The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study were all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province, totaling 160 employees. While the samples that meet the sampling criteria for observations made are 62 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique and technical data analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 25.00 software program. Partially it is known that work discipline has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Office. Partially it is known that motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously it is known that work discipline, leadership style and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

Loyalty is someone's allegiance that indicates dedication to something, it can be a person or a group of people, ideals, tasks or goals that are given constantly. This study aims to determine whether leadership style, motivation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade, and also among the three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data, namely data on the number of employees for the last 5 years from the 2017-2021 period. The results of the analysis through the T test show that leadership style has no significant effect on employee loyalty, motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. While the results of the analysis through the F test show that leadership style, motivation and work environment affect employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

 Human resources are very important in a company. therefore every company always tries to have quality human resources and companies must pay attention to aspects of work related to human resources, because without quality human resources a company will not run well between HR and companies must have a mutually beneficial relationship requires, companies need quality employees, employees also need a work environment that can provide satisfaction such as having a clean and comfortable work environment, one of the company's activities to advance the abilities of its employees is employee career development and providing motivation to employees from research is to determine the effect of motivation , work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kalibaru Indonesia This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 302 employees, so the sample used is 77 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From these results work motivation, work environment and career development affect job satisfaction.

Elections for the leaders of the Student Executive Board are held every year. e-voting is one of the most important components and forms of democracy. The result of voting is always dissatisfaction from voters. To become a candidate for the Head of BEM, a selection process is required. When choosing a Student Executive Board Leader, there are several criteria that must be met by prospective candidates. The issue of selecting leaders was also discussed by Andi Rosano in choosing the Village Head. The difficulty for voters is to get a leader candidate who has advantages in different fields. Because of that, a decision support system is needed to assist voters in determining the leader of the Student Executive Board. The Decision Support System using the Analytical Hierachy Process Method can assist voters in selecting candidates for the Student Executive Board leaders. Methodology This research was carried out using a 2 (two) method approach, namely a field study conducted by means of interviews with the student affairs section that takes care of the election of the Student Executive Board Leader and literature study to collect information related to decision support systems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This research aimed to describe the real action of the Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” Center to increase children's love of books and literacy activities in Petuk Katimpun Village, Jekan Raya District, Central Kalimantan Province so that it can become an inspiration and motivation for readers to actively participate in foster and promote a love of books and literacy activities for the community, especially for children in the surrounding environment. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method in this study was the interview method, namely by conducting a dialogue with the founder of the Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” and making direct and indirect observations. From the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” from its inception to today has provided real action in fostering children's love of books and literacy activities. This can be seen from the various activities carried out such as book reading activities, teaching and learning activities, “Ransel Buku” boat, and many others. In addition, the number of reading books available in Reading and Learning “Ransel Buku” ack has reached 8,000 book titles. The Reading and Learning center“Ransel Buku” has won many awards both at the provincial and national levels.

Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

This study aims to analyze the initial needs of learning strategies in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of Mathematics for class V Elementary School (SD). The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with research instruments in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and assessment document analysis. The data analysis technique used includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the initial instrument data analysis, it was found that the motivation and learning outcomes of the fifth grade students at SD Negeri Songgom 01, SD Negeri Songgom 02, SD Negeri Songgom 04 and SD Negeri Songgom 05 in learning mathematics were still low. The average value of student learning motivation is only 62 with the highest score being 82 and the lowest score being 50. While the average score of student learning outcomes is 66.7 in the low category while the highest score is 85 and the lowest score is 45. Low motivation and student learning outcomes are caused by the condition of the learning environment that is not conducive, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of support from parents, and the difficulty of using appropriate learning strategies in learning. This research can be used as an initial analysis of the need for appropriate learning strategies in Mathematics learning materials so that students' motivation and learning outcomes can increase.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi antara kompensasi dan kinerja pegawai dan menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi antara motivasi dan kinerja pegawai. Untuk menganalisis variabel tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data antara lain kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal sebanyak 44 pegawai, sekaligus dijadikan sebagai jumlah sampel. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda (Model 1 dan 2) dan Regresi Linier Sederhana (Model 3). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji T dan Uji Mediasi.Hasil penelitian mwnunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berperhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengaruh:  a) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi; b) motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. c) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. d) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. e) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai;. f) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. g) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora. Kinerja adalah hasil dari fungsi suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan tertentu selama suatu periode waktu tertentu. Kinerja dalam hal ini menunjukkan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang setelah melakukan tugas pekerjaannya yang dibebankan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data primer berasal dari hasil angket dan observasi. Variabel yang diigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi (X1), motivasi (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), komitmen organisasi (X4/Y1) dan Kinerja (Y2).  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora,sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah: Uji validitas, realiabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, uji t, uji F  dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, (thitung  1,895 > dari ttabel 1,684 dan   nilai signifikasi 0,065>0,050). 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (thitung  variabel motivasi kerja 2,280>dari ttabel (1,684)  dan nilai signifikasi 0,028>0,050). 3)  Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komimen organisasi (thitung  kerja 0,141 < dari ttabel  1,684,   dan nilai signifikasi 0,889>0,050). 4) Budaya organisai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (thitung  variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 2,517 > dari ttabel (1,684)  dengan nilai signifikasi 0,016 <0,050). 5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (thitung  motivasi kerja sebesar 2 ,766 > dari ttabel (1,684)  dengan nilai signifikasi 0,008>0,050). 6. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja (thitung  variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 2,042 > dari ttabel (1,684)   dengan nilai signifikasi 0,047<0,050) 7. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan sgnifikan terhadap kinerja (thitung  variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 2,479 > dari ttabel (1,684)   dengan nilai signifikasi 0,017<0,050).

This study aims to determine the effect of investment motivation and financial literacy on investment interest. The method used through a quantitative approach. This study used a population of students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra class of 2019 with a sample of 51 students. The results show that partially the investment motivation variable has no effect on investment intention, while the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant relationship to investment interest. Simultaneously there is an influence between investment motivation and financial literacy variables on investment interest. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination shows 74.7%

School facilities are a very important tool in supporting learning in schools. Facilities will be needed by teachers and students in teaching and learning because the facilities will increase students' learning motivation, with complete facilities will also support the performance of teachers in delivering material to students. The purpose of this study is to observe school facilities, especially MTS Ali Imron and see the effect of students' learning if the school facilities are inadequate, especially in English subjects. The case study in this study was conducted at MTS Ali Imron Medan. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by observing schools and conducting interviews with English teachers at MTS Ali Imron Medan.

One of the service provided by the Hospital is by providing fast service, so give satisfaction to secoety. Service provided by the Hospital in increasing customer satisfactions whit using technology the SIMRS application. Contitution Republic of Indonesian No. 44 year 2019 about Hospital in chapter 1 paragraph 3 every Hospital must organize SIMRS application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of knowledge and motivation of nurses on the use of the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa. Population in this research were 149 respondents. The sampling technique in quantitative research with a sample of 109 respondent and the sampling technique in qualitative research with a sample of 10 respondent. The method on this research is a mix method with cross sectional and generic quality approach. The results of the study obtained a p-value 0,001 < 0,05% which means that there is an effect on level of knowledge nurses on the use of  the SIMRS application and there is an influence on the motivation of nurses in using the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa.

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

This research is aim to describe the difficulties in learning and solving Algebra problems experienced by class VII Students of SMP Negeri 7 Cimahi. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects used in this research were five Students of class VII H who were randomly selected, and the teacher concerned. The instrument used in this study were written tests, questionnaires and interview guides. The results of this research indicate the various difficulties experienced by Students and the factors that cause them. These difficulties include difficulties in identifying coefficients, determining like terms, and performing various arithmetic operations in Algebraic forms. The factors that cause Student difficulties are divided into two, namely internal and external factors. The internal factor is that Students don't understand the concept and don't master arithmetic operations on integers, while the external factor is the lack of Interest, talent and motivation of Students in learning Algebra.
