This study investigates the effectiveness of an integrative learning model in improving Indonesian literature appreciation skills among high school students. A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 120 eleventh-grade students from two public high schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. The participants were divided into two groups: the experimental group, which received instruction through the integrative learning model, and the control group, which followed traditional teaching methods. The integrative model was designed to combine language skills development—such as reading comprehension, vocabulary enrichment, and critical writing—with structured literary analysis focusing on themes, characterization, style, and cultural context. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure learning outcomes, observation sheets to monitor classroom activities, and student questionnaires to capture perceptions and engagement levels. The results indicated that students in the experimental group experienced a significantly higher improvement in literature appreciation skills compared to those in the control group (p < 0.05). They demonstrated enhanced abilities to interpret literary works, analyze narrative elements, and articulate critical responses to Indonesian contemporary literature. Observation data revealed that the integrative approach fostered more active participation, collaborative learning, and deeper reflection during classroom discussions. Moreover, student feedback highlighted increased motivation, enjoyment, and perceived relevance of literature learning to real-life experiences. These findings underscore the pedagogical potential of integrative learning models in secondary school literature education. By linking language proficiency with analytical and interpretative competencies, this approach not only strengthens students’ linguistic abilities but also cultivates their critical thinking, cultural awareness, and aesthetic appreciation. The study recommends the wider adoption of integrative methods in Indonesian high schools as an effective strategy for promoting meaningful and enduring engagement with literature.

The application of the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method in employee promotion decisions at PTPN 4 aims to enhance efficiency and objectivity in decision-making. This method allows managers to evaluate employees based on multiple criteria simultaneously, such as performance, experience, contributions, and other relevant factors. By considering these various aspects, MOORA helps make promotion decisions more transparent and fair. One of the primary advantages of applying the MOORA method is its ability to reduce bias that may occur during the promotion process. Bias can arise from subjectivity or imbalance in employee assessments, which are often based on individual judgments or personal perceptions. By using MOORA, promotion decisions are based on more objective and measurable data, making the process more systematic and structured. The MOORA method can also increase employee motivation. A transparent promotion process based on clear criteria provides employees with a strong incentive to continuously improve their performance. When employees know that promotions are based on fair evaluation, they are more motivated to work harder. This, in turn, will increase overall productivity and performance at PTPN 4. The implementation of MOORA at PTPN 4 also provides advantages in better human resource management. With the MOORA-based decision support system, managers can easily identify employees who have the best potential for promotion. This process involves several steps, such as data normalization, determining criteria weights, and calculating final values that reflect overall employee performance. The end result is the selection of employees who meet the qualifications and have outstanding performance for promotion, supporting the sustainable development of the organization.

Financial statements play an important role in providing relevant, reliable, and trustworthy financial information to stakeholders. Although auditors are responsible for ensuring the fairness of these statements, cases of undetected financial fraud still occur. This research seeks to empirically examine the effect of experience and time budget pressure on the auditor’s ability to detect fraud, with an understanding of red flags as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on auditors who work in Public Accounting Firms (PAFs) in Bali. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique and 94 auditors were obtained as a sample. Data was collected through a survey method using a structured questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analytical methods used include multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that experience has a positive effect, and time budget pressure has a negative effect on the auditor’s’ ability to detect fraud. Furthermore, red flags strengthen the effect of experience and time budget pressure on the auditor’s ability to detect fraud. The findings provide valuable insights for auditors to manage their work focus effectively and for public accounting firms to allocate audit time proportionally, ensuring optimal awareness of red flags even under high time pressure.

Fatigue is a critical issue in labour-intensive small industries, especially in traditional food production such as tofu manufacturing. This study aims to develop a fatigue classification model using a decision tree algorithm by integrating subjective assessments of the work system through the Macroergonomic Organizational Questionnaire Survey (MOQS) and objective physiological indicators, specifically Cardiovascular Load (CVL). The research was conducted in a tofu home industry located in Kalisari Village, Banyumas, Indonesia. Primary data were collected from 10 workers through MOQS questionnaires and heart rate measurements taken at rest and during work. CVL values were calculated and used as labels for classification into three categories: low, moderate, and high fatigue. Meanwhile, MOQS dimension scores (organization, job, personal, environment, and technology) were transformed into interval data and used as classification features. A decision tree model was built using the CART algorithm and visualized for interpretability. The results show that all workers experienced at least moderate fatigue, with 20% categorized as high fatigue. The decision tree revealed that the dimensions of organizational and personal factors were the most influential in predicting fatigue levels. The model provides a practical and interpretable tool to support decision-making in scheduling, workload balancing, and ergonomic interventions. This study demonstrates a novel approach to combining macroergonomic assessments and physiological data with machine learning for practical fatigue risk management in small-scale food production environments.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting national economic growth, particularly through their contributions to job creation and the development of local potential. MSMEs serve as the backbone of inclusive economic development by reaching various segments of society. However, despite their strategic importance, MSMEs often face internal challenges, including the risk of fraud committed by employees. This study aims to examine the forms of fraud risk occurring within the MSME HJ.GUS BUSANA and analyze their impact on business operations. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through direct interviews with the business owner. This method allowed for a contextual and in-depth understanding of the types of fraud experienced. The findings reveal two primary forms of employee fraud that pose a threat to operational efficiency and business sustainability. First, the excessive use of raw materials without the owner’s knowledge or approval, categorized as a high-risk behavior. Second, the use of business facilities such as equipment and working hours for personal purposes, categorized as a moderate-risk behavior. These practices lead to resource wastage, increased operational costs, and decreased productivity. The impact of such fraud is not only financial but can also erode trust within the workplace environment. Therefore, a more effective internal control system is essential, including proper monitoring of material usage and access to business resources. Additionally, instilling strong work ethics and a sense of responsibility among employees is crucial in building a positive organizational culture. Implementing these measures is key to ensuring that MSMEs can not only survive but also grow sustainably amidst the ever-changing business landscape. Strengthening internal supervision and ethical awareness can significantly reduce the risk of fraud, thereby enhancing the long-term resilience and performance of the enterprise.

Hypertension is a condition characterized by elevated blood pressure, where the systolic pressure exceeds 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure exceeds 90 mmHg. If not properly treated, hypertension can lead to severe complications, increased morbidity, and even mortality. This condition occurs when the heart works harder than usual to pump blood (systolic) and the blood flow returning to the heart (diastolic) also experiences increased pressure. One of the efforts to prevent the progression of hypertension from a primary to a secondary stage is through non-pharmacological treatments. One such treatment includes the use of natural remedies like celery leaves. Celery leaves contain active compounds such as flavonoids and potassium that are believed to help lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and increasing the excretion of sodium through urine. This community service activity was carried out in Purwodadi Village and aimed to increase public awareness, especially among families, regarding hypertension and its non-pharmacological management using natural ingredients that are easy to find and affordable. The method used involved health education through counseling and direct demonstrations of how to prepare and consume celery leaf boiled water. Participants were actively involved in learning how to select, clean, boil, and properly consume the celery leaf water as a herbal drink. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in community knowledge and understanding related to hypertension and the benefits of using celery leaves as a traditional remedy. It is hoped that after this activity, the local community will be able to independently apply this knowledge and routinely use boiled celery water as a preventive measure to maintain normal blood pressure and reduce the risk of complications. This effort is part of promotive and preventive health services to improve the quality of life and promote a healthy lifestyle at the village level.

Indonesia is a country rich in culture, one of which is batik, recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of Indonesia. Batik is not only a visual art form but also holds significant potential as a context for teaching mathematics. Unfortunately, the integration of local culture into mathematics education has not been widely implemented. Therefore, this community service activity aims to train teachers and assist students in applying Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) based on batik culture at MTs Nurul Ummah Kotagede, Yogyakarta. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, teachers were provided with training on the theory and practice of RME, which was then applied in the classroom. The lesson focused on geometric transformations, using batik patterns as a real-world context. By linking mathematical concepts to the familiar cultural context of batik, it was hoped that students would more easily understand abstract mathematical ideas and find them more meaningful. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the students and positive appreciation from the teachers toward the RME model based on culture. Students demonstrated a better understanding of mathematical concepts, as the learning process connected theoretical knowledge to real-world contexts they recognized. Additionally, teachers acknowledged that using batik culture in mathematics education made the learning experience more enjoyable and meaningful. This activity proves that integrating local culture, such as batik, into RME can increase students' interest in mathematics and help them understand abstract concepts by relating them to real-life experiences.

This study aims to observe the phases of mitosis in the meristem cells of shallot roots (Allium cepa) through microscopic observation as part of the Cell Biology learning model. Mitosis is an important part of the cell cycle that plays a role in growth, tissue repair, and asexual reproduction in organisms. A deep understanding of the mitosis process is an important foundation in various branches of biology, including genetics, biotechnology, and histology. Shallot roots were chosen because they have actively dividing meristem tissue at the root tip,as well as a large and transparent cell structure that facilitates the staining and observation process. Preparation was carried out by soaking the onion roots in a solution of acetic acid and alcohol for fixation, then staining with acetocarmine acid so that the chromosomes are clearly visible. The process of crushing the root tip and pressing it on a glass object (squash method) was used to expand the observation area. A light microscope with a magnification of 400x and 1000x was used to identify the division phases. Observation results show the presence of all phases of mitosis, namely prophase (nucleolus and nuclear membrane begin to disappear, chromosomes condense), metaphase (chromosomes line up at the equator), anaphase (chromatids separate to opposite poles), and telophase (nuclear membrane and two daughter cell nuclei re-form). Visual documentation in the form of microscopic photographs and descriptive tables clarify the identification of these phases, thus facilitating student understanding. From a pedagogical perspective, this microscopic practicum-based learning has been proven to improve students' observational skills, laboratory skills, and conceptual understanding of cell division. Students not only memorize theories, but directly experience the scientific process through exploration and discussion of observation results. Evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out through post-practicum quizzes and student worksheets, showing an increase in understanding scores of more than 30%.

This Final Project report discusses the visual design process by the author as Director of Photography (DoP) in the creation of a feature video entitled "Bamboo Melody: Reviving a Traditional Symphony." This work aims to highlight the challenges faced in preserving the art of angklung music in the modern era, particularly the low interest of Generation Z in traditional culture. Angklung, which is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages, is experiencing a regeneration crisis, where the successors of this tradition are decreasing. In this context, it is important to convey the meaning and cultural values of angklung to the younger generation in a relevant and engaging way. The method of writing this report uses a descriptive approach that includes three production stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. Each stage is designed systematically and reflectively to ensure that the intended message is well received by the audience. In the pre-production stage, the author designed a visual concept that aligns with the theme and purpose of the work, namely to depict the meaningful philosophy of the angklung sound. In the production stage, shooting techniques were carefully selected to ensure aesthetics and clear communication in each frame. The results of the application of appropriate shooting techniques are proven to be able to present the philosophical value of angklung aesthetically and communicatively. Through powerful visuals, viewers can experience the depth of meaning behind this traditional musical instrument. Furthermore, this work concludes with testimonials from young angklung players and an angklung performance at Saung Angklung Udjo, illustrating concrete efforts to preserve angklung culture. This section emphasizes the importance of youth involvement in cultural regeneration, demonstrating that with a creative approach, the angklung's sound philosophy can be revived and well-received by Generation Z. Therefore, this work not only conveys solutions in the form of discourse but also provides a concrete illustration of cultural preservation through contemporary media that is accessible and understandable to the younger generation.
