The research aims to analyze the trading strategies implemented by PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras to enhance sales performance. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, data processing, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed thematically to identify the strategies used by the company to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Based on the analysis of data from PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras for the period 2021-2023, it is observed that Market Share, Market Growth, and Revenue Growth have increased based on the calculation of revenue. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that Market Share and Market Growth have a significant impact on Revenue Growth. It is expected that the research findings will provide a deep understanding of PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras's ability to effectively understand and respond to consumer preferences. This understanding will serve as a foundation for formulating strategic analysis to enhance sales performance, helping the company to maintain and increase market share, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of logistics solutions, trading services, and industrial needs.

This research examines the lobbying and negotiation strategies in building trust in Hydro Coco's sponsorship as an isotonic drink. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study approach. The findings showed that Hydro Coco implemented marketing strategies through proper segmentation, targeting, and positioning. The performance strategy was applied by sending creative proposals to the event organizers, while negotiations focused on unveiling the logo and product sections at the event. Hydro Coco also used various promotional tactics such as offering free samples, product bonuses, price discounts, personal selling, and direct marketing. This study concludes that effective lobbying and negotiation strategies can increase sponsorship trust and increase consumer loyalty to Hydro Coco products.

The development of e-commerce is currently increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction and trust are the most dominant problems in every business unit operating in the service sector, but the process of achieving customer satisfaction is not easy. Because many other factors can influence the achievement of this level of customer satisfaction. Through this research, the author aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction, namely by using the Customer Satisfaction Index method. Based on the research results, it is known that female consumers, consumers aged 23-28 years, and private employees are the dominant respondents. The level of consumer satisfaction with e-commerce based on CSI is 97.12%.

Advertising ethics regulate advertising practices to ensure that advertisements delivered to consumers are accurate, honest, and not misleading. Unethical or inappropriate advertising can harm consumers by providing false or misleading information, which can ultimately damage brand reputation and consumer trust. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a case study method on the Sedaap noodle advertisement, Tasty Beef Yakiniku version. The results of the study showed that there were violations of the Indonesian Advertising Ethics (EPI) that were not yet known by many people, so that they could mislead consumers who watched them. Advertisers must pay attention to norms, regulations, customs and traditions in producing advertisements so that unwanted incidents do not occur and also do not offend the community affected by the advertisements made to avoid controversy among the community

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. Business legality that is officially recognized by the government, such as a Business Identification Number, is the main prerequisite for gaining consumer trust and access to various other business opportunities, including financing and partnerships. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to Bu Suwarti Semen Tape MSMEs regarding NIB creation, starting from the registration process to NIB processing so that the business is recognized as legal by the government, and by developing branding for the Bu Suwarti Semen Tape product, it can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of its products. on the market. The MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. This assistance is carried out in two stages, namely assistance in creating a Business Identification Number which starts from the registration process to processing the NIB so that the legality of the business is recognized by the government. Next, the second stage is assistance with MSME branding through creating a visual identity which aims to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of this tape product on the market.

The abstract in English: This study investigates the impact of ethics on consumer trust in advertising. The research examines how ethical considerations in advertisements influence consumer perceptions and trust. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to analyze data collected from surveys and interviews. The findings reveal that ethical advertising significantly enhances consumer trust, leading to greater brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. These implications highlight the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in advertising practices.

This  research aims to analyze the influence of product prices and customer reviews on purchasing decisions of Management students at PGRI University Semarang (Upgris) on the e-commerce platforms Shopee and TikTok Shop. In the current digital era, e-commerce has become one of the main channels for consumers to make purchases. Two important factors that consumers often consider before making a purchase are product price and customer reviews. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 36 Upgris Management students who actively use Shopee and TikTok Shop.The research results show that both product price and customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Specifically, product price has a greater influence than customer reviews in determining purchasing decisions on both platforms. Apart from that, there is a difference in the level of trust in customer reviews on Shopee and TikTok Shop, where students tend to trust reviews on Shopee more. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for e-commerce businesses in designing effective marketing strategies by considering price factors and customer reviews.

This study analyzes ethical violations in advertising (EPI) within television commercials, using the Ichitan "Want the Real One" commercial as a case study. The primary objective of this research is to identify and disseminate the ethical breaches occurring in the advertisement and their impact on consumer perception. The research method employed is qualitative content analysis with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through advertisement observation and a literature review related to advertising ethics. The study results indicate that the Ichitan "Want the Real One" commercial violates several principles of advertising ethics, including the use of misleading claims and inaccurate representations. The impact of these violations is the emergence of negative perceptions among consumers toward the Ichitan brand. This research suggests that advertisers should adhere more closely to ethical standards in creating advertisements to maintain consumer trust and reputation.

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to the UMKM tofu products in Desa Duren, Kota Madiun. Desa Duren is known for its tofu production, which is one of the main sources of income for the local community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the production and distribution processes of tofu. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with UMKM actors, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and concern for community welfare, has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the business and the economic well-being of the Desa Duren community. Additionally, the application of these ethics has also enhanced the reputation and consumer trust in the tofu products. This study concludes that the application of Islamic business ethics is not only relevant but also essential in creating an environment of integrity and sustainable business practices. The study's recommendations include increasing education and training for UMKM actors about Islamic business ethics and support from the government and related institutions to strengthen ethical and sustainable business practices. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of Islamic business ethics and the economic empowerment of the local community.

For a long time, Word of Mouth (EWOM) has been considered the main source of information that influences consumer decisions. In the era of globalization, EWOM has developed into a broader, albeit more personal, form, known as electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Advances in electronic systems and the emergence of social media platforms, for example Instagram, open up new and promising potential for the evolution of EWOM as an integral part of business advertising/business promotion strategies. When EWOM regarding a product receives a positive response, the impact has a direct impact on the brand image or good brand image. One of the related concepts in the formation of EWOM and brand image on Instagram today is the role of influencers. The aim of this research is to understand the role of social media influencers in shaping positive EWOM and how this impacts improving brand image. Qualitative methods were applied in this research by collecting data through journals, books and articles. The findings from this research show that influencers who have a high level of trust have a very influential role in forming EWOM which provides positive EWOM reviews regarding the products being marketed. This positive opinion from EWOM directly increases the positive value of the brand image in society, which shows that the success of influencers can help audiences understand information about products and increase their desire to make purchases.

This research discusses the influence of Influencers and eWOM on consumer buying interest in N'pure products in South Tangerang with Brand Trust as an intervening variable. Nowadays, the biggest purchases are made online through e-commerce and people look for references through social media. Influencers are familiar figures among social media users. Influencers who are honest will always be more trusted by their followers. That way, whatever the influencer recommends, their followers tend to be interested in that product. Coupled with positive reviews and ratings on e-commerce, it will increase consumers' trust in a product which can increase interest in purchasing a product. The aim of this research is to review and find out how influential influencers and eWOM are on consumer buying interest, using brand trust as an intervention. This research uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire survey with a total of 60 respondents. From the results of this research, it can be seen that influencers have an influence on increasing the Brand Trust of a product and eWOM has a great influence on consumer buying interest. Brand Trust has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Even though Influencers are not significant in influencing Purchase Interest, increasing trust in the brand will make a product brand known to many people, in other words it will influence consumer purchasing interest.

This research reviews the influence of social media and trust on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia platform in South Tangerang. The background reflects significant changes in consumer behavior due to developments in information technology, especially in online commerce. The goal is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions with a focus on social media and consumer trust. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyze data from consumers in the region. Research findings show that although social media does not have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The implication is the importance of strengthening consumer trust in building effective marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms, as well as the need to develop theories of consumer behavior in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product label perception and product quality on purchasing decisions of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) culinary products, with trust acting as an intervening variable in Pasuruan City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to gather data from culinary product consumers. The study investigates how consumers' perceptions of product labels and the quality of culinary products influence their purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it explores the role of trust in mediating these relationships. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for UMKM businesses in Pasuruan to improve their marketing strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement by focusing on enhancing product labels, product quality, and building trust with consumers.

The aim of the study on buying interest at Belikopi was to determine: 1. The influence of price level on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan 2. The influence of brand image on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan 3. The influence of price level and brand image on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan. The type of research used is explanatory, namely research that explains the influence between variables and hypotheses. The test results show 1) there is a significant influence between Price Level and Buying Interest 2) there is a significant influence between Brand Image and Buying Interest d 3) there is a significant influence between Price Level and Brand Image together on Buying Interest 4) From The results of calculating the coefficient of determination obtained a result of 57.04% and the remaining 42.96% was influenced by other variables or factors. 1. Belikopi Sampangan must be able to adjust prices to product quality and maintain reasonable and affordable prices for customers, so as to increase buying interest consumer. 2. Belikopi Sampangan must continue to maintain a good reputation, trustworthy quality and positive perception and be able to overall meet consumer expectations.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential strategy for building a positive brand image and fostering customer trust. This study compares the role of CSR in enhancing brand image within Indonesian and Kazakhstani markets, focusing on sectors with high consumer visibility. Through a survey of consumers and interviews with CSR managers, the research identifies key CSR activities that resonate with each market's audience. The study concludes that culturally tailored CSR initiatives can significantly enhance brand perception, suggesting that firms should adapt their CSR strategies to align with local values and consumer expectations.

This research aims to uncover the relationship between Brand Image and Word of Mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Maharani Cake House. With the background of a high number of people with disabilities in Indonesia, Maharani Cake House emerges as a solution for social inclusion and creating job opportunities for them. A strong brand image and word-of-mouth recommendations are considered to influence customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a questionnaire. The data analysis results show that Brand Image and Word of Mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, in line with consumer theory. These findings are consistent with previous research stating that a strong brand image and social interaction play an important role in shaping purchasing decisions. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of building a strong brand image and enhancing social interaction to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to continuously strengthen their brand image and foster word of mouth to increase consumer trust and expand market share.

In the era of globalization, financial technology (fintech) has enabled society to access financial services quickly and efficiently. However, the emergence of illegal Fintech presents risks to consumers, such as financial losses and privacy breaches. Legal protection for victims of illegal fintech practices is important to ensure the safety and rights of consumers. This study aims to identify the legal consequences of illegal P2PL Fintech and evaluate legal protection for victims in the context of the case study Decision Number 3115 K/PDT/2021. The study uses a normative juridical method by analyzing relevant legal texts, such as laws, regulations, and court decisions. The results show that the legal consequences of illegal Fintech include law enforcement actions, compensation for victims, regulatory prevention efforts, and improved consumer protection. Victims of illegal Fintech practices receive legal protection from existing regulations and law enforcement. Court decisions, such as Decision Study Number 3115 K/PDT/2021, serve as important legal precedents in addressing these illegal practices. Thus, this research provides a better understanding of consumer protection in illegal fintech practices and emphasizes the importance of strict regulations and effective law enforcement in maintaining the integrity of the fintech industry and public trust.

This research aims to describe the impact of changing CV Tulimario on the halal label of their products in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muara Jambi Regency. Descriptive qualitative methods are used to analyze natural conditions and events in the field. Tangkit Baru Village has an area of ​​18,122 km² with a population of 2,974 people. CV Tulimario, founded by Mr H. Baso Intang in 1981, operates in the pineapple processing agro-industry sector, with main products such as pineapple dodol, pineapple chips and Nasgar drinks. This research found that CV Tulimario's sales strategy relies heavily on halal certification to increase competitiveness and consumer trust. Halal certification is considered important for market access in supermarkets and large stores, as well as improving consumer image and trust. However, the process of obtaining halal certification presents its own challenges, especially in meeting the requirements for suitability and cleanliness. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding market requirements and consumer needs, as well as commitment to hygiene and quality standards in production to support sustainable economic growth.

The research conducted examined the influence of independent variables—targeting (X1) and relationship marketing (X2)—on the dependent variable, purchase decision (Y). The findings revealed that both targeting and relationship marketing individually have a positive and significant impact on customer purchase decisions at CV. Putramas Pratama Medan. Additionally, when considered together, targeting and relationship marketing significantly influence customer purchase decisions at the company. Based on these results, it is recommended that CV. Putramas Pratama should expand its target market to increase consumer responsiveness to the company's product offerings. Furthermore, the company should focus on building consumer trust by paying close attention to customer needs and feedback. This dual approach of broadening the target market and enhancing relationship marketing is expected to improve customer purchase decisions significantly.

This research aims to examine the factors that influence purchasing decisions with sneakers products on Shopee Live Video Shopping. The factors studied in this research are product quality, service quality, trust, and consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area. The population used is Shopee users in the Jakarta area. The method used in this research is quantitative, using primary data with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 200 respondents (final sample). The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) using IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS 23 software. The results of this research show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The results of this research also show that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
