Because teachers have not found the right learning model in learning, and also in practical learning face obstacles in the available musical instruments. Because it is not guarded / maintained to make some traditional Minangkabau musical instruments can no longer be used. Student interest in learning Minangkabau traditional music seems to be decreasing, because the learning model or strategy for teachers is not right, teachers have not implemented important stage assessments that must exist in learning that applies the curriculum and also the factors of inadequate tools used that make the learning process of Minangkabau traditional music art culture not run optimally.

This study examines the impact of traditional financial performance measures and Value-Based Management on Market Value Added (MVA) in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in the selection of 19 companies based on predetermined criteria. Secondary data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and panel data regression analysis was used for data analysis. The results indicate that ROA and EVA positively and significantly influence MVA. In contrast, ROE, DPS, EBITDA, and CFROI do not significantly affect MVA. Notably, EPS demonstrates a negative impact on MVA, suggesting that higher earnings per share may not correlate with increased market value.

Lemongrass has many benefits that can be processed into processed ingredients in traditional medicine to overcome diseases, especially to relieve leg pain that attacks children and adults. Lemongrass in Manen Kaleka village is quite abundant because it is easy to grow lemongrass in the area. Lemongrass plants are only widely sold in the Manen Kaleka village market only for cooking ingredients and its economic value can be said to be still low because of the level of processing. One of the measures that have been shown to be effective non-pharmacologically to reduce pain is to warm the affected joint. This lemongrass soak can be used in the treatment of pain and relax tense muscles. Plants that have substances as warmers, anti-inflammatories and can smooth blood flow such as lemongrass. Traditional massage parlors have changed dramatically. Several traditional massage parlors in Indonesia have been in the spotlight in recent years due to the covert prostitution practices that occur in these places. This practice involves sexual services offered as part of traditional massage services, and it has become a serious problem affecting various aspects of society. The problem discussed is how the practice of covert prostitution in traditional massage parlors in Indonesia cannot be fully criminalized under Articles 296 & 506 of the Criminal Code and how criminal law is enforced against the practice of prostitution in covert massage parlors in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the practice of covert prostitution in traditional massage parlors in Indonesia which cannot yet be fully criminalized under Articles 296 & 506 of the Criminal Code and analyze criminal law enforcement against the practice of prostitution in covert massage parlors in Indonesia. The theories used in this thesis are law enforcement theory and legal certainty theory. The research method was carried out using a statutory approach which was carried out by examining all laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being handled as well as approaching cases that occurred in the practice of disguised prostitution in massage parlor activities. Problems in the Effectiveness of implementing Articles 296 and 506 of the Criminal Code in law enforcement against prostitution in massage parlors is very dependent on the joint efforts of various parties, availability of resources, and commitment to crack down on this crime consistently and fairly. According to the author, criminal law enforcement against the practice of prostitution in hidden massage parlors in Indonesia currently does not yet have full legal certainty in the application of Articles 296 and 506 of the Criminal Code and related laws. Furthermore, related to the law enforcement factor which is less than optimal, according to the author, the legal system in the crime of prostitution does not work properly, especially related to the legal culture of individual officers who have not made efforts to enforce the law. The suggestions in the research are the need for cooperation between the government, community sponsored organizations (NGO ),child protection institutions and civil society in dealing with the problem of prostitution and improving the legal culture or culture where there must be a mental improvement of government officials and law enforcement officials so that there are no more unscrupulous individuals playing in law enforcement efforts against hidden massage parlors under the guise of prostitution.

This research is motivated by changes in the community that carries out the mitoni tradition. The mitoni tradition is a native tradition of Java pioneered by Hinduism and Buddhism, which used to be carried out in the Javanese or Kejawen way but has changed over time. This change is caused by the development of an increasingly modern era and the arrival of Islam to Indonesia. The changes that have occurred are about the elements of the ritual, from the original complete Kejawen ritual to a more spiritual tradition that has an Islamic feel without leaving the core of the tradition and the noble values contained. This research is a qualitative research that uses the type of field research and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. Then the analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research are the village head, religious leaders, traditional leaders and several people from Bangun Rejo Village, South Solok Regency.  The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the mitoni tradition there are several processions carried out during the day and night, where the processions carried out during the day are not all in accordance with Islamic teachings. Along with the development of an increasingly modern era, there have been many changes in the implementation of the mitoni tradition where some people only carry out the mitoni tradition by holding a simple kenduri and thanksgiving. The implementation of the mitoni tradition also contains Islamic educational values, namely the value of faith education in the form of sungkeman, brojolan, lawuhan, kenduri and kepungan processions. The value of worship education in the form of the siraman procession. The value of moral education in the form of a procession of sending prayers and reading the holy verses of the Qur’an. With the values of Islamic education that have developed in the mitoni tradition, the people of Bangun Rejo Village still maintain the mitoni tradition to this day.

The development of Jayapura City as the capital of Papua Province has grown into a region very rapidly from being a modern city. The classification of areas in Jayapura City is included in the heterogeneous area group where the types of population come from various tribes and regions that live in Jayapura City. The city of Jayapura has land and sea areas with different areas, and has residential characteristics as a traditional village. The settlements of Kampung Enggros and Kampung Tobati are located around the coast of Yotefa Bay, including in the South Jayapura District and Abepura District of Jayapura Municipality, where the community builds their settlements above sea water. One thing that residents will face is the relationship between humans and the places where they live, which cannot be separated from nature. The research methods used to achieve the objectives of this research are comparative analysis and qualitative methods. The comparative analysis method displays settlement patterns with comparisons between 2019-2023 in the form of images.  Qualitative descriptive analysis method by presenting actual settlement development problems in the field in the form of pictures. The research results show that there are 3 factors for settlement development in Enggros and Tobati Villages, namely, Community, Protection and Network. Society is changing from traditional to modern, for example traditional houses become modern houses that keep up with the times. The network turns into a spatial structure in a pattern that is influenced by the economic aspects of indigenous communities. The main thing is natural factors because in the general view of indigenous Papuans, what is meant by their home is the natural surroundings where they can live.
