This study aims to examine how law enforcement against illegal fishing and overfishing in the Indonesian ocean region is carried out by "Foreign Countries" such as Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries. We know that marine resources, in this case fisheries in Indonesia, are one form of the country's "defense" aspects. Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone or called ZEEI in the North Natuna Sea is an area that is often the case. For example, Indonesia there will be arrests of Vietnamese – flagged fishing vessels in early 2023 and until November 2018 the Indonesian Government had handled 134 illegal fishing cases and 41 of them had permanent legal force. Illegal fishing itself is often associated with large-scale fishing or overfishing thatresults in damage to the underwater ecosystem. Underwater ecosystems will become extinct if illegal fishing and overfishing cases are not seriously handled by the Government and Law Enforcement Officials. Foreign ships of illegal fishing and overfishing can be sanctioned in the form of violations of Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 with the threat of a maximum prison sentence of 6 years and a maximum of Rp 20 billion rupiah. Also in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandates in article 27 paragraph (3) and article 30 paragraph (1) that state defense and security are the rights and obligations of each citizen to participate in the national defense and security effort and defending the country. Circumcision is one of the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim AS which is an obligation for men. Literally, circumcision is the act of cutting or removing part or all of the foreskin of the penis. Circumcision is very beneficial for health, namely reducing the risk of urinary tract infections, overcoming phimosis, paraphimosis, balaniditis and can reduce the risk of malignancy of the penis and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Seeing the urgency of circumcision, during a pandemic, as well as the conditions in the midst of a coronavirus pandemic, many people were afraid to carry out circumcision and receive treatment. Therefore, a mass circumcision was carried out with the application of health protocols, which was carried out by the STIUDA Bangkalan Community Service Team. This program partners to provide free mass circumcision assistance for children in community service social service events in Kajan village during a pandemic with health protocols. The purpose of this mass circumcision social service activity is to mass circumcise Muslim children who are about to reach puberty in Kajan village, especially children who are economically disadvantaged. The method used in this activity is to disseminate information on community service activities through direct visits to foundations, social media. In other words, holding a promotion of community service activities for the Kajan village, then those who are interested register to the committee. The committee will conduct a screening for mass circumcision participants according to indications. The result of this community service activity was that mass circumcision was carried out on Sunday, March 22, 2020. It started at 08.00 - finished in the al-Mukhlishin Kajjan area. The STIUDA service team works closely with the Health Office and the surrounding community. There were 4 medical personnel involved and 2 medical assistant assistants. There were 23 participants in the mass circumcision from various hamlets in Kajan village. The conclusion of this community service has been circumcision and mass treatment of economically disadvantaged patients

Breast milk (ASI) is the best food for newborn babies and is the only healthy food that babies need in the first months of life. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. This research aims to determine the factors associated with providing exclusive breast milk to working mothers at the Sehati Medan Clinic in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The population is all mothers who have babies 0-6 months at the Sehati Medan Clinic, totaling 38 people. The number of samples used was 38 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 38 respondents, there was a relationship between the education of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months old, showing that the p value = 0.014 < 0.05, there was a relationship between the age of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding for babies. 0-6 Months shows that the p value = 0.001 < 0.05, , there is a relationship between the Type of Work of Breastfeeding Mothers and Exclusive Breastfeeding for Babies 0-6 Months shows that the value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, there is a relationship between the Mother's Length of Work Breastfeeding with Exclusive Breastfeeding for Babies 0-6 Months shows that the p value = 0.023 < 0.05. It is recommended for Health Workers to increase education regarding Exclusive Breastfeeding.

Mesenteric artery thrombosis is a condition in which there is a narrowing or blockage of one or more branches of the main arteries that supply the small and large intestines called the mesenteric arteries. This condition can lead to mesenteric ischemia and acute mesenteric artery occlusion, which are associated with high morbidity and mortality. The prevalence of patients with mesenteric vein thrombus is not known because many cases are missed because the symptoms are atypical and disappear spontaneously. Early identification and management of non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia (ISNO) reduces mortality by 50-55%, whereas mesenteric vein thrombus has a 30-day mortality rate of 13-15%. The prevalence and incidence of patients with mesenteric ischemia in Indonesia are not known. Mesenteric artery thrombosis can be subdivided into non-occlusive mesenteric artery ischemia and occlusive mesenteric artery ischemia. Drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) is an escalating global health issue, particularly with the rise of multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB), which complicate treatment and control efforts. Resistance to both first-line and second-line drugs weakens the effectiveness of standard WHO-recommended therapies, while alternative drugs can cause severe side effects and reduce patient adherence. This study aims to explore the integration of bioinformatics and pharmacogenomics in supporting personalized TB treatment to improve therapeutic success and reduce the risk of further resistance. The research employed a laboratory-based experimental design with a bioinformatics approach, involving TB patients with clinical evidence of drug resistance. Clinical samples were analyzed through whole genome sequencing to identify gene mutations associated with resistance, followed by pharmacogenomic mapping to predict pharmacological responses based on patients’ genetic variations. The results revealed several specific gene mutations consistently linked to resistance and produced individualized therapeutic recommendations that were more targeted than standard protocols. Effectiveness evaluation demonstrated that genome-based personalized therapy yielded higher treatment success rates, faster recovery times, and lower rates of subsequent resistance. These findings highlight the significant potential of precision medicine in TB management, particularly for resistant cases that are difficult to treat with conventional approaches. In conclusion, the integration of bioinformatics and pharmacogenomics plays an essential role in strengthening TB treatment strategies through a personalized, adaptive, effective, and sustainable approach. Nevertheless, its implementation still faces challenges such as high costs, limited infrastructure, and the need for clear regulations regarding the use of patients’ genomic data.

Electric Vehicles are vehicles that operate entirely or partially on electric motors, utilizing electrical energy stored in batteries or other rechargeable energy storage sources. The increasing use of electric vehicles also brings potential risks of new types of accidents, different from those associated with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide accurate information and appropriate handling related to electric vehicle technology, including hazard potential assessment, optimization of firefighting basics, selection of suitable firefighting agents, and the development of electric vehicle firefighting application methods. This study aims to understand the handling of electric vehicle fires using a literature review method on 10 research articles. The results show that 6 studies used water as a firefighting agent either alone or in combination with other agents such as CO2, C₆F₁₂O, liquid nitrogen, foam, and fire blankets, making it more effective in extinguishing electric vehicle fires. However, one study does not recommend using water due to its environmental impact when extinguishing electric vehicle fires. The research findings indicate the need for further innovation and research in safety technology and firefighting for electric vehicles.

Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. Blood sugar levels, or blood glucose levels, are crucial for overall health and are regulated by the pancreas through insulin. Normal blood sugar levels range between 70-99 mg/dL when fasting and up to 140 mg/dL two hours after eating. Abnormal blood sugar levels can suggest a variety of health issues, including hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels caused by excess insulin, certain drugs, or illnesses such as diabetes) and hyperglycemia (high blood sugar levels associated with diabetes). Regular blood sugar monitoring is necessary, especially for diabetics. Guava, a tropical fruit, includes a variety of phytochemicals that have been linked to pharmacological benefits such as antibacterial capabilities. This research uses an extraction process involving solid-liquid extraction or maceration, with methanol being the optimal solvent. The extract yields 9.51%. Wistar rats are used to investigate its antidiabetic efficacy. The rats are divided into three groups: positive control, negative control, and extract treatment. Diabetes is induced by subcutaneous injection of Alloxan, followed by oral administration of the methanol extract. Blood glucose levels are assessed after fasting for 6-8 hours. The extract from dried Guava leaf powder yields a concentrated extract with a 9.51% yield. In vivo assessments showed a significant reduction in blood glucose levels in rats treated with guava leaf extract, suggesting potential anti-hyperglycemic effects. The phenolic compounds in guava leaves contribute to antioxidant and anti-hyperglycemic effects. The study highlights the potential therapeutic effects of guava mint leaves and their extract components for diabetes management and antioxidant health benefits.

One of the problems among silk sarong weavers is complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), namely the emergence of muscle complaints due to unergonomic work attitudes. Complaints that are felt include the muscles of the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, waist and lower muscles. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with MSDs complaints among silk sarong weavers in Pakanna Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. This research is a quantitative study, using a cross sectional study approach, with a population of 124 people and a sample of 42 people selected using purposive sampling. Work posture risk assessment uses the REBA method and measurement of the level of MSDs complaints using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The research results showed that of the 42 respondents there were 37 (88.1%) with medium work posture risk, and 5 (11.9%) with high work posture risk. Meanwhile, for MSDs complaints, there were 21 (50.0%) who suffered from moderate MSDs complaints, 11 (26.2%) who suffered from mild MSDs complaints, and 10 (23.8%) who suffered from severe MSDs complaints. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it shows that there is a relationship between MSDs complaints and work posture (p value = 0.005), age (p value = 0.013), work period (p value = 0.002), length of work (p value = 0.000), history of illness. (p value = 0.000). Therefore, workers are advised to rest when they start to feel pain or soreness in any part of their body, and diligently stretch their muscles while working. Relevant agencies should provide education regarding work risks and work procedures in accordance with ergonomic principles.

Achievement in sports is generally associated with athletes who have a healthy and perfect physique. However, physical perfection is no longer the main requirement because now many individuals with physical disabilities have become athletes and have succeeded in increasing their existence as inspiring figures. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the meaning of life for TNI athletes with physical disabilities who are able to excel in sports. This research method is qualitative phenomenological through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the process of rising from adversity to become a path to achievement consists of data on perceptions of the meaning of life as an athlete with a disability, social support, negative experiences, and motivation.

The recognition of divorce in different jurisdictions is an important concern. The process of official recognition of divorce in different countries often requires special procedures and certain requirements. Issues related to child custody become particularly significant if the couple has children together. International civil law considers aspects such as child residence, custody, and child-related decision-making. A valid divorce certificate may be required for various purposes, including a change in marital status in each spouse's country. The process of obtaining a divorce certificate may vary in each spouse's home country. Pensions and inheritance may also be affected by divorce, and the application of international civil law principles is necessary to determine the associated rights.

Management Of External Radiotherapy Irradiation In Vaginal Cancer Using Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) Technique At The Cancer Center Radiotherapy Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022. By using purposive sampling method, obtained from several samples of companies that meet the criteria. This study uses secondary data which is then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is the most common non-communicable disease (NCD) in the world. This disease is a heterogeneous disease, characterized by high glucose levels. DM is the 4th cause of death in most developing countries. One of the complications of DM is neuropathy, which is reduced sensation in the feet and is often associated with ulcers on the feet. The aim of this community service is to provide information and knowledge about promotive and preventive efforts in dealing with DM. This outreach method is pre-test, education and post-test which is carried out using leaflets and questionnaires containing questions to measure the level of community knowledge. From this counseling, results were obtained through comparison charts between the pre-test and post-test, namely that there was an increase in knowledge from before the education was carried out and after the education about diabetes mellitus and treating foot ulcers using foot exercises. It is hoped that this counseling will continue to have a good impact on participants and can change healthy living behavior for the better.

Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.
