Ecotourism in Baubau City has not developed optimally despite having great natural resource potential. Weak coordination between institutions is one of the obstacles to the implementation of policies related to ecotourism development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the role of ecotourism development institutions in supporting ecotourism policies in Baubau City. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation and in-depth interviews with related agencies and local ecotourism actors. The results showed that coordination between ecotourism development institutions is still weak so that the implementation of ecotourism policies is not optimal. Recommendations include the need to improve cross-sectoral coordination and program synchronization, optimize the function of ecotourism institutions, and increase human resource capacity. This research is useful as an evaluation for policy makers related to ecotourism institutional reform in Baubau City.

Begitu pentingnya air bersih bagi kehidupan manusia, sehingga memungkinkan penyediaan menjadi terbatas apabila pemanfaatannya tidak diatur dengan baik, sehingga harus dibuat suatu jaringan perpipaan yang tertata baik untuk mendistribusikan air bersih secara merata agar dapat optimal pemanfaatannya. Pengembangan dan pengelolan sistem irigasi, yang merupakan salah satu komponen pendukung keberhasilan pengembangan sistem pengairan yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dan strategis. Berkaitan dengan pengembangan kebun alam regeneratif sekolah alam Ar ridho sebagai media belajar tentang pertanian, perkebunan dan peternakan yang sangat membutuhkan air bersih untuk pengairan, penyiraman tanaman dan penyediaan air minum ternak.Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat yaitu tingginya kadar kekeruahan, kegiatan peningkatan kualitas air bersih meliputi pengamanan dan penetapan kualitas fisik air  (bebas dari warna, bau, kekeruhan dan rasa), bebas dari bahan kimia berbahaya, bebas dari sinar radioaktif maupun bakteriologis (mikroorganisme patogen). Sistem transmisi merupakan sistem pengangkutan air dari bangunan pengambilan air baku ke area yang dituju sehingga menjadi penghubungan antara sistem pengumpulan dengan sistem distribusi EPANET yang secara luas melakukan periode simulasi dari hidrolika dan kualitas air dalam jaringan pipa bertekanan. EPANET juga dapat mensimulasikan konsentrasi zat kimia yang ditambahkan pada suatu jaringan, umur air dan pola outflow dari sumber air.

This study aims to determine the Madiun Mayor's policy in developing pencak silat as cultural tourism and at the same time to determine the effectiveness of the Madiun City government's policy in developing cultural tourism based on the silat industry in the perspective of Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory. The author uses normative legal research methods. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the Madiun City government develops the potential of pencak silat based on smart city through a smart branding roadmap which includes two programmes, namely the pencak silat experience tourism development programme and the pencak silat friend programme. In addition, the City Government through Disbudparpora also manages pencak silat through art performances and intercollegiate competitions. The effectiveness of the Madiun City Government's policy in developing cultural tourism based on the silat industry in the perspective of Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory states that legal effectiveness is influenced by three elements of the legal system, namely the structure of law, the substance of the law and legal culture. Based on this theory, the concept of developing Madiun City Pendekar cultural tourism based on the martial arts industry can be directed through the development of tourism policies based on pencak silat culture, synergy between the Madiun City Government and the implementing apparatus and building public awareness.

: The research results dissemination program is one of the technology transfer activities to the community, which is in line with one of the visions of the University of Lampung, namely planning, implementing, controlling and evaluating research and community service to improve the quality of education and community welfare. Drying pineapple fruit is a technique for processing fruit into fruit chips using a frying process that is carried out using low pressure, almost the same as a vacuum. The output targets of this research results dissemination program are (1) improving skills in processing agricultural fruit, (2) increasing the productivity of agricultural products (3) building effective partnerships and collaboration between universities and community groups, (4) developing collaborative empowerment pattern through assistance in the transfer of skills, capital and wider marketing access. The methods used in empowerment are based on business feasibility, product availability, product economic value, availability of managing human resources, technology, financial aspects and social impacts.

The aim of this independent entrepreneurship program is to help students create income according to the students' abilities and competencies so that they can be independent, develop and not always depend on government assistance by helping to increase the continuity of the business the students are involved in. involved. In its implementation method, this program includes market research, marketing strategy, and logo creation. The conclusion states that in this business there is a large market opportunity by continuing to innovate and paying attention to the long-term interests of consumers.

An entrepreneurial internship is a process of training students to become entrepreneurs so that after graduating students can open employment opportunities. So this independent entrepreneurship program is a way to test students' skills in preparing for the future and improving the skills they have from college. This internship program runs for 4 months from 8 August to 22 November. In this internship program we are taught how to start a business and what it takes to become an entrepreneur. The business that I ran while participating in this program was the food product "CITUL MANTUL". And in the end we made a prototype of the product and held an EXPO.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to promote positions and career development for TVRI South Sumatra employees. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are: 1) Field Program & Business Balancing. 2) Head of Engineering Field. 3) Head of Chief. Biidang Beiriita. 4) Chief. General Affairs. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, interviews, interview guidelines and documentation. data collection tools are observation sheets, interview guides and documentation. Data management is carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that promotion and career development have a positive impact on performance improvement.  

Research on the role of extension workers in the development of women's farmer groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to analyze the role of extension workers in the development of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District. The research was conducted in January 2022 in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that this location is the center of agriculture in the Rejang Lebong highlands which has many farmer groups, one of which is the Women Farmers Group (KWT). This study has two types of primary data that are processed and analyzed, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data from the questionnaires in this study were collected and the answers were studied which then coded the data to obtain quantitative data. The collected data was statistically processed using SPSS for Windows and Microsoft Excel. Checking the completeness and consistency of the answers on the questionnaire sheets, diaries, and audio recordings was carried out at the stage of studying the answers to the questionnaire. The Microsoft Excel program was used at the data coding stage where all quantitative data obtained from the complete and per variable questionnaire answers were entered into the Microsoft Excel program. The stages in analyzing the data are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Likert Scale Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The role of extension workers is very important in the development of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). Judging from the three categories, namely the role of the instructor as a mentor with a score of 77% in the high category, it can be said to be growing because KWT has been able to innovate by creating new things in farming activities and can also think that farming activities are not only limited to planting but can also perform processing in order to increase the selling value of agricultural products.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. Improving and developing the mini library at Jabung Wetan State Elementary School is a program designed by teaching campus students with the approval of the school and field supervisor lecturers (DPL). This program aims to meet the needs of the school community in the teaching and learning process, especially in increasing literacy activities for students' reading interest in the school environment. The method used in this service article is descriptive qualitative by going directly into the field to carry out observation and survey activities in school libraries.This program activity goes through several stages which include: (1) making and distributing book donation pamphlets to school residents and the outside community, (2) collecting donated books, (3) buying books from the money from donations, (4) cleaning and arranging the cooperative space which will be transformed into a library, (5) the process of decorating the library, (6) the process of classifying books based on their type, (7) writing a list of books into the main library book, (8) making labels for each books, (9) arranging and arranging books on shelves, (10) selecting and appointing library ambassadors.

PT XYZ, a building construction and design company in Palembang. The number of employees in this company is 30 employees with project, finance, marketing and also human resources (HR) divisions. PT XYZ has a need to improve the efficiency of human resource management. In the current condition, the company still relies on manual processes for recruitment, attendance, layoff data management, and employee leave applications. This Personnel Information System uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as a system development method. System development uses the Laravel framework, PHP, CSS, HTML programming languages. In the analysis stage using PIECES and Usecase Diagram. System development uses two main approaches, namely using the FlutterFlow low-code platform and the Laravel Framework. The final result obtained is the implementation of a web-based Personnel Information System at PT XYZ. The implementation of this system makes a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accessibility of staffing data at PT XYZ.

This study aims to determine the level of feasibility assessed from the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the PLC-based Logo Softcomfort Job Sheet. Development utilized the Research and Development (R&D) research method. This study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design and was conducted on 34 students of XII TITL 1 class. The research employed a validation instrument for the job sheet, with practicality assessed through student responses, and the effectiveness measured through the cognitive pre-test and posttest scores of students. The results indicate that the job sheet's validity yielded a rating of 94.19, categorized as "very valid." The practicality of the PLC job sheet resulted in a rating of 91.35, categorized as "very practical." Regarding the effectiveness of the PLC job sheet on cognitive learning outcomes, it resulted in a calculated t-value of 18.738, with a critical t-value (df = 66, α = 0.05) of 1.997, obtaining a significance value of 0.000. Based on these findings, the PLC job sheet based on Softcomfort can be considered valid, practical, and effective for use in IML learning at SMK Negeri 1 Pungging.    

The development of interactive learning media is the key to creating quality students. Canva as design application is an effective tool in creating interactive learning media in schools. KKN activities at SMPN 32 Surabaya aim to develop students' creativity through the Canva application to create a creative and innovative generation and realize responsive learning. The activity was held on Thursday 30 November 2023 involving 30 participants from class 7E of SMPN 32 Surabaya. Activities are carried out using a participatory method with 3 implementation stages, namely program planning, program implementation and program assessment. The results of this activity received a positive response with a satisfaction level reaching 78%. Survey results show that 70% of participants will use Canva as a learning medium and 53% of participants will use Canva as a tool to develop creativity.

Education is an effort to prepare students to improve the quality of human resources through mentoring and training methods for future roles. Awareness of the importance of protecting the environment has become a concern in society. In this case, assistance and development regarding the importance of protecting the environment is carried out for students at the Sungai Gunung Anyar School. This aims to form a generation that is aware, caring and responsible for the environment, as well as creating a sustainable society in the future.

Interest in learning and lack of motivation are the main problems faced by students in Hambiri Village. It can be seen that children in Hambiri Village have a lack of awareness about education, therefore the importance of tutoring which will motivate students to be aware of the importance of education for the future. So we, KKN group 37 Stain Mandailing Natal students, aim to hold tutoring activities to increase interest in learning for elementary school age students in Hambiri Village. Tutoring is one of our work programs for the 37 Stain Mandailing Natal group, especially in the field of education. This service research focuses on students in Hambiri Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on research results, this tutoring activity has had a significant impact in terms of general and religious knowledge, such as increasing children's understanding, growing children's awareness of learning, children being more active in discussing and asking questions about material they don't understand, and increasing interest in participating in activities. the study guidance.

The Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) at STIE Bima is a community empowerment activity carried out by students and Field Supervisors (DPL). This KKN program at STIE Bima took place from August 18 to October 18, 2023, in the Kolo Sub-District. It is undeniable that the Kolo Sub-District has natural potential that needs to be developed through tourism and marine resources by promoting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and creative industries to be more innovative. The method used in the implementation of the KKN at STIE Bima is through participatory approaches and community involvement in interactions and data collection with MSME actors at the Kolo Sub-District Office. The results obtained from this KKN program include the enhancement of the local community's knowledge in Kolo Sub-District in improving MSMEs and creative industries, thus creating new job opportunities for the community through the application of digital marketing and providing local tourism needs to attract both domestic and international tourists.

Kasindir Village is one of the villages in Jorlang Hataran District, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara. Kasindir Village is a village that carries out agricultural, livestock, and trade activities. Kasindir Village has great potential for developing MSMEs in the village. The development of MSMEs is considered capable of realizing a sustainable economy and supporting local governments in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) program, especially in poverty and hunger eradication programs, sustainable economic growth, and employment. Community service implementers in Kasindir Village observed that MSME actors still require understanding and knowledge on utilizing information technology to advance their businesses. This includes packaging attractive products, providing the latest innovations, and promoting on social media to expand their market. MSME strategy development is able to realize the spirit of the SDGs. In this activity, the methods used to carry out community service activities are socialization and observation methods. Some of the problems faced by creative MSMEs in Kasindir Village include limited capital, raw materials, the use of very simple production equipment, and limited marketing media. Therefore, various parties, both government and private, need to provide support through sustainable business development programs.

Pombewe Huntap is a relocation place for residents affected by disasters in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, especially for residents from Oloboju, Jono Oge, Loru, and Pombewe Villages. The majority of Pombewe Huntap residents work in the agriculture, livestock and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs have a vital role in national economic growth, but their development in Pombewe Huntap still faces obstacles. The purpose of this research is to find the best way to develop MSMEs to improve the economy of the Pombewe Huntap community in Sigi Regency. The results showed that Pombewe Huntap MSMEs face major problems related to capital, marketing, and production. This study suggests the village government to improve existing programs to support MSMEs, including training, financial assistance, and provision of equipment, as well as consistent evaluation of results.  

The objectives of this community service (PKM) are (1) Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity building of UPPKA Kelut Makmur (Klagen-Wilayut Makmur) cadres in Wilayut Village, (2) UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres have the provision of soft skills and hard skills to carry out businesses with competitive advantages, (3) Ice Cream Products "Food Healty" can be developed for business. The target is 15 UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres who are members who manage village businesses. The problems faced are: a. Do not have capacity building as a provision for the ability to do business; b. Limited facilities and infrastructure; d. Lack of product creativity; e. Lack of product creativity. Lack of product creativity; e. Competence of managers who are still conventional; f. Do not have an integrated business model. Not having an integrated business model. The solution to the problem is an entrepreneurship training programme, through the concept of creative business through electronic media based on socio-technopreneurship. The ice cream business will be developed to be distributed to toddler and elderly posyandu and general customers. The programmes carried out are: conducting a business development programme workshop. The results of PkM are improving soft skills and hard skills of UPPKA Kelut Makmur members as novice business people.

A tourist area is a valuable asset for a region, which not only provides sustainable economic potential, but also reflects and promotes its rich cultural, natural and historical heritage. Along with developments over time, changes in tourist behavior patterns, and demands for more memorable tourist experiences, developing tourist areas has become very important. The Marimbunna tourist attraction is a tourist destination that offers typical Toraja cultural heritage, especially in the form of burial or funeral tourism. The aim of this tourist area development innovation program is to create tourism destinations that are sustainable, competitive and attractive for tourists. The methods used in this service are field observation, interviews with the community, identifying problems and determining work objectives. The results of the work program activities include comparative studies, improvements to facilities and infrastructure, site cleaning, and outreach about the importance of preserving cultural tourism objects.
