Determining the provision of bonuses or rewards to employees plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and motivation of employees. One effort that can be made to establish a bonus policy is by implementing the fuzzy Mamdani method as a systematic approach in determining employee bonuses, particularly at PT. ABC. By utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method to process subjectivity in evaluations, it generates membership levels that allow for a more contextual employee assessment. Through the analysis of data involving various performance variables and bonus criteria, this research aims to present a fuzzy Mamdani system model that can support accurate and adaptive decision-making in determining employee bonuses. The results of this research and the evaluation of this model are expected to contribute significantly to the development of more effective bonus policies in the workplace of PT.

The construction of health facilities is part of national development. Therefore, many health facility development projects, such as hospitals, continue to be carried out in various regions. One of them is the construction of the New Siloam Hospital in Surabaya. This article aims to understand the concept of detail engineering design on the building structure of New Siloam Hospital. Field surveys and data collection are the methods used to obtain information related to hospital construction projects. There are several differences between field data and work drawing data that has been created. Some of these differences include details on the reinforcement and casting volume. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further evaluation of field data with work drawing data so that the project can proceed according to initial planning.

The aim of this research is to develop valid and practical learning media for the basics of visual communication design. The process of learning the basics of visual communication design at SMKN 1 Pasaman is not optimal, this is caused by several problems, namely the availability of learning media only in the form of printed books that students borrow from the school library. This causes students to not understand the learning material and be less motivated to study and cause low student grades. Based on the data obtained, the students' KKM completion score was only 53%. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research and development method with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation at each stage. This research involved 36 class X DKV students who took part in learning the basics of visual communication design. The results of this research are Android-based learning software that can be used as a complement to the learning process, especially in the basics of visual communication design subjects. Data collection techniques are in the form of observations and questionnaires, while data collection instruments are in the form of validity questionnaires and practicality questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale with the Aiken formula. The results of this research show that the validity value of the media is an average of 81.53% in the "Very Valid" category, while the validity of the material is an average of 93.85% in the "Very Practical" category and the teacher's practicality assessment is an average of 81.77% in the "Practical" category. " while students' practicality assessment averaged 83.3% in the "Practical" category.

Background: In the modern industrial era, work safety is the main focus of companies to protect workers and minimize the risk of work-related injuries and illnesses. Implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) has become a strategy adopted by many companies to improve safety and health standards in the workplace. The purpose of this writing is to provide a better understanding of the importance of implementing SMK3 in improving occupational safety and health as well as the factors that influence its success. Method: The research method used is a literature review which is an approach that focuses on collecting, evaluating and synthesizing information from various literature sources related to the research topic. In the case of journals that consider improving occupational safety through the implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) Result: Work safety, including the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), is a shared responsibility of the company and workers' rights to a safe work environment. SMK3 aims to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses with steps such as risk identification and follow-up evaluation. Despite benefits such as increased productivity, implementation is often hampered by a lack of awareness, resources and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires increased awareness, adequate resource allocation, and effective change management. Work safety and the implementation of SMK3 are the keys to creating a safe and productive work environment, requiring commitment and participation from all parties to succeed.

This study delves into the intricacies of implementing information systems for electronic medical records (EMR) at Hospital Palangka Raya, emphasizing the importance of healthcare service quality. Using a descriptive research approach, the study gathered data from 60 questionnaires through simple random sampling from January 5 to January 25, 2023. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire, yielding insightful results on the agreement levels between reality and expectations across key variables like Man (90.12%), Machine (85.75%), Method (90.06%), Material (90.18%), and Environment (90.94%). Based on these findings, the study recommends regular evaluations every six months, coupled with training and collaboration initiatives, to enhance EMR implementation and improve Electronic Medical Records' quality

This study aims to assess patient satisfaction and analyze the quality of dental health services at Svarta Dental Care Bandung clinic. Using a descriptive research design with a sample size of 30 people and accidental sampling, the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis included univariate analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) using a Cartesian diagram. The results indicated a high level of conformity between reality and expectations across five quality dimensions, emphasizing the need for regular evaluations and improvements in service quality to enhance patient satisfaction.

Online learning has become a significant trend in modern education. The basic concept of learning in online learning plays a key role in dealing with the challenges and problems that arise along with technological development.  The main trend in online learning involves increased accessibility and flexibility. Technological advances allow learners to access course materials from anywhere and at any time. However, emerging issues include lack of social interaction and feelings of isolation. The basic concept of effective learning in online learning should address these issues. This research aims to examine the basic concept of learning in online learning: trends, problems and solutions. This research uses qualitative method with literature study taken from various sources, including print media, electronic media, books and electronic journals. The research technique is done through exploration and journal search through Google Scholar related to the basic concept of learning in online learning. As for primary and secondary sources in the form of scientific papers that have been published with a high credibility index, namely Sinta 2 to Sinta 5. The results of data analysis are taken from a literature review by means of researchers collecting data, and complete information from various data collection procedures and with a specified time. The collected data is analyzed by using descriptive method to reveal the facts of events written in statements derived from the data sources studied. The results show that, online learning is a growing trend in education. The basic concept of effective learning should consider accessibility, interaction, motivation, and evaluation. Careful solutions are recommended to overcome the problems that arise in online learning and ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.

This study is aimed to investigate the compatibility of materials in the textbook entitled "Cambridge English for Job-hunting" based on Tomlinson’s theory. The researcher used descriptive approach research as the type of the study. The data of the study were done by follows the process involved several stages, which are as follows: 1) The researcher selected an English textbook for analysis, 2) the researcher read the English textbook thoroughly, 3) the researcher carefully reviewed the content of the textbook, 4) the researcher gathered all the necessary materials from the textbook for analysis. The result of this study shows that the textbook substantially complies with Tomlinson's criteria for useful tools for language learning. It effectively engages students, builds confidence, offers appropriate information, uses actual speech, and accommodates a range of learning preferences and emotional conditions.

The aim of this research is 1) to find out what assessments are used in science subjects at Riigi Algkooli 105292 Bandar Klippa, Percut Sei Tuan District, Class V, 2) to analyze the quality of assessment tools according to the rules. reliability and competence. Class V Science Exam Difficulties and Different Advantages of SD Negeri 105292 Bandar Klippa, Percut Sei Tuan District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely. description of phenomena that occur in reality. All subjects were class V students at SD 105292 Bandar Klippa. As a primary data source, data sources are obtained from teachers and students, and as secondary data sources, documentation and questionnaires. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and tests. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using validation tests, test reliability, difficulty and distinguishing power. Validation was carried out by the researchers themselves and the validation expert group. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the question format used by teachers in evaluating scientific learning is multiple choice questions consisting of 15 questions, filler questions consisting of 10 numbers, and descriptive questions consisting of 10 questions. 15 questions. of 5 questions. The results of the validation test show that not all multiple choice questions are valid, only 4 out of 15 questions are valid. The form has 5 valid questions and all descriptive questions are recognized as valid. Expert validation also showed that of the 4 experts, only 1 expert showed that the results were quite valid, 3 validation experts showed that the questions were less valid. The reliability test shows that the multiple choice questions are not reliable, while the fill-in-the-blank and description questions are considered reliable. The difficulty level test shows that multiple choice questions have 3 categories of difficulty, namely hard, medium and easy questions, while for questions that can be filled in and are descriptive, only 2 categories of difficulty are found, namely. intermediate questions and easy questions. Finally, the differential power test shows that multiple choice questions have 4 different power categories, namely poor, sufficient, good, and very good. Meanwhile, there were excellent results on questions about filling in and describing different styles.

Methanol plant from glycerol is a good prospect in Indonesia. Until 2021, methanol is only supplied by one methanol producer located in East Kalimantan, namely PT. Kalimantan Timur with a production capacity of 660,000 tons/year. Therefore, the methanol plant from glycerol has a very important meaning for the acquisition of foreign exchange as well as employment. This article presents an economic evaluation of a methanol plant from glycerol with a capacity of 40,000 tons/year. Profitability analysis calculation is done by two methods, the method that do not consider the time value of money and the method that consider the time value of money. The results of the method that do not consider the time value of money obtained ROI value (before tax) 34.62%, ROI value (after tax) 24.24%, and the value of PBP 2.98 years. Using the method that consider the time value of money, the NPW value was Rp. 1,458 billion and the DCFRR / IRR was 39.25%. The sensitivity analysis also deserves to see the effect of the factor that influence the economic viability, and provide more information for the optimization of Methanol production.

Diversity in generative models refers to the ability of the model to produce a wide range of outputs that cover the variability present in the underlying data distribution. Understanding diversity is fundamental for assessing the quality and applicability of generative models across various domains, including natural language processing, computer vision, and creative arts. We discusses existing methods and metrics for evaluating diversity in generative models and highlights the importance of diversity in promoting fairness, robustness, and creativity. It explores strategies for enhancing diversity in generative models, such as regularization techniques, diversity-promoting objectives, and novel architectures. By advancing our understanding of diversity and implementing techniques to enhance it, generative models can better capture the complexity and richness of real-world data, leading to improved performance and broader applicability.

Coastal areas are transition areas between land and sea ecosystems that have various potential natural resources, but the increasing rate of abrasion can be a threat to ecosystem life in coastal areas. The problem that often occurs in ecotourism development is excessive use of natural resources for tourism activities without considering the carrying capacity of the area so damaged mangrove ecosystems are often found as a result of excessive tourism activities and without good management. The service activities aim to: 1) provide college student with an understanding of the importance of preserving the natural environment, 2) plant mangrove seedlings in the Lantebung ecotourism area, and 3) introduce college student to the Lantebung ecotourism destination. Methods for implementing activities are socialization and Participatory Rural Appraisal. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of activities indicate the following: 1) increased college student knowledge in preserving nature, 2) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of coastal erosion, 3) increased college student understanding of the Tridharma of higher education, 4) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of extreme weather, 5) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of extreme weather, 5) increasing college student knowledge about Lantebung ecotourism destinations, as well as 6) carrying out activities to plant mangrove seedlings in the Lantebung ecotourism area.

The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes in science subjects by applying the PjBL learning model to students in class 4A of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta and to increase motivation to learn science subjects by applying the PjBL learning model to students in class 4A of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta. This type of research is classroom action research using a qualitative and quantitative approach. This class Action Research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: (1.) Planning; (2.) Implementation of Action; (3.) Observation and Evaluation; (4.) Reflection. The results of classroom action research showed an increase in student motivation, which was initially 57%, increasing by 5% to 62%. As well as increasing student cognitive learning outcomes, in cycle II the number of students who got a score > 80 increased to 25 students or as much as 96% and students who got a score < 80 decreased from the initial 4 students to 2 students or as much as 4%. it was concluded that the learning outcomes usedProject Based Learning can increasing motivation and learning outcomes for grade IV science at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Electrical installation is one of the important elements in buildings. Safe electrical installations that comply with applicable safety standards can prevent electrical accidents. This research aims to evaluate the electrical installation in the Palembang Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Building. Evaluation is carried out by measuring and calculating several parameters, namely: voltage and current values, current carrying capacity (KHA), circuit breaker (CB) size, short circuit impedance, grounding value. Quantitative research methods were used because this research aims to evaluate the electrical installation at the Palembang Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Building. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the results of measurements and calculations with applicable standards. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the electrical installations of the Palembang VTS Building generally meet safety requirements and comply with applicable standards. However, there are several recommendations that can be made to increase the safety of electrical installations, namely: The results of checking that the electrical current on the 7th and 8th floors is unbalanced must immediately identify the cause and repair the load group points so that the electrical load is evenly distributed so that power losses do not occur and result in damage to the existing electrical installation.

Childbirth is a natural process that every pregnant woman will experience. Most mothers start to feel pain or labor pains during the first active phase. In this phase, most mothers feel severe pain because the uterus begins to become active. In this phase, contractions become stronger and more frequent. One of the duties of a nurse is to assess the condition of pain including the cause of pain, quality of pain, location of pain, how much it interferes with life and the time or duration of pain as well as determining diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of counterpreasure techniques and deep breathing relaxation techniques on labor pain in women giving birth during the first active phase at Dr. Hospital. Hafiz Cianjur. This research method uses a pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 20 respondents in this study. Data analysis for this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Counterpressure and Deep Breathing Relaxation Techniques before and after on the pain of childbirth, seen from the p-value of 0.000, which means <0.005, so it can be concluded that there is an influence or difference in the level of pain in childbirth in mothers giving birth during the 1st active phase in the delivery room. Dr. Hafiz Cianjur in 2023. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of counterpressure and deep breathing relaxation techniques on childbirth pain in women giving birth during the first active phase at Dr Hafiz Cianjur Hospital in 2023.

This paper discusses the role of fiscal policy in overcoming poverty in Indonesia through empowering village funds. Using a literature study approach, the data collection process uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance. This paper examines poverty analysis, factors that influence poverty, and the implementation of fiscal policy in reducing poverty levels. Apart from that, this research also discusses village fund empowerment policies, poverty alleviation strategies and implementation of village fund policies. The research results show that fiscal policy, especially increasing village fund allocation, can be effective in reducing poverty. Programs such as empowering village funds can improve community welfare and reduce poverty levels. Evaluation of the village fund empowerment policy shows a positive impact on poverty alleviation, with increasing village status and reducing poverty levels in rural areas. And by involving the community to participate in managing village funds so that the implementation of village funds can be achieved.

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of supervisors in the implementation of the independent curriculum (IKM) at MI Kalidawir Tulungagung Region. The research method used is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques are used to explore data by conducting interviews, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of his research urge supervisors to implement the independence criteria, namely that supervisors have a very important role in madrasa training and development. The monitoring mechanism carried out by supervisors in implementing the independent curriculum consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The supervisor's role in implementing the independent curriculum consists of academic supervision, managerial supervision, and research and development supervision. In the aspect of academic supervision, supervisors guide and develop teachers to make learning plans based on the characteristics of the independent curriculum. In the managerial aspect, supervisors and coaching madrasa heads in creating KOM and other madrasa programs in preparing independent synchronization. Meanwhile, in the aspect of research and development supervision, supervisors motivate madrasa heads and teachers to carry out and create best practices related to the implementation of the independent curriculum.
