Background: Cervical cancer remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality among women, particularly in developing countries. Although early detection methods such as visual inspection with acetic acid (IVA) and Pap smear are effective, participation among women of reproductive age is still low. Identifying factors that influence women’s interest in cervical cancer screening is essential to strengthen prevention programs at the primary healthcare level. Method:  This study used a quantitative analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Ome Tidore. Participants were women of reproductive age (15–49 years) selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire assessing socio-demographic characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, access to health information, family or husband support, and interest in early detection of cervical cancer. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square or Fisher’s exact tests. Results: The results showed that age, education level, knowledge, attitudes, access to health information, and family or husband support were significantly associated with women’s interest in early detection of cervical cancer. Women aged 25–49 years, those with higher education, good knowledge, positive attitudes, adequate access to information, and strong family support demonstrated higher interest in screening. Fear, embarrassment, lack of time, and misconceptions were identified as common barriers. Conclusion: Women’s interest in cervical cancer early detection is influenced by predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors. Strengthening health education, improving information access, and involving family support are key to increasing screening participation.

This study evaluates the impact of distributed solar-battery systems on urban electricity resilience and community carbon emissions reduction. As urban areas continue to grow, the demand for electricity has placed considerable strain on traditional centralized grids, resulting in increased vulnerabilities. The integration of decentralized energy resources (DERs), particularly solar photovoltaic (PV) systems paired with battery energy storage systems (BESS), has emerged as a promising solution to enhance grid resilience, reduce carbon emissions, and support the transition to more sustainable energy systems. This research uses a simulation-based approach to model the integration of solar-battery systems into residential blocks, assessing their impact on grid reliability, downtime reduction, and the frequency of power outages. Additionally, the study estimates the reduction in carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions achieved by shifting from fossil-fuel-based energy generation to renewable sources such as solar PV. The results demonstrate that solar-battery systems significantly improve electricity reliability by providing backup power during outages, while also reducing CO₂ emissions by decreasing reliance on conventional grids. The study also discusses the technical and financial challenges associated with the integration of these systems, such as energy storage capacity, system efficiency, and upfront installation costs. Policy recommendations emphasize the importance of government incentives, grid modernization, and long-term financial benefits to encourage the adoption of decentralized energy solutions. Finally, the study highlights areas for future research, including advanced storage technologies and the integration of electric vehicles with solar-battery systems to further enhance energy resilience and sustainability.

The existence of political parties in a country that adheres to a democratic system is a necessity and the inevitability of their existence. Because with the existence of political parties, democracy will run according to the reel that it should run, starting from the freedom to gather and associate as regulated in the constitution to the implementation of general elections for President and Vice President, Legislative and regional head elections indicating that democracy in a country is at least whether or not it can be said to be going well. In Indonesia itself, the existence of political parties can be said to be multi-party because there are more than two parties, as in several other democratic countries where there are only two parties. Although in general, if we look at their ideology, political parties in Indonesia can be grouped into just two, namely parties that are religiously oriented (religious) and parties that are nationalist (state) oriented. In the research results, it is stated that multi-party parties do not always work well and are relevant, so there needs to be simplification in the future so that people are not confused by many parties.

Health is a basic right guaranteed by the Indonesian constitution, as stipulated in Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution and Article 34 paragraph (3), which states that the state is responsible for the provision of adequate health care facilities for all citizens. Nonetheless, challenges in the provision of health services in remote areas are still significant, especially related to the limitations of facilities, medical personnel, and service quality. The development of technology, particularly telemedicine, has opened up new opportunities in the delivery of health services, which can overcome geographical limitations and improve community access to medical services. The type of research in this study is normative juridical. The research results in this discussion are the protection of doctors and the regulation of telemedicine policies in Indonesia, by reviewing Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health regarding the implementation of telemedicine between health service facilities. Although telemedicine can expand access to health, the risks associated with remote diagnosis and treatment require special attention in terms of legal protection of health workers. Therefore, adaptive legal tools are needed to accommodate the growing development of health technology and provide legal protection for the parties involved in the implementation of online-based health services.
