Incubators can help new entrepreneurs develop products, create strategic business, marketing, operational management and financing. New entrepreneurs need to have skills or knowledge of financial management which is a vital part of the company. Startup companies in Indonesia are always innovating in providing solutions to problems that occur in Indonesia. Funding is important for startups so they can develop their business, expand their market, and improve their products. Proper funding will help startup businesses expand and achieve their goals. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The role of the incubator for startup financial management to obtain funding is to provide assistance and assist startups in drafting budgets, achieving profit targets, and preparing financial reports..

Servants have a strategic role as agents of change. Servants directly engage in community service through the provision of training assistance, counseling, guidance, mentoring and to awaken their potential, and help improve the quality of life and development. Servants will get generative abilities in the form of life skills (life skills). Observations were carried out using the following methods: (1) Gathering, (2) Documentation, and (3) seeing the field directly. Based on the results of observations carried out in Pattallikang Village by looking at the potential of the community and supporting environmental conditions. The work programs carried out are Social Service (Social Service), outreach, hospitality to the people of Pattallikang Village, Building Awareness of Household Financial Management through Financial Education, and introducing the BUMENRA Book to villagers, and Social Service in the Campus Area.

In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, strategic management must be directed at efforts to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic, while maximizing the potential benefits that can be gained from this situation. The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.

Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. Punishment or punishment is a form of procedure or action given to individuals or groups for mistakes, violations or crimes that are made in the form of negative reinforcement or suffering in the context of fostering and improving behavior so that it does not happen again. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Through a survey of service-based organizations, the research highlights the relationship between leadership approach, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity. Findings suggest that transformational leadership significantly enhances motivation and performance, offering a strategic advantage in a competitive market.

The purpose of this article is to find out the use of Indonesian language that has been reduced in use which has been changed into foreign languages, especially in tourism bus transportation. Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector. In 2009, tourism ranked third in terms of foreign exchange earnings after oil and gas and palm oil commodities. Currently, the tourism business is growing rapidly in Indonesia because the tourism sector is driven as a very large labor recruiter and a very large source of economic income in Indonesia, a factor that supports the existence of tourism is Indonesia's strategic territory and a large selection of destinations. The use of Indonesian today has changed a lot where Indonesian is replaced by foreign languages, especially in the tourism sector, such as the use of the word "souvenir" which is currently changing its nickname to "souvenir" the problem in this article is the threat that greatly affects the use of Indonesian. This method uses the observation method in the form of interviews. As a result of this analysis, there is a change in Indonesian language style to foreign languages, especially English.

Increasing carbon emissions have the unintended consequence of worsening environmental quality as a result of the use of fossil fuels for green economic activities. The green economy concept is being applied in relation to social and economic difficulties, as well as sectors in one of the global strategic areas aimed at overcoming very rapid climate change. The green economy's quality is determined by CO2 emission levels and creates sustainable development, which can improve environmental quality in some countries (Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and China), particularly during epidemics. In data analysis, various test procedures are utilized. According to the study findings, there was a considerable increase in CO2 emissions in the BRIIJC country during Covid 19, which had an impact on environmental quality, culminating in ozone layer depletion and climate change. The implementation of a green economy can affect environmental circumstances by requiring economic operations to use more ecologically friendly energy, and boosting energy can boost economic growth.

Abstract. Residents of the Talaga Bestari housing complex, Cikupa, Tangerang, agreed to reject the construction of the 500 KV SUTET (Extra High Voltage Airline) line that runs through their residential area because it violates regulations, endangers the community, and has never been included in the Tangerang Spatial Development Plan. The development of the Sutet network by a national strategic project is a form of land acquisition, this is contained in Article 1 point 2 of Law no. 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest which states that land acquisition is an activity of providing land by providing proper and fair compensation to the entitled party. This study uses a research method that is carried out is a type of normative legal research (doctrinal research), namely. library law research. With the aim of providing solutions to development conflicts with development solutions using the Pancasila perspective.

This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.

Strategi pemasaran sangat berpengaruh dan penting dalam suatu progres usaha UMKM. Sweet Banana yang merupakan usaha UMKM memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait lingkungan eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan internal produk Sweet Banana. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh Sweet Banana ,Untuk mengetahui posisi usaha saat ini berdasarkan Analisis SWOT, Merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang baru bagi usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini  menggunakan data sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah dan kumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahapan analisis  SWOT dimulai dari identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, penyusunan Matriks IFAS (Internal strategic factor analysis) dan Matriks EFAS (Eksternal strategic factor analysis), perumusan Matriks IE (internal eksternal), perumusan Matriks SWOT dan perumusan strategi pemasaran yang disarankan. Hasil analisis menunjukan usaha berada pada posisi Strategi Agresif. Strategi pemasaran yang disarankan meliputi : Mendaftarkan produk Sweet Banana diberbagai aplikasi online, melengkapi property penjualan produk, meningkatkan promosi, meningkatkan ciri Khas produk.

Pengelolaan Human Capital sangat penting untuk menciptakan Developing People dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja untuk memperoleh persaingan yang kompetitif serta sebagai bentuk penyesuaian terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Human Capital Strategic dalam Developing People pada PT. United Tractors Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan selama lima bulan di PT. United Tractors Tbk untuk melihat strategi pengelolaan Human Capital.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  implementasi Human Capital yang dilakukan oleh PT. United Tractors Tbk dalam Developing People yaitu ; melakukan skil gap analyisis melalui evaluasi kinerja secara periodik, memberikan Coaching dan Mentoring secara rutin kepada karyawan, melatih kepemimpinan (leadership) dan memberikan pelatihan (training) untuk peningkatan sofskill individu sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
