Data from the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office, show that the target data for the Gorontalo province in 2019 total elderly people reached 125,762, consisting of 22,384 total elderly people in the city of Gorontalo and 40,340 in the district of Gorontalo. And in 2020 the target for the Gorontalo province total elderly to reach 134,958 consisting of 23,678 total elderly living in the city of Gorontalo and 45,312 total elderly in Gorontalo district. Method: The type of research used in this research is an experimental design (one group pre-test post-test design). The object of this research is the elderly who have low self-esteem at Griya Lansia Jannati, Gorontalo City. Subjects in this case study were clients with low self-esteem as many as 3 respondents. Results: Low self-esteem before social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, namely unable to control emotions and on clients 2 and 3, namely the lack of social interaction after social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, they were able to control the emotions of clients 2 and 3, they were able to interact social. This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and emotional intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling, with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The research method was assisted by the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.6. The hypothesis testing results indicate the following: There is a non-significant positive influence between organizational climate and employee performance. There is a non-significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between the organizational climate variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between the emotional intelligence variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable.    

The industrial sector is a strategic sector in the development of the national economy to address the problem of unemployment. In economic opportunities, being able to provide opportunities related to the management of material, resources, individuals, society, and the state for the welfare of human life so that there are no drastic economic disparities. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the industrial sector is in economic opportunities in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method is data measured on a numerical scale (number) for data collection by means of secondary analysis where the data is obtained from other parties and indirectly from the research subject. Usually secondary data in the form of documentation or report data that has been available.

This academic study aims to improve the learning quality of class XI IPS 1 students for the 2022/2023 academic year. In addition, it is to find out whether cooperative learning using the STAD method can improve Pkn learning achievement for class XI IPS 1 students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The teacher provides a good, fun, and stimulating learning environment so that students can think and develop according to their needs. Cooperative learning encourages students to work together to achieve goals. It is interesting to observe the extent and understanding of students in class XI IPS 1 about Civics after the STAD-type cooperative learning method was implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. Academic achievement is the final result of learning, which can be measured by the grades or scores achieved by students at the end of a given course. This research involved 36 enthusiastic students of class XI IPS 1. The use of observation sheets and test questions can facilitate data collection. The results showed that student participation in cycle II increased to 75.28, a significant value when compared to the value of cycle I 69.03. It is very encouraging to see an increase in student learning outcomes from 61.11% to 86.11% between cycles I and II. The results showed that STAD group learning increased the academic achievement of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 West Malaka.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

This study intends to discuss the effect of the number of micro, small and medium enterprises and the level of labor absorption on economic growth in Langsa city. as objectives among others to determine the effect of the number of MSMEs on economic growth in Langsa City, and to determine the effect of the level of employment on economic growth in Langsa City. This thesis uses quantitative data with the Multiple Linear Regression data collection method. Based on the research conducted, the following results and conclusions were obtained: the number of micro, small and medium enterprises and the amount of employment did not simultaneously affect economic growth in Langsa City.

The use of Video Telling Story Media is a method that is applied in the English Dormitory listening comprehension class. This research is qualitative research, by conducting descriptive analysis using primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection methods in the form of interview, observation, and documentation using data analysis techniques in the form of reduction (data reduction), data display (presentation), and verification (conclusion). Based on the results of research obtained in research and discussion, it is known that the implementation of Media Video Telling Story has a good impact on students, Students' listening skills increased rapidly because in the videos they watched there were subtitles that helped students guess vocabulary that was not heard.

This research aims to determine the role of ERP implementation in inventory management at PT XBC's Warehouse division. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by carrying out field study projects in the form of interviews and observations as well as case studies with the problems faced by the author. Observation was carried out in conjunction with the MSIB Batch 3 internship program which was held from 22 August to 30 December 2022 organized by Ministry of Education and Culture. Based on the results of the analysis and observation, it can be seen that there is still a need for further improvisation on the company's information system, especially in managing inventory in the Warehouse division. A good warehousing system greatly affects the relevance of stock balances from financial statements. Implementation of SOP, workflow in the division can produce effective, efficient processes without compromising the essence of information systems.

This study-aims to obtain a-clear picture of information on errors in-the use of standard words in the presentation slides of Unindra's 3rd semester students. Suwito1 (1983: 3159) states that the standard language is one that must be used as a standard because it is seen as fulfilling the criteria of a number of good and correct languages. This shows that it is appropriate that the-use of standard-language in Indonesian society, especially for the scope of students is very important. Therefore, we made this research to-find out-how-high the-level-of standard words used by students is. The steps for analyzing the data are 1) Analyzing the data set, this analysis includes: noting which data are non-standard words and entering non-standard word data into the justification table. 2) After the analysis of the stages above, the researcher counted the occurrence of non-standard words, namely from the non-standard number. With this result, we can find out how many times the non-standard word is used.

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning which is now being held in several schools, emphasizes the learning process based on the development of students' cognitive activities that are creative and productive. Puskurbuk (retnawati, 2016) argues that the 2013 curriculum is required to be able to produce productive, creative, innovative and affective human resources, through strengthening attitudes, knowledge, and skills competencies. Think creatively so innovations and ideas will emerge including using puzzles, puzzles are a method that is very enjoyable and is able to make class consistency in learning creative, innovative and fun, the puzzle method is also very stable when combined between thinking learning and puzzles which hopefully can become a good collaboration and effect in a lesson. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration of thinking learning and puzzles in increasing the creativity of students at the smpit at taisiriyah sukabumi after using this method. This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.

The struggles of the student movement in Indonesia can be seen from its history which was influenced by changes in the ruling regime and pilot-economic order. The role of students in the dynamics of power change in Indonesia has a considerable influence, such as during the fall of President Soeharto which gave birth to the New Order era. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the role of the student movement in resisting the New Order. In this study using the literature study method by collecting research data through relevant books, journals, and previous articles. The results obtained from this study are that the struggles of the student movement experienced a dynamic development, this clearly illustrates that the movement carried out by students during the New Order era played an important role in turning the wheels of history.

This study aims to explore the effect of innovative mathematics learning in the Merdeka curriculum at MIN Kedungwuni.  Using a literature study and interview approach, this research examines the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders, such as teachers, students and parents, related to the implementation of these innovations.  The findings of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of mathematics learning innovations in increasing students' interest, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and mathematics achievement.  The results of this study can provide a basis for further development in innovative mathematics learning in elementary schools

Indonesia, which is a country with a very large population, has a fairly stable economy. This study aims to determine the importance of Islamic banks in managing the finances of indonesia society. The method used in this research is literature study, in which literature study is a data collection method that is carried out by taking research information that is in accordance with the research theme. This information can be obtained from various reference sources, both in the form of written documents, in the form journals and articles, pictures, or electronic documents that can support the process of writing research papers. From this study, the results show that Islamic banks are banks that have good potential for the economy in Indonesia. With Islamic banks, muslim people no longer need to be afraid of transactions what he did. However, basically Islamic banks in Indonesia are still lagging behind conventional banks because the development process of conventional banks is much faster than Islamic banks.  

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on firm value using ROA as an intervening variable. This study used a purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The research data used in secondary data obtained from goods and consumption companies that have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2021. the independent variables used in this study are intellectual capital and GCG in the form of institutional share ownership and independent board of commissioners. And dependent variable is firm value and intervening variable used in this study is profitability. Profitability is able to mediate Intellectual Capital, Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership on Company Value.

The JKN Program is an effort to equalize the quality of health services for all Indonesians, with a wide range of health services and affordable contributions. The JKN program has many benefits, but there are still many participants who do not comply with the JKN program rules, for example, do not pay contributions on time. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence public compliance with the JKN program in each region of Indonesia. The method in this study uses a literature review design by collecting research sources in the form of valid articles. After several article sources have been collected, the researcher reviews the published article sources to produce a new analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the compliance of JKN participants in paying contributions are the level of knowledge, income level, and perceptions of health risks that are owned by each member of the community. The use of first-level health facilities can also affect participant compliance in seeking health services and social, economic, and cultural presence are also a number of external factors in JKN participant compliance.

The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.

The background of this research is to understand how to communicate with persons with disabilities. The purpose of this research is for the general public to understand how to interact properly and correctly with persons with disabilities. The research method used in this study is a qualitative description method. The results of this study were to obtain data on communication problems that often occur between people with disabilities and how to communicate well with people with disabilities. The conclusion of this study is that it is difficult for people with disabilities to communicate, the right way to communicate is to communicate with love and feelings and with soft words.

This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi.  Keywords: Implementation, Quantum Memory, Quantum Learning.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform.
