Geothermal energy is a renewable energy source that can be used to generate electricity, heat homes and businesses, and provide hot water for industrial processes. The interior of the Earth is hot, and this heat can be transferred to the surface through geological structures such as faults, fractures and sedimentary basins. These structures provide pathways for geothermal fluids to flow, and they can also trap these fluids, creating geothermal reservoirs. The type and size of geological structures that affect geothermal energy can vary depending on the location. For example, in some areas, faults and fractures are the most important structures, while in other areas, sedimentary basins are the most important. The distribution of these structures also plays a role in determining the potential for developing geothermal energy. The study of geological structure is very important to understand the distribution and potential of geothermal energy resources. By understanding how these structures influence the circulation and accumulation of geothermal fluids, we can develop and better manage these resources. PT KMPI is an industrial company that produces textiles and plastics, including plastic products made of polypropylene (PP). The problem that occurs in PT Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex is the quality of the products that still have defects, based on the results of the analysis in February 2023 with a total production of 76,596 kg there are rejects data of 4,695 kg and the percentage of product defects that occur is 6.1%. The objective of this study is to determine the predominant types of defects that influence the factors that cause defects. This study uses the seven tools method to find the root cause of the problem to be solved, as well as the Kaizen Five-M checklist and the Kaizen Five Step Plan to suggest improvements to the company. Based on the results of data processing, there are three types of defects, namely wrinkle defects with a percentage of 43% for a total defect of 2039 kg, medium wrinkle defects with a percentage of 45% for a total defect of 2094 kg, and thick-thin defects with a percentage of 12% for a total defect of 562 kg. From the fishbone diagram, it can be seen that the occurrence of defects is caused by several factors, namely people, materials, methods and machines. Suggested improvements using the Kaizen Five-M checklist analysis are training and monitoring of production, implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) established by the company, such as dosing the mixture of plastic seeds with addictive substances at a ratio of 25 Kg. 1 oz. and Kaizen management control: 1 Ons and Kaizen five-step plan management controls, namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. Analisis Kode Statis (Static Code Analysis) masuk ke dalam metode white box testing yang digunakan pada pengembangan aplikasi. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi source code untuk mendeteksi pelanggaran kode apa saja yang terdapat dalam project aplikasi open source To Do List berbasis website menggunakan Laravel dan Vue.js. Proses analisis kode statis bertujuan memberikan pemahaman serta memastikan basic code pada project telah memenuhi standarisasi pengkodean yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik pengujian source code dilakukan melewati proses scanning pada project dengan standarisasi pengkodean yang telah ditetapkan dan diatur dalam Quality Gate SonarQube sebagai acuan untuk seberapa tinggi kualitas kode yang harus dilalui. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh melalui tool SonarQube menunjukkan pelanggaran kode yang ditemukan secara keseluruhan pada project To Do List dengan beberapa kategori issues, yaitu 4 bug, 2 security hotspots, 31 code smell, dan 117 duplicate lines of code dengan density sebesar 18,3% yang membutuhkan total waktu estimasi pengerjaan untuk perbaikan pelanggaran kode sebanyak 2 jam 35 menit.

The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah, North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research subjects for this study were randomly selected using a sampling technique called purposive sampling. Observations, interviews and documentation all contribute to the data collection methodology. School administration, school boards, special education teachers and students, and parents of students are important members of any special education project. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah was successful. This is supported by data verification using standard scoring rubrics, empirical evidence obtained from observations, interviews, and written documentation showing that education administration at SLB Melati Asyiyah in West Sulawesi is divided into the areas of curriculum management, student administration, and finance. management. It is the teacher's responsibility to adapt teaching and student evaluation strategies to the needs of individual students. In addition, faculty management starts with the help of a faculty needs database, recruitment resources, and selection criteria. The international faculty's responsibilities emphasize cooperation and coordination. The management of resources and facilities is carried out through strategic planning which is informed by supply and demand analysis.

This study discusses the business opportunities of the creative sector assessing the many needs of the community for invitation making services and accompanying equipment in a solemn event in the form of a wedding. This paper examines how human creativity is one of the causes of the creation of a business opportunity. In fact, creativity itself can create a business. In the face of a situation that requires humans to be able to meet their needs, human creativity by looking at the available business opportunities, in our discussion we see from business opportunities that creative idea services are needed to create a good impression through wedding invitations and bridal dowries in weddings. From the analysis described, this type of invitation and dowry service business will not be extinct by time, a promising type of business because every wedding requires invitations and dowries. This business requires promotion which can be done in several ways such as participating in Wedding exhibitions or utilising social media to increase revenue and to be better known by the public.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of sharia compliance and customer satisfaction towards Muslim purchase behavior in sharia hotels in West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative methodology with a causal associative approach. Muslim guests who have stayed at sharia hotels constitute the population, and a purposive sampling technique is used to determine the number of research samples. The sample size for this study was 99 Muslim guests who had stayed at a sharia hotel in West Sumatra. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is the analytical method used. From the results of research that has been carried out, the variables of sharia compliance and customers satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the purchase behavior of sharia hotels in West Sumatra. It can be said that based on this research, purchase behavior occurs if the hotel is compliant and guests feel satisfied during their stay, then guests will consider purchase behavior.

The key to the successful evolution of the Malang region's economy is the synergy of political authority (government), the central bank as the monetary authority (BI Malang), and business actors so that they can become a transformative collective force in developing programs with an insight into regional potential and the institutional capacity of the local community, to the ability to adapt and capture new opportunities that arise in a rapidly changing economic order and environment is developed.

Writing skills are a skill on which the text is carried on. Writing also has the advantage of being an indirect means of communication but only one - way communication between the writer and his reader. The flap book's lift leads to a teaching based on the creation of interactive illustrated books, and it has pictures and texts in it by means of a paper technique that can close or can be referred to by a windowless book. The purpose of this study is to know the increasing skill of writing the story from the flap book of the class iii students in the teachers' swing. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a type of experimental design quasi with a non-invasive control group design. The design has two randomly selected groups, each given the same treatment in pretests, treatment and posttests. The study subject is a class iii student of 52 children with details of 26 children as an experiment group and 26 children as a control group. The validity of the instrument using brivate Pearson. The data collection technique used is the tests and observations used to measure the students' storywriting skills. The normality and homogenity tests Shared colmogorov snov and the levene test for equality. Hypothetical testing USES the independent formula of t-test samples with help SPSS 15 for Windows with value value < 0.05. Hypothetical testing identified the value of sig. (2-tailed) by 0.004 < 0.05, the basis for decision-making in the independent test of t-tests can be concluded that there is a significant and correct difference between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental groups get a much higher value increase compared with the control group. The experimental group with a 10/15 27 pretest while its posttest scores rose to 14.08. The control group pretest scores 10.12 while its posttest scores are 12.23. This proves that the flap book's elevator teaching materials can provide an increased listening skill for class iii students. People with mental disorders often experience a greater stigma than the surrounding community, stigma will further worsen the condition of mental patients, for example, sufferers find it difficult to interact socially with society and even cause suicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the stigma of the community towards people with mental disorders in the West Limboto Health Center Work Area. The research design used qualitative with a phenomenological study approach, the research participants were people in the West Limboto Puskesmas Working Area with 6 people who met the sample criteria and 1 health worker as the person in charge of the psychiatric section at the Puskesmas. The findings obtained there is a stigma of society in the form of stereotypes of the causes of mental disorders (stress, disappointment and desires that are not achieved) and people with mental disorders are considered dangerous, a form of stigma labeling, namely people with mental disorders are nicknamed lunatics to distinguish them from people around them and as someone who is dangerous, while the stigma form of discrimination, namely people with mental disorders are avoided, run, expelled and allow shackling actions. It can be concluded that community stigma in the form of streotypes, labels and discrimination still shows a bad stigma against people with mental disorders.  

This research aims to describe the use of Clickbait on news headlines in online media to attract readers. The data is in the form of title sentences published by online media. In this research, the author uses a qualitative method. The data is taken from Fajar.co.id, iNews.id, Detik.com, CNN Indonesia, Tribun-Timur.com, Metrosuara.com, and Tvonenews.com. The data taken is in the form of news titles selected based on certain criteria in accordance with the research problem. The results of this study show that, in general, the use of clickbait article titles is widely used by online media to attract readers' interest by disturbing curiosity arising from the information gap between what readers know and what readers want to know. Many clickbait article titles focus on celebrity subjects, rumors, and fictitious accounts and some even have no news value at all. The main purpose of using clickbait article titles is to drive more visits from online media users so that revenue through advertising increases.      

Manajemen keuangan dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal yan sangat penting dilakukan untuk menjga stabilitas keuangan keluarga sehingga terwujud kemandirian finansial. Salah satu kebiasaan yang menunjang manajemen keuangan rumah tangga adalah mencatat setiap pemasukan maupun pengeluaran keuangan, sehingga meminimalkan terjadinya pengeluaran yang melebihi pemasukan. Pelatihan manajemen keuangan keluarga dilaksanakan di perkumpulan PKK Desa Mojorayung Kabupaten Madiun dalam rangka memberikan wawasan dan pengenalan kepada para peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan keluarga. Untuk mempermudah dalam manajemen keuangan, diperkenalkan aplikasi sederhana yang dapat diunduh pada Play Store secara gratis. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diawali dengan penyampaian materi dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, peserta merasakan manfaat dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana mengelola keuangan dalam rumah tangga.

Until now, the problems caused by the Lapindo mudflow disaster have not been resolved. The millennial generation connects with massive technological advances and the gigantic use of the internet, this condition requires millennial to make financial decisions quickly and accurately within one click/swab. Without financial literacy, technological advances that bring ease of shopping, ease of using credit cards and pay later will create a consumptive, burdensome debt, unlikely to afford unexpected expense and excessive use of credit cards. This study aims to examine whether financial literacy affects financial behavior of millenial generation with grit as a moderating variable. Using 137 sample of millennials in Semarang, the SPSS 25 analysis was conducted to test hypothesis.  Significant relationship not only found between financial literacy and financial behavior of the millennial generation in Semarang. Furthermore, the findings of this study confirms that grit moderates the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior.
