The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Akhlak faith teacher in shaping the religious character of class III students at MI Muhammadiyah Simpang Kubu Village. This research method uses a qualitative research type. Qualitative research is an inquiry strategy that emphasizes the search for meaning, concepts, characteristics, symptoms, symbols and descriptions of a phenomenon, focused and multimode, natural and holistic in nature. Prioritizes quality, uses several methods, and is presented negatively. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. For the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used, namely comparing all the different data obtained. The results of the research show that the role of moral aqidah teachers in shaping students' religious character, especially the values ​​of discipline and responsibility, has increased, although there are still some students who have not changed. The moral aqidah teacher's efforts in forming students' religious character have been maximal even though there are some students who still need to be further directed. The role of the moral aqidah teacher is very important in forming religious character in students.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. This research is motivated by the decline in gold savings in the last four years due to: the value of gold which is currently getting higher, and Covid which occurred in mid-2020. Furthermore, people's needs are increasing and increasing so the ability to buy gold is low. To find out the analysis of the implementation of promotions as a strategy in increasing the number of pawnshop gold savings customers. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The types of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation and documentation with customers and employees of PT.Pegadaian Syariah Gobah Pekanbaru Riau. Data processing techniques with data reduction, data editing, data description and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of promotions is a strategy to increase the number of gold savings customers at PT.Pegadaian Syariah Gobah Pekanbaru Riau, is by using advertising promotions in introducing pawnshop gold savings products using social media and print media, promotions using online publications using websites is an effort to attract attention or news from the media or the general public for a product. can be widely known, Direct Promotion is carried out to attract potential customers by implementing socialization. Promotion Sales are carried out by providing special discounts or promo codes to prospective customers so that they are interested in pawnshop gold savings products at PT. PawnshopGobah Pekanbaru Riau Sharia Service Unit. By implementing promotional forms well, the goal can be achieved to increase the number of pawnshop gold savings customers and increase public understanding of pawnshop gold savings products and can help the community with economic problems.

Performance is a description of a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of work carried out by human resources in realizing the targets, goals, vision and mission that are realized through a company's planning strategy. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the environment and motivation on employee performance at PT Pratama Rindo Raya. This research uses a quantitative statistical approach method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling which had 38 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation through questionnaires. The results of this research show that the work environment (X1) has a significant effect with a value of 0.848 or 84.8%, which means that the work environment variable (X1) has a strong influence on employee performance (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect with a value of 0.842 or 84.2%, which means that the motivation variable (X1) has a strong influence on employee performance (Y). The work environment (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Pratama Rindo Raya with a value of 90.4% and the remaining 9.6% is influenced by factors others that researchers are not careful about.    

This research is motivated by observation data that shows the problems that exist in the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, many students who are not right in reading the verses of the Qur'an but are still allowed to continue to a higher level of study. and another problem is the lack of teaching staff for students at TPA Hidayatul Istiqomah 2. This study aims to obtain prospective candidates or potential cadres from existing students and a description of the implementation of cadre-based learning at the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, Semidang Lagan District, Central Bengkulu. Cadre formation itself is a form of sustainable leadership in order to continue future leadership. The function of this cadre formation is to prepare prospective leaders in the future. Based on the results of the community service that has been carried out, it was found that there were 12 prospective cadres who were selected and would receive guidance from the devotees whose knowledge would be channeled back to other students. And seen from the end of the service activities and the absence of mentoring from the devotees, they gave a response that they had high enthusiasm to become the successors of the previous teachers so that the prospective cadres who had been determined and mentored still continued their religious study activities at the TPA even after the devotion activities of the devotees were finished.

Diabetes Mellitus sufferers continue to increase. The percentage of patients with type 2 DM in Surakarta city is 24%, this figure exceeds the national target of 20%, with the number of patients in Surakarta as many as 18,833 cases, in Banyuanyar Health Center as many as 2,404. Type 2 DM disease that is not properly managed will lead to complications. Efforts that can be made to prevent these complications by increasing self efficacy in its management.Objective; Knowing the description of self efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method; The type of research used is descriptive research, with a total of 86 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Diabetes Management Self Efficacy Scale (DMSES).Results; From the results of the study, the majority of respondents' characteristics were based on age 40-64 years (74.4%), female gender (65.1%), high school education level (37.2%), self-employed work (43.0%), long suffering from DM ≥5 years (57.0%) and sufficient self efficacy category (41.9%). Conclusion; Self efficacy of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Banyuanyar Health Center working area is in the moderate category    

In state life, the law plays a very important role in carrying out community life, The purpose of this study is to show that if there is a violation of the law against the applicable legal regulations, the violated regulations must be enforced, the implementation of the rule of low (law enforcement) in a country is very difficult to separate it from the political aspect of the state. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that everyone in association in society must pay attention to and implement (obey) legal regulations, in order to create an orderly and peaceful life.

This research analyzes the types of illocutionary acts. Therefore, the problem of this research is "What types of illocutionary acts are found in the Nightbooks movie?. The aim of this research is to describe the types of illocutionary acts found in the Nightbooks movie. Data is analyzed through several steps including identification, analysis, classification, description and drawing conclusions. The author uses descriptive qualitative research to collect data, through several steps including watching movie, listening to speech in movie, identifying and classifying data. After investigating the types in the movie, the author found several findings. The illocutionary acts in the movie can be analyzed into several types, namely 5 commissive acts, 4 representative acts, 6 directive acts, 4 expressive acts and declarative acts. In summary, the illocutionary acts used in the movie aim to analyze the types of illocutionary acts used in the Nightbooks movie.

Organizational citizenship behavior is an important factor for company progress, because it is voluntary behavior outside the official job description and can increase company effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Emotional intelligence on Organizational citizenship behavior at PT Berau Karetindo Lestari South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 110 respondents. The sampling method uses probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software and SPSS Version 26 software. The data analysis used is correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, and Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Emotional intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior.

Mass media plays a significant role in shaping public perceptions of issues such as sexual and domestic violence. This study focuses on how text structure, word choice, and gender representation in news articles influence public understanding of violence. The aim of this research is to analyze how news about sexual violence and domestic violence constructs narratives and social responses through language use and text structure, and how gender representation affects public perception. The study employs critical discourse analysis based on Norman Fairclough's theory. Two news articles were selected for analysis: one about sexual violence in front of a young girl and one about domestic violence. The articles were examined for text structure, word choice, and gender representation to understand how they construct narratives. The analysis reveals that the news about sexual violence emphasizes the perpetrator's actions and the authorities' responses, using sensational language to create a negative image of the perpetrator. In contrast, the news about domestic violence focuses more on the victim's suffering and power dynamics, with detailed descriptions of physical and emotional abuse. Media shapes public perceptions of violence and gender through word choice and text structure.

To prevent the increasing number and development of land conflicts in the community, it is very necessary to make definite resolution efforts, for example to meet the needs of the community which is usually used for residence, livelihoods and daily needs, it is necessary to provide legal protection for land rights, and especially property rights to land which are owned by many people. From the description above, land ownership certificates are very important to maintain, but up to now there are still requests for replacement certificates due to loss and damage, so the author is interested in studying in more depth the responsibility of the West Kotawaringin Regency BPN for issuing replacement certificates. The author uses empirical legal research. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively, qualitatively, namely by providing presentations and explaining in detail and in depth and for data collection by searching for data and information in relevant locations related to the research topic using interviews, literature studies and the internet.

The data analysis technique is carried out in a descriptive, qualitative manner, namely by giving a detailed and in-depth presentation and explanation and for data collection by looking for data and information in relevant locations related to the research topic by interviews, library studies, and the internet.

This research has the aim of being able to find out and analyze the competitive strategies carried out in regional specialty food businesses amidst many competitors and to find out how the sharia business perspective in the competitive strategy of regional specialty food businesses in Ulakan Tapakis.  This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods.  This type of  qualitative descriptive research is research where the aim is to provide descriptions of facts and characteristics related to the phenomenon being studied.  This qualitative research aims to produce data in the form of verbal words and how the business behavior is being observed.  This research was conducted through direct observation and interviews with regional specialty food traders in Ulakan Tapakis and market managers in Ulakan Tapakis. The results of this research are business competitive strategies carried out by regional specialty food traders in Ulakan Tapakis. And a review of sharia business in the business competitive strategy carried out by each regional specialty food business trader in sharia business, whether it is in accordance with sharia business in the implementation of its business strategy in order to gain an advantage in competing in regional specialty food businesses with strategies implemented by traders such as: strategy promotions, pricing strategies,  service strategies, strategies for improving taste quality, and marketing strategies implemented by regional specialty food business traders related to the business strategies they carry out from a sharia business perspective.

The quality of life of older people is a measure of how good and satisfying the life experienced by an older person is, referring to their level of satisfaction and well-being. The importance of understanding and improving the quality of life of the elderly is to ensure they can enjoy old age with maximum self- esteem, well-being and happiness so that when the elderly are gone, the elderly are at peace. The quality of life of the elderly includes several domains including physical health, psychological, social relationships and the environment. For prevalence in posyandu sasono mulyo IV has 384 elderly. Objective: To determine the description of quality of life in the elderly at Posyandu Sasono Mulyo IV Masaran Sragen. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, the number of samples obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula is 79 respondents. Results: The results of this study found that in general the description of the quality of life of the elderly was in the poor category as many as 71 respondents or 89.9%, while the moderate category was 8 respondents or 10.1%. Conclusion: The quality of life of the elderly in Posyandu Sasono Mulyo IV is generally in the poor category.

Military courts are regulated through Law No. 31 of 1997 concerning Military Courts. The authority of the military court is authorized to adjudicate criminal acts (general and military, ed), of course, those whose crimes are committed by soldiers of the Indonesia National Army (TNI). The purpose of this study is to show how the military is subordinated in special courts. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that it confirms that the military is also subject to the provisions of a special court.

Religious Tolerance: on the background of the many people who do not understand the existence of differences, appreciate understandings that are different from their own, which leads to an open attitude and accepts various kinds of differences, both in terms of ethnicity, nation, skin color, customs, culture and religion. This is all the sunnatullah that has become his stipulation. Based on the background above, the formulation of the problem in this thesis are: 1. What is Religious Tolerance in Islam, 2. What is Religious Tolerance in the Study of the Books of Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, 3. How are the differences in the quality of Hadith in the Books of Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. The objectives of this research are: 1. To find out the understanding of religious tolerance in Islam, 2. To find out the general description of religious tolerance in the two books in more depth, 3. To help provide an understanding of the differences in the quality of hadith between the books of Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim regarding religious tolerance. The research model used in this research is qualitative research, which produces descriptive research using literary sources. Researchers also use the thematic method. The findings of this study: Religious tolerance, found in Q.S. Al-Kafirun: 109/ 1-6, and there is a hadith explaining religious tolerance in H.R. Muslim: 2564, volume 4, page 1987, H.R. Al-Bukhari: 39, Volume 1, Page 17 and H.R. Al-Bukhari: 2076, Volume 3 Page 57. The similarity point of the hadiths of authentic bukhari and authentic Muslim is that there is no compulsion to embrace Islam, do not commit violence or ridicule among fellow Muslims or non-Muslims, while the difference is that the hadith is about religious tolerance there are more in bukhari traditions than in Muslim traditions, and also explain both rationally and practically.

This study aims to determine the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through mosaic activities at Kindergarten Santo Thomas 2 Medan. The method used in this research is Pre-experimental with One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The subjects in this research were cheerful group B consisting of 20 children. Research data uses the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and is equipped with a description of the data using percentage calculations. From data analysis, it is obtained that Tcount = 192,5 with α = 0.05 Ttable = 52. Tcount > Ttable where 192,5 > 52. This means that the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of mosaic activities on children's fine motor skills is accepted. The Wilcoxon test results are complemented by motor abilities in percentage with an average pre-test score of 5.25 and post-test score of 7.2. The average score of children's fine motor skills after being given the mosaic activity was higher than before being given the mosaic activity.

Likewise, every Muslim community tries to be close to and love Allah SWT. Closeness and love to Allah SWT can only be achieved with perfect Ihsan. And the perfection of Ihsan can only be learned through the science called Sufism. All of its implementation is related to and related to the inner/spiritual. It is with this love that a Muslim happily carries out all commands and stays away from the prohibitions of Allah SWT. Ridha as the highest station must be achieved by every Muslim, who can let go and expel feelings of displeasure from within his heart, so that there are no more feelings other than joy and joy in carrying out the commands and prohibitions of Allah SWT. Humans who perfectly carry out commands and prohibitions are called Insan Kamil. This study of journal to describe and review the relevance of achieving maqam in sufism with insan kamil. This research is library research because the data sources is in the form library materials such as books, journals and scientific articles. In accordance with its type, data collection in this study uses library research methods which are analyzed using the method of description and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relevance of the achievement of maqam in sufism with insan kamil.

Chronic Kidney Failure is a condition when kidney function is impaired because it cannot filter blood normally. Patients with kidney failure will experience impaired function of regulating fluid and electrolyte balance. This condition can occur over the years which is progressive and irreversible, requiring hemodialysis therapy. Kidney damage can reduce a person's quality of life. Quality of life includes physical dimensions, psychological dimensions, social dimensions, and environmental dimensions. Objective: Knowing the description of quality of life in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Surakarta. Method: This type of research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The patient sample size was 44 respondents with Accidental Sampling. Measurement of quality of life using the Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form 1.3 (KDQOL SFTM 1.3) questionnaire. Result: The results of this study indicate that chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis have a good quality of life as many as 15 respondents (34,1%) and very good 23 respondents (52,3%) while 6 respondents (13,6%) have a moderate quality of life. Conclusion: Chronic renal failure patients have a good quality of life at RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Surakarta.
