According to WHO, adolescents are defined as residents in the age range 10-19 years, according to the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 25 of 2014, adolescents are residents in the age range 10-18 years and according to the Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) the age range for adolescents is 10-18 years. 24 years old and not married. Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood which is marked by physical, emotional and psychological changes. During this period, there was rapid growth and development, both physical and mental. This adolescent phase is also the time for the maturation of human reproductive organs, so it is often called the transition period. In this age range, teenagers are generally pursuing their formal education at junior high school, high school and college. Currently, access to information for Indonesian teenagers regarding reproductive health is still very limited because many people still think that sexuality is a taboo subject to discuss. Limited access to information regarding reproductive health results in a lack of knowledge, characteristics and risk behavior in adolescents which has an impact on the reproductive health status of adolescents. This situation requires the availability of caring health services for adolescents that can meet the health needs of adolescents, especially services for reproductive health that are friendly to adolescents To provide reproductive health education (personal hygiene, puberty, physical changes to female students at the MAN 2 Surakarta Boarding School. There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

Profit growth is important for businesses as it can be used to forecast future business plans. Earnings growth is difficult to separate from the company's financial performance as measured by financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover on profit growth. This study has a population of 17 companies over three years (per quarter), and a sample of 204 collected through purposive sampling method, and this study uses data analysis methods, namely multiple regression analysis and panel data with Eviews 12 software. The analysis shows that ITR has a positive and significant effect on earnings growth (Ln), while RTR, CR, and DER have no effect on earnings growth (Ln). All independent variables, namely RTR, CR, DER, and ITR, affect earnings growth (Ln) simultaneously. Earnings growth (Ln) is influenced by the four independent variables by 9%. This shows the capability of financial ratios in anticipating profit increases and can influence investor investment decisions.

Economic growth is one of the benchmarks for the success of development or increasing welfare in the government of a region in the economic sector as measured by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). It has time series data that often fluctuates so that the appropriate method is nonparametric regression. This study also aims to determine the most influential factors for economic growth in North Sumatra in 2019-2021 using the MARS model, using secondary data published by BPS for 2019-2021. The MARS model is obtained by obtaining a combination of BF, MI, and MO values that have a minimum Generalized Cross Validation (GCV) value. The results of this study indicate that the best MARS model is a combination of BF=28, MI=1, and MO=1 with a GCV value of 8.42E+06. Therefore there are five of the seven variables that have a significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra, namely population (X_7 ) with an interest rate of 100%, domestic investment (X_5) of 76.86%, local revenue (X_1) of 31.14%, allocated funds special (X_3) of 28.89%, general allocation funds (X_2) of 23.14%.

The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

The maternal mortality rate of post-SC infection reaches 7.3%, and 90% causes postpartum morbidity. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the SC wound healing process. This study used a quantitative method, a type of analytic survey research with a cross-sectional design approach. The population of this study were all post-SC mothers in the postpartum ward of Permata Medika Hospital. The sampling technique used was a consecutive sampling of 34 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using univariate and bivariate (chi-square test, alpha = 0.05). The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and early mobilisation (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), which means there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and nutritional status (BMI) (p-value 0.04 < 0.05), and there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and anaemia (p-value = 0.00 <0.05) because if p-value <  0.05, then Ha is accepted. Ho is rejected, meaning a significant relationship exists between early mobilisation, nutritional status, and anaemia in SC wound healing. Many factors affect the SC wound healing process, three of which are early mobilisation factors, which, if done before 6–8 hours after SC, has more potential to accelerate SC wound healing; normal nutritional status as an expression of a person's nutritional balance, which plays a role in the process of body tissue growth and has an impact on the duration of wound healing; and anaemia, which anaemia is a symptom of low haemoglobin levels in the blood and obstructs oxygen flow and prevents the growth and repair of tissue from the SC surgical incision.
