Heart failure is a pathophysiological condition where the heart's function as a pump is no longer able to meet the need for blood throughout the body for tissue metabolism (Price, 2015). This situation causes a decrease in cardiac output which can cause comfort problems based on clinical manifestations such as tightness, pain, heart palpitations, a feeling of coldness in the peripheral area, even swelling, muscle stiffness, numbness, and other subjective feelings felt by the patient himself. is defined as a disturbance of comfort because it is difficult for someone to determine the feeling they are experiencing so that the use of the word comfort is more appropriate to describe the feelings experienced by the patient so it is appropriate that in this condition there is a disturbance of comfort in the patient (Potter & Perry, 2014). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hydro-aromatherapy on comfort in Heart Failure patients. This research method is a quasi-experimental pre test and post test with two groups, namely the intervention and control groups. Research data collection was carried out during September 2023 at the Integrated Heart Center (PJT) RSUP.H. Adam Malik Medan. The number of respondents with a diagnosis of CHF that met the study inclusion and exclusion criteria was 32 patients. In the intervention group, they were given a warm water foot soak mixed with aromatherapy oil, while in the control group they only soaked their feet in warm water. Measurement of comfort level uses the "daisy comfort scale" or the numerical daisy comfort intensity scale (Kolcaba, 2000). The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference in effect on increasing comfort levels (p<0.005) in the intervention group by soaking feet in warm water mixed with aromatherapy oil (p=0.000). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that soaking feet in warm water mixed with aromatherapy oils in heart failure patients can increase comfort.

Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and is most common in society. Hypertension is now a major problem for all of us, not only in Indonesia but in the world, because hypertension is a risk factor for heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes and stroke (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019). Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018 shows that around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world are diagnosed with hypertension. The number of people with hypertension continues to increase every year, it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people affected by hypertension and it is estimated that every year 10.44 million people die due to hypertension and its complications (Ministry of Health, 2019). Based on Riskesdas 2018, the prevalence of hypertension based on measurement results in the population aged 18 years was 34.1%, the highest in South Kalimantan (44.1%), while the lowest was in Papua (22.2%). Hypertension occurred in the age group 31-44 years (31.6%), age 45-54 years (45.3%), age 55-64 years (55.2%). From the prevalence of hypertension of 34.1%, it is known that 8.8% were diagnosed with hypertension and 13.3% of people diagnosed with hypertension did not take medication and 32.3% did not regularly take medication. This shows that the majority of hypertension sufferers do not know that they have hypertension and therefore do not receive treatment (Ministry of Health, 2019).

According to available data, colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasms. Depending on location, type of cancer, or gender, this disease ranks 2nd to 4th in terms of worldwide incidence. CRC from year to year shows an increasing trend both in terms of morbidity and mortality. Many factors may be responsible for the development of this disease, including genetic and environmental factors. Although CRC-related mortality is very high in high-income countries, CRC-related incidence and mortality is also increasing in developing countries. CRC that is detected early is completely curable with surgery and subsequent treatment. However, the recurrence rate is high, and cancer drug resistance increases the treatment failure rate. Access to early diagnosis and treatment of CRC for survival is somewhat possible in developed countries. However, these facilities are rarely available in developing countries.

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world. A highly-effective therapy in cancer is chemotherapy using doxorubicin. Sustainable doxorubicin usage could damage the kidneys due to Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) formation that could be seen by increased levels of BUN and creatinine. Curry leaves are commonly found in Aceh and has high antioxidant rate so it has the potential to suppress kidney damage due to the use of doxorubicin. These antioxidants could be useful for decreasing levels of BUN and creatinine. The purpose of this research is to test the nephroprotective effect of Ethanol Extract of Curry Leaves (EECL) to prevent kidney failure on doxorubicin induced wistar strain male white rats. The method of this research is experimental with post test only control group design. The number of samples used was 25 rats which were divided into 5 groups. Positive control group (given vitamin E), negative control group (given CMC-Na 0,5%), and treatment groups (given EECL at doses 50 mg/kgBB, 100 mg/kgBB, and 200 mg/kgBB) orally for 7 days straight and doxorubicin 15 mg/kgBB was induced on the 8th day. The results show that the BUN levels in the treatment group given EECL at doses 50 mg/ kgBB and 100 mg/kgBB are close to the positive control group, but the creatinine levels are still significantly different. Meanwhile, the treatment group that was given EECL at dose 200 mg/kgBB, both BUN and creatinine levels, are close to the positive control group. The conclusion of this study is that EECL has a nephroprotective effect on doxorubicin induced rats and the most effective dose is 200 mg/kgBB.

Description of Mother's Attitudes About Stunting During the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center (supervised by Ayatullah Harun & Hukmiyah Aspar). Stunting is a condition of failure in child growth and development (body and brain growth) caused by malnutrition for a long time. Thus, children who experience this condition tend to be shorter or shorter in body shape than normal children of their age and have delays in thinking. The purpose of this study was to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center. This study used an observational analytic method, namely a descriptive approach, to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a total population of all mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center who visited the January 2022, namely 37 people and a total sample of 30 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the description of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a good attitude was 12 people (40.0%) and a bad attitude was 18 people (60.0%). It can be concluded that the picture of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center was not good by looking at the results that had been obtained. So it is suggested that there is a need for education by health workers to the community, especially to mothers regarding the impacts or risks that will occur in children who are stunted.

Liquidity management is a very complex problem in bank operations. The main cause of bank bankruptcy, both large and small, is not due to failure in financing which results in losses, but rather due to the inability of banks to manage liquidity. This article discusses liquidity management by utilizing the Bank Indonesia Sharia System (SBIS) and PUAS transactions. However, that the two methods have not fully resolved the actual problems faced by Islamic banking in allocating unused funds due to excess liquidity. This study was conducted through a literature search covering various solutions and alternatives to overcome the obstacles faced by Islamic banking in managing its liquidity. To support this study, secondary data was used obtained from Islamic Banking Statistics and the Financial Services Authority. Based on this study, it means that the central bank needs to develop the existing instruments in the PUAS provided by Bank Indonesia as the monetary authority. It is hoped that the liquidity problems faced by Islamic banking can be overcome more effectively.

. In the shipbuilding industry, the repair process is a series of jobs that require a relatively short time. Delays in repairs can occur due to weak management and also caused by less than optimal empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the risks found in four divisions, namely the Production Division, Warehouse Division, Finance Division and Purchasing Division. The study found 31 risk events. Determining the value of each risk is carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. There were 13 risks that had the highest Risk Priority Number, namely the length of approval for requests for goods (RPN = 522.88), delays in payment processes by customers (RPN = 504.64), requests for additional work from the owner (RPN = 477.128), fluctuations in the number of manpower (RPN = 454.08), Changes in material use related to the availability of materials in the warehouse (RPN = 411.768), Changes in material calculations related to design (RPN = 389.017), Length of decision making by the owner (RPN = 388.36), Long material delivery process (RPN = 388.36), Insufficient stock material (RPN = 357,588), Writing the amount on the Request for Goods Bill is not detailed (RPN = 357.71), Lack of availability of stock material (RPN = 349,524), Making and submitting late payment requests (RPN = 316.8), Placement of materials that are less efficient (RPN = 296.8) Risk mitigation is carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the main cause / basic event of each risk. And the mitigation step that needs to be done is by making changes to the warehouse layout. If the layout design of the warehouse is changed to be more efficient it will speed up the material retrieval process which has an impact on the ship repair process time.

Urban farming has so far been initiated by various actors including: the government, the private sector, and community groups. In this study it is useful to find out the analysis in looking at the implementation of urban farming in Denpasar City. This study discusses the differences in the role of urban farming between city government programs and independent organizations, in terms of resources as well as through policy failures and market failures through a qualitative approach. The failure of the policy was due to the agricultural policy initiated by the City Government being less successful in meeting the food needs of the people. Therefore innovation is needed through top down urban farming. Meanwhile, market failure occurred in urban farming in the city of Bandung due to people's discomfort with the products circulating in the market. This is one of the dominant motives for the emergence of bottom-up urban farming by independent organizational groups. Meanwhile, the sources of capital for urban farming are in the form of supporting facilities for planting facilities, hydroponic installations, and making greenhouses, but the capital for urban farming formed by independent organizations comes from contributions from members of the cooperative community and bank funds. An important aspect needed by independent organizational groups is to streamline operational costs by knowing how to reuse used goods into productive goods.

Islam gained great attention in the study of religion due to the development and global influence on the world Muslim population. An understanding of Islam as a religion and understanding of religion from the viewpoint of Islam is an issue that needs to be elaborated in the discussion and the discussion in the field of religious studies. The failure of religious studies to standardize itself as a 'discipline', although many emerging religious studies. The position of those who want to ask "how" to learn Islam as a religion perplexed by tendencies on compartmentalization in education. The failure of religious studies to standardize itself as a scientific discipline, but the outlook is promising because someday they may be separate disciplines by seeking consensus regarding curriculum, problem solving, and performance criteria and become academic background. From a more narrow academic context, so any problem that arises is the study of religion as a whole.
