During this pandemic, most of people’s activities are carried out through digital media. Both learning and working processes are using the video-conference platform, a platform deemed effective to facilitate the needs of distance communication. One of the limitations of using video-conference lies in difficulty in understanding emotional conditions based on solely camera video. Hence, speakers generally do not know their interlocutors’ feelings related to the materials being presented. Grounded on this issue, we examined a facial expressions-based emotion recognition tool. Micro expression is one of the micro-languages of communication. Machine learning model developed in this study was Deep Learning with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The library that was used was Keras, this was used to recognize micro expression pattern. Additionally, OpenCV was also used for the general face recognition process. Both libraries were operated using Python programming language. The result of the micro expression test involving thirty participants detected three types of facial expression, namely joy, sadness, and anger expression. However, face recognition applied in the present study still needed some improvements, especially for anger and sadness expression. With regard to joy expression, 89% of the expression were recognized. Based on the recorded data, it is necessary to improve the recordings criteria to obtain a clearer expression.

This research aims to find out whether learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that can be adopted by students. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study type of research. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that students can apply in everyday life, where through this learning, students can be trained to think systematically, logically, creatively and also carefully. And of course, by learning programming algorithms, students are required to be able to solve the problems they face.

Easy exploration of content - content containing videos or images on social media which in this case we as users do not know how the social media algorithm works in displaying the content we see. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media algorithms on content consumption patterns. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study research type and is continued by directly analyzing social media platforms, namely TikTok and Instagram. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the algorithm of this social media both on the TikTok and Instagram platforms has similarities, namely being influenced by interactions from users in the form of (likes, comments, and shares), user search history, trending topics, and influenced by accounts that are followed. So that the content consumption patterns of social media users will remain the same because all the content that users see or enjoy is based on the user's own interests.

By using literature studies/literature research, this article discusses how programming algorithms can be applied to the Internet of Things (IoT). The purpose of this article is to explain the function of algorithms in Internet of Things (IoT) programming and several examples. IoT is a concept where various devices and objects can connect and communicate with each other via the internet network. After data is collected through text study, content analysis techniques are used to analyze it. Literature studies show that programming algorithms must be applied to the Internet of Things to ensure efficient collection, analysis and use of data from connected objects. Programming algorithms are widely used for data prediction and analysis, network management, data collection and processing, security, and optimization of communication between IoT objects. Internet of Things developers and researchers should pay attention to the importance of implementing appropriate programming algorithms in their systems because these algorithms enable IoT to optimize the use of resources such as bandwidth, memory, and energy. Efficient algorithms enable smarter data analysis and better data security.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Obstacles that often arise include the absence of an approval official, company policies to reduce paper use, and human error. The development of this form application uses data collection methods through observation and interviews. Php was chosen as a programming language because of its flexibility and ability to be developed dynamically. MySQL is used as a database, while HTML and CSS are used to organize the structure and appearance of web pages. By implementing this system, the employee claim form process at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda can make a positive contribution to the company's administrative efficiency.)

Until now the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot only uses a manual sales and transaction system, which in this case requires a new breakthrough to keep up with technological developments that are developing in the current era because basically almost all ages demand something practical and easier. By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

This is true because algorithms are closely related to computer science. An algorithm is a certain series of logical steps to solve a problem. A collection or series of instructions designed to solve a problem is called a program. And writing a program in a programming language is called programming. Programming algorithms are the basic things you need to know and are the first step in the programming process. Algorithms can be presented in two ways, namely written or illustrated, following a method or following the programmer's steps. The purpose of writing this article is to find out basic concepts or initial understanding of programming algorithms. In this article the author uses a method, namely the literature study or library research method. The literature study method used is also accompanied by bibliometrics. The results of this research describe the characteristics, basic structure, functions, notation and examples of programming algorithms.

Umi Rahma Maternity Clinic which provides pregnancy and childbirth examination services. Eclampsia ranks second in causes of maternal death. Preeclampsia diagnosis, which is a precursor to eclampsia, needs to be implemented to reduce maternal and child mortality rates. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for early diagnosis of preeclampsia in pregnant women using the Forward Chaining method. Research methodology stages include literature study, observation, interviews, data collection, primary and secondary. data preprocessing, database design, system design, analysis the calculation results. ,Gestational Age, Maternal Age, Edema. From the system output results, namely the diagnosis of mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia. The use of this expert system is web-based using the PHP programming language. To find out the accuracy of the system, a system evaluation was carried out by comparing the expert results with the system results on 10 testing data, and getting 1 result indicating an incorrect result and 9 correct results. Thus, the system accuracy percentage is 90%. So this research was carried out by creating an expert system which aims to make it easier to access information regarding the symptoms of preerclampsia in pregnant women and is able to provide knowledge to pregnant women online to make it more accurate. This research uses the extreme programming method in developing an expert system which will be built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database and using Unified Modeling Langueage (UML) modeling.

This paper uses a literature review method from various types of existing sources to discuss history, function and properties, algorithm structure, notationincluding natural, pseudocode and flowcharts.

The development of print media is now more advanced, starting from ordering wedding invitations, business cards, letterheads, etc. offline, now it can be ordered online via the web. Currently, increasingly advanced technology, CV. Sinar Karya still uses the manual method to receive orders via telephone/walk in store. In the type of ordering goods, it is known that the customer generally has to come to the place to order the goods needed. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. After the application is made and implemented, it can be concluded that in terms of customers, it is easier to place orders and make payment transactions at CV printing services. Sinar Karya.
