The Toba Batak tribe has a distinctive fabric known as ulos. Toba Batak ulos have types depending on their uses. But in the modern era, especially among urban communities, very few people know the types and uses. Motivated by the success of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm in image classification, this study will conduct a learning-based approach to classify 5 types of Toba Batak ulos (Ragi Hidup, Ragi Hotang, Mangiring, Sadum, and Sibolang). The process starts from data collection, data analysis, model building, model training, and confusion matrix. The dataset used is 1000 images with 80% training data, 10% valid data, and 10% test data. Convolution, maxpooling, dropout, flatten, and fully connected are the 5 layers forming the CNN model. The optimizer used is Adam with a learning rate of 0.001. The model generated in this study can detect Toba Batak ulos images at an accuracy rate of 94.00%.    

The socialization of the importance of advanced study preparation or employment before graduation for Vocational High School (SMK) students aims to provide profound understanding and strong motivation to students on the brink of graduation. The objective is to enable them to make meticulous and insightful assessments, leading to wise decisions about their educational trajectory, either in higher education or entering the professional world. This informative session takes place at State Vocational High School 2 Depok and is attended by students from the Petroleum and Petrochemical Processing Techniques (TPMP) department in grades 11 and 12. The well-executed event adheres to the predetermined plan and utilizes methods involving information dissemination and interactive discussions to engage participants in the targeted subject matter. The outcomes of this initiative involve an enhanced comprehension of the conveyed material and the cultivation of a robust motivational spirit within participants. The aim is to prepare them for the choices they will make after completing their education, encompassing the possibility of continuing studies at tertiary institutions or entering the workforce. Furthermore, participants gain a clearer insight into the steps involved in determining a career field that aligns with their interests and abilities, as well as choosing a college major that resonates with their competencies.  

Financial planning and management for employees of  New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta hasn’t been done optimally. Some employees are unable to pay debts on time and unable to pay mandatory contributions because of various reasons. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge & skills in financial planning & management, especially for employees at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta. This community service activity at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta was carried out on April 05, 2023. The methods used in community service activities include counseling, discussion, questions and answers. The results, shows that community service activities at New Topsy Salon Plaza Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta succeeded in providing education about ideal financial planning to employees, including housewives and employees who aren’t married. Participants were able to understand the importance of planning finances systematically and managing expenses, income, and investments to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals.  

This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities. Etika memiliki peran yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam konteks kehidupan kontemporer yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis.  Etika juga berhubungan erat dengan konsep moralitas, yang merupakan seperangkat norma, nilai, dan keyakinan yang mengatur perilaku manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif berupa tinjauan literatur terbaru. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari sumber-sumber tertulis seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, terdapat berbagai macam prinsip etika yang berkembang dalam kehidupan kontemporer, seperti utilitarianisme, deontologi, etika hak asasi manusia, etika lingkungan, dan etika profesional. Konflik moral sering terjadi dalam kehidupan kontemporer, baik dalam lingkungan kerja, kehidupan pribadi, maupun dalam konteks sosial dan politik. Konflik moral dapat disebabkan oleh perbedaan nilai atau prinsip etika yang berbeda antara individu atau kelompok, serta situasi yang kompleks dan sulit dipahami. Tantangan dalam kehidupan kontemporer menuntut individu untuk memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip etika dan kemampuan untuk menerapkannya dalam situasi yang kompleks.

Social media has a positive impact on society, especially for those who have businesses. Social media is currently widely used by business people to market the products they sell. Derr Cosmetics is one of the sales businesses in the field of skincare and cosmetics located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan which participates in utilizing social media to market its products. By utilizing social media in marketing its products, Derr Cosmetics managed to increase its sales volume to be larger and have many customers.

Regional autonomy can indeed bring about positive changes in the regions in terms of regional authority to self-regulate. Tax is a source of state or regional revenue that is paid by the community as a collection fee that can be imposed by the government based on applicable regulations. The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized.

The supervision carried out by AMC is for all movements on the apron during take off and landing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance evaluation of the apron movement control (AMC) unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area, constraints on facilities in the apron area, and solutions to constraints on facilities in the apron area at PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted for 1 month, namely in March 2023 which was conducted at Yogyakarta International Airport, this research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained directly by observation and interviews. Secondary data obtained indirectly through documentation, literature and company data. Data collection techniques using observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the research were tested for the validity of the data using source, technique, and time triangulation. The result of the study is the evaluation of the performance of the AMC unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area using the MBO (Management by Objectives) method based on planning, monitoring and review. There are several problems with facilities in the apron area such as aviobridge 4C, 8A and 8C are damaged, aviobridge 4C slowdown is too slow, GSE is parked in No Parking Area (NPA), there is no Equipment Parking Area (EPA) marking, GSE is parked below fixbridge, CCTV error/connection to server fails, and CCTV is blurry if the weather is rainy. Some of the solutions for the problem facilities in the apron area are waiting for spare parts, coordinating with the mechanical unit, reprimanding and ordering groundhandling to move the GSE, reporting EPA markings to be added, and reporting to the ICT unit.

The research aims to determine the effect, the magnitude of the influence, and the relationship between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of muzakki in Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. The data source for this research was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, who paid zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency, as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.382 > 2.00488) so there is an influence of variable X on variable Y. Transparency of zakat management affects the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency by 24.9%. There is a positive or parallel relationship between the transparency of zakat management and the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency.    

The development of information technology supported by the rapid use of the Internet has created a number of fintechs that will make it easier for people to access financial services digitally. The aim of this research is to know the role of fintech against financial inclusion in UMKM in Banyumas. This research uses the method of literature study, by exploring and examining the results of previous research findings. The results of this research explain that financial technology can have a positive impact in increasing inclusive finance on UMKM in Banyumas.    

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari kepirbadian merek dan pengalaman yang dihasilkan merek pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada merek Starbuck. Penyelenggaran survey dilakukan secara daring kepada 272 pelanggan Starbucks di kota Malang. Data hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda pada SPSS 2022. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan ikatan emosional merek. Diantara keduanya, kepribadian merek ditemukan lebih dominan berdampak pada ikatan emosional merek. Namun, kedua variabel hanya memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap ikatan emosional merek. Hal ini berarti faktor kepribadian merek lebih berperan pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada pelanggan Starbuck di Malang. Hasil studi juga menyarankan agar Starbucks perlu lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan yang berusia 21-35 tahun. Adanya pergeseran generasi konsumen dari Milenial ke generasi Z dapat menghasilkan perbedaan kebutuhan dan persepektif terhadap kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat menciptakan peningkatan pada ikatan emosional merek.

The problem of land is a problem that stems from the current needs of the community both for residential use, business or for community livelihoods such as to grow vegetables. In Indonesia, the regulation of land or agrarian has only existed since 1960, namely by bringing up the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). In the UUPA It has been stipulated that legal certainty regarding land can only be legally recognized by registering the land and obtaining a certificate of title to the land. Then there is a PP regarding land registration, namely PP No. 24 of 1997. Before the issuance of the UUPA in 1960, the community had a Letter C from the village as proof of ownership of land rights. Even today there are still people who still hold the Letter C as proof of ownership. This is what researchers will discuss about the validity of Letter C which is still used by some communities related to old evidence of ownership of land rights. In assessing the validity or not of a Letter C, it is necessary to understand what are the legal requirements of a decision

Antenatal care (ANC) visits are contacts between pregnant women and caregivers in terms of assessing the health and well-being of the baby as well as opportunities to obtain information and provide information to the mother and health workers. If a pregnant woman does not have a pregnancy check-up, it will not be known whether her pregnancy is going well or whether she is experiencing a high risk situation and obstetric complications which are dangerous for the life of the mother and fetus and can also cause high morbidity and mortality. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Antenatal Care (ANC) Management and Childbirth Complications at the Pratama Kita Clinic, Langkat Regency in 2023. This type of research uses a correlational research method with a cross sectional approach. The subjects of this study were pregnant women, totaling 49 respondents. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire on the management of antenatal care with labor complications. The analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately. The formula in this study uses the Chi Square formula. The management of antenatal care (ANC) is associated with labor complications with a p value = 0.000. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between antenatal care (ANC) management and birth complications.

UUD 1945 that the government must provide a sense of well-being and health to all members of society, this is implemented in the National Health Insurance implemented by the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). FKTP is at the forefront of providing health services in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the national health insurance referral system at FKTP. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar to search for previous related articles. The related article criteria used were those published from 2017-2023 and collected as many as 6 journals. Based on the six journals, the results show that the National Health Insurance Referral system at First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) has been running well in the community even though in its implementation there are still deficiencies in FKTP.

From this research it results that the views or opinions given can be concluded that Pancasila is very important as the goal of life for the nation and state. This study aims to determine and analyze the position of force majeure in murabahah contracts and how the implementation of force majeure in murabahah contracts in Sharia Financial Institutions. This study uses normative legal research supported by empirical data. Data collection techniques used by the author is the study of literature documents that are examined from books, literature, journals, and legislation. The conclusion of this research is first, the position of force majeure in the murabahah contract is a necessity to anticipate unwanted and dangerous circumstances, which are beyond the authority of the parties in the murabahah contract. In addition, Islamic law also regulates positions related to force majeure that is known as dharurah, which means damaging or giving harm. Second, the implementation of force majeure in the murabahah contract at the Sharia Financial Institution has already been applied in the contract or agreement by the parties. Force majeure clause becomes a reason not to charge the parties for losses arising from force majeure events that occur. Something that is allowed due to dharurah conditions, must be completed according to the required size restrictions.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

In a steam power plant, of course, it has a very important prime mover, namely an electric motor, but electric motors are used in a variety of functions, one of the main roles in this electric motor is as a condensate extraction pump in a steam power plant which functions to push materials for power plant production. Steam power, namely sea water, goes to the generator to become a power plant. The method used is qualitative by using observation techniques, interviews and literature studies. This condensate extraction pump (CEP) electric motor can be operated automatically and manually for routine maintenance and good inspection results.
