The social media that is most often used and very liked by Indonesians is Instagram. This research focuses on comments from Indonesian netizens on the Instagram account of a public figure named Fuji, which is currently trending in Indonesia because her vlogs and uploads attract a lot of attention from Indonesian netizens. This research aims to describe hate speech carried out by netizens posted in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram posts. The development of information and communication technology has encouraged the emergence of language crime cases, for example incitement, blasphemy, threats, spreading fake news (hoaxes), bribery, conspiracy, perjury, defamation including slander and insults. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review. The results of this research were to find and analyze 5 hate speeches in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram account posts. There are several tweets from netizens which are included in illocutionary speech acts containing hate speech towards the content creator named Fuji Utami Putri on social media.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. This research aims to address the environmental pollution issue caused by plastic waste in Bantan Timur Village, Medan Tembung Subdistrict, by transforming plastic waste into a valuable product, namely seat cushions. The problem of waste has become a global challenge, especially with the increasing population and activities. The rise in waste leads to negative impacts on the environment, such as disease outbreaks, floods, and a decline in aesthetic value. In this context, this article proposes a solution through the Research and Development (R&D) research method to produce seat cushions from plastic waste. Plastic waste is processed through steps of washing, drying, cutting, and packaging. The product is expected to raise awareness about proper waste management, reduce environmental pollution, and have a positive economic impact. Making seat cushions from plastic waste serves as a practical example of sustainable waste management, involving ecological and social aspects. The results are anticipated to inspire similar efforts in other regions, creating creative and sustainable solutions to address environmental pollution issues.
