The success of implementing information systems in a school environment is significantly influenced by effective risk management. This research aims to implement the OCTAVE Allegro method to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the information system at Panca Setya High School. The OCTAVE Allegro method was chosen for its systematic and structured approach to information security risk management.This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school staff, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed several key risks threatening the information system at Panca Setya High School, including threats to student data confidentiality, weaknesses in technological infrastructure, and a lack of security awareness among users. Through the implementation of the OCTAVE Allegro method, this research successfully identified effective mitigation strategies, such as enhancing information security training for staff, updating security policies and procedures, and strengthening data protection technologies. The conclusion of this research highlights that comprehensive and sustainable risk management is crucial for protecting the school's information assets and ensuring operational continuity.The recommendations from this study are intended to assist the management of Panca Setya High School in enhancing their information system risk management, thereby better supporting the achievement of educational objectives.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

This paper aims to show the Simple project-based learning in Teaching speaking, success. English and student attention using techniques during the learning process. quantitative data Experimentally conducted and collected using pre-study, treatment, and post-study techniques Offer multiple-choice tests before and after applying the technique. Although the data are qualitative, Utilize surveys by distributing surveys to students and teacher also conducting multiple related interviews to simple project-based learning. Only test results before applying the technique 65% of the students are proficient in speaking English, but after demonstrating The technique, it improved the student's English speaking ability to 89%. On the other hand, student analysis Studies have also shown the Simple project-based learning in Teaching Speaking techniques are effective to Improve the students' English skills. Application of Simple project-based learning Techniques in Learning For this reason, improving your English, especially your speaking skills, is the right strategy to improve your students' skills. Techniques can turn abstract concepts into reality in the classroom.

As blood is an essential part of the human body, the blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. However, currently the amount of blood supply in the Indonesian Red Cross is decreasing.    Seeing this situation, PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) conducted a blood donor service activity to the community. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and socialization of the importance of blood donation, increase the number of blood bags at PMI Gunung Anyar and PMI Surabaya City, humanitarian efforts to help others, and prove community service as a form of social responsibility.  The activity was carried out on June 24, 2024 at the SIER Clinic in Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya City, and still followed health protocols.  The activity was attended by 101 people.  The amount of blood collected was 101 bags. Overall, the event ran smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that the event will be a success.

Accurate accounting software is a business application that helps SMEs manage their business easily. Processing financial data into financial reports needed to help plan the company's future. The profit and loss report is a financial report that reports on the company's operational activities by calculating income and expenses for one period and then the profit and loss report can be determined. The profit and loss report can be used as a way to assess the company's level of success in a certain period and also to understand the company's development. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the application of accurate accounting software in preparing profit and loss reports. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a sampling technique, purposive sampling. The research method used is User Acceptance Testing, with a type of testing, Black Box Testing. The results of this research show that accurate accounting software is effective in preparing profit and loss reports, easy to understand and easy to detect errors. This error can be detected by reviewing the transaction data that has been input. With the help of Standard Operating Procedures, companies can minimize errors, make control easier and enable to run company smoothly

In an era where information technology and communication continue to advance, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly intense. Companies must strive and employ strategies to sustain their businesses. Success is closely related to a company's ability to manage inventory effectively to meet customer demand maximally. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory management information system for Toko Agen Umi to facilitate the management of stock data and transactions. The development approach adopted is Prototype. The anticipated outcome of implementing this system analysis is to streamline the creation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and inventory reports with a user-friendly interface. The application aims to organize inventory management in a more structured, systematic, and computerized manner to prevent calculation errors. It is advised not to adhere strictly to one system to allow for continual learning and development in the process.

The Cinderella Complex syndrome is a phenomenon that affects adolescent girls in contemporary society. This study aims to explore strategies to overcome this syndrome through psychoeducation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. Data were collected through interviews and observations of female millennial students. The results show that factors such as 1) having a boyfriend, 2) receiving male attention, 3) depending on and being influenced by others, 4) lack of confidence in their abilities, 5) desire to marry young, 6) having fears that can inhibit success, 7) lack of independence, 8) received parenting styles influence the Cinderella Complex syndrome in adolescent girls. The implications of this research are the need for psychological interventions, such as psychoeducation, to help adolescent girls overcome their fear of independence and develop self-confidence. Hopefully, these findings will contribute to understanding and addressing the Cinderella Complex syndrome in adolescent girls in contemporary society.

Graffiti art is a form of art that possesses unique qualities and distinct market value compared to other art forms. However, it is still often seen as vandalism that damages public property in the eyes of society. There is a need for communication channels to introduce graffiti to the Indonesian public in order to change this perception. Through the Rokest Party 2024 event held on July 6th at Cafe Kaldi.Id Juanda Depok, the Rokest community, together with Communication Science students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta, organized this event with the intention of introducing graffiti and promoting the market value of graffiti artworks within the Rokest community. The event implementation method followed Glodblatt's event planning model, which includes research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation. Therefore, this event can be considered successful as a communication medium for introducing graffiti, despite needing further improvements and evaluation.

The method used in this research is quantitative statistical research method, using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through the researcher's social media, and utilizing SPSS version 25. Based on the questionnaire results from 98 respondents, it can be concluded that affordable and appropriate prices, as well as attractive promotions, significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions.

the external environment has an important influence on the sustainability of an organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the role of the external environment in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a literature study approach, in other words, the research was conducted without a research location, but all data was taken through previous studies in the form of books and scientific articles relevant to the research theme. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the external environment helps educational institutions to understand external factors that can affect their performance and success. SWOT is used as a tool to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of educational institutions. The external environment in organizations is divided into two: micro (small scope) involving competitors and partnerships, and macro (general scope) involving economic, political/legal, socio-cultural, technological, and global factors. The steps used in the analysis process involve scanning, monitoring, forecasting, and assessing.

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Financial aspects are needed to assess whether or not a business is feasible to continue because the amount of income obtained from sales is the key to the success of a business. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of Kokom Katering business from the financial aspect. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with direct data collection in the field, with the research location at Kokom Katering located in Cikampek with the research time in June 2024. From the results of the research, the Kokom Katering business received total revenue in May 2024 of Rp. 16,875,000 with production costs of Rp. 12,150,000 so that the profit obtained was Rp. 4,725,000 as of May 2024, so it can be concluded that the Kokom Katering business is profitable.

The learning outcomes of students are a benchmark for the success of students in the learning process that has been conducted in class. This study aims to analyze students' learning outcomes in the topic of derivatives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with the sample selected being students of class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan. The data collection techniques used include tests, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that students' learning outcomes vary between low, moderate, and high abilities, particularly in how they approach problem-solving. Students with low abilities can answer all questions, but there are errors in rewriting and linking derivative concepts. Students with moderate abilities can answer all questions although they may struggle with linking concepts and rewriting them in question number 2. Meanwhile, students with high abilities can solve all questions using derivative concepts and rewrite these concepts in problem-solving.

Waste management remains a major challenge in Indonesia, particularly concerning marine plastic waste and the increase in hazardous waste (B3). The lack of understanding and limited facilities such as TPS-3R and waste banks further exacerbate the situation. In response, we conducted a community service program in Mangunarga Village, Sumedang, West Java, aimed at raising awareness and improving waste management practices. This program included educational workshops and equipping waste processing facilities. The results showed a significant increase in community understanding and behavior related to waste management, with awareness rising from 16.5% to 97.2%, and proper waste sorting practices increasing from 8.2% to 96.3%. The success of this program underscores the importance of community-based approaches and supportive infrastructure in addressing environmental challenges at the local level.

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing sales of Omasan Taste frozen beef meatballs through assistance in the business licensing process and updates in product packaging design. Small businesses like Omasan Taste often experience difficulties in obtaining official licenses and creating attractive and safe packaging. Through training, consultation, and assessment, this mentoring aims to assist in the setup and management of business licenses, such as P-IRT licensing and halal certification, as well as improved packaging design. The results showed that having a complete business license can increase customer confidence, while attractive and informative packaging design succeeded in increasing interest in the product. This is reflected in increased purchases and market expansion. In this way, the assistance successfully boosted Omasan Taste's sales through strategies to increase consumer confidence and product competitiveness in a larger market.

Education plays a crucial role in the development and survival of a nation. Teachers as the main actors in the educational process have a big responsibility in achieving successful quality education. This research aims to examine the impact of awards and recognition on the achievement motivation and professionalism of Indonesian language teachers. The research method is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, a hypothetical case study conducted on five Indonesian language teachers from two different schools. The research results reveal that awards increase work morale, encouragement to innovate, and teachers' intrinsic motivation. Recognition also has a significant impact on professionalism by increasing commitment, performance standards, and collaboration between teachers. Effective forms of reward include financial rewards, public recognition, and personal development opportunities. However, challenges such as consistency, fairness and sustainability in reward systems still need to be addressed. This research confirms the importance of rewards and recognition in increasing teacher motivation and professionalism, as well as contributing to improving the overall quality of education.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee.
