The Citarum River, as one of the important environmental assets in Indonesia, has experienced serious pollution due to industrial waste. Environmental legal regulations have been implemented to address these issues, but questions arise regarding the effectiveness of their implementation. This article analyzes the effectiveness of environmental legal regulations in handling cases of factory waste pollution in the Citarum River, with a focus on the level of industrial compliance and its impact on the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach by reviewing the applicable environmental legal regulations, as well as analyzing the level of industry compliance with these regulations. In addition, the impact of compliance or violations on the environment is also evaluated. The results of the analysis show that although environmental legal regulations exist, their implementation is still not optimal. Many factories still violate the limits that have been set, either because of a lack of strict law enforcement or because of a lack of awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. As a result, the Citarum River continues to experience pollution which is detrimental to the environment and public health. Existing environmental legal regulations are not effective enough in handling cases of factory waste pollution in the Citarum River. More serious efforts are needed from the government, industry and society to overcome this problem. Concrete steps are needed to increase industrial compliance, reduce waste pollution, and preserve the Citarum River environment for the welfare of the community and sustainability of the ecosystem. Further research can be conducted to evaluate the implementation of remedial actions and their impact on future environmental conditions. This article concludes the need for improvement measures in the implementation of environmental legal regulations, including stricter law enforcement and efforts to increase environmental awareness among industry. Apart from that, cooperation between government, industry and civil society is also important to achieve the restoration of a clean and healthy Citarum River.

Chronic kidney failure is a serious health problem that not only attacks adults, but can also develop since childhood. One of the main risk factors is unhealthy living habits, including lack of personal hygiene, consumption of unhealthy food, and minimal physical activity. In order to increase awareness regarding the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle among children, health education efforts are needed from an early age, especially in schools as an environment where children spend a lot of time. Many children do not understand the relationship between personal hygiene, diet and kidney health. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and school health staff, there are several unhealthy behaviors among students, such as rarely washing their hands, excessive consumption of sweet drinks, and low daily physical activity. In addition, only a few students understand the importance of maintaining hydration and adequate water intake for kidney health. This outreach activity will be carried out in several stages, including counseling about the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle, demonstrations teaching correct hand washing and distribution of leaflets about information on a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five (for babies under five years of age) which is caused by chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Stunting causes children to not reach their maximum height and disrupts brain development which will affect cognitive abilities. One in five children in Indonesia is reported to be stunted. The long-term impact of stunting will cause children to have difficulty receiving lessons, decreased learning achievement, decreased work productivity, low income and minimal participation in community activities. The cause of stunting in toddlers is often the result of many factors related to poverty, including poor diet, health, hygiene and the environment. The current effort being made is to provide education about high protein foods. The education provided aims to enable mothers of toddlers to play a role in providing a healthy, high-protein menu so that it can prevent the incidence of stunting. This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and understanding of mothers of toddlers regarding providing MP-ASI high in animal protein to prevent stunting. It is hoped that after participating in this service activity, mothers of toddlers will be able to provide MP-ASI high in animal protein for toddlers to support their children's height growth.

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort to protect things that are dangerous so that everyone in the work environment is always safe and healthy. Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. In short: The adoption of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an important factor in increasing the productivity and success of the entire enterprise. With the implementation of OSH it is possible to prevent work-related accidents and injuries, prevent employee absenteeism, which increases job satisfaction and creates competitive advantages that can lead to future employee success.

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the work paradigm, creating a work environment that is not bound by geographical boundaries through the utilization of cloud platforms, online collaboration tools, and advanced digital communications. This transformation increases productivity and enables collaboration between employees, even if they work in different locations. However, these changes also bring new challenges related to employee well-being. One of the main issues is stress due to the blurring of working time boundaries, with employees often struggling to distinguish between work and personal time. In addition, there is an increased risk of physical injury due to the use of non-ergonomic digital devices, including injuries from improper keyboard and mouse use. To overcome these challenges, companies must implement ergonomic office equipment to support the physical and mental health of their employees. Modern technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), plays an important role in selecting and customizing ergonomic office equipment to the individual needs of employees. AI analyzes equipment usage and posture data and recommends adjustments to prevent injuries and improve work comfort. The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of office technology and ergonomics in improving employee productivity and well-being. By integrating advanced technology and ergonomic principles, companies can create a more comfortable and healthy work environment. This not only increases productivity, but also improves job satisfaction, creativity and employee retention. An ergonomic work environment reduces stress and fatigue, allowing employees to work more effectively and efficiently. The research method used in this study is a literature review that collects and analyzes information from various sources regarding office technology, ergonomics, and their impact on work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine students' awareness of the importance of disposing of rubbish in the right place, which is an important part of maintaining a clean campus environment. However, this lack of awareness often becomes a detrimental problem, reflecting a lack of understanding of the negative impacts of this behavior. Several factors that may influence this lack of awareness include a lack of environmental education, ignorance of environmental impacts, and a lack of enforcement of regulations related to waste management. The importance of improving student awareness in this regard cannot be overstated, considering their important role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the campus environment. Therefore, coordinated efforts are needed between educational institutions, local governments and the community to increase students' awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in the right place through education, social campaigns and consistent enforcement of rules. In this way, it is hoped that a clean, healthy and sustainable campus environment can be created for the entire academic community.
