The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

Villa Kampung Gunung Kuningan merupakan resort yang terdapat di Kabupaten Kuningan. berkembangnya beberapa pembangunan hotel di Kabupaten Kuningan mengakibatkan tamu yang akan berkunjung ke Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki beberapa alternative pilihan untuk tempat menginap ketika akan berkunjung ke Kabupaten Kuningan, hal ini yang mendorong penulis untuk menganalisa kualitas pelayanan khususnya petugas front office deparment terhadap kepuasan tamu, adapun dimensi yang penulis teliti adalah  bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tangkap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empathy, hal tersebut merupakan alat ukur untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan. Alat ukur tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen Villa Kampung Gunung dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada tamu. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada skripsi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan angket pertanyaan kepada tamu yang berkunjung, dengan mengambil responden sejumlah 96 tamu dan seluruhnya dijadikan sebagagai sampelnya.

The reason why many companies apply the straight line method of depreciation (Straight Line Method) is because there are relatively stable maintenance and repair costs in each period, and the costs are not affected by productivity or are not affected by deviations. Therefore, the assets owned must continue to be managed properly so that companies and individuals can benefit from the existence of these assets, especially fixed assets. But this is not the case with KSP Mandiri Sejahtera Semarang where fixed assets have not been well managed. This results in inconsistencies and calculation errors, incomplete data, which results in inappropriate decision making and the value of the company's fixed assets has not been recorded properly and accurately. With a new structured management system where the calculation and reporting of depreciation of fixed assets using the straight-line depreciation method helps the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets owned by the company, besides that it also provides information about the detailed condition of each fixed asset owned by the company so that it helps the company manage its fixed assets , as well as helping to present accurate and accurate reports for the benefit of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.

Meningkatnya status sosial dalam masyarakat pada saat ini mempengaruhi tuntutan masyarakat akan kualitas pelayanan penyedia jasa kesehatan. Hal ini menuntut para penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan selalu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya untuk lebih baik lagi. Bagi penyedia jasa kesehatan bukanlah hal yang mudah untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan serta kualitas pelayanan yang baik karena pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia jasa kesehatan secara langsung dirasakan oleh pasien sehingga bila terdapat sedikit kelalaian dalam menangani pasiennya dapat berdampak buruk bagi pasien dan bagi penyedia jasa kesehatan itu sendiri Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja kota Bulukumba tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 pasien rawat inap yang telah menjalani perawatan selama lebih dari 24 jam serta pasien dalam kondisi sadar dan dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-quare pada semua kategori di peroleh nilai P= 0,001 dengan menunjukkan p < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh antara Tangible, reliabilitas, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas pasien. Dengan demikian, maka H? diterima dan Ho di tolak yang berarti ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap Loyalitas Pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba.

Quality of service not yet optimal because many basic health facilities do not meet the standards of service readiness and the absence of standard health service guidelines. Puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce inequalities in health development in all regions. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of health services for outpatients at the Lateri Public Health Center in Ambon City in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study using a descriptive design with a sample of 137 respondents by using accidental sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and writing instruments. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. Research resultIt is known that the tangibles variable (evidence / form) the respondent answered did not support more with it, the number of respondents was 69 people (50.4%). Reliability (Reliability), respondents answered more not according to amounting to 69 (50.4%). For the responsiveness variable (responsiveness), respondents answered responsiveness amounted to 83 people (60.6%), good Assurance (Assurance) amounted to 95 people (69.3%) while the empathy variable (empathy) who answered was 97 people (70.8 %).It is concluded that almost all of the dimensions of service quality found in this study are good.

Perkembangan zaman berindikasi dengan kemajuan teknologi, berdampak positif dan negatif. Indikasi positif dapat diterima baik oleh masyarakat luas, tetapi indikasi negatif, memerlukan cara pikir dan pandang dalam mengatasi kondisi tersebut. melalui teknologi yang canggih dan kehidupan sosial mulai menurun dalam berinteraksi secara tangible, sehingga memunculkan perilaku tidak baik. Sebagai contoh, siswa kurang mampu berinteraksi sopan dalam mengimlementasikan rasa hormat dengan guru dan orang tua.             Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dari beberapa pendidik keislaman pada jenjang pendidikan menengah pertama atau madrasah di Denpasar, dapat menjelaskan proses pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler berbasis keislaman. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskritif mampu mendeskripsikan secara interpretatif dengan dianalisis berdasarkan teori yang berhubungan dengan perubahan perilaku dan karakter. Penerapan adab melalui pendidikan non akademik berbasis keislaman dapat memberikan perubahan baik segi mental, sikap, dan prestasi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Museum Jawa Tengah Ranggawarsita yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan amenitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang mana mengalami kondisi kurang baik fasilitas umum, sarana prasarana akomodasi yang memadai, serta tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, serta emphaty yang mana dalam kondisi pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pelayanan oleh seorang pramuwisata masih kurang baik dalam meyakinkan wisatawan dalam melakukan kunjungan ulang pada daya tarik wisata.  Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 58 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak pengelola maupun kepuasan pengunjung. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, uji model, uji hipotesis, dan namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang baik serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Maka hasil uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan, dengan nilai korelasi determinasi adjusted R2 square sebesar 0,636. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan amenitas mempengaruhi secara nyata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung secara bersama-sama dengan keeratan hubungan sebesar 63,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung pada Museum Jawa Tengah Ranggawarsita perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang baik terhadap wisatawan, serta peningakatan sarana prasarana amenitas.

The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

Abstract: The principles of legal certainty very dominating in the law enforcement inIndonesia. The principle of legal certainty that comes from century XVII/XVIIIin Europe is a great idea from tangible in writing, made by competentauthorities. The term of analytical jurisprudence indicates that the law shoulbe removed from the study of metaphysics. Doctrine analytical jurisprudenceannnot be implemented just after about two centuries introduction by theoriginators. It is doe to changes and development of society so rapidly. Forthose in law enforcement must look spirit and the time made law. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturerperformance in STIE Totalwin Semarang
