The city of Tanjungpinang has successfully reduced the prevalence of stunting consistently from 2021 to 2023, from 18,8% in 2021 to 15,7% in 2022, and to 15,2% in 2023 compared to six other regencies/cities in the Riau Islands Province. This research aims to identify the strategies used by the DKP2KB of Tanjungpinang City in efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting from 2021 to 2023. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, there were nineteen informants, and data collection techniques included interviews and documentation. This research uses the strategy theory from Geoff Max Mulgan, which includes purposes, environments, directions, actions, and learning. The findings obtained are, (1) Purposes: in terms of output to achieve the national target of 14% with a performance target of 3.48% from 2021-2023 and outcomes in the form of improving the quality of human resources and the quality of life of the community. (2) Environments: still facing pollution constraints, suboptimal parenting patterns, and difficult economic conditions for the community. (3) Directions: includes commands in regulations, coordination through forums, building motivation, and effective communication. (4) Actions: activities carried out, namely sensitive interventions involving cross-sector, cross-program, and private sectors to facilitate assistance and innovation, while specific interventions involve intervening in public health. (5) Learning: all activities have been carried out well, as evidenced by the national survey results showing a decrease in stunting prevalence, although the target of 14% has not yet been reached, and the stunting program performance targets have been successfully achieved. However, the overall effectiveness of the program heavily depends on active community participation. Therefore, to address this, the researchers suggest that the government encourage knowledge, awareness, and participation from the community.

Breast self-examination (BSE) is learning to see and examine your own breasts every month (Rasjidi, 2021). The main goal of BSE is to find breast cancer at an early stage so that treatment can be better. Lack of understanding or lack of information about breast cancer and steps to prevent early detection causes many women to be less or less interested in having this examination. Breast cancer is the cancer with the second highest prevalence after cervical cancer in Central Java in 2021, namely cervical cancer at 1.2% or the equivalent of 19,734 people and breast cancer at 0.7% or the equivalent of 11,511 people. Based on the preliminary study conducted, the results showed that of the 10 questions about BSE at SMA 5 Tegal, 6 out of 10 respondents answered that they did not know or had a low understanding of BSE, while the other 4 respondents indicated sufficient understanding about BSE. The aim of this study was to evaluate SMA 5 Tegal students' understanding of the importance of breast self-examination (BSE) in early detection of breast cancer. The research method that will be used in this research is a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The population of this research was 117 female students of SMA 5 Tegal class XI (adolescent girls), with sampling using the total sample. The results of this research show that the majority of respondents have a good understanding of BSE, namely 89 respondents (76.1%), where this respondent's understanding is obtained from good knowledge about BSE, knowing the correct BSE examination techniques.

Epidemiological investigations play a crucial role in managing and implementing effective preventive strategies for this disease. This study examines the epidemiology of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Iraq over the past 7 years. This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional inquiry analyzed data concerning patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis over the previous 7 years at the Iraq Health Center. Demographic and epidemiological data of the patients were collected from healthcare centers in Iraq through collaborative efforts with healthcare facilities. Using SPSS software, epidemiological records of the patients were extracted and subjected to statistical analysis employing the chi-square test. Out of 175 patients examined, 88 were male (53%), and 87 were female (47%). The majority of patients belonged to the age bracket of 9 months to 4 years, with the lowest number of cases in the age group of 40 to 49 years. Mainly, the manifestations of the disease were observed on the facial region and limbs. Furthermore, a statistically significant correlation was observed between age groups and the type of leishmaniasis (P > 0.05), as well as between gender and the type of leishmaniasis (P > 0.05). According to the conducted analysis, the prevalence of the disease in Iraq showed a declining trend from 2008 to 2014. This reduction in the disease incidence can be attributed to the improvement in health education status and the adherence to personal hygiene practices among the population

Infertility, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), affects approximately 8-12% of couples of reproductive age worldwide. In Indonesia, its prevalence ranges from 10-15%, meaning about 4-6 million couples require treatment to conceive. The incidence of infertility is influenced by various factors, including access to and the quality of healthcare services. Therefore, healthcare providers’ knowledge and awareness of infertility play a crucial role in its management, leading to early detection and appropriate referrals to advanced healthcare facilities. Given the limited access to information and healthcare services in remote areas, educating and promoting early detection of infertility by healthcare providers is essential to improving healthcare quality in those regions. This community service activity aims to enhance healthcare workers' understanding of diagnosing infertility, ensuring that patients are promptly referred for further treatment. Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to provide real contributions to improving community welfare. In this context, the community service program implemented in RW 03, Paledang Village, Bogor City, aims to educate and intervene in health problems, especially hypertension. Hypertension was chosen based on the results of initial data analysis which showed the prevalence of high blood pressure reaching 66% in the community. Activities included hypertension gymnastics, health education, and melon juice distribution, which were carried out in a participatory manner by nursing students and supervising lecturers. The implementation method consisted of three stages: planning through data collection and analysis, implementation of educational and promotive activities, and evaluation to identify obstacles and impacts of the program. The results showed an almost even distribution between men and women, with the majority of respondents in the middle adult age group (40–59 years) and secondary education level (high school/vocational high school). These findings indicate that a community-based education and intervention approach can increase public awareness of the importance of preventing and controlling hypertension. This program has a positive impact, both for the community and students, through direct application of knowledge, improving public health, and strengthening the role of the nursing profession in the community.
