This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

This activity is a community service activity for the people of Purbosari village, Ngadirejo sub-district, Temanggung Regency. as part of the activities of the Central Java Province Bappeda for the 2017 fiscal year. The problem that is being handled is the problem of the loss of livelihoods of the tobacco farming community due to restrictions on tobacco farming and tobacco products. This activity is also an implementation  of  the   Regulation   of  the  Minister  of   Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 28 / PMK.07 / 2016 concerning the Use, Monitoring and Evaluation of Tobacco Excise Production Sharing Funds. The model used is a community-based tourism development model as a form of the tourism sector's creative economy that provides optimal benefits to the community. The service process is carried out by means of efforts to empower the people's economy in the tourism sector with a community-based tourism (CBT) approach or community-based tourism by involving local communities in activities, which include the introduction of tourism potential and training on the utilization of local non-tobacco agricultural potentials to be processed into culinary products and by by tours. The local community is motivated to become the main actor in the management of tourism activities that arise from the utilization of the local potential that exists in the service location. The result of this activity is the achievement of community understanding of tourism as an alternative to activities other than tobacco farming, understanding of local tourism potential, development of tourism activities and tourism support activities in the location.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.
