Financial literacy is a crucial competency for today’s young generation, especially Gen Z, who are currently in the midst of the development of financial technology. However, the level of financial literacy among vocational and high school students is still relatively low, including students at SMK Negeri 1 Musuk. This community service activity, which includes outreach activities, aims to provide and improve students’ understanding and also change students’ attitudes towards financial literacy so they can manage their finances well, wisely, and responsibly. The method used in this outreach activity is a qualitative method with a type of outreach activity consisting of several stages or sessions: the first is the observation session, the second is the activity planning, and the third is the implementation of the outreach activity. This activity was carried out on December 5, 2025, with 30 participants from class XI AKL 1 participating in this activity. The material presented consisted of the definition of financial literacy, factors, impacts, financial management strategies, as well as case studies or real examples of financial literacy. The results of this activity indicate that there is an increase in students’ understanding in learning financial literacy material, marked by students’ enthusiasm to listen and focus on the material presented. Not to mention, there were quite positive results from this activity: the students became more active in learning, as evidenced by the way they answered the questions I posed. This activity had a very positive impact on the younger generation, fostering awareness of the importance of financial literacy for their future.

This paper examines the dynamic relationship between the change in economic growth and the indicators of sustainable human development in Iraq between 2004 and 2023. The paper provides an example of what can happen when there is overdependence on oil and a lack of investment in the key areas of the economy, such as education and healthcare, which lead to negative outcomes in the human development indicators in Iraq. The paper uses highly sophisticated analytical and econometric tools to examine the relationship between GDP growth, per capita income, government spending, oil exports, and inflation and their effects on human development in Iraq. The findings show that there is a positive but weak relationship between economic growth and indicators of human development in Iraq. This underscores the need that appropriate policy recommendations be made aimed at diversifying the Iraqi economy and also investing more in human capital to facilitate sustainable economic growth and improvement in the quality of life of the Iraqi people.

Community service activities in traditional fish ponds on Tibi Island, Tarakan, aim to increase the productivity of fish and shrimp farming using a simple yet effective approach. The methods applied include manual pond maintenance, such as spreading molasses solution (EM-4) to improve water quality, removing pests such as snails and oysters, and routine net maintenance and water drainage. Feed management is carried out every three days to maintain the nutritional balance of fish and shrimp. Although without the use of sophisticated technology, the success of cultivation depends heavily on the experience and thoroughness of the farmers in managing the pond environment. Overall, this activity demonstrates that a simple and structured approach can support sustainable cultivation, increase productivity, and strengthen collaboration between the implementation team and the pond owners. It is hoped that this method can serve as a useful example for other traditional fish farmers in increasing aquaculture yields and supporting more efficient and environmentally friendly farming practices.

This study analyzes the synergy between human resource development (HRD), work culture, and decision-making systems in enhancing productivity and organizational performance. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative literature review, with sources from peer-reviewed articles from 2021-2025 obtained through databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The research findings indicate that HRD can improve employee competence by up to 28.7%, while work culture contributes 41.4-55% to motivation and collaboration within teams. Decision-making systems, such as AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and BI (Business Intelligence), play a role in optimizing operational efficiency by up to 65%. The synergy of these three elements forms a more adaptive organization to change. One example of the implementation of this synergy can be seen in PT X Jakarta, which experienced a 28% increase in output and employee satisfaction reached 85%. However, the main challenge faced is resistance to change, which can be overcome through effective communication. The practical implications of this study include recommendations for holistic organizational transformation, especially in Indonesia, to face the challenges of global disruption.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) is accelerating and reshaping how organizations attract, develop, manage, and retain talent. Despite abundant case examples and growing practitioner interest, academic findings remain fragmented regarding the antecedents (drivers), impediments (barriers), and organizational effects (outcomes) of AI-based HR transformation. This paper presents a PRISMA-guided systematic literature review of 112 peer-reviewed articles (2015–2025) to synthesize empirical and conceptual evidence on AI in HRM. Results identify three primary drivers: technological capability, strategic alignment, and a data-driven culture; three critical barriers: ethical concerns (bias, privacy, and transparency), skill and capability gaps, and resistance to change; and three outcome clusters: operational efficiency, enhanced employee experience, and elevated strategic HR contribution. We propose a socio-technical conceptual framework that models drivers moderated by barriers to outcomes, and we advance a research agenda focused on ethical governance, human–AI collaboration, capability measurement, and longitudinal evaluation. The review contributes to theory by integrating socio-technical and dynamic capability  perspectives and provides actionable guidance for HR leaders on responsible AI adoption.

Effective leadership is understood as a leader's ability to provide direction, motivation, and empowerment to employees in order to optimally achieve organizational goals. The research method uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 50 ASN respondents working at the UPTD for Road Management Region III. The regression results show R = 0.58 and R² = 0.336, while the PLS analysis displays a path coefficient of β = 0.58 and a t-test of 5.91 (p < 0.05). These findings confirm that exemplary leadership, transparent communication, and employee empowerment can increase work productivity in the technical bureaucracy. This study also found that leadership that directly exemplifies behavior and decision-making can influence employee productivity levels in the public sector. Inspirational and participatory leadership, which involves employees in important decisions, shows a significant influence on increasing work morale and innovation. For example, employees who feel encouraged by their leaders to contribute more tend to show initiative in their tasks and take more responsibility for the work assigned.

This article aims to explore the leadership management of Timothy, a young leader in the Bible, by examining his values, principles, challenges, and the relevance of his leadership for contemporary Christian students. The study employs a qualitative literature review method by analyzing the books of 1 and 2 Timothy, supported by relevant management and theological literature. The findings reveal that Timothy’s leadership is characterized by faithfulness, exemplary living, humility, courage, spiritual discipline, and a strong commitment to maintaining the purity of Christ’s teachings. In facing challenges such as false doctrines, social pressures, and limited congregational support, Timothy demonstrated managerial skills grounded in faith and obedience to the guidance of the Apostle Paul. The study highlights that Timothy’s leadership principles remain highly relevant for Christian students today in developing integrity, resilience, and service-oriented leadership. Furthermore, his example provides valuable insights into integrating spiritual management within academic and organizational contexts. This article contributes to a deeper theological understanding of leadership management that unites faith-based values, moral responsibility, and practical competence to respond wisely and ethically to the challenges of modern life.
