandingan ekstrak jahe, ekstrak daun ungu dan ekstrak bunga rosella. Formulasi yang dihasilkan ada sembilan antara lain F1 (5%; 71,25%; 23,75%), F2 (5%; 47,5%; 47,5%), F3 (5%; 23,75%; 71,25%), F4 (10%; 67,50%; 22,50%), F5 (10%; 47,00%; 47,00%), F6 (10%; 22,50%; 67,50%), F7 (15%; 63,75%; 21,25%), F8 (15%; 42,50%; 42,50%) dan F9 (15%; 21,25%; 63,75%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi terbaik permen jelly daun ungu dan rosella dengan penambahan jahe berdasarkan nilai kimia dan organoleptik adalah ekstrak jahe 15%, daun ungu 63,75% dan rosella 21,25% dengan kadar air sebesar 17,64%, kadar abu sebesar 0,23%, kadar gula reduksi 19,25%, total fenol sebesar 1,32 mg GAE/ml serta aktivitas antioksidan DPPH 7,29%.

Nori merupakan olahan rumput laut jenis Phorphyra yang dibuat dengan cara dihaluskan, dibumbui dan dikeringkan sehingga menghasilkan bentuk lembaran tipis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penambahan daun kelor untuk meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan dari nori rumput laut hijau yang dibuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formulasi yang tepat dalam pembuatan nori dari rumput laut hijau dan daun kelor sehingga diperoleh produk nori yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tinggi dan disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu perbandingan rumput laut hijau dan daun kelor  dengan variasi suhu pengeringan. Faktor pertama perbandingan rumput laut hijau dan daun kelor (10:90, 20:80, dan 30:70), sedangkan faktor kedua variasi suhu pengeringan nori (45, 55 dan 65ËšC). Hasil uji kimia dan sensorik terbaik berdasarkan aktivitas antioksidan adalah substitusi daun kelor dan rumput laut hijau (30:70) dengan variasi suhu pengeringan 45ËšC dengan hasil kadar air 13,38%, kadar abu 8,82%, aktivitas antioksidan 69,73% dan kuat tarik 0,86. Hasil uji warna hijau kehitaman pada skor  4,06, flavor daun kelor agak langu pada skor 2,65, kerenyahan nori tidak terlalu renyah pada skor 2,96, kelaotan nori tidak alot pada skor 2,76 dan kesukaan keseluruhan 2,68.

Kerupuk ikan adalah produk makanan kering yang terbuat dari tepung dengan menambahkan daging ikan, bumbu, dan pengembang. Kerupuk ikan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan daging ikan gabus dan tepung mocaf untuk disubstitusikan dengan ikan tenggiri dan tepung tapioka. Ikan gabus mengandung protein khususnya albumin yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan ikan tenggiri serta kandungan gizi keseluruhan mocaf yang lebih baik dari tapioka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan formulasi serta karakteristik fisik, kimia, dan organoleptik kerupuk ikan sehingga diperoleh kerupuk ikan dengan kadar protein paling tinggi dan disukai konsumen berdasarkan kesukaan keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL dua faktor formulasi daging ikan dan tepung. Faktor 1 adalah formulasi daging ikan yaitu 400g gabus + 100g tenggiri, 300g gabus + 200g tenggiri, 200g gabus + 300 tenggiri. Faktor 2 adalah formulasi tepung yaitu 40% tapioka + 60% mocaf, 60% tapioka + 40% mocaf, 80% tapioka + 20% mocaf. Pengujian kerupuk ikan gabus - tenggiri substitusi mocaf meliputi uji kimia (kadar air, protein, abu, lemak, dan gula total), uji fisik (volume pengembangan), dan uji organoleptik (warna, rasa, tekstur, dan kesukaan keseluruhan). Hasil terbaik yang memiliki kadar protein paling tinggi berdasarkan nilai kesukaan keseluruhan oleh panelis sebesar 4,23 (disukai) terdapat pada perlakuan formulasi daging ikan (300g ikan gabus + 200g ikan tenggiri) dan formulasi tepung 40% tapioka + 60% mocaf dengan kandungan kadar air 5,08%, protein 8,68%, abu 0,980%, lemak 0,27%, gula total 3,54%, volume pengembangan 176,55% memiliki warna krem kecoklatan, rasa ikan yang gurih, berbentuk utuh, rapi, serta ketebalan rata.

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

This research is to find out how the understanding of good governance in the DPRD of Fifty Cities Regency is in the context of Supervision of the formation of Regional Regulations. This study used a purposive sampling technique where the researcher selected 9 key informants from different fields and then this research was analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that good governance is basically a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and their implementation that can be accounted for together. The importance of understanding good governance is something that must be fulfilled by every member of the DPRD so that the optimization of the supervisory function can run effectively and efficiently. Unproductive in formulating regional regulations, it is necessary to have optimal monitoring and in-depth evaluation of the outputs of regional regulations which will be a reflection of the government in being responsible for the results of these regional regulations. For this reason, it is necessary to have the participation of all stakeholders, including the community.

Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan baku dami nangka. Dami nangka merupakan bagian terbesar kedua setelah daging buah yang jumlahnya cukup banyak. Namun pada saat buah matang, dami sering kali dibuang karena rasanya yang tidak manis. Teh memiliki kandungan senyawa polifenol yang cukup tinggi, seperti flavonoid, fenol dan antioksidan. Minuman beralkohol yang digabungkan dengan teh dapat membantu mengurangi efek negatif terhadap kesehatan seperti berkurangnya antioksidan dalam darah, meningkatnya berat badan, dan timbulnya penyakit sirosis hati. Manfaat penambahan gula pada proses fermentasi bertujuan untuk memperoleh kadar alkohol yang lebih tinggi, tetapi bila kadar gula terlalu tinggi aktivitas khamir dapat terhambat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan pengaruh kadar gula dan jenis teh agar dihasilkan minuman alkohol yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tinggi dan menentukan minuman alkohol yang disukai panelis. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor pertama yaitu penambahan gula 75, 125, dan 175 gram. Faktor kedua yaitu penambahan jenis teh hitam, teh hijau, teh oolong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan gula dan teh berpengaruh nyata terhadap sifat kimia pada minuman beralkohol dami nangka. Formulasi minuman beralkohol dami nangka yang tinggi antioksidan adalah penambahan gula 75 gram dan teh hijau dengan aktivitas antioksidan paling tinggi yaitu 85.90%.

Tempe ampas tahu merupakan tempe yang terbuat dari limbah padat atau ampas dalam pengolahan tahu. Tempe ampas tahu mengandung komposisi gizi yang cukup baik (karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat, vitamin B12 dan mineral), akan tetapi keberadaan tempe ampas tahu di Indonesia masih terbebani dengan predikat makanan murah. Penambahan kacang merah pada tempe ampas tahu bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah dari segi nilai gizi terutama serat. Kacang merah merupakan sumber serat yang baik. Setiap 100 gram kacang merah kering menyediakan serat sekitar 24 gram, yang terdiri dari campuran serat larut dan tidak larut air. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor pertama yaitu lama fermentasi dengan waktu 24 jam, 36 jam, dan 48 jam. Faktor kedua yaitu penambahan kacang merah yaitu sebanyak 10%, 30% dan 50%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kacang merah berpengaruh nyata seiring dengan lamanya fermentasi pada kadar air, kadar protein, kadar serat kasar, tekstur dan kekompakan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar abu. Produk terbaik dari beberapa formulasi tempe ampas tahu kacang merah secara kimia maupun fisik adalah tempe ampas tahu dengan penambahan kacang merah pada konsentrasi 30% dan lama fermentasi 36 jam dengan kadar air 73,24%, kadar abu 0,42%, kadar protein 5,21%, dan kadar serat kasar 7,91%, dengan tekstur 4,17 (padat) dan kekompakan 4,09 (kompak).

Snack bars are known to meet consumers' needs for nutrition, taste and practicality. There needs to be additional raw materials that are high in nutrients so that the products produced are beneficial to the body and also provide health effects. One plant that is high in nutrients and also provides benefits for the body is the Moringa plant. Moringa is known to contain more than 90 types of nutrients, namely in the form of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory. Our body needs antioxidants that can help protect the body from free radical attacks, considering that very many free radicals come from outside the body, namely in the form of foods that contain preservatives, dyes, fats, pesticides, pollution, dust and ultraviolet radicals. The process of making snack bars, roasting temperature and the proportion of flour are among those that can affect the characteristics and maturity levels of the resulting product. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature and flour formulations on sensory, texture profiles and antioxidants. The study used RALf (complete random design of factorial) 2 factors. From the results of this study obtained the results of roasting temperature affecting the profile value of the texture parameters hardness / hardness, gummieness / stickiness, chewieness / chewing power but has no effect on the results of antioxidant activity and hedonic sensory. The formulation of cornstarch and moringa flour on the results of the texture profile affects the parameters of resielience / snack bars. Formulation of corn flour snack bars and Moringa flour has a real effect on the antioxidant activity value of corn flour snack bars and moringa flour. Where the addition of moringa as much as 10% with a temperature of 120oC has a value of %ibhibisi as much as 87.66 and flour formulations also have a real effect on all hedonic sensory parameters, namely aroma, color,  taste and overall.

Research on Strategy Development of Rejang Lebong Agribusiness Sub Terminal, aims to analyze internal and external factors of Agribusiness Sub Terminal in Rejang Lebong Regency in order to keep growing and formulate alternative strategies for Agribusiness Sub Terminal development in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research was conducted in March 2022 in Simpang Nangka Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is strategy formulation analysis consisting of internal and external factor analysis, internal external matrix analysis, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, And Threat (SWOT) analysis, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results of this study indicate that the internal factors consisting of strengths and weaknesses that have the highest value are relatively large agricultural/plantation lands. External factors consisting of opportunities and threats that have the highest score are the availability of superior and potential commodities (vegetables, fruit, coffee, grain/rice, and corn) which are very large both nationally, regionally and internationally. This can be strengthened by the AHP decision-making method where the level of the factor that becomes the main priority in achieving the strategic focus of developing the Rejang Lebong agribusiness sub-terminal is the HR factor.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence on the Performance of High School Teachers in Batam City in the mediation of Organizational Commitment. The object of this research uses 3 schools in Batam City, namely SMAN 1 Batam, SMAN 3 Batam and SMAN 5 Batam, with a total population of 160 teachers. Determination of the sample using the Slovin Formula with a Margin Of Error 5% the result is 114 teachers obtained as a sample, data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms in 3 schools and successfully filled out by 131 teachers. This research is quantitative, using Partial Least Square (PLS) for data processing, and the modeling technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study states that the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive influence on Teacher Performance, Variables of Organizational Commitment Successfully Mediate the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation , Competence on Teacher Performance.

The rise of disease outbreaks caused by microorganisms such as SARS, bird flu, HIV and COVID-19 has made people use products that contain antiseptics such as soap and hand sanitizer. However, if used continuously it will dissolve the layer of fat and sebum on the skin so that the skin becomes sensitive, dry, and irritated. The development of antiseptic products can be done with natural ingredients such as green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L). It is known that green betel leaf (Piper betle L) has long been used in traditional medicine and can be a natural antiseptic ingredient for making hand sanitizer. This study aims to determine the formulation of hand sanitizer from betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) accompanied by a physical stability test. The materials used in this study were methyl paraben, triethanolamine (TEA), glycerin, aquadest, 95% ethanol, lime juice, green betel leaf extract obtained from the reflux extraction process. The research was conducted by varying the betel leaf extract 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%. Tests were carried out by covering organoleptic observations (shape, color, odor), pH, homogeneity, dispersion.

The research in this dissertation is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of quality educational institutions that have a good process to create high student achievement, design a good curriculum taught by qualified teachers and good products as evidenced by the students being able to compete with superior schools. inside and outside the city so that, with a good process, Madrasa are no longer underestimated and even become the community's main choice of superior schools. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: ( 1) The formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by : formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa, determining the goals of planning for the development of student talents and interests that have been carried out by the madrasa, mapping talents and interests based on abilities and fields of study . Recruitment of basic education students with implementation of strict selection assessment taking into account several assessments, namely the recruitment of the academic path through with report cards and Olympics. Non-academic selection recruitment is seen from the results of students' memorization of the Koran, sports, arts and so on . (2) The implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by: 1) Programs of extracurricular activities provided for all students according to their potential, interests, talents, and abilities, so that students can develop maximally. 2) Supporting activities through routine and spontaneous activities that are carried out optimally can develop students' talents and interests.

Ketentuan Pasal 24C ayat (1) UUD NRI Tahun 1945 memberikan wewenang pada Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk mengadili sengketa kewenangan lembaga negara yang kewenangannya diberikan oleh UUD. Sedangkan sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 mengalami vacuum of norm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, perlunya diatur  sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 karena Indonesia adalah negara hukum, karena belum tuntasnya pembahasan dalam Perubahan UUD NRI Tahun 1945, karena adanya potensi sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara. Kedua, implikasi hukum  penyelesaian kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 yang dilakukan oleh Presiden melalui instruksi-instruksi terselesaikannya sengketa. Ketiga, dalam perspektif kehidupan kenegaraan, formulasi pengaturan penyelesaian sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara dapat dilakukan melalui tiga opsi : (1) memperluas kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi (2) memperluas kewenangan Mahkamah Agung (3) memberikan kewenangan pada lembaga negara lain.
