The development of information systems is now widely used in the business world, both in the living environment and even in the work environment, such as the use of the attendance information system at PT PLN PERSERO. Attendance in an agency is an important factor in human resource management. Accurate and objective information regarding an employee's attendance can present the quality and productivity of performance, determine the size of performance allowances and the general level of employee discipline in the agency. The process of recording and reporting employee absences is a repetitive process that is used at certain times such as entry time, departure time and holidays. It is recommended that audits of this system be carried out periodically or annually, so that the expected level of maturity can be achieved, and as a whole, not just the attendance information system, so that all aspects of work operations can also be evaluated so as to improve employee performance in general. From the results of the maturity level assessment, several findings were obtained in each domain studied, namely with the EDM03 domain having a value of 3.00, it was found that information and data security problems needed to be improved, with the EMD05 domain having a value of 2.93, problems were found that there were no written regulations that could be used as a reference, with domain AP015 with a value of 3.13 found a problem that there was still a difference between cost allocation and actual costs with domain 1P012 with a value of 3.07, a problem was found that there were no risk response regulations available, with domain DSS02 with a value of 3.13 there were no written regulations that could be used as a reference.

Before processed food is marketed in Indonesia, business actors must register the food to obtain a distribution permit. For medium to low risk processed food, a distribution permit must be obtained by obtaining a Business Activity Support Business Permit (PB-UMKU) with a Certificate of Fulfillment of Processed Food Commitments. This article will discuss the difficulties faced by industry players in this process and explain the fulfillment of registration commitments for low-medium processed food. This research method is a literature search using a legislative approach in processing processed food registration, and to collect field research questions, a survey of business actors was carried out during the technical guidance activity "Fulfilling Commitments for Registration of Processed Food with Medium Low Risk". The results of the analysis show that there are three critical points that business actors need to pay attention to in the process of fulfilling commitments, namely suitability of product data, suitability of composition, and suitability of label design. Errors in selecting packaging due to non-compliance with the original packaging requirements provided are the most frequently encountered problems. Apart from that, business actors often do not upload important documents such as the Health Certificate/Free Sale Certificate, which is the main required document in the import product registration process. Other errors include selecting an incorrect food category, which results in non-compliance with applicable regulations and cancellation of registration commitments.

In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. The implementation process begins with the identification of business processes that require SOPs, development of clear SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of SOP compliance and effectiveness. In the manufacturing industry, SOPs are essential in maintaining product quality, occupational safety and health, and supply chain management. SOP helps in maintaining consistent product quality, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and optimizing material flow, inventory, and product distribution. Overall, the implementation of clear and well-defined SOP in various aspects of operations is key to ensuring the sustainability and success of the company. By implementing SOP well, companies can improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, minimize the risk of errors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, enabling them to remain competitive in an increasingly complex market.

The Islamic Financial Sector (IFS) is a rapidly growing sector in the Islamic economy. IFS operates on Islamic law, so it must always adhere to Islam. IFS plays a crucial role in implementing Islamic principles aimed at helping society achieve prosperity, honesty, and fairness through a profit-sharing system. One of the key players in the Islamic financial sector is Islamic banking, which has a low credit risk, resulting in a sufficient margin for MSMEs. MSMEs, also known as Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), are a type of productive business owned by individuals or corporations and regulated by Law No. 28 of 2008. UMKM has a significant role in Indonesia's economy. This potential is what motivates Islamic banks to facilitate the provision of loans to MSMEs. As time passes, Islamic banks have become capable of supporting MSMEs, which in turn attract MSMEs to conduct transactions at Islamic banks.

Islamic trade in Indonesia from pre-independence to contemporary times reflects various features, including nationalist missions, religious solidarity and Islamization. The pre-independence period was marked by nationalist and religious sentiments as a response to discriminatory Dutch colonialism. Religious solidarity is used to inspire unity and independence. After independence, the Islamic trade movement focused more on capitalizing religious organizations for the welfare of the people and da'wah. In the 1990s, the spirit of Islamization strengthened, influenced by the difficulty of access to trade resources and the search for Islamic identity amidst foreign domination. The BMT Movement, Islamic Banks, and Islamic philanthropic institutions responded to this phenomenon, prioritizing empowerment and community education. The phenomenon of the Indonesian trade movement is related to socio-political factors, such as the Dutch East Indies political system and the strength of non-indigenous trade. Islamic trade movements can be classified into two types: the pre-independence period, characterized by religious nationalism in business competition with non-indigenous groups; and post-independence, involving the consolidation of religious groups such as Muhammadiyah and NU, as well as the establishment of BMT and ZISWAF institutions. Islamic trade routes in the archipelago in the past included coastal areas, especially via sea routes which influenced the archipelago as an international trade center. The research method used is a qualitative Library Research approach with a historical-descriptive method. Doctors in carrying out their profession have medical risks that must be accounted for where sanctions can be civil, criminal or administrative. This research aims to determine the differences in civil responsibilities of a doctor in terms of his profession as a beroep (person who carries out work) and a bedrijf (person who runs a company). The method used is normative juridical by connecting civil liability with the profession of a doctor as a doctor and doctor. Research’s result shows that there is a difference in civil liability between doctors as beroep and doctors as bedrijf. As a beroep, the fulfillment of responsibilities to third parties (patients) is carried out by the employer at the place of work, whereas as a bedrijf, the fulfillment of responsibilities is first seen in the form of the business entity that is established. The maatschaf form of business entity used in a doctor's practice will give rise to personal responsibility, while the firm form of business entity used in a doctor's practice will give rise to joint or joint liability.
