This research is entitled Water Governance on Optimizing Clean Water Distribution to Meet Community Needs in Lembur Village, Komba City District, East Manggarai Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the water governance process in Lembur Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This study examines water governance on community needs using 3 important aspects, namely, the content layer, the institutional layer and the relationship layer. The results of the study show that the implementation of water governance in terms of the content layer is constrained in providing ineffective information, especially during the delivery of program work and policy making, officer training only occurs during National Programs such as PPIP and PAMSIMAS, while those managed by villages do not conduct training due to budget shortages, and policy strategies that are not optimal cause some people to not get clean water supply, but in the aspect of the institutional layer from the organizational side, there has been a division of roles and responsibilities, there is a strict structure and supervision, but there is a miscommunication between the overtime village government and clean water officers, even from the aspect of financing, budget realization that is not in line with the results in the field, then in the aspect of the relationship layer on the participation side,  The community is not involved in the completion of clean water work and deliberately dismantles the pipes that have been worked. Financial alkalization and decision-making are not transparent and communication between the government and the community is not effective.

This study focuses on optimizing electric vehicle (EV) battery recycling through the use of green chemical processes and circular economy principles. The research aims to enhance the recovery of valuable metals lithium, cobalt, and nickel from used lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) in an environmentally sustainable manner. Green solvents were employed as a safer alternative to conventional, toxic chemicals, minimizing hazardous waste emissions and improving the efficiency of the recycling process. Experimental results showed that the green solvent-based process achieved high recovery rates of 90% for cobalt, 87% for nickel, and 85% for lithium, with metal purity levels exceeding 95% for all three metals. The study also examined the scalability of the green solvent method, revealing its potential to offer more sustainable and cost-effective solutions compared to traditional methods, which typically involve high temperatures and toxic chemicals. Despite the promising results, challenges such as solvent recovery and the adaptation of the process for large-scale industrial applications remain. Nonetheless, the study demonstrates that integrating green solvent-based recycling into the global EV supply chain can significantly reduce environmental impacts, conserve resources, and support the transition to a circular economy. The findings highlight the potential of this recycling method to provide a more sustainable and efficient solution for EV battery recycling, ultimately contributing to the development of a more sustainable EV industry.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the mixed economic model in controlling financial system stability in 7 emerging market countries. Where the monetary policy variables are the money supply and interest rates. Then the microprudential variables are Return On Equity and Return On Assets, the macroprudential variables are Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans. The financial system stability variables are the inflation level and exchange rate. The data analysis model in this research is the Simultaneous model. This research uses secondary data or time series, namely from 2019 to 2023. This analysis is significant for controlling the financial system by ensuring the data meets normality assumptions through the Jarque-Bera test, which allows for more precise financial planning and risk management decisions. The absence of autocorrelation effects, as proven in the residual test, also strengthens the reliability of the model in understanding market trends. The Two-Stage Least Squares method in simultaneous regression analysis provides in-depth insight into the relationship between economic variables such as the inflation rate and the exchange rate, supporting effective economic policy making. Understanding the elasticity of key variables to the inflation rate and exchange rate is also important for optimizing risk control strategies and financial resource allocation.

The fire suppression ability of this sprinkler installation compared to other fire extinguishing equipment has been proven to be more effective. Because the sprinkler system does not require an operator when operating, fires can be prevented earlier before causing greater losses. For this reason, the implementation of sprinkler systems in buildings is crucial. According to KEPMEN PU NO. 10/KPTS/2000, a building must have elements that can maintain structural stability to a certain level during a fire. This research was conducted directly in the field, and the necessary data was obtained independently through interviews with relevant parties. The author conducted research observations in the archive warehouse to obtain both primary and secondary data. Primary data included field documentation and calculations. Planning calculations were done directly by calculating the number of sprinklers, water requirements, and reservoirs to determine the precise needs. Based on the survey, it was found that the size of the archive warehouse is 48 x 48 m, totaling 2304 m2. The maximum distance between sprinklers used was 4.6 m. Therefore, the effective distance between sprinkler heads is 193 units. With the development of science and technology, the need for energy is getting bigger. influenced by an increase in population and human needs. One example of energy needed by all parties, including industries, is electrical energy. Electrical energy is an energy that cannot be separated from everyday life, where almost all equipment uses electrical energy both in industry and in development itself which is one of the factors that demand the supply of electrical energy. One of the most important equipment in the PLTU, namely the drive on the conveyor belt, is a 380 V electric motor. Electric motors are prone to being overloaded because they are used too often to reach the target, and also because these electric motors are often exposed to dust from coal which can cause the electric motor to accumulate dirt in the electric motor where the electric motor becomes obstructed and when it reaches letting it sit continuously can make the electric motor not optimal in operation and can be totally damaged.
