Welding is an important thing in shipbuilding. There are several types of joints and types of materials with different material thicknesses, on of which is Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). FCAW is a welding process that has a high level of productivity so that it is suitable for fabrication activities. Double-sided welding is often performed on joints. This causes time inefficiencies and costs quite a lot. Therefore, the solution so that welding is only done on one side, by using a backing ceramic. The Backing Ceramic is used to hold the welding penetration better and get better welding result. The purpose of this study was to determine the result of the strength of Backing Ceramic Weld on FCAW welding of A36 carbon steel material so that it can get perfect results, not defective and can be accepted according to the desired criteria.

To maintain its status as an NGO-based social institution (non-governmental organization), quality management means that it is an important element of serving donors in general and mustahik in Empowered Village, especially as a result of which the process of collecting and disseminating synchronously using donor desires becomes effective. Waqf is one of the Muamalah activities that has spiritual, social and economic dimensions. Traditionally, waqf has so far only been interpreted as grants in the form of real estate such as land and buildings, whose purpose is limited to the construction of places of worship and educational institutions. Waqf is divided into several types based on purpose, time limit, and goods and their management. Management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling an organization. Management occupies the most important place in the Waqf world because it can determine whether waqf assets are useful and developed depending on the management model.  The purpose of the research is to study waqf in management science, the principles of waqf management and the function of waqf management. This research uses qualitative methods where researchers must analyze theoretical sources from books and journals as well as materials and information from various other secondary data to answer the problems studied. The findings, and implications that arise are found in the professionalism of waqf management, asset management in waqf, financial statements, contributions and potential economic development of the community with waqf in the digital era.    

UMKM actors are one of the jobs of the majority of the people in Sumberejo Village. The lack of information and technology for UMKM players regarding the use of E-Commerce, which really helps UMKM actors to make sales and payments online. Community empowerment activities are carried out by outreach and assistance to provide knowledge and application of E-Commerce to market UMKM products. This activity went through two stages, namely the observation and interview stages. Observation and interview activities are carried out by creating E-Commerce which consists of registration to completion. The existence of socialization regarding E-Commerce can help UMKM actors to facilitate the sale and payment of UMKM products.

Problem solving abilities can be used in everyday life to find solutions and solve mathematical problems. The ability to solve mathematical problems in class XI students at SMAN 55 Jakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year is the goal of this research. The research subjects were 36 class XI students consisting of 18 female students and 18 male students at SMAN 55 Jakarta. The research instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The research results obtained show the importance of the teacher's role in helping students to solve problems in learning mathematics.

The problem that will be faced in this dedication to the community is a lack of insight and views on the legality of business, especially in MSMEs. The majority of people in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, are micro, small and medium businesses such as chip businesses, herbal medicine businesses, catering businesses, cooking spices, wet snacks, pastries, and other businesses. The purpose of this service activity is to provide business legality socialization for MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village. The activity implementation technique consists of several levels, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service activities are that business actors experience an increased understanding of business legality, the benefits of business legality, the consequences of not having business legality, and also business actors having a Business Identification Number (NIB)..

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). One of the efforts to look at big data to identify problems is to carry out the stages of social media. In the era of advances in communication and information technology, the existence of social media can no longer be separated from the activities of the world community.  

Al-Quran is the word of Allah SWT in the form of miracles revealed by Him to humans. Through Gabriel with the intermediary of the last Messenger, Muhammad has the main function as a guide for humans as psychophysical beings who are worth worship. Among the features of the Al-Quran is that it is a book that is explained and easy to memorize. The Al-Quran is the main source in Islam and is a life guide for every Muslim, the Al-Quran does not only contain instructions about the relationship between humans and Allah, but also humans and humans. Like miserly, the Koran presents about miserly, miserly should not exist, because it damages human relations. This study aims to find the meaning of miserliness, by avoiding it in order to reach Allah's blessing. In the Indonesian dictionary, the word bakhil is miserly, lokek, and stingy. One of the liver disease is miserly. Miserliness ( miserly ) is a disease of the heart and a despicable mental attitude . Stingy is also stingy in using his wealth, even stinginess can be towards himself, especially towards other people. This miserly disease often afflicts people who strive in the way of Allah and is the cause of the suffering of Muslims today and this trait is a disease that must be cured. It is one of the bad and reprehensible qualities in all religious views. Miserliness and greed accompanied by a tendency to hoard as much wealth as possible can violate the values ​​of community life, cultured human life. In the Al-Quran there are messages and suggestions to pay attention to one another and be concerned for others, especially for those who are less fortunate. Stinginess and reluctance to share with others, especially those in need have a negative impact. Neither to oneself nor to others, so that there are many verses in the Koran that instruct sharing and charity, as well as the prohibition of being stingy. These various realities show that miser or miserly is an interesting issue to discuss because, firstly, its existence is quite complex and difficult to overcome. Second, there is a paradox, where on the one hand the social escalation of regiusitas is increasing, but on the other hand miser is still attached.

A calendar is a system for naming a period of time and is known as a Calendar Date. The Gregorian calendar is used throughout the world including Indonesia, this calendar is calculated from the birth of Jesus from Nazareth, the calculation uses the pattern of the sun's movement. The Gregorian calendar has 12 months in a year and 7 days in a week. The Hijri calendar is a calendar system based on the circulation of the moon around the earth, called Hijiriah because of its first year when the migration of the Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina took place in 662 AD. Due to the different intervals or repetitions between the day and the weton where the day will return to the same day after 7 days while the weton will return to the same weton after 5 days, it is quite difficult to find out the day and weton on a certain date that is hundreds or thousands of days apart from the current date. The Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is an agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion with the task of ensuring the halalness of products in Indonesia. BPJPH has become a public concern after establishing the new halal logo. On February 10, 2022 the new halal logo was ratified by the Head of BPJPH, Muhammad Aqil Irham. This has become a topic of public discussion either directly or through social media, one of which is social media twitter. The number of opinion tweets about the change of the halal logo can be used as a data source to obtain information about public opinion on the change of the halal logo through sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis can be done by machine learning approach, one of these is the SVM algorithm . In this research, oversampling and undersampling are applied to handle data that has an unbalanced sentiment class. The results showed that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model using oversampling training data got the highest accuracy, recall, precision, and f1-score, namely 71% accuracy, 67% precision, 61% recall, and 61% f1-score while training using undersampling training data has the lowest performance, namely getting 56% accuracy, 51% precision, 57% recall, and 52% f1-score.

Effective data governance is critical for companies to ensure that the use of data in their operations has a positive impact on overall performance and enables the fulfillment of legal obligations regarding the use and management of data and regulatory requirements. Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

     Dalam aktivitas kerjanya karyawan PT Sucofindo mengalami berbagai pajanan potensi bahaya, salah satunya faktor ergonomi. Bahaya ergonomi dapat mengakibatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pekerja menurun serta dapat menimbulkan penyakit akibat kerja. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat risiko keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja PT. Sucofindo Surabaya Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan metode Alberta (heavy frequent awkward lifting), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) variabel yang diukur yaitu postur kerja karyawan PT Sucofindo. karyawan PT Sucofindo yang menjadi responden mengalami musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) tinggi. Sebagian besar responden mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) di kantor cabang Kalibutuh mempunyai keluhan nyeri otot di daerah leher dan bahu sebesar (15%), laboratorium A.Yani mempunyai keluhan nyeri otot di daerah leher dan bahu sebesar (40%), dan KUP Gresik tidak ditemukan keluhan pada semua responden. Responden dari kantor cabang Kalibutuh dan laboratorium A.Yani juga sebagian besar (40%) mengalami keluhan di bagian punggung bawah (lower back) sedangkan KUP Gresik tidak ditemukan keluhan pada semua responden. Sebagian besar responden (80%) merasakan keluhan tersebut 12 bulan terakhir, dan sisanya baru merasakan 7 bulan terakhir (40%).akibat posisi kerja dan stasiun kerja yang tidak ergonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan PT Sucofindo yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini sebagian besar mengalami musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) tinggi. Sebagian besar responden pada kajian ergonomi ini mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) di daerah leher, punggung atas, dan punggung bawah akibat posisi kerja dan stasiun kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Perusahaan disarankan untuk mengadakan program tiap 10-15 menit melakukan istirahat dan peregangan, melakukan penilaian postur kerja dan stasiun kerja pada seluruh karyawan Sucofindo agar bisa dilakukan perencanaan ergonomi untuk mencegah gangguan MSDs pada seluruh karyawan, mengadakan ergonomic awareness training pada karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of social media tiktok on youth X at Muhammadiyah High School Makassar City. There are many factors that can influence juvenile delinquency, including family, peer, environmental, and individual factors such as the inability to cope with stress and emotions. It is important to note that not all youth commit delinquency, and some youth may engage in some of these acts without realizing the negative impact. Therefore, it is important for parents and educators to provide good education and positive instruction about good and bad behavior, and help youth develop good social and emotional skills to deal with pressures and problems in life. Juvenile delinquency can be influenced by social media, which is a very popular place for teenagers to communicate, share information, and interact with others. This type of research uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques. The informant of this study was one of the X students who used the social media application, Tiktok. The results of this study indicate that the tiktok social media application can have a negative influence on female students if they are not wise in creating content.  

This study entitled Teacher’s Methods in Teaching English Vocabularies at Sixth Grade Students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. It aims to find out the methods used by the English teacher at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar and the obstacles faced by the teacher. This study used the interview method for collecting data. The data was collected through interviewing the English teacher at the sixth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. In addition, the interview was analyzed according to Richards and Rodgers (1986) in the book of Approaches and Methods of Language Teaching. The result of the analysis shows that the teacher uses the combination between audiolingual method and grammar translation method in teaching vocabularies. There were found several obstacles including the lack of students’ pronunciation and the lack of student’s memorization due to the limited time of study in class.

Corona virus disease 2019 or Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is a respiratory tract infection caused by a type of corona virus. Another name for this disease is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-COV2). In just a few months, the spread of this disease has spread to various countries, both in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. The increase in the number of Covid-19 cases is increasing because it spreads so quickly, Covid-19 spreads and can infect a person regardless of age, therefore a communication strategy is needed to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 by the central government, regional governments and the government village. The importance of this communication strategy in tackling the corona virus is to minimize and prevent the spread of the virus in affected areas.Panjeng Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency, is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In communicating with the Panjeng village community, the Covid-19 Task Force has an effective communication strategy in carrying out the process of handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy of the Covid-19 task force in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Panjeng Village. In this study, researchers used communication strategy theory according to Mintzberg and Waters, regarding the stages of communication strategy, namely communication strategy planning, communication strategy implementation, and communication strategy evaluation. The research method used in writing this thesis is using a descriptive qualitative research method and the type of research in the field, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher analyzed the data using the reduction method, data presentation, and verification (conclusion) to obtain the expected data.

This study aims to determine the effect of extroverted and introverted personalities on speaking skills. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method (expo facto), with a comparative causal design. The objects in this study were students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. The total population is 238 students, the sample size is 15%, namely 36 students. Accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there were 55.6% or 20 students with introverted personalities and 44.4% or 16 students with extroverted personalities. The results of the mean scores of students' speaking skills show that students with introverted personalities have better speaking skills scores than students who have extroverted personalities. The mean score of students with introverted personalities is 15.65 while the average score of students with extroverted personalities is 13.25. From the results of hypothesis testing with a one-way ANOVA test, the value of Fcount is 1.655, Ftable 4.13, a significance level of 0.05, so Fcount <Ftable, it is stated that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Based on the results of the above study, it was concluded that there was no influence between extroverted and introverted personality types on students' speaking skills.  

Inguinal hernia is a condition of protrusion of all or part of an organ through the locus minoris in the abdominal wall. The incidence of inguinal hernia is quite high, in the world there are approximately 20 million hernia repairs done every year. Hernia repair surgery is considered good if it does not experience recidivism, there are no complications, costs are not too expensive, and patients can immediately carry out their work routines. The incidence of residive hernia is influenced by many factors, including factors from the surgeon, namely the knowledge and skills of the surgeon, the selection of surgical techniques and meshes used, mesh fixation techniques, mesh size, lateral and medial hernia bag management, sliding hernias, lipomas in the inguinal canal, operating time, types of anesthesia, postoperative complications This study aims to determine the incidence of inguinal hernia and recidival inguinal hernia, Surgical techniques used and risk factors associated with recidivist inguinal hernia. This study used a cohort retrospective research design, sampling was carried out in total sampling on inguinal hernia patients who had undergone surgery in 10 government and private hospitals in North Aceh Regency and Lhokseumawe City as many as 1109 patients in the period 2018 to 2021. The results of this study found that the most hernia sufferers found in peripheral hospitals in Aceh were mostly under 60 years old with the most gender being men. The most common risk factors for inguinal hernia are people who are obese, have a history of heavy physical activity, have a history of chronic cough and have a history of constipation. Surgical techniques that are widely used in hernia management are surgical techniques using mesh graft and most patients with ingunal hernias do not experience recidivism.  

Providing motivation is something that is absolutely necessary for world campuses to increase learning motivation and learning outcomes. Internal and external motivation is a requirement that cannot be ignored. This study aims to analyze the causes of the increase in N-Act members of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar through PKM. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis research types. The data was obtained through interviews with 5 students from Muhammadiyah Makassar University. Analysis of presentation of motivation is based on David McClelland's theory. The research results: 1) Achievement of N-Ach Through Student Creativity Programs, 2) Giving motivation encourages the desire to achieve, 3) The influence of providing information encourages students to achieve achievements. The implication of providing motivation is not only to increase interest in developing student creativity but also to create an atmosphere of competitive competition within the scope of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar  

Secara historis pergulatan panjang yang menjadi penyebab tercetusnya aliran teologi yang berbeda dalam umat islam bermula pada persoalan politik tanpa menyinggung agama dan berakhir menjadi perpecahan, bukannya menjadi partai politik belakangan yang timbul adalah partai agama dengan membawa dalil yang mengukuhkan pendapat masing-masing hingga melahirkan sejarah kelam dimana antar sesama umat islam saling memerangi atas dasar perbedaan pandangan politik, dengan membawa dalil yang berbeda. Bermula dari terbunuhnya khalifah Usman bin Affan, berlanjut pada perang saudara Antara Mu’awiyah dan Sahabat Ali yang menyebabkan terbunuhnya khalifah Ali, sehingga menyebabkan perpecahan pada umat islam yang mulanya persoalan imamah dan berakhir pada pergulatan politik agama yang berimbas pada perbedaan pandangan dalam teologi. Untuk memahami sejarah dan latar belakang perkembangan ilmu teologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam menjelaskan sejarah teologi.
