Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the nasal mucosa mediated by immunoglobulin E (IgE) in response to allergen exposure. This condition has become a significant global health concern because of its increasing prevalence and substantial impact on quality of life, sleep, cognitive function, and work productivity. AR is also commonly associated with other atopic diseases, including asthma and atopic dermatitis. This article aims to review the current understanding of allergic rhinitis, focusing on epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and evidence-based management strategies. This study used a narrative literature review method by analyzing scientific articles, clinical guidelines, and peer-reviewed journals published between 2015 and 2025. Literature sources were obtained from PubMed, Google Scholar, and relevant medical databases using keywords related to allergic rhinitis, IgE, diagnosis, and immunotherapy. The findings indicate that allergic rhinitis involves complex immune mechanisms characterized by Th2 lymphocyte activation, IgE production, and inflammatory mediator release. Diagnosis is primarily established clinically and supported by allergy testing such as skin prick tests or serum-specific IgE measurement. Intranasal corticosteroids remain the first-line therapy for moderate to severe cases, while antihistamines and leukotriene receptor antagonists are used as adjunctive therapies. Allergen immunotherapy has shown effectiveness in modifying disease progression and improving long-term outcomes. In conclusion, allergic rhinitis is a manageable chronic disease that requires a comprehensive and individualized treatment approach involving environmental control, pharmacotherapy, and immunotherapy.

Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

The Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) is Indonesia's primary conditional cash transfer (CCT) scheme for poverty alleviation. This study examines PKH effectiveness in improving household welfare among beneficiaries in Oebobo District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), employing a Three-Stage Least Squares (3SLS) simultaneous equation approach. The analysis integrates a Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) perspective to evaluate Access, Participation, Control, and Benefit (APCB) dimensions for vulnerable groups. A mixed-methods explanatory sequential design was applied to 151 beneficiary households selected via proportional sampling across three urban sub-districts. The 3SLS estimations establish that targeting accuracy (X1) and economic empowerment (X3) are the most significant determinants of PKH effectiveness; PKH effectiveness (Y1) strongly shapes household governance (Y2) through the Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2) mechanism; and PKH effectiveness is the dominant determinant of household welfare (Y3), with a near-unity coefficient (β=0.97). GEDSI analysis reveals that female-headed households, the elderly, and persons with disabilities face compounding vulnerabilities inadequately addressed by current program design. The study recommends strengthening data verification systems, embedding economic empowerment as a core pillar, and adopting differentiated targeting based on intersectional vulnerability profiles.

This research is motivated by the increasing urban activities in Mempawah Hilir District as a Regional Activity Center, which has led to high traffic movement at the intersection of Jl. Raden Kusno – Jl. A. Djaelani – Jl. Raden Sujarwo. The diversity of land use and the meeting of arterial and collector roads create potential traffic conflicts and accident risks. The installation of traffic lights is implemented as a traffic control measure; however, its effectiveness in improving safety and comfort needs further analysis. This study aims to assess traffic safety and comfort conditions after the implementation of traffic lights at the intersection. A quantitative approach was used with primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires on road users’ perceptions and field observations, while secondary data included traffic accident records from Mempawah Police and spatial development data from Google Earth Pro, Google Maps, Copernicus, and Google Colab. The analysis employed descriptive-comparative, spatial descriptive, and scoring methods. The results show that traffic lights implemented since August 2023 have reduced traffic accidents and improved safety conditions, although not yet optimal compared to the lowest accident rate in 2021. Increased land use activity and traffic volume influence this condition. User perceptions indicate improved comfort internally, but external factors such as road conditions and side obstacles still reduce comfort and safety.

Financial information systems in higher education institutions manage highly sensitive assets, including tuition payments, scholarships, payroll, vendor transactions, budgeting, and institutional financial reporting. Although ISO/IEC 27001:2022 provides a risk-based foundation for establishing an Information Security Management System, its implementation in universities is frequently constrained by fragmented governance, limited resources, complex asset environments, inconsistent managerial commitment, cultural resistance, and limited real-time monitoring capability. This study aims to develop an integrated security evaluation model for campus financial information systems by combining ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Zero Trust Architecture, AI-driven threat detection, security maturity assessment, and human-factor analysis. The study adopts a mixed-method sequential explanatory design integrated with Design Science Research. Quantitative stages include asset identification, risk scoring, ISO 27001 control gap analysis, maturity assessment, Zero Trust readiness assessment, and AI-driven detection readiness assessment. Qualitative stages include document analysis, semi-structured interviews, observation, expert judgment, and thematic analysis to examine organizational, cultural, and behavioral factors influencing security control effectiveness. The proposed outcome is the HEFIS-ISMS Model, an integrated framework consisting of seven layers: ISO 27001 control compliance, risk-based asset protection, security maturity, human and organizational factors, Zero Trust readiness, AI-driven detection readiness, and improvement roadmap. The model is expected to address the static and compliance-oriented limitations of conventional ISO 27001 assessments by introducing adaptive access control, continuous monitoring, anomaly detection readiness, and phased implementation guidance. The study contributes theoretically to cybersecurity governance in higher education and practically to risk-prioritized security improvement for resource-constrained universities.

This study aims to analyze the budgeting activities of the Surabaya City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DP3A-PPKB) in supporting stunting reduction, while evaluating policy effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy through William N. Dunn's evaluation framework. A qualitative case study design was utilized, supported by document analysis of planning records, budget realizations, and stunting prevalence data from 2019–2024. Findings reveal that DP3A's budget allocation aligns with the regional development plan and facilitates family-based sensitive interventions. Despite the first-quarter 2025 realization reaching only 9.5% of the total IDR 58.3 billion, strategic programs persisted through cross-sectoral collaboration and adaptive implementation strategies involving multiple stakeholders. The study concludes that DP3A's contributions are indirect, contingent on inter-organizational synergy among regional apparatus units (OPD). Ultimately, stunting reduction success hinges not on budget magnitude alone, but on systemic integration, policy coordination, and sustained collaborative governance across sectors. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening institutional networks to improve program effectiveness and long-term nutritional outcomes for children.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of single‑micronutrient fertilizer Mn‑EDTA (12%) in enhancing the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.). The treatments consisted of control, standard NPK, 0.25 NPK, 0.50 NPK, 0.75 NPK, and 1.00 NPK. The experimental findings demonstrated that the application of single‑micronutrient Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer had a highly significant effect on vegetative growth and yield components of sweet corn, with statistically higher values compared with the control treatment. In general, fertilizer dosages equivalent to 0.25–1.00 NPK produced greater plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, ear length, ear diameter, biomass weight, ear weight with husk, ear weight without husk, plot yield, and productivity than the control. The RAE calculation indicated that the fertilizer was effective when applied at dosages equivalent to 0.75 and 1.00 NPK. The highest effectiveness was observed at the 1.00 NPK dosage, with an RAE value of 101%. Notably, the application of Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer at the 1.00 NPK dosage provided significant field effectiveness, as reflected by the RAE value of 101%. This result implies that the use of single‑micronutrient Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer at the 1.00 NPK dosage increased yield by 1.01 times compared with the yield improvement obtained from the reference fertilizer relative to the control treatment.

Using Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a moderating variable, this study looks at how profit sharing and profit margin financing affect the effectiveness and stability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The primary topic discussed is how various Islamic financing arrangements affect the operational effectiveness and financial stability of banks, as well as whether credit risk enhances or diminishes these connections. This study aims to examine the direct impacts of financing modalities as well as the moderating influence of NPF on the performance of Islamic banks. Based on secondary data from eight Islamic banks in Indonesia between 2018-2024, this study employs a quantitative methodology using panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that while profit margin financing has no discernible impact on efficiency, profit sharing financing has a favorable and considerable impact. Profit margin financing has a negative and negligible impact on stability, whereas profit sharing financing has a positive but negligible impact. Additionally, by changing the direction of influence, NPF significantly moderates the association between profit sharing financing and both efficiency and stability. However, it does not significantly moderate the effect of profit margin financing on efficiency, but it does on stability. In summary, the effectiveness of Islamic financing is heavily reliant on risk management, especially credit risk control, where NPF is a key factor in evaluating whether financing can improve stability and efficiency in Islamic banks.
