The university's payroll process includes information about various employees, including lecturers and administrative employees with varying details such as personal data, position and salary information. This research is focused on rebuilding the payroll application due to several shortcomings or challenges associated with the existing application. This research presents a detailed investigation into the design, implementation, and evaluation of a payroll application tailored for the university environment. This research covers main aspects such as use case analysis, relational database schema, application display and testing. Use case analysis begins with identifying and understanding the various scenarios and requirements specific to a university payroll system. Through thorough exploration of user roles, system functionality. Relational database schemas are designed to efficiently store and manage complex payroll data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Compatibility testing plays an important role in ensuring the integration of payroll applications with existing systems. This research performs black-box testing to test application functionality and application compatibility testing with various hardware configurations, operating systems, and web browsers to ensure optimal performance and accessibility. The results of this research contribute to the advancement of payroll management and provide guidance for the development of deep payroll applications in universities.

Lado ceremony is a local cultural tradition carried out from generation to generation by the people of Kloangpopot community in Doreng district Sikka regency. This paper aims to determine how the process of the lado ceremony the types of figurative language and the meaning of figurative language used in the lado ceremony. Lado ceremony in Kloangpopot community is still implemented until now, where local people still believe in the lado ceremony as a way to fortify the rain during certain events, one of which in a wedding ceremony. The research method used in this Paper is a descriptive qualitative method, which uses data collection methods through observation and interview. The results showed that the Lado ceremony in the Kloangpopot community has several stages of the implementation process, starting from the preparation stage including ordering Pawang hujan services, preparing media tools and materials, then the core stage includes the implementation of the Lado ceremony carried out by the pawang hujan, then the closing stage of handing over souvenirs from the host to the pawang hujan as a form of gratitude for helping so that the host’s event process runs smoothly without rain. In the Lado ceremony there are also types of figurative language and their respective meanings, namely personification simile and repetition, the dominant type of figurative language is personification.

Dinamika Pembelajaran : Jurnal Pendidikan dan bahasa 2024 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

Nuns who pursue a career in education face unique challenges in making decisions and managing their personal striving in order to endure their vocation. This study aims to explore the experiences of nuns who face the dynamics of decision-making and personal striving in the context of their educational careers. A phenomenological approach was used to understand the subjective meanings of the nuns' experiences. The research method involved in-depth interviews with nuns who have a career in education in the Ursuline Convent Congregation. The qualitative data collected was analysed using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. The results showed that decision-making is coloured by internal factors, such as spiritual calling and religious identity, as well as external factors, such as pressure from the social environment and organisational demands. Meanwhile, the nuns' personal striving in this context is manifested in efforts to maintain loyalty to religious values, strengthen supportive interpersonal relationships, and develop professional competence in the field of education. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the internal and external dynamics that influence nuns' decision-making and personal striving in pursuing their educational careers. The practical implications of the findings can be used to help inform formation and support programmes for nuns pursuing a career in education, as well as providing a foundation for further research in this area.

This activity aims to socialize the importance of school and family synergy in children's social and emotional development. This activity uses a lecture method, namely by presenting socialization material followed by questions and answers between the presenter and participants. During childhood, children's emotional development is not yet stable, so it becomes a problem for children in socializing. For example, temper tantrums, anxiety, phobias, and aggression. In Kindergarten in Popodu village, Bolaang Uki district, these problems arise more often because the social environment is wider and more diverse than the family. To overcome these problems, school and family synergy is needed. The implementation of socialization begins with the presentation of the first resource person, then continues with the second resource person and ends with a question and answer session for participants and resource persons. This activity produces additional information for participants in the form of understanding and knowledge about the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents in developing children's social emotions. Forms of collaboration that can be carried out include: dialogue and meetings between teachers and parents, involving parents and teachers in efforts to support children's development both in the family and at school as well as reciprocal visits between teachers and parents at home and at school.

Money politics is a gift or promise to bribe someone so that the person does not exercise their rights in a certain way during the general election. The purchase can be in the form of goods or money, as found by researchers regarding the phenomenon of money politics which is still widespread in three regions, namely , Kijang Bintan, Kawal Bintan, and Lingga, people who are still relatively ignorant and have economic constraints are one of the factors in society being entangled in giving and receiving political money. Apart from damaging democracy due to forms of fraud, this problem has a negative impact on the givers and recipients who have clearly violated the provisions of the election law and violated criminal provisions. However, this problem is still difficult to resolve due to the lack of supervision and firm action. This research uses empirical legal research. This research is a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from people's behavior, both verbally obtained from interviews and behavior carried out through direct observation. The theory used in this research is not to use critical legal theory, in order to find the problems that occur, as well as reveal how much the public understands money politics. Sebagai salah satu bahasa internasional, bahasa Arab merupakan salah satu bahasa asing yang banyak dipelajari di Indonesia. Bahasa Arab sendiri secara resmi telah diakui dan dinyatakan sebagai bahasa yang sah untuk digunakan di Perserikatan Bangsa – Bangsa (PBB) sejak tahun 1973. Sejauh ini  pendidik bahasa Arab tampaknya hanya memposisikan bahasa Arab sebagai alat untuk memahami teks keIslaman yang berbahasa Arab saja. Namun belum memfungsikannya sebagai sebuah disiplin ilmu yang perlu dikembangkan melalui berbagai penelitian dan pembacaan kembali secara kritis.Tantangan dan persoalan yang dihadapi pendidikan bahasa Arab tidak mungkin dapat dipecahkan secara personal, namun harus melalui pendekatan institusional dan melibatkan banyak pihak. Pendidikan bahasa Arab memiliki peluang yang dapat memberikan prospek kedepan yang lebih cerah dan menjanjikan bagi peminat dan penggiat studi bahasa Arab kedepan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui arah pendidikan bahasa Arab di Indonesia antara tantangan dan prospek kedepan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan diambil dari interpretasi data dengan memberikan keterangan dan penjelasan. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan bahasa Arab yang ada di indonesia memiliki tantangan yang harus dipecahkan bersama. Namun dibalik tantangan yang ada, prospek pendidikan bahasa arab yang ada di indonesia mempunyai perkembangan yang luar biasa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya sekolah-sekolah atau Instansi pendidikan yang menjadikan bahasa Arab sebagai salah satu program studi atau mata pelajaran wajib yang harus diikuti oleh siswa, seperti sekolah sekolah yang berada di bawah Kementerian Agama. Berbagai upaya pun dilakukan dalam rangka mencari metode pengajaran yang tepat, berbagai diskusi dan seminar sering diselenggarakan baik oleh pemerintah maupun instansi pendidikan demi untuk perkembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia.

In accordance with the application of the principle of equality before the law, if criminal behavior occurs against a soldier's wife, the punishment imposed on her husband as a TNI soldier will be the same as that applied in the General Court. The aim of this research is to show that in the context of law enforcement as guidance within the TNI, in domestic violence cases many military members are charged with criminal sanctions by Military Judges. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that The aim of the Panel of Judges in imposing sentences is not merely to convict people who commit criminal acts but also has the aim of educating so that the person concerned can return to the right path to become a good citizen and soldier in accordance with the Pancasila and Sapta Marga philosophies.

Narcotics abuse is a very dangerous thing, because in addition to having an impact on the user's personal self, he will become addicted and his life will depend on narcotic substances, which if not prevented (treated), the type of narcotics that will be used will become stronger. and the larger the dose. Recidivism is the behavior of a person who repeats criminal acts after being sentenced by a judge's decision which has permanent legal force because of criminal acts that have been committed previously. The problem approach used is an empirical juridical method supported by a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique is that primary data is obtained through interviews with research subjects and secondary data is collected by reviewing through literature studies such as statutory regulations, books or literature, and journals. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The factors that cause recidivism in narcotics abuse crimes are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of uncontrollable desires, behavior, diligent praise, easily frustrated, and the character itself. External factors that cause someone to repeat the crime of narcotics abuse include environmental and social factors, economics, information and communication technology, and family factors. Efforts to overcome the recidivism of narcotics abuse that can be carried out are pre-emptive efforts, preventive efforts and repressive efforts.

According to previous researchers, improving the achievement of children with special needs is very important for a person's success now and in the future. Accidents or injuries at work can disrupt the productivity and operational efficiency of PT. Safindo Raya. The research background may include efforts to identify and reduce factors that can cause these disorders, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the company. One of the main objectives of K3 research is to improve employee safety in the workplace. Research can help in identifying potential risks, analyzing the causes of accidents or incidents, and developing strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future. Companies such as PT. Safindo Raya may have an obligation to comply with K3 regulations and standards set by the government or regulatory bodies. K3 research can help companies ensure that they comply with all applicable regulations and achieve the required safety standards. OSH research can also contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency in the workplace by reducing absenteeism due to work-related injuries or illnesses, reducing production downtime due to accidents, or identifying ways to promote safer and more efficient work processes. With this approach, information is collected through questionnaires or interviews with employees, management or K3 staff. These surveys may include employees' perceptions of OSH conditions in the workplace, their understanding of safety procedures, or specific problems they encounter in carrying out their duties. The majority of employees show a high level of awareness of the importance of K3 in the workplace. They expressed an understanding of the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) and existing safety procedures. Interview results indicate that expansion of K3 training may be necessary to make employees aware of each job they have a comprehensive understanding of potential risks in the workplace and the precautions that must be taken.

Personal hygiene behavior is still considered less important among teenagers. This is due to teenagers' lack of knowledge regarding personal hygiene, so that personal hygiene behavior is difficult to implement in everyday life. Objective : To determine the relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation among young women at the Al-Quran and Conscience Islamic Boarding School in 2023. Method : This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional method. The population of this study was 132 people. Sampling in this study used the Total Sampling Technique. This research was conducted at the Al-Quran and Conscience Islamic Boarding School in 2023. Results : Statistical tests using the Chi-Square test resulted in a p-value of 0.000. smaller than 0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion : There is a relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation among young women at the Al-Quran and Conscience Islamic Boarding School in 2023.

Responsiveness is a form of feedback and the willingness of service providers to provide support to the community through their services. Responsiveness also refers to the connection between activities and services and the needs and expectations of society. Responsiveness is very important in serving the people because it provides evidence of the organization's capability in recognizing the wishes of the people. This research aims to understand the response capacity of the Regional Disaster Management Agency to flood incidents in Tanjungpinang City. The scope of this research has six criteria, namely: 1) Responding to every customer/candidate who needs to receive services; 2) Staff/equipment provides timely service; 3) Appropriate service personnel/equipment; 4) Personnel/equipment provides services with care; 5) Personnel/equipment performs service immediately; 6) All customer complaints are handled by employees. This study applies qualitative methods combined with qualitative descriptive analysis. The subject of this research is the Head of the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Division and the Logistics Division. Information retrieval methods include question and answer and note taking. The results of the research show that currently there is starting to be a response or response from the BPBD which is going better than before, this is also in accordance with their motto, namely fast, responsive and tough.

This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.

Junior high school students are teenagers who are still growing both physically and in character. However, in the process of growth, various problems arise from teenagers in general. For example, brawls between students, skipping school, cheating, often being late for school, not doing assignments, disobedience and so on. Thus, this article aims to explain how to implement the Glasser learning model in the Christian religious education learning process as an effort to shape the personality of students at the junior high school level that reflects Christian values ​​through everyday behavior. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with a library data approach which collects various data and facts sourced from previous research and has relevance to this article, then articles, books and internet media or websites that study related topics. All sources used can be academically accountable. The result of this paper is that students are able to become responsible, independent and virtuous individuals in accordance with Christian values, by accepting the Glasser learning model designed and carried out by Christian religious education teachers through the teaching and learning process.

There is an increase in stress among the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung Social Home in 2023. It is suspected that this stress is caused by several trigger factors including missing family, feeling abandoned, not feeling free, fear of the disease they are suffering from, and fear of death. which can have an impact on poor health. Objective: To find out the causes of stress in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung Social Home in 2023. Method: In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach with a case study type of research with descriptive methods. Results: The cause of stress in the elderly is due to psychosocial changes. This is because seniors often lose their personal belongings, seniors' relationships with other seniors are less harmonious, and room conditions are less conducive, which makes seniors unable to sleep. Stress due to psychosocial changes is also caused by elderly people who no longer have families, divorce from their partners, lose loved ones forever, feel abandoned and abandoned. Conclusion: From this research it can be concluded that the cause of stress in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung Social Home is due to psychosocial changes. This is caused by several factors such as loss of valuables, less harmonious relationships with the elderly, less conducive room conditions, no longer existing family, loss of loved ones forever, and abandonment.

The Indonesian business community is currently developing very rapidly, and the number of business transactions in Indonesia has also increased. This situation shows that the Indonesian economy is very favorable for people who want to do business in Indonesia, not only Indonesian entrepreneurs but also foreign entrepreneurs. A legal principle applies to the agreement, namely the principle of freedom of contract, which declares a person's freedom to enter into a contract in a conditional form. As long as the parties agree and does not violate etiquette and law, the agreement will be valid. . The research method used is the normative legal approach, which is the analysis and understanding of law within the framework of this study as a set of positive rules or norms in a legal system that governs human life. This was done by studying books, laws, regulations and other documents relevant to this study. In addition, the collection of legal materials also includes legal material analysis methods and legal analysis methods that adjust should be, as long as this is the method of measuring and analyzing the issues in this study. The application of the principle of freedom of commercial contract requires the parties to maintain a balanced position when formulating agreements regulating commercial legal relationships. If a balance is not achieved, economic actors will limit and avoid liability by including release clauses. It is therefore necessary for the government to intervene to limit the application of the principle of freedom of contract through standard contracts by establishing rules prohibiting the inclusion of exemption clauses and monitoring the use of standard clauses in the economy by economic operators.

This research is based on looking at the ethics of adolescent communication with older people, where communication as a process of exchanging messages from communicators to communicants requires ethics as something that is used as a view and guideline to measure the good and bad deeds according to a habit in society. Communication ethics can be seen from the form of ethics starting a conversation, face-to-face communication and communication techniques used. This type of research is using descriptive qualitative research methods that describe what is about an event. In this study, the author describes the ethical use of adolescent communication focused on older people in Dusun III Padang Sari Jorong Limau Puruik, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. In collecting data, the authors used observation, interview and documentation techniques with informants related to the application of communication ethics between adolescents and older people in Dusun III Padang Sari.The results of the study were the use of adolescent communication ethics in hamlet III Padang Sari Jorong Limau Puruik, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency which focused on communication ethics with older people, consisting of communication ethics in starting conversations, teenagers rarely saw the condition of the prospective interlocutor, second, friendly teenagers. and polite to the interlocutor depending on the level of familiarity, third, listening, teenagers are not good at listening especially when given advice. While the ethics of face-to- face communication, first, stay with the other person, teenagers tend to not focus and glance left and right, second, keep the intonation and speed of speech, teenagers use high intonation, the three teenagers often ask questions in the form of asking how they are. The communication technique used by adolescents when communicating with older people is to confirm when they feel they have misunderstood and pay less attention to non-verbal communication well, such as not bowing when walking in front of older people

Confiscation of assets regulated in criminal acts of corruption is based on Article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The form of asset confiscation without punishment as an alternative to providing justice for the state and perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption consists of an asset confiscation system using the Non Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture model and implementing the mandate of UNCAC as the State. The establishment of legal rules regarding confiscation of assets without punishment as an alternative to providing justice for the state and perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption in realizing a welfare state, at least taken in several progressive legal steps, namely improving statutory regulations, strengthening coordination between law enforcement agencies, and accelerating finalize the Asset Recovery Act.
