This study was carried out at PT XYZ, a business involved in the oil and gas sector, located in Indramayu, West Java. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the mental workload existing at PT XYZ by examining the Weight Workload (WWL) values. The research method used is NASA-TLX. The population for this study consists of 10 workers in the Delta 101 Tank Fabrication section at PT XYZ, totaling 10 individuals. Based on the study, the results of the mental workload calculations for the Delta 101 Tank Fabrication mechanics indicated that out of the 10 respondents, 2 mechanics were categorized as having a High workload. These mechanics are Mechanic 3, aged 53, Mechanic 5, aged 50, and Mechanic 8, aged 52, with a score of 90.7, which falls into the Very High category. The lowest score was obtained by Mechanic 7, aged 29, with a score of 77.3, categorized as High. The researcher provides suggestions for improvements that are expected to help the company address existing issues. The proposed improvements include recommending the addition of workforce; having additional personnel could reduce double job responsibilities, ensuring that installation and welding tasks are performed by different mechanics, thus optimizing the Tank Fabrication process.

The building to be utilized should undergo regular inspections and performance testing to determine whether it can function and operate according to its intended use. Compliance with administrative and technical regulations governing the utilization of buildings is demonstrated through the issuance of a Building Worthiness Certificate (SLF). This study aims to assess the compatibility of the building's function with the conditions during the planning phase and evaluate the structural feasibility of the building. It also seeks to implement the provisions of Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021 regarding the Implementation of Law No. 28 of 2002 on Buildings. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the structural suitability of the MSC Indosat Baturaden building has changed compared to the planned building. Initially designed as a battery storage building, it is currently used as an MSC building or a facility for storing batteries and servers. Additionally, there are discrepancies in the area specified in the original Building Permit (IMB) compared to the current building. Further analysis of the building's structure and the application of current regulations regarding structural serviceability, including dynamic load analysis (earthquake), inter-story drift analysis, P-Delta analysis, and structural cross-section checks, concluded that the building is safe as it meets the requirements specified in SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. The highest structural cross-section capacity ratio was 0.2 < 1, and the inter-story drift value was 0.023 < 0.07. The existing concrete material meets the structural standards, with a characteristic compressive strength of 28.98 MPa. The results of the rebar scan detector test showed that the type of reinforcement used complies with the standards specified during the planning phase, referring to SNI 07–0408–1989. Overall, the structural analysis results for the MSC Indosat Baturaden building indicate that the building is safe and remains fit for use.    

This study explores the factors influencing attendance among employees enrolled in English language courses, with a focus on understanding attendance patterns and proposing interventions to improve participation. English proficiency is a critical asset in the global era, and many companies in Indonesia offer English courses as part of their professional development programs. Despite their importance, these programs face attendance challenges due to factors such as professional commitments and schedule conflicts. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing surveys to gather data from 15 employees participating in English courses at two institutions in Indonesia, one in Jakarta (called Bravo – pseudonym) and another one in Bandung (called Delta – pseudonym). Results highlight two primary factors affecting attendance: (1) professional development as a key motivator and (2) schedule conflicts as a major barrier. To address these challenges, the study proposes actionable interventions, by implementing a blended learning model and integrating mutual agreements between companies and course providers including creating supportive environment such as implementing blended learning model, designating learning hours and providing reward or incentive.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix and service quality This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, and promotion, is considered a crucial element in influencing customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality, which encompasses responsiveness, reliability, and empathy, also plays a significant role in building customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey technique (questionnaire) involving a sample of customers from PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The population of this study consists of 61 customers of PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The sampling technique used is the Slovin method, with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS to determine the direct influence between the variables studied. The research results show that the marketing mix significantly influences customer loyalty (β₁ = 0.352, t = 3.747, p = 0.000). Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty (β₂ = 0.319, t = 2.478, p = 0.014). Customer satisfaction significantly impacts customer loyalty (β₃ = 0.320, t = 2.690, p = 0.007). The marketing mix significantly influences customer satisfaction (β₄ = 0.453, t = 3.799, p = 0.000), and service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction (β₅ = 0.445, t = 3.830, p = 0.000).

The public health quandary in Indonesia encompasses the presence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). DHF is frequently encountered in tropical and subtropical regions. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recorded Indonesia as the nation with the highest incidence of DHF in Southeast Asia. To avert DHF, it is imperative to engage in routine eradication of mosquito breeding grounds. Moreover, augmenting public cognizance and comprehension regarding DHF prevention through educational outreach is of paramount importance. The objective of this initiative is to ascertain the level of knowledge about DHF among students at SDN 18 Delta Pawan, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency. The methodology employed includes lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The findings revealed that the students' knowledge at SDN 18 Delta Pawan fell into the High category for 12 students (34.3%) and the Low category for 23 students (65.7%). It can be inferred that this educational outreach was fairly beneficial in enhancing the students' knowledge about dengue hemorrhagic fever at SDN 18 Delta Pawan.

This research focuses on analyzing the performance of dry bulk unloading at Tanjung Tembaga Port, with a case study of PT Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of dry bulk loading and unloading services at the port and identify efforts that can be made to improve loading and unloading productivity. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through direct observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical methods and compared with the established operational service performance standards. The results showed that the performance of loading and unloading at Tanjung Copper Port seen from all indicators of loading and unloading performance can be concluded that the average of all indicators includes good category as evidenced by the total percentage of the average of 79.96%. This study concludes that to improve loading and unloading performance, PT Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara needs to improve facilities and infrastructure, improve operational systems, and provide training to the workforce. Thus, it is expected that the port can be more efficient in handling dry bulk loading and unloading and contribute positively to the supply and distribution chain.

The research to find out the design of the circuit form protoype from wye delta, how to replace the system control circuit starting wye delta, and obtain a large result measuring the flow current of the 3 phase induction motor when the motor starts the motor running. Method used between another study of literature, than to do design and testing of tools and data retrieval. The results of the system test is effective, obtained, digging, initial current, electric motor with value, with the acquisition of measurement results when using the wye system on R, S, and T phase each 0,6 ampere, 0,8 ampere, and 0,6 ampere. When using the delta system on R phase of 7,5 ampere,S phase of 8,5 ampere, and T phase of 8,3 ampere. Prototype from thid tools operates with controller system, using a toll called a semiautomatic control system, whit an electromagnetic working principle ehere the main function of the contactor is as a magnetic switch.

Salah satu elemen penting dalam mempengaruhi suatu usaha adalah marketing mix (bauran pemasaran), sehingga sangat penting untuk diterapkan guna meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui usaha tomoro coffee melakukan penerapan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) dengan menggunakan produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place) dan promosi (promotion) yang nantinya akan terciptanya loyalitas konsumen. Bauran pemasaran dapat dikatakan efektif apabila dapat menyatukan empat hal ini dengan efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta preferensi pelanggan. Adanya konsep ini dirancang guna membantu sebuah usaha dalam melakukan perencanaan dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Maka dari itu, Metode pengumpulan sampel ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 45 orang responden. Sedagkan metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa produk berpengaruh negatif siginifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, tempat berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Tomorro Coffe Deltamas.

Carrying out work practices in this industry is one of the requirements for the industrial practice course. This practical activity aims to find out directly the state of the industry in terms of work readiness. The aim of this industrial practice activity focuses on finding out what components are contained in the Star-Delta hydrant pump panel, knowing the process of installing the Star-Delta hydrant pump panel and knowing how the Star-Delta panel works. In implementing this industrial practice, observation methods, library observations and interviews are used. PT. Tiga Kreasi Indonesia is a company that operates in the field of manufacturing electrical panels, with one of its products being Star-Delta hydrant pump panels to stabilize air pressure in hydrant pump lines. The hydrant pump's star delta panel functions to control and secure what happens if undesirable things happen, such as protecting a building or factory. This research produces new knowledge and understanding regarding the design of Star-Delta Panel hydrant pumps which are widely used in homes, factories and offices to minimize the occurrence of fires.

The advance of technology has affected many aspects of people’s lives. One field that also has been greatly affected by this advancement is Education. There are lots of online learning platforms that emerged in the past 2 decades. Khan Academy and IXL are two favourite examples of those platforms that are being used to help students learning Mathematics and Science. DeltaMath, although not as famous, is also of the platforms that are available and can be used to help students learning Mathematics. This study examined the impact of DeltaMath toward students’ Mathematics learning outcomes. There are 56 samples in total that are divided into 2 group of 28 students. One group is the group of students who are introduced to and are using DeltaMath as supplementary resources in their learning and the other group consisted of students that didn’t use the DeltaMath in their learning. Main findings show that: 1. The average score of the final exam of group who used DeltaMath is higher than the group of students that didn’t use DeltaMath. 2. Students who solved more than 150 questions in DeltaMath performed better in the final exam than most students, their average is 7 points higher compared to the average of all students. 3. There is no significant difference between group that are using DeltaMath compared to group of students who didn’t use DeltaMath. There are still few publications related to DeltaMath, unlike Khan Academy and IXL, thus, this study hopefully can contribute to the research of the impact of using DeltaMath.

The human development index needs to be prepared early on. Toddlers are the nation's next generation whose nutritional status must be taken into account. Toddler growth and development is a continuous process starting from the womb until adulthood. Monitoring growth and development in toddlers needs to be done. The aim of this community service is to measure the weight, body, height and developmental status of babies and toddlers to detect stunting early. The method used is direct examination using scales, macrotoa and KPSP sheets

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayanai dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Deltamarga Adyatama Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh karyawan PT. Deltamarga Adyatama Semarang, ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 107 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh kepemimpinan yang melayani dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kepemimpinan yang melayani, motivasi intrinsik, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi menyatakan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan.

In the era of globalization, packaging plays a very important role, apart from showing a good appearance the packaging certainly supports the product image, but in fact the labels on the packaging are often ignored by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSME actors prioritize the product packaging strategy and ignore other supporting factors, namely labeling. Labels are writing, pictures, or a combination of both that are inserted into, affixed or printed on and form part of the package to provide comprehensive and complete information about the contents of the package. The product packaging strategy uses labeling, namely by placing a combination of writing or images, then placing it as a supporting part in the product packaging to increase interest in a product, it can also make it easier to recognize because the information from the product is placed in an easily visible part. Labeling the product contains information of the product or the brand, it also can be the composition or the certificate of legality. As well as taxes contained in small and medium businesses that can help determine the selling price of an item to be marketed.

Community  Service  Partners  in  this  activity  are  Micro, Smalland  Medium  Enterprises (MSMEs) in  the  business  of  producing  and  selling  culinary in karawang.  This MSME  has  been  in  Karawang city  for  more  than  30  years.  However,  the  marketing system that used is still very minimal and conventional. Forthis reason, MSMEs need to be  given  training  on  the  importance  of  using  digital  marketing  so  that  the  marketing system can be better to achieve the desired targets and can support better sales activities. In  addition,  MSMEs  also  provide  assistance  in  creating  business  accounts  in  digital media  such  as  Google  Business  and Instagram,  and  how  to  manage  this  digital  media optimally Output fromthis ativity is a Google business and InstagramBusiness account, scientific articlepublished in national journals, and activity reports. The method used is by provide training to create accounts in digital media for the MSME and how to manage it optimally. The results showed thatdigital marketing strategy assistance by Community Service Partners can be followed up with periodic guidance that can be done effectively and  optimally  in  supporting  MSME  marketing  activities  to  increase  sales  of  MSME businesses

The characteristics of coastal plants in the form of river estuaries, estuaries, and deltas in protected areas in the sub-tropics and tropics are the notions of mangrove plants. It can be concluded that mangrove plants are ecosystems that exist between sea and land with conditions in the form of productive and extensive forests. Mangrove plants are also often called coastal forests, mangrove forests, brackish forests, tidal forests because mangrove plants live near the coast and have an important role in their ecological value to support coastal development activities and marine conservation. This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya dan aktivitas masyarakat Kampung Naga yang terletak di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kampung Naga adalah kekayaan budaya yang ada di Tasikmalaya. Budaya di Indonesia sangat beraneka ragam yaitu seperti rumah adat, upacara adat, pakaian adat tradisional, tarian adat tradisional, alat musik dan lagu tradisional, dan senjata tradisional. Setiap masyarakat pasti memiliki budayanya sendiri dalam budaya pasti ada ciri khas tersendiri yang sudah melekat sejak nenek moyang ada dan sampai sekarang turun temurun Masyarakat Kampung Naga masih mempertahankan tradisi dan adat istiadat seperti menjaga tatanan hidup masyarakat kampung. Masyarakat nya relative terbuka mereka bisa menerima perkembangan zaman walaupun yang mereka pegang teguh adalah adat, perkembangan zaman dan teknologi tidak membuat Kampung Naga kehilangan identitasnya. Melestarikan budaya di Kampung Naga ini menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat setempat karena masyarakat Kampung Naga identik dengan gaya hidup yang masih berpedoman pada adat istiadat setempat. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masyarakatnya sebagian besar beraktivitas bertani. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kualitatif sebagaimana mengacu pada teknik pengumpulan data berupa cerita, gambar, dan tulisan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah  aktivitas kehidupan di masyarakat Kampung Naga terdiri dari mata penceharian, membuat kerajinan tangan untuk wisatawan yang berkunjung. Budaya yang masih di junjung di Kampung Naga terdiri dari Upacara Adat dan pantangan – pantangan yang tidak boleh di lakukan di Kampung adat tersebut.

Perkembangan teknologi di era sekarang berkembang sangat cepat salah satunya di bidang industri. Di Indonesia industri mengalami kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, baik industri besar maupun kecil, berbagai teknologi bermunculan, dari teknologi yang baru ditemukan hingga perkembangan teknologi sebelumnya. Motor induksi adalah motor yang menggunakan medan magnet agar dapat mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi kinetik serta memiliki slip antara medan magnet stator dan medan magnet motor. Motor tiga fasa memiliki fitur yang dapat diatasi dalam beberapa instalasi, salah satunya adalah sistem penggerak bintang (Y)-delta multi sistem (Δ) yang sederhana dan dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kerja pada star delta dengan motor tiga fasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sehingga hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan merancang sistem kontrol dengan beberapa tombol seperti star, delta dan off. Dimana hasil realisasinya pada rangkaian putaran motor akan mengalami kecepatan yang lebih tinggi ketika ditekan tombol delta. Jadi kesimpulannya tombol-tombol tersebut dapat mengatur kecepatan putaran motor induksi dari minimum hingga maksimum.

Robot menjadi pilihan untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia mengatasi masalah kepresisian, keamanan, fleksibilitas dan pekerjaan yang berulang. Bidang industri merupakan salah satu bidang yang telah menggunakan robot dalam pekerjaannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan efesien, terutama dalam melakukan tugas pick & place yang membutuhkan keamanan, kecepatan, presisi dan konsistensi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dibuatlah robot delta yang cocok dalam melakukan tugas tersebut, terutama dalam industri pengemasan. Pada penelitian ini robot delta yang dibuat merupakan prototype yang memiliki ukuran kecil dan berbasis Arduino Mega 2560. Robot delta ini memiliki 3 DoF (Degree of Freedom) yang disusun secara paralel dengan konfigurasi segitiga. Aktuator robot ini menggunakan motor servo yang dikontrol oleh mikrokontroler dengan input yang berasal dari joysitck dan GUI melalui komunikasi serial. Input yang berasal dari joystick dan GUI diproses oleh mikrokontroler untuk melakukan perhitungan inverse kinematics yang telah diuraikan, sehingga mendapatkan hasil sudut untuk ketiga servo untuk mencapai posisi end-effector yang diinginkan. Selain secara manual, robot dapat dikendalikan secara otomatis dengan mode perekaman posisi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laras Asri Resort and Spa Salatiga yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: Bagaimana peranan tenaga casual di Laras Asri Resort and Spa Salatiga? Apakah strategi yang digunakan Laras Asri Resort and Spa untuk memaksimalkan kinerja tenaga casual? Manfaat apa yang di dapat Laras Asri Resort and Spa dengan adanya tenaga casual? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan 5 orang sebagai responden dengan rincian 2 responden tamu, 1 responden tenaga casual, 3 responden manajemen Laras Asri and Spa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa 1. Dalam melakukan peranannya yaitu sebagai tenaga bantu lepas di Laras Asri Resort and Spa Salatiga tenaga casual sudah bekerja cukup baik dan sangat membantu kinerja hotel 2. strategi tersendiri dalam mengatasinya salah satunya adalah demgan melakukan pengawasan dan pengarahan kepada tenaga casual baik sebelum, sesudah maupun selama bekerja, 3. Penggunaan tenaga casual di Laras Asri Resort and Spa mempunyai pengaruh penting dan memberikan manfaat yang positif bagi Laras Asri Resort and Spa Salatiga terutama pada bagian Food and Beverage Department karena selain mengurangi beban pegawai tetap juga dapat membantu semua pekerjaan di food and beverage department serta dapat menekan pengeluaran.

Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Kedisiplinan Karyawan Dalam Peningkatan Kinerja di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kedisiplinan Karyawan dalam peningkatan Kinerja. Faktor-faktor pendukung Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan dan Faktor- Faktor Penghambat Kedisiplinan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak.  Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket( kuesioner), observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode analisisdata yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, kualitatif dengan angkaprosentase. Berdasarkan penelitian yang diuraikan dalam Tugas Akhir ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak dilaksanakan dengan menetapkan peraturan, kewajiban dan larangan. Pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pegawai di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak juga menerapkan sistem keadilan dengan cara memberikan penghargaan (reward) dan hukuman (punishment), dan melalui pendekatan progresif. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung kedisiplinan kerja di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak adalah kepemimpinan, balas jasa / penghargaan, motivasi kerja dan sanksi. Dalam hal ini sanksi menjadi faktor pendukung yang sangat berpengaruh. Faktor penghambat kedisiplinan dalam PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak adalah faktor lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan angka prosentase menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak dilaksnakan dengan sangat baik. Hal ini terlihat dengan hasil penghitungan angket. Sebagai penutup penulis mengungkapkan saran agar pelaksanaan disipli kerja pegawai di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak semakin ditingkatkan.
