Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak administration includes payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP), extracurricular money (including: scouts, computers, volleyball and drum bands) and Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) money up to the preparation of financial reports every day, every month to every years to be reported to interested parties, such as the school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation, and all these payments are still recorded manually. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast. With the existence of a system, it is hoped that later the design can assist in the transaction process for paying tuition fees, UTS, UAS and all expenses at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak, besides being able to produce software applications that aim to increase productivity and support facilities in administrative activities, especially tuition payments. , UTS, UAS and expenditure transactions at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak and the recording process becomes more effective because recording is only once during the school financial administration payment process and speeds up the process of searching for data and submitting school financial administration payment reports

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini memberikan dukungan yang besar terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi penjualan tunai bagi perusahaan penjualan komputer seperti SIK, khususnya menggunakan teknologi informasi terkomputerisasi atau lebih dikenal dengan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Teknologi informasi dapat memproses data lebih cepat dengan kesalahan minimum, menghemat tenaga kerja dan menghemat biaya. Sistem informasi penjualan uang dirancang dengan metode pengolahan data secara langsung. Penggunaan metode pengolahan data langsung dimaksudkan agar data penjualan tunai dapat langsung diolah. Until now, the Beber Village Government, community complaints still have to go to the village office, Kadus houses or BPD. Complaints like that, of course, will take a little time and take a little longer. Data on public complaints is not stored as evaluation Material for evaluation and preparation of the RKPDes. Information submitted from the village government took a long time to reach the community. Although basically now there is a name WhatsApp, the public can also send WhatsApp messages by sending evidence of events and others. However, the complaint message will not be stored in its entirety, even a few days after the message arrives, it's easy to be crushed by other messages, making it difficult to find it again. In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

In today's era, information exchange is fast and can be done in various ways and one of them is using email. There are many free email service providers that can be used, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook. In addition to free services, email servers can also be used to serve communication between clients and transfer data over the local network using a custom domain for the company. The purpose of this report is to build your own email server using the server development method using the Linux Ubuntu 18.04 operating system and the software Postfix and Dovecot as its supports. The results of this mail server work can send emails from one user to another through the terminal directly correctly. Sending can be done directly using the terminal without creating a text first or creating a text before sending it. Both ways are equally successful in the main process in the mail server.

Along with the development of technology, almost all activities that require knowledge of information systems, including health services. Health services to support the process of technological advancement, namely medical records. To support these technological advances, electronic medical records are needed. In the electronic medical record, a technique and method is needed to maintain the security of the system in the electronic medical record. This research was conducted by literature study method. Eleven articles were found that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selection was taken with the PICOS framework, then the articles were analyzed one by one. There are several techniques and methods that can protect the privacy system in electronic medical records, namely the mIBE, AES, DES, RC4, and RSA methods. As well as techniques such as Cryptography, Firewall, Cloud Computing, Client-Server, and Access Control. The results of the literature review show that the safest technique to use is the cryptographic technique, because the technique is standardized, can be used without limits and the cost is low. And the safest method used for electronic medical records is mIBE-AES because this technique has been proven safe and fast for storing medical record documents.

MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. With an administrative information system that has been integrated in a database, it will facilitate the process of financial calculations and the existence of a Client Server-based school administrative information system will connect between sections, namely the administrative section, school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation making it easier to access financial information. school any time

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. This desire arises because this company has difficulties in processing Presence information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and makes it difficult when the company management intends to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. Presence Process that already exists in the Study of PT. Blue Semesta Abadi Semarang can be said that there are still shortcomings because everything is still done manuallyThe use of the Fingerprint method in this employee Presence system application will also make this Presence system more effective and efficient because each employee will only paste one of the employee's fingerprints on the available Fingerprint device where the calculation of the employee's attendance and exit hours will be entered in the database. , then the result of inputting the employee identification number will be the reference for the employee's arrival time.

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making

Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Hyper-V atau Virtualization merupakan solusi tepat untuk menambah server biaya murah dengan kemampuan yang tetap sebagaimana layaknya sebuah server. Pemanfaatan Hyper-V atau Virtualization merupakan salah satu Roles dari Windows Server 2008R2, sangat memungkinkan untuk digunakan sebagai mesin utama dan diatasnya bisa dipasang beberapa mesin virtual dengan kemampuan sama seperti mesin utamanya. Pusat Penelitian Bioteknologi LIPI saat ini memiliki mesin dengan sistem operasi Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 dan diberi nama CURCUMA-CBN, kemudian ditambah Roles Hyper-V dan dibuat beberapa mesin virtual, yaitu mesin pertama bernama BACKUP-DC yang diinstal Windows Server 2008R2 dan digunakan sebagai Additional Domain, kemudian mesin virtual berikutnya adalah BLLYNCFE01 dan diinstal Windows Server 2012 yang akan digunakan sebagai Lync Server 2013. Ketiga server tersebut saling berkomunikasi sehingga terjadi sinkronisasi diantara ketiganya, di sini peran Domain Controler (ADDS) sangat penting dan semua client saling berhubungan dan berkomunikasi antara satu dengan  lainnya, karena semua user harus JOIN ke domain bioteknologi.net untuk mengakses data dan aplikasi yang diperlukan user tersebut.

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Jl Karanglo RW 03 Pedurungan Semarang is a densely populated environment, its people are very hungry for fast and accurate information. The internet is available which is relatively expensive as the main choice in finding the information needed. However, the cost is very expensive for a connection that must be paid every month. Although currently many CDMA and GSM modems available on the market are not enough to meet the need for speed of an internet connection. Although there are internet cafes established, they have not streamlined the cost and time of internet users in the area. The purpose of this study is to save the cost of bandwidth rental per month for unlimited connections, provide a stable internet connection that can be used for 24 hours straight, provide data transfer with bandwidth management, so as to better guarantee the quality of the internet connection. The system development method used is Prototyping which stages include identifying user needs, making a prototype, agreeing to the user, using a prototype. As a server, using Mikrotik Os where in Mikrotik Os there are several important and interesting features provided by Mikrotik itself, among those features are bandwidth management, firewall, DNS client chacing, and many other features provided by Mikrotik. With this Mikrotik provides stability of internet data transfer in accordance with the management of Mikrotik Os as a server. The client uses a Windows-based operating system, this is because the driver tool used is more compatible using a Windows operating system than using a Linux-based operating system, because it has to compile the driver.

Kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang efektif  dan efisien tidak lagi hanya mengandalkan mediakonvensional seperti harus datang langsung ke tempat kelas mendengarkan guru dan menulis di papan tulis.Perkembangan perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dapat mendukung systempembelajaran dengan system jarak jauh, baik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembacaan arsipdokumen yang disimpan pada sebuah server jaringan atau web, maupun dilakukan dengan interaksilangsung (live-streaming) melalui jaringan on-line.Dalam perkembangannya pembelajaran live-streaming tidak hanya dapat dilakukan denganmenggunakan seperti model teleconference yang harus ada kesepakatan koneksi terlebih dahulu(handshaking connection). Model lain yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan CCTV live-streaming berbasis web dengan open source. Model ini akan lebih efisien dibanding dengan modelteleconference karena tanpa harus melakukan handshaking connection terlebih dahulu. Sehingga semuabrowser akan dianggap sebagai client, yang dapat mengakses secara langsung pada proses pembelajaranon-line live-streaming maupun dengan model dokumen multimedia melalui web. Hasil dari penelitian iniadalah alternatif model pembelajaran on-line yang bersifat live-streaming dengan memanfaatkan mediaweb server dengan sistem open source.

Pemanfaatan penggunaan router Open Source sebagai router yang murah, handal, tepat guna yang dapat dikonfigurasi berdasarkan pada tingkat kebutuhan tanpa mengurangi efektifitas dankegunaannya merupakan salah satu alternatif tersendiri selain dapat mengurangi biaya operasional dalam pembelian software selain itu dapat menggunakan PC lama menjadi router yang mampu bersaing dengan router komersial lainnya. Perbandingan kedua router tersebut menunjukkan jumlah hasil tingkat kecepatandownstream dan upstream yang berbeda. Pada sisi Router Slackware lebih cepat bila dibandingkan dengan Router Mikrotik hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil speed test dari sisi client yang telah ditest ke link internasional, kemudian dengan speedtest link IIX (local) dalam jaringan sesama provider kemudian speedtest ke server lain lintas provider menunjukkan tingkat hasil yang berbeda.

Pemrograman socket merupakan pemrograman yang digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi proses (process-to-process) dalam sebuah jaringan. Selain komunikasi proses, dalam sebuah jaringan komputer juga melakukan komunikasi host (host-to-host). Dalam pengujian pemrograman socket dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis  socket networking  sock_stream pada client ke server dengan menggunakan alamat proses (IP dan Port) pada komputer yang sama dengan direktori yang sama dan yang berbeda serta dengan komputer lain yang berbeda. Untuk pengujian, akan dibuat server dan client yang akan melakukan komunikasi proses. Pada server dan client, socket yang digunakan adalah AF_INET. Pada komunikasi proses di server, mula-mula dilakukan proses pembuatan socket dengan fungsi call socket(), kemudian server mengikat socket yang dibuat tadi dengan jaringan berdasarkan nomor local address dan port dengan fungsi call bind().
