This study aims to explore the phenomenon of using a second Instagram account among Generation Z as a strategy for impression management and privacy protection. Amidst the dominance of a culture of show-off and hegemonic aesthetic standards on primary accounts, Generation Z tends to experience aesthetic fatigue and social pressure due to scrutiny from diverse audiences (context collapse). Using Erving Goffman's Dramaturgy theory, this study examines how individuals construct distinct identities on the front stage and back stage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five Generation Z informants who have multiple accounts, as well as passive participant observation of their digital activities. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the primary account functions as a highly curated front stage to maintain professional and social reputations. Conversely, the second account functions as a back stage that allows Generation Z to engage in emotional catharsis, honest self-disclosure, and identity experimentation through unique names (pseudonyms). The use of a second account is a strategic response to reclaim personal authority over their life narratives from the pressure of algorithms and public judgment. The study concludes that second accounts are not just a technological trend, but rather a self-defense mechanism for Generation Z to maintain authentic space and maintain mental health amidst massive digital transparency.

The Comprehensive Systematic Land Registration Program (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) is a government initiative aimed at providing legal certainty regarding land rights by accelerating land registration in Indonesia. However, in its implementation, various administrative problems have been identified that result in the issuance of Certificates of Ownership (SHM) with administrative defects, particularly regarding land that previously held a Right to Build (Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) or a title deed in the form of a Deed of Sale and Purchase (Akta Jual Beli (AJB). This study aims to analyze the mechanism for canceling SHMs due to administrative errors in the implementation of the PTSL and the forms of legal protection available to parties harmed by the issuance of such administratively defective SHMs. The research method employed is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a case-based approach. The results of the study indicate that the cancellation of SHM due to administrative defects can be carried out through administrative mechanisms at the National Land Agency or through a lawsuit in the Administrative Court. Examples of administrative errors by the PTSL committee include errors in the verification of legal data, failure to conduct a land history investigation, errors in the measurement of land parcels, and disregard for the rights of other parties who previously held HGBs or AJBs. Legal protection for aggrieved parties is provided through administrative remedies, civil lawsuits, administrative court actions, and the blocking of problematic certificates. Holders of a previously issued Deed of Sale (AJB) have the legal standing to seek the cancellation of a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) issued in another party’s name, as the AJB serves as authentic evidence demonstrating a legal relationship to the land in question.

This study aims to analyze the reconceptualization of national security in the digital era through the case of the 2021 Facebook data breach involving 533 million users across 106 countries. As digital technologies become increasingly integrated into governance, economic activities, and social interactions, cyber threats have emerged as a significant challenge to contemporary security frameworks. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using library research methods, drawing upon academic literature, official reports, and relevant policy documents. The findings indicate that national security has evolved from a traditional military-centered concept toward a broader and multidimensional framework that includes cyber threats as a form of non-traditional security challenge. The Facebook data breach demonstrates how cyber threats transcend geographical boundaries, involve complex attribution problems, and generate multidimensional impacts on individuals, societies, economies, and states. Through the lens of Securitization Theory developed by Buzan, Wæver, and de Wilde (1998), the incident illustrates how data security has become securitized as a matter of national and international concern. Furthermore, the Human Security framework proposed by UNDP (1994) highlights the vulnerability of individuals whose personal information becomes exposed in the digital environment. This study concludes that cybersecurity should be recognized as a fundamental pillar of national security in the digital age, requiring comprehensive strategies that integrate technological resilience, data protection regulations, human resource development, and international cooperation.

Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

This study aims to analyze the Cambodian government's efforts to address human trafficking from a human security perspective. It employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing secondary data from relevant journals, reports, and academic publications. The findings indicate that human trafficking in Cambodia has evolved into a hub for digital-based fraud linked to transnational cybercrime networks. Victims face not only labor exploitation but are also coerced into participating in online fraudulent activities, such as romance scams. This surge in human trafficking is driven by weak law enforcement, high levels of corruption, low public digital literacy, and the rapid expansion of the online gambling industry and special economic zones, which serve as operational bases for criminal activities. The Cambodian government has implemented various measures regarding prevention, protection, and law enforcement through regulations, international cooperation, victim rescue operations, and anti-fraud campaigns. However, the effectiveness of these policies remains limited due to the state's constrained capacity and the ability of criminal networks to continuously adapt to advancements in digital technology. The study concludes that addressing human trafficking in Cambodia requires strengthened governance, more intensive international cooperation, and improved public digital literacy.

This study examines the effect of digital banking transformation on financial inclusion in emerging economies, using Indonesia as a case study. Digital banking transformation refers to the technological development of banking services, including accessibility, transaction speed, system security, service integration, and the availability of user-relevant financial features. Financial inclusion is defined as individuals’ ability to access, use, and benefit from formal financial services in an easy, secure, affordable, and sustainable way. This research employs a quantitative explanatory design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to users of mobile banking, internet banking, digital bank applications, and digital payment services in Indonesia. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling with criteria of being at least 17 years old, residing in Indonesia, and having used digital banking services within the last six months. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that digital banking transformation has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, with a path coefficient of 0.684, a t-value of 14.276, and a p-value of 0.000. The R-square value of 0.468 shows that 46.8% of the variance in financial inclusion is explained by digital banking transformation. These findings suggest that digital banking expands access to financial services, increases usage of formal financial products, and reduces barriers related to distance and cost. However, its effectiveness still depends on digital literacy, security, trust, infrastructure, and consumer protection. The study implies that banks and regulators should strengthen inclusive, secure, and affordable digital financial services for underserved communities.

This study examines the legal protection of children's rights to inclusive education and its implications for the institutional governance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Indonesia. A normative juridical method with a descriptive-qualitative library-based approach is used to evaluate the coherence between macro-level child protection regulations and operational standards for school management. The data are entirely secondary, sourced from statutory laws, ministerial regulations, and pertinent scientific literature. The findings reveal a fundamental tension: the constitutional rights of children with special needs to access non-discriminatory ECE are robustly guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 35/2014 on Child Protection, and Law No. 8/2016 on Persons with Disabilities, yet a wide gap persists at the implementation level. This discrepancy arises because derivative ECE governance instruments including accreditation frameworks and curriculum standards still frame inclusion readiness as a voluntary component rather than a binding obligation. Consequently, ECE institutions encounter systemic barriers in human resource management, physical accessibility, and curricular flexibility. The study underscores the urgency of transitioning ECE management toward a Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) and recommends that the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education reform accreditation instruments by embedding inclusive indicators as mandatory prerequisites for institutional feasibility, thereby aligning administrative governance with the fulfillment of children's constitutional rights.

Stunting remains a persistent nutritional challenge that threatens human capital development in Indonesia. This study examines the effects of exclusive breastfeeding, female education, sanitation, access to safe drinking water, inadequate food consumption, and poverty on stunting prevalence across 34 provinces in Indonesia during 2017–2024. The study employs a random-effects Panel EGLS estimator with Panel Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) to address heteroskedasticity and cross-sectional dependence in provincial panel data. The findings reveal that exclusive breastfeeding, female education, and adequate sanitation significantly reduce stunting prevalence, while poverty significantly increases it. Interestingly, inadequate food consumption is negatively associated with stunting prevalence, potentially reflecting the contribution of government nutritional assistance and social protection programs. In contrast, access to safe drinking water does not show a statistically significant effect. Among the explanatory variables, female education is strongly associated with reductions in stunting. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening women’s education, improving sanitation quality, and expanding poverty-alleviation and nutrition-sensitive interventions to accelerate reductions in stunting and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 2 in Indonesia.

The rapid digitalization in Indonesia, reaching 180 million active social media users, has not been accompanied by adequate security system resilience, thereby triggering massive data breach risks. This study aims to analyze the privacy navigation mechanisms of the digital society as an instrument for mitigating information leaks. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study (library research) approach, which examines primary and secondary literature related to regulations, digital behavior, and user psychological factors. The research findings indicate that privacy navigation in the digital era has not operated optimally due to the dominance of social existence needs, which triggers the privacy paradox phenomenon. Although users possess knowledge regarding cyber risks, the desire for social validation through self-disclosure often overrides technical protection logic. The practice of using secondary accounts (second accounts) was found to be a form of manual navigation, yet its effectiveness remains dependent on individual digital literacy. The implications of this research emphasize that mitigating information leaks requires the integration of critical user awareness, platform governance transparency, and consistent law enforcement through the PDP Law. Digital awareness must transform into reflexive protective behavior to maintain informational sovereignty in cyberspace.

This study aims to analyze the environmental impact of waste generated by the gecko processing home industry based on environmental law regulations in Indonesia. In its processing activities such as lizards and snakes. These activities produce organic waste in the form of animal organs, blood, body fluids, and other waste in the materials that are later utilized as catfish feed. The research method used is qualitative with a normative juridical approach, statutory approach, and literature study. Data were obtained from laws and regulations , scientific journal, and environmental law literature. The results of the study indicate that the disposal of waste into rivers can increase Biological Oxyen Demand and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) levels, cause unpleassant odors, and reduce water quality and public health. The utilization of waste as catfish feed can reduce the amount of waste disposed of, however, it still requires hygienic processing to prevent biological risks. From the perspective of environmental law, the direc disposal of the waste into rivers is not in accordance with Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management and Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management. Therefore, better waste management is needed through proper waste treatment, increased awareness among business actors, and goverment supervision so that home industries can operate sustainably and in an environmentally friendly manner

Tax administrations are undergoing a fundamental transition from conventional audit practices based on manual inspection and limited sampling toward data-driven supervision supported by big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transaction infrastructures. However, developing economies, particularly in Southeast Asia, continue to face structural constraints such as fragmented legacy systems, informal economic activities, uneven digital literacy, corruption risks, weak data interoperability, and evolving privacy regulations. This study aims to develop a contextual framework for detecting potential tax-reporting fraud by integrating big data tax analytics, localized machine learning, explainable artificial intelligence, blockchain-enabled value-added tax data integrity, and socio-organizational governance. The study adopts a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach combined with Design Science Research. The methodological design integrates policy and institutional analysis, machine learning model design, and socio-organizational validation using secondary literature, Southeast Asian case studies, regulatory review, and simulated data architecture. The main contribution of this study is the Contextual Tax Analytics with AI and Blockchain Framework, or C-TAX-AIB Framework, consisting of three interrelated layers: Data Layer, Analytics Layer, and Governance and Human Layer. The Data Layer proposes a hybrid blockchain architecture for e-Faktur and value-added tax reporting integrity; the Analytics Layer introduces localized machine learning and explainable AI to support transparent risk scoring and anomaly detection; and the Governance and Human Layer embeds privacy protection, taxpayer digital literacy, auditor readiness, and trust-building mechanisms. The framework advances prior studies by moving beyond algorithmic fraud detection toward an integrated governance model suitable for developing economies. The protection of sensitive information in the financial sector requires a security architecture capable of preserving confidentiality, integrity, availability, auditability, and regulatory accountability across multiple institutions. Conventional centralized security models remain vulnerable to single points of failure, unauthorized access, data manipulation, and limited transparency in inter-organizational data sharing. Blockchain offers tamper-resistant records, decentralized trust, and verifiable audit trails; however, its direct implementation in financial systems is constrained by scalability limitations, smart contract vulnerabilities, privacy leakage, and conflicts between immutable ledgers and data protection principles. This study aims to develop a blockchain-based data security system for protecting sensitive financial information by integrating permissioned blockchain and Zero-Knowledge Proofs. The proposed method adopts a consortium-oriented permissioned blockchain architecture, represented by Hyperledger Fabric, to ensure controlled participation, certificate-based identity management, endorsement policies, and auditable transaction validation. Smart contracts are designed as policy-enforcement components for consent management, access authorization, data commitment, revocation, and audit logging. Zero-Knowledge Proofs are incorporated to verify customer attributes, eligibility, and access rights without disclosing raw personal or financial data. Sensitive information is stored off-chain in encrypted form, while the blockchain records only cryptographic commitments, hashes, consent states, and audit events. The expected result is a security model that improves data integrity, controlled access, privacy-preserving verification, and compliance-oriented accountability while reducing unnecessary exposure of sensitive data on-chain. The implication of this research is the provision of a technically coherent framework for financial institutions seeking to adopt blockchain securely in regulated environments, especially where data confidentiality, auditability, and privacy compliance must be achieved simultaneously.
