Seiring dengan merebaknya penyakit yang banyak menyerang sapi maka penulis mengangkat judul Sistem pakar dengan metode forward chainning. sistem pakar adalah ilmu informasi yang berisi  seorang pakar sehingga  layak menjadi seorang pakar,  aplikasi ini dirancang dengan basis pengetahuan  fakta dan  penalaran,  dari kumpulan data - data faktual dengan mencari aturan atau gejala gejala yang sesuai hipotesis dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penentuan gejala yang sudah diidentifikasi. Perancangan aplikasi ini  berbasis mobile dengan bahasa pemrograman Java pada Android sebagai client dan database MySQL sebagai server dengan  PHP sebagai link login sehingga aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan cepat saat ingin mengakses aplikasi tersebut.  expert sistem (sistem pakar) juga dikenal sebagai sistem yang berusaha menerapkan     pemikiran manusia untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dalam  perangkat lunak, sehingga komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah Topik seperti yang biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang profesional dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chainning  forward chainning ini menggunakan aturan  (if) kemudian dilanjutkan pada kesimpulan atau informasi turunan (then) sehingga menemukan fakta yang dapat ditarik sebagai kesimpulan. Forward chaining berarti menggunakan set aturan tindakan bersyarat. Teknik ini menggunakan data untuk menentukan aturan mana yang akan dieksekusi, atau  menambahkan data ke memori  untuk diproses guna menemukan hasilnya.

There are several techniques and methods that can protect the privacy system in electronic medical records, namely the mIBE, AES, DES, RC4, and RSA methods. As well as techniques such as Cryptography, Firewall, Cloud Computing, Client-Server, and Access Control. The results of the literature review show that the safest technique to use is the cryptographic technique, because the technique is standardized, can be used without limits and the cost is low. And the safest method used for electronic medical records is mIBE-AES because this technique has been proven safe and fast for storing medical record documents.

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Ketiga server tersebut saling berkomunikasi sehingga terjadi sinkronisasi diantara ketiganya, di sini peran Domain Controler (ADDS) sangat penting dan semua client saling berhubungan dan berkomunikasi antara satu dengan  lainnya, karena semua user harus JOIN ke domain bioteknologi.net untuk mengakses data dan aplikasi yang diperlukan user tersebut.

The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

As a server, using Mikrotik Os where in Mikrotik Os there are several important and interesting features provided by Mikrotik itself, among those features are bandwidth management, firewall, DNS client chacing, and many other features provided by Mikrotik. With this Mikrotik provides stability of internet data transfer in accordance with the management of Mikrotik Os as a server. The client uses a Windows-based operating system, this is because the driver tool used is more compatible using a Windows operating system than using a Linux-based operating system, because it has to compile the driver.
