Curriculum administration plays a role in ensuring that the curriculum is well structured and organized through various levels of planning, implementation, and supervision. Curriculum evaluation is also an important part of education management, aiming to collect information about the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and the impact of learning outcomes. In addition, this journal highlights the role of teachers in curriculum administration as implementers, adapters, developers, and researchers. The presence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents an opportunity for educators to carry out a learning process that focuses on the needs, interests, and learning styles of students, because the independent curriculum requires educators to carry out differentiated learning as an initiative in facilitating students, especially in Pancasila education, which incidentally is still carried out by conventional models or methods.

Demand for additional electric power increases as electricity demand increases, but the process is often hampered by obstacles in the operational workflow. The main objective of this research is to analyze operational risks in kWh addition services using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method using the 5 Why technique and fishbone diagram. The RCA method equipped with a fishbone diagram will produce a mapping of the causes of operational risk obstacles in the PT XYZ kWh addition service in a structured manner. In the process, the author identifies and analyzes the various risks faced, and proposes improvements aimed at improving service quality. Based on the results of the research analysis, there are two operational risks related to kWh addition, namely: the migration process of postpaid kWh meters to prepaid meters and the use of electricity by customers who exceed the contracted power. The conclusion shows that most of the operational risks come from customer behavior. Proposed improvements include increasing the frequency of inspections, proactive planning for power additions, and transparency of information to customers. The results of this report are expected to make a positive contribution to operational risk management at PT XYZ and improve customer satisfaction.

Adapting to rapidly evolving technology and honing digital literacy is a necessity for students at SMAN 1 Samaturu to ensure they do not fall behind in an increasingly digital world. However, the challenge lies in the lack of digital journalism literacy programs, despite the significant potential of this field to enhance general literacy and provide practical skills for students. The limited availability of journalism training, such as writing articles, conducting interviews, and managing school media, reduces students' opportunities to learn in this area. To address this, a digital journalism training was held on August 13, 2024, with 50 students participating. The activity included planning, training, and evaluation stages. As a result, students were able to recognize their potential in journalism. They not only learned to write and edit articles but also developed the ability to understand, analyze, and process information critically. They became more sensitive to accurate information sources, understood good narrative structures, and improved their communication skills, thus enhancing their digital literacy.

Project management is managing projects by considering all aspects of construction projects. A project must run according to plan and can be completed on time, so planning is needed before a project runs; scheduling must be considered. Scheduling is an important step in determining the exact duration and sequence for each activity in the project to create a logically structured schedule that can be implemented realistically. Many methods can be applied in project scheduling, such as S Curve and CPM (Critical Path Method). The use of different scheduling methods is considered to affect the final result of scheduling. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the two methods. The analysis was carried out by comparing the critical trajectory, duration, and cost of structural work on the Kediri Regency Stadium Design and Build Project produced by the two methods so that it can be concluded which method is more efficient. The results showed differences in critical trajectories in the S curve and the CPM methods. In addition, the difference in duration is obtained; the S curve method requires a work duration of 140 days with a cost of Rp 48,041,965,577.96. Meanwhile, the CPM method requires a work duration of 131 days at a cost of Rp 47,535,997,308.05. Based on the results, the CPM method is superior in terms of time and cost.

Family Planning program is very important because it can suppress the birth rate and minimize the number of people , but in the era of reform and implemented regional autonomy, family planning programs can not run smoothly, it is because not all local government district / city committed to the program of population and family plans. The purpose of the study was to analyze the decentralization family planning program in the Era of Regional Autonomy in District / City .The research method uses       Qualitative and descriptive method, and also using secondary data. Research results the existence  that family planning is not a priority in developing regions, and the materialistic  perspective will only make this program further drown. Efforts to revive the program can be done through advocacy approaches and instensif again. We recommend that all elements of policy makers, especially (regent / Mayor) had the foresight and understanding that family planning is a long term investment remains conserved. The management of the Family Planning program in the Regency/City in the era of regional autonomy is no longer carried out by the agency that handles the Family Planning Program, but has been combined with other programs, from the organizational structure there has been a change, previously responsible to the province, now entirely to the respective regents/mayors. The position and function of the Provincial Population and Family Planning Agency are less advantageous because this institution is still a vertical institution (centralization), but also  this institution must deal with regional institutions that already have their own paradigms in the organization.

Most micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have a limited understanding of sound business budget planning, which often leads to insufficiently prepared budget plans. However, effective budget planning can be achieved if MSMEs understand their cost structure and the break-even point of their business operations. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the cost structure and break-even point of Salero Basamo, an MSME located in Tebing Tinggi. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through interviews and observations, focusing on both production and non-production data. This data was then analyzed using cost structure analysis and break-even point analysis. The results indicate that Salero Basamo's cost structure is dominated by variable costs, accounting for 95.30% compared to 4.70% fixed costs. Furthermore, Salero Basamo reaches its break-even point when sales volume reaches 1,949 portions or sales revenue amounts to IDR 53,591,138. These findings have implications for the preparation of Salero Basamo's sales budget plan. To ensure profitability, Salero Basamo must set sales targets above 1,949 portions and revenue above IDR 53,591,138 in their budget plan. This study highlights that break-even point analysis can be a valuable tool for effective profit planning.
