Mental toughness training is an important requirement for young Petanque athletes, given that this sport demands high concentration, emotional stability, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to competitive pressure. This community service program aims to improve the psychological abilities of young athletes through training focused on anxiety management, strengthening focus, developing a positive mindset, and increasing self-confidence. The training method was conducted classically through the delivery of material and direct practice designed according to the psychological needs of FOPI East Java athletes. The evaluation of the training results showed an increase in mental toughness, reflected in the athletes' ability to cope with the pressure of competition, maintain calm, and maintain concentration in competitive situations. The athletes also showed an increase in mental preparedness, a more stable response to pressure, and a more positive mindset towards their abilities. These results indicate that psychological intervention through mental resilience training plays an important role in supporting the performance of Petanque athletes, while also serving as the basis for the development of follow-up programs that focus on mental aspects as an integral part of performance development. This program makes a significant contribution to the character building and competitive readiness of young athletes on an ongoing basis.

This study aims to analyze the effect of stress on emotional eating among whitewater rafting athletes in East Java. Stress, caused by the demands of competition and intensive training, often triggers emotional eating behavior, which involves overeating as a response to negative emotions. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 68 athletes from the East Java Whitewater Rafting Federation. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a stress scale and an emotional eating scale. The results show that the majority of athletes (70.6%) experience high levels of stress, and most (39.7%) exhibit moderate levels of emotional eating. Regression analysis indicates a significant positive relationship between stress and emotional eating (p < 0.05), with stress contributing 9.2% to the variation in emotional eating. This study highlights the importance of stress management to prevent emotional eating, which can affect athletes' health and performance. Recommended stress management strategies include emotional regulation training and providing psychological counseling services.

As a person ages, various changes often arise due to a decrease in biological function caused by the aging process. Hypertension is one of the NCDs that is a threat, especially to the elderly. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, it shows that around 1.13 million people in the world experience hypertension. Nguri Village is one of the villages in Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency, East Java Province. The problem from the results of the study in Nguri Village is that there are still many people, especially the elderly, who suffer from hypertension and a lack of understanding in preventing hypertension, namely 75% or 45 out of 60 elderly people. The aim of community service is to increase knowledge regarding efforts to prevent hypertension. The implementation method uses health education in the form of doing tera exercises to prevent hypertension in the elderly. Previously, blood pressure was measured. Activities were carried out on 30 hypertensive elderly aged >40 years. The results of the activity were that the elderly knew about preventing hypertension, namely 95% of the 30 elderly were able to understand and the elderly were able to carry out tera and exercise activities. Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.

A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.
