The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The final product is a user-friendly web-based ticket booking application supported by an intelligent chatbot, offering a seamless user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining the travel booking process efficiently.

Personnel Leave Application Information System Application: The Personnel Leave Information System at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital is an application built for the web-based leave application process. This research was conducted on the Staff Leave Information System at the Regional General Hospital of Batu Bara Regency using research methods, namely the Observation method, Library Research, Field Research, needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. This application was built using software, namely the PHP programming language, HTML, CodeIgniter, Composer database used by MySQL. The application built operates on the Windows Operating System. The WEB-based Application for the Information System for Applying for Employee Leave at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital has helped the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital in registering and informing employee leave applications quickly and accurately, and can also provide information to employees to find out whether the leave process has been approved or not. approved.

The results of this study show that the school website can be used well because the results provide information that is easy to reach and more accurate.

The aim of this research is to design and build an online marriage registration service information system at the KUA Tinggi Raja District using the CodeIgniter framework which can support or facilitate marriage registration at the KUA Tinggi Raja District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the waterfall system development method. The applications created are designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The software used in designing this application uses the PHP programming language, XAMPP as the web server, MySQL as the database. The result of this search is an application for the Tinggi Raja Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service so that this application can support the Telluwanua Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service. The application was tested using the black box test method and results were obtained without program errors, while for questionnaire testing using usability the results were very in line with the score, namely utilization of 96%. Hopefully this application can help online marriage registration services at the KUA Tinggi Raja District.

Marketplace system is a means of meeting sellers and buyers online, in this case service providers and car renters. With this information system, renters no longer need to bother looking for the required car that matches the criteria, and service providers are also easier in marketing and expanding their marketing reach. This system was built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method of development which allows customers to place orders, select vehicles, eliminating complexity in the traditional process involving visits to rentals. In car rental services there are several problems that need to be resolved. First, there is no web-based information system service that makes it easy for customers to access car rental service company information. Second, conventional services are still fairly slow. Currently, reservations are made in two ways, namely coming to the place or contacting the telephone number on Whatsapp so that prospective tenants have to wait for a response from the rental provider to get information about prices and available cars. Therefore, a car rental information system is needed that specifically serves fleet rental with online booking to display transaction information in the form of car rental and return on the system dashboard to support strategic purposes. This research focuses on building a car rental information system using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

SD Andir Mukti merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan swasta di Kota Bandung yang berada dalam naungan Yayasan Andir Mukti sangat membutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk memanajemen data inventory barang di SD Andir Mukti, yang mana pada saat ini masih menggunakan pengelolaan data inventory manual. Pengelolaan data yang bersifat manual tersebut dinilai kurang efektif bagi keberlangsungan kegiatan pengelolaan data karena sering terjadinya ketidaksesuaian dalam pengelolaan barang. Perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP ( Hypertext Prepocessor ), HTML ( Hyper Text Markup Language ), CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap yang didukung oleh database MySQL serta dibantu Framework Codeigniter untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil dari keseluruhan pengujian dengan menggunakan blackbox menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional dan non-fungsional, pengujian blackbox yang dilakukan secara non-fungsional yaitu dalam setiap pergantian halaman membutuhkan respon atau waktu kurang lebih 10 detik, dari hasil pengujian whitebox menunjukan status valid pada tahap pengujian unit dan pada pengujian UAT ( User Acceptance Testing ) dengan menggunakan variabel perceived usefulness menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 85% dengan status memuaskan.

This research is entitled "Design and Build a Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division of PT. XYZ Bekasi". The purpose of this research is to find out how the Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division and the obstacles faced, as well as provide solutions to problems or obstacles in the system. From the results of the observations made, it can be concluded that the management of Kaizen data at PT. XYZ still uses the manual system. Of course, this causes several problems such as: Staff or Operators need a lot of time to approve the Kaizen form, difficulty reading the writing written on the form, and the form storage method is not neat and structured so that it is difficult in terms of management and reporting of the ongoing Kaizen program. The research methods used are Library Research and Field Research. There are three Actors/Users in this system, namely Staff/Operator, Manager and HR. Staff/Operator can only access the form management page, Managers can access to approve the form page, while HR can access all form management pages, make approvals, manage the theme of managing departments, manage accounts, manage reports and manage consultation schedules. The programming language used to create the Kaizen management system is PHP version 7 with the CodeIgniter framework with MySQL version 8. With the existence of the Kaizen Management Information System in the HR Division, it is hoped that it can simplify and accelerate the Kaizen management process.

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan, terutama di sektor perhostelan, mulai menaruh minat dan mengembangkan sistem reservasi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Neu Hostel adalah sebuah hostel yang berlokasi di Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan alamat Tugu 1 No 1, RT 02/RW 08, Tugumukti, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Saat ini, proses reservasi kamar di Neu Hostel masih dilakukan secara manual, tetapi pelayanan kepada para pengunjung hostel belum optimal karena terbatasnya informasi mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia di hostel. Dalam rangka mempermudah proses reservasi kamar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pengunjung hostel, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan metode Prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Neu Hostel. Sistem informasi reservasi hostel ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan didukung oleh sistem manajemen basis data MySql dan editor teks Sublime Text. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi reservasi Neu Hostel, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah melakukan reservasi kamar dan mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman para pengunjung hostel dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Neu Hostel.

With the various advantages that CodeIgniter has, there are still many who haven't used it because they don't know enough about the CodeIgniter framework. Just like at Muhammadiyah University of Jambi, students don't know about the CodeIgniter framework. Students' ignorance of the CodeIgniter framework is due to the lecturer's limitations in teaching, namely the lecturer's limited time to teach or limited time. So, lecturers at the Faculty of Science and Technology teach only material according to the established syllabus, they cannot teach material outside of that, such as: material about the CodeIgniter framework. Given this problem, the author intends to hold training for Muhammadiyah University Jambi students about web development and web creation with the CodeIgniter framework. With this training, students can learn about the history of the web, web development, the meaning of frameworks, the most important thing is that students can create their own web using the CodeIgniter framework.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

Web-Based Information System for the introduction of cultural arts in the city of Sumedang built using Codeigniter, this system contains articles/news about the arts and culture of the city of Sumedang which were made using Codeigniter, and MySql for database storage. This system will be able to help users to know more about cultural arts in the city of Sumedang, including the art of reak and the renggong horse. The final result obtained is the Application of CodeIgniter in the Sumedang City Cultural Arts Recognition Application, which in general can function properly. Users can get information about the cultural arts of the city of Sumedang, and users can also participate in sharing data that the admin wants to validate.

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

Until now, the Beber Village Government, community complaints still have to go to the village office, Kadus houses or BPD. Complaints like that, of course, will take a little time and take a little longer. Data on public complaints is not stored as evaluation Material for evaluation and preparation of the RKPDes. Information submitted from the village government took a long time to reach the community. Although basically now there is a name WhatsApp, the public can also send WhatsApp messages by sending evidence of events and others. However, the complaint message will not be stored in its entirety, even a few days after the message arrives, it's easy to be crushed by other messages, making it difficult to find it again. In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

Kemudahan proses pembelian rumah menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan akan produksi rumah. Citragrand merupakan satu dari banyak perusahaan  real estate di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penjualan yang tidak menentu setiap bulannya, membuat perusahaan kesulitan dalam menentukan target penjualan pada awal tahun dan juga dalam menentukan top product di tahun tersebut. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi yang dapat meramalkan penjualan di tahun mendatang, serta menentukan tipe rumah apa yang bisa menjadi top product hingga penjualan paling sedikit, sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas rumah dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Peramalan penjualan atau forecasting adalah metode analisa perhitungan dengan hasil perkiraan peristiwa di masa depan yang membutuhkan data masa lalu sebagai referensi dan memakai pendekatan kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif. Forecasting yang digunakan dalam hal ini menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Selain di ramalkan penjualannya, juga dilakukan proses perangkingan produk perumahan terbaik yang dihitung menggunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW). Dengan menggabungkan forecasting dan perangkingan produk, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah penjualan yang dialami oleh perusahaan Citragrand Semarang. Kedua metode ini dibuat dengan berbasis website yang dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan framework Codeigniter sebagai server program. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu Sistem Pendukung keputusan dan peramalan dengan tujuan mendapatkan hasil top product dan peramalan penjualan untuk tahun berikutnya.
