The increase in Life Expectancy (UHH) has an impact on the increase in the elderly population and the problems due to aging. One of them is the system for regulating blood sugar levels which is disrupted due to changes in the body composition of the elderly in the form of increased fat composition from the body 14% to 30%. Efforts to prevent the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus is to achieve good nutritional status with anthropometric measurements, namely the division of body weight in kg with height in meters squared expressed in body mass index or BMI. This study aims to analyze the relationship between BMI and blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The research design used was descriptive observational with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 40 elderly who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to measure BMI is a digital weight scale, and a microtoise that has been calibrated, while blood sugar levels are measured using a glucometer. Data were analyzed by Pearson Corellation test. The results of this study indicate the frequency distribution of blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Posyandu Sabar Narimo on average 139.92 mg/dl and an average BMI of 25.24 kg/m2. The results showed that BMI was related to the variable of blood sugar levels with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.614 and a significance value (?) of 0.0234 then there is a relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between blood sugar and BMI in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency.

The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Site providers have actually become an irregularity, these sites have shifted their position from being an illegal site to a legal site by positioning themselves as a song search site, the song provider in this case has violated the law. Public perception about individuals who download songs are wrong because they violate the Copyright Law. The public is aware of copyright infringement, but according to facts on the ground, people still download songs without permission. This behavior is carried out because the protection of songs by the Government is not strong enough. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

Regional autonomy makes the region able to develop in accordance with its capabilities and does not depend on the Central Government. This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Revenue and Provincial Assistance on Capital Expenditures Moderated by Regional Economic Growth The research was conducted in the administrative area of Central Java Province Regency, which is 35 districts / cities consisting of 29 districts and 6 municipalities. The analytical technique used moderate quasi-model regression with the basis of interaction. The results of the hypothesis show that the Original Revenue, Provincial Assistance, and Economic Growth affect the Capital Expenditure. While Economic Growth is also proven to moderate the influence of Original Revenue on Capital Expenditure. Capitalism is believed to bring profit to the owners of capital and encourage economic growth, but the bad impact it generates for the wider community is also more so that capitalism creates a seemingly endless snare. This article aims to explain the traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".
