Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. Maxim also offers cheap fares start three kilometers on every service used by the community so that it can attract people's interest in using it, it is also supported by Maxim who continues to exist in various regions of Indonesia to enjoy the online transportation service. However, it is possible that there are still problems when users use the service, namely the accuracy of the lacking maps and the less variable payment method. So there needs to be optimization on navigation accuracy and payment flexibility in Maxim application.Therefore, through the MSIB Batch 4 Program of Certified Independent Studies on Product Management Fundamentals for Digital Product at Apiary Academy, The researchers applied the study to Maxim's application in the form of a Final Project supported by a qualitative descriptive research method through a survey and in dep depth interview to find out more details about the user's problems for navigation accuracy planning and flexibility payments can be maximally accepted by the public especially today's users. Utilization in managing plastic bottle waste using an automated Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) machine is a new introduction to society, especially in the city of Yogyakarta. This study aims to reduce plastic bottle plastic waste in the Yogyakarta city environment by operating a Reverse Vending Machine automation machine by describing the linkages with the circular economy at the community level around the city of Yogyakarta. One of the economic models offered by the world is the circular economy model, in which goods that have been consumed can be reprocessed. Meanwhile, plastic waste still has economic value which can be utilized by recycling but is constrained by the lack of public awareness. The purpose of this design is to design a recycling facility with new innovations and the right use to minimize the problem of inorganic waste in an effective way, namely in the form of a Reverse Vending Machine specifically for plastic bottle waste. The conclusion of this design is intended to utilize plastic bottle waste in the city of Yogyakarta which still has economic value by means of the recycling process using a circular economic model based on the canvas business model.

This research aims to explore the implementation of e-learning strategies for enhancing second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah through a library research approach. The study investigates the key e-learning strategies employed in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and explores their differences from traditional classroom approaches. It exploress the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing second language acquisition for students, considering factors such as age, gender, and language proficiency level. Additionally, the role of interactive multimedia tools in supporting second language acquisition and its engagement with students in the learning process is explored. The extent to which e-learning platforms in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah offer personalized learning experiences tailored to individual students' needs and learning styles, and its impact on second language acquisition outcomes are studied. Finally, the challenges faced by teachers in implementing e-learning strategies for second language acquisition and the measures taken to address these challenges effectively are discussed. This research provides valuable insights into the use of e-learning strategies to enhance second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, offering practical implications for educators and policymakers in the field of language education.  

This study aims to analyze the causes of writing skills. Grade IV elementary school students involved in this research. In this case the author uses the library research method, which is research conducted by analyzing and making written literature in scientific journals as well as the main source. Writing difficulties are also known as dysgraphia. One of the internal factors that causes students to have difficulty writing is weak fine motor skills, weak visual memory skills, low interest and motivation to learn. And external factors that cause students to have difficulty writing, namely: lack of attention from parents to students, unsupportive home atmosphere, strategies for dealing with writing difficulties through participatory learning in schools that are used by teachers, namely first to provide motivation to students. Second, use interesting learning media in learning to write.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

Analysis of Financial Performance at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The problem in this study is how the Performance of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year is viewed from the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year in terms of the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data conducted in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is ratio analysis, where in the ratio analysis technique there are two formulas used to calculate the numbers, namely effectiveness and efficiency. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency when viewed from the level of effectiveness, in 2019 with a value of 83.18% and in 2020 with a value of 90.66% and in 2021 with a value of 93.57%. efficiency in 2019 with a value of 20% in 2020 with a value of 10% and in 2021 with a value of 6%.  

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method in improving reading skills in elementary school children in high grades.  The research method used in this research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach.  Research with literature or literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a review of books, literature, records and various reports related to the problem to be solved to reach a conclusion.  This study provides recommendations for educators and education practitioners to consider using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method to improve reading skills in high school elementary school children.  Proper and integrated implementation of the use of this method can be an effective alternative in developing students reading skills and creating a more meaningful learning experience in the learning process at school.  The results showed that the use of the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) can significantly improve students skills in reading but there are also some drawbacks when using the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review).  This method relies on the performance of the brain's memory so that it can improve student understanding, because at this stage of the method carrying out reading activities repeatedly, the information obtained will stick in the students memory longer.  While this method is not effective in a small amount of time because this method requires a lot of time, especially at the read stage.

This study describes Green Auditing, specifically referring to the role of Green Auditing in influencing audit quality. The main method used in this study is a library research method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of previous research journals that discuss Green Audit. In conclusion, the influence of green auditing on audit quality can be interpreted as an audit carried out in accordance with established accounting standards and auditing standards. This study aims to observe the use of Instagram social media as a promotional means for MSME Limunite in the village of Sukorejo City of Blitar. The research method used is qualitative, involving Limunite MSMEs. Data collected through interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the social media of the Instagram can be an effective promotion of that MSMEs. Through social media Instagram This Limunite MSMEs can expand its sales by making visual content such as photo products and promotional videos that can increase sales. The conclusion of this study is the use of Instagram social media as a promotion of facilities for MSMEs Limunite in the Sukorejo has a great opportunity by using promotion.

Pneumonia is a respiratory tract infection that causes coughing, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, earache, and fever, that caused by various kinds of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. This study aims to determine the accuracy of drug use in pneumonia patients based on indicators of the right dose, the right frequency and the right indication of the drug in the Inpatient Room of Anutapura Hospital Palu. This study was carried out using a cross sectional where data were collected retrospectively based on medical record data of ARI (Pneumonia) patients using a minimized sampling technique namely 30 samples based on the inclusion criteria. The results of this study showed that the most pneumonia patients were male, as many as 20 patients (67%). Meanwhile, based on the age range, the most age group affected namely the age of 1- 5 years, as many as 21 patients (70%). The results also showed that the most widely pneumonia drug used were antibiotics (32%), analgesics antipyretics (22%), corticosteroids (17%), and mucolytics (13%). This is in accordance with the recommendation of therapy from the Director General of Community and Clinical Bimfar 2005.

Difficulty reading in the lower grades of elementary school is a common problem faced by a number of students. The process of learning to read at this early stage is an important foundation for their future literacy development. Some factors that can affect reading difficulties include intelligence, physical health, sensory abilities, interests, family environment, motivation. In dealing with reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school, a holistic and diverse approach is needed. Teachers need to use learning methods that integrate vocabulary understanding, and student interests. In addition, involving parents in providing support and creating an environment that supports reading at home is also important. With the right approach and collaborative effort, students can overcome their reading difficulties and improve their literacy skills. This study aims to understand in depth the factors that cause reading difficulties in the lower grades of elementary school. This article uses a literature study to collect data which is carried out using literary literacy. Methods of data collection using various theoretical references in the field of reading difficulties in low grades related to research. The data sources in this study are in the form of books, journals, research report articles, and internet sites.

The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: Based on the results of the first hypothesis testing partially Profitability proxied by Return on Assets has a significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis partially Profitability proxied by Return on Equity has no effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis partially, foreign ownership has a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Based on the results of hypothesis testing fourthly simultaneously Profitability proxied by ROA and ROE as well as foreign ownership jointly has a positive and significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.

The type of research used is a quasi-quantitative experiment. This experimental research uses a quasi-experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. This study aims to determine the effect of the Learning Starts With a Question learning model on student learning outcomes in fifth grade science learning at SD Negeri Bontokamase. From the test results, the Pretest value is 0.055 > 0.05 and the Post-test value is 0.073 > 0.05. From these tests, it can be concluded that the Pretest value is greater than 0.05 and the Post-test value is greater than 0.05. The homogeneity test results obtained Sig value α = 0.575, this means that the Sig value is greater than α (0.575 > 0.05) so that it can be concluded that the two groups are homogeneous. the hypothesis results obtained Sig (2.Tailed) = 0.000 meaning that H0 was rejected because Sig (2.Tailed) < α or (0.000 < 0.05). H1 is accepted because Sig (Tailed) > α or (0.575 > 0.05). In the T test analysis, Sig < table or (0.575 < 1.697). ). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between learning taught using the Learning Starts With a Question model and conventional learning on science learning in fifth grade students of SD Negeri Bontokamase.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the partnership agreement between the Indonesian Pos Agent and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as well as the legal protection provided to PT. Pos Indonesia if there is a default from the postal agent. The research method used is an empirical legal method with a Fact, Sociological and Legislative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the partnership cooperation agreement between Pos Indonesia agents and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) faces several problems, both in the operational and non-operational sections. One of the problems outside of operations is an error in the weight of the scales made by the postal agent which causes losses. In this case, PT. Pos Indonesia is given preventive and repressive legal protection. Chang Shin Indonesia is very focused on the quality of the products it creates. Problems found in PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, namely the reduction of a purchase decision or order from a customer, one of which causes employees to stay at home on Saturdays, which basically work normally on Saturdays as usual. Reduced orders greatly impact the company, especially on employees. One of the factors that affected the decline in orders was in terms of product quality. For example, many long threads are still attached to finished shoes and also the size label where there are many repairs, one of which is that the label does not match the tally sheet. This problem is often found in the sewing or stitching department. Based on the results of these observations, it is necessary to pay attention again regarding product quality, both by the company and its own team of employees who are required to maintain product quality, because whether or not orders enter the company depends on quality.

In the past year, the price of bottled oil has soared and its availability has become scarce. So that in its use, people use bulk oil instead of packaged oil and use it repeatedly. Repeated use of cooking oil can increase the value of the peroxide value. Peroxide number value in oil that is not in accordance with SNI 3741-2013 is 10 mek O2/ Kg indicates that the oil is damaged or rancid. This study aims to determine the value of peroxide value in bulk oil that is used repeatedly using the Iodometry method with two experimental repetitions. The results of this study prove that repeated frying can increase the peroxide value significantly. Peroxide number value in sample A1 = 9.82; A2 = 9.416; B1 = 15.95; B2 = 14.455; C1 = 20.41; C2 = 20.904; D1 = 4.969 ; D2 = 5.607 : E1 = 7.001 ; E2 = 7.676. Of the 5 samples tested, it was shown that there were samples B and C whose results exceeded the SNI 3741-2013 Standard, Sample A approached the maximum limit of the SNI 3741-2013 Standard, and Samples D and E were below the SNI 3741-2013 Standard. According to the survey, it was found that samples B and C were the cooking oil samples with the most frequency of frying successively 5 – 7 times. So it can be concluded that the more often the frying is done repeatedly, the higher the peroxide number value in the household used bulk cooking oil.

The pile foundation is a deep foundation that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings and small-scale buildings. The foundation is required to have a greater bearing capacity than the load on it. This study aims to determine the maximum bearing capacity of the foundation against the work load including the additional load from the 15-story Lamongan Muhammadiyah University building which was found to be cracked. Calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of a single pile using the Mayerhoff, Reese O'neil, and Reese and Wright method. Calculation of the bearing capacity of group piles is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of piles in one group using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angle Group, and Seiler-Keeney methods. Controlling the bearing capacity of single and group pile foundations, whether they are able to withstand the load on them using the axial loads and moments obtained. The results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile foundation at a depth of 30 m using the Meyerhoff calculation method obtained the carrying capacity of a single pile permit (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 916,80 tons and DB-2 of 916,80 tons, Reese and O' neil obtained Power single pile permit bearing (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 668,67 tons and DB-2 of 668,67 tons, Reese and Wright obtained single pile permit bearing capacity (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 1.070,08 tons and a DB-2 of 1.070,08 tons, while the shamanic strength of the largest pile group foundation was obtained using the Converse-Labarre method with ultimate bearing capacity using the Reese anad Wright method, bearing configuration from the pile group capacity (Q_g) (2 x 2) obtained at point DB -1 of 9.733,45 tons and DB-2 of 9.733,45 tons, configuration (2 x 3) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons, configuration (3 x 2 ) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons. The results of controlling the bearing capacity of the foundation by looking at the value of the allowable bearing capacity is greater than the value of the axial load (P ≤ Q_g). From the calculation of the bearing capacity of the piles it can be concluded that the pile foundations at points DB-1 and DB-2 are safe.

In today's digital era, da'wah media is very important in spreading religious messages, especially in Islam. Salam TV is a communication system that plays an important role in spreading Islamic da'wah through da'wah media. Through Salam TV, Islamic da'wah messages can reach a wide audience, convey the right da'wah messages, play a role in religious education, and encourage positive social interaction.
