The pace of global environmental change and the intensification of human activities have put significant pressure on marine ecosystems, threatening the sustainability of many species that are important both for ecosystems and the economies of coastal communities. In this context, this study aims to evaluate the application of genetic technologies in the conservation of endangered marine species, focusing on environmental DNA (eDNA) monitoring, CRISPR genetic engineering techniques and population genetic analysis. The method used was a literature review that examined current academic sources related to genetic technologies and their implementation in conservation. Findings show that eDNA is a highly effective tool in species and habitat monitoring, and has been successful in specific cases such as Napoleon fish and green turtles in Raja Ampat. In contrast, CRISPR techniques offer the potential to improve the genetic resilience of species, despite significant regulatory and ethical challenges. The implications of this study emphasize the need for strong policy support and international collaboration to address these challenges and optimize the use of genetic technologies in more effective conservation strategies in the future.

In the future, web-based classroom journal applications can continue to evolve with the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence for predictive analytics and personalized learning recommendations. Smarter use of data will help improve the student learning experience and the overall efficiency of school management. Thus, the web-based classroom journal application is not just an ordinary administrative tool, but an innovation that supports the transformation of education. This study explores the development and implementation of a web-based classroom monitoring system designed to enhance educational oversight and improve student engagement. The system allows educators to track student attendance, participation, and performance in real-time, facilitating timely interventions for at-risk students. Data were collected through surveys and usage analytics from both educators and students to evaluate the system's effectiveness. Results indicate a significant increase in both teacher satisfaction and student engagement compared to traditional monitoring methods. The findings suggest that web-based monitoring systems can be a valuable tool for modern educational environments, promoting a more interactive and responsive learning experience. Recommendations for further research include exploring the integration of artificial intelligence to personalize student monitoring.

This community service activity aims to enhance the efficiency of stock management at CV Bina Anak Papua through the development and implementation of a web-based application. The current manual system is prone to errors, data inconsistencies, and inefficient inventory tracking. The proposed web-based application will streamline stock management processes, enabling real-time stock monitoring, automated reorder calculations, and comprehensive reporting. The project involves analyzing the current stock management practices, designing and developing the web application, providing staff training, and evaluating the application's impact on operational efficiency. Expected outcomes include reduced stockouts and overstocking, improved data accuracy, and enhanced decision-making capabilities for stock management. By leveraging web technology, this project aims to boost the competitiveness and productivity of CV Bina Anak Papua, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and sustainability.

MJM is a leading workshop in Malang that focuses on car repairs and is known for its reliable reputation and quality service on Jl. Lake Tondano Raya F5/A26, Sawojajar. These workshops offer a variety of services, from engine to car body repairs, which makes manual transactions difficult and time-consuming due to increased service and cost complexity. This research aims to simplify transaction and operational processes in MJM workshops by developing supporting applications that include recording customer transactions, spare parts stock management, monitoring employee attendance, and mechanic payroll. The information technology provided can improve service quality, optimize operations, strengthen competitiveness, enable a sustainable approach, increase data accuracy, and support more timely decisions. The methodology used is waterfall, which follows a certain flow process starting from requirements analysis, planning, design, software development, testing, to the maintenance stage. The research focus is on the initial development of the system to ensure that the system functions well in the maintenance phase. The Operational Management Information System designed for MJM workshops includes important features such as recording spare parts, purchase and sale transactions for spare parts, service and car wash transactions, stock taking records, management of damaged or lost goods, stock cards, cash flow, and reports. transaction. This system is expected to reduce manual errors, provide better service, and improve overall operational performance.

The implementation of digital health insurance systems represents a pivotal shift in healthcare management globally, aiming to streamline processes, enhance accessibility, and mitigate financial barriers to healthcare services. This study investigates the impact of digital health insurance on health expenditure and health security in Bangladesh, a country striving to improve its healthcare infrastructure and financial accessibility. However, in Bangladesh health insurance does not exist and people has to bear all treatment cost alone. The insurer in development countries is changing its role toward a more preventive and connected approach. Connected or digital health insurance has the potential to contribute toward better health and the general well-being of the population. Digital technologies are evolving and innovative applications are transforming the medical and health insurance sector. New technologies like wearable, mobile platforms and IoT base health monitoring systems can help to deal with several critical issues of the rising number of people, patients with chronic disease, and aging people, the insurer can help them to be healthier and protect them by insurance coverage. This study aims to look at the innovation of Health insurers and how they include themselves in the health ecosystem that adds value for the insured and patients globally, and can proposed a model that can introduce in Bangladesh.

This research aims to develop an efficient battery monitoring system using the ESP8266 module and INA219 sensor. Monitoring the battery condition effectively is crucial in various applications, especially in portable systems or isolated systems where real-time supervision is required. The method used in this research is the utilization of the ESP8266 module as the main microcontroller connected to the INA219 sensor to monitor the battery voltage, current, and power in real-time. The data obtained by the INA219 sensor is transmitted through the WiFi network managed by ESP8266 to a server or monitoring platform accessible to users via Blynk a web-based application or mobile application. The test results show that the system is capable of providing accurate information about the battery condition, including the charge level, usage current, and potential issues such as overcharge or undercharge. The implementation of this system is expected to be applicable in various applications, including renewable energy systems, portable devices, and electric vehicles, to improve battery performance and safety. The INA219 module as a voltage and current sensor found a voltage reading error percentage with a range of 0%-0.66% and an average of 0.18%. For readings at current with an error range of 0.91%-7.57%. For internal resistance readings which are calculated based on dividing the clamp voltage value by the circuit current, an error range of 0.04% -30.36% is found.

This study aims to analyze the progress of the Suralaya Power Plant Project (Jawa 9&10 Cilegon) using the Earned Value Method (EVM) and MS Project 2019 application. The project's progress was tracked at weeks 15, 24, and 40 to identify the most optimal tracking point. The EVM metrics, including Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI), were used to evaluate the project's performance. The results show that tracking the project at week 15 yielded the most optimal results compared to tracking at weeks 24 and 40. The SPI and CPI values at week 15 were closer to the target values, indicating better project performance. In contrast, the project's performance deteriorated at weeks 24 and 40, with SPI and CPI values deviating further from the target. The study concludes that tracking the project at week 15 is the most effective method for monitoring project progress, as it allows for early identification of potential issues and timely corrective actions. This research contributes to the body of knowledge on project management in the energy sector, highlighting the importance of regular tracking and monitoring in ensuring the successful implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.

This study aims to develop a desktop-based inventory management information system application for CV Kylaboquette. The purpose of this application is to streamline the process of inventory recording, monitoring, and reporting, which has traditionally been done manually. By adopting the Waterfall methodology, the development process includes requirement analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and implementation. The resulting application is expected to enhance operational efficiency, reduce human error risks, and improve service quality. Through this system, CV Kylaboquette can manage inventory in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information availability.

This research develops an indoor air quality monitoring notification system for production rooms based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the ESP8266. The system is designed to detect and provide early warnings of air pollution in production rooms. The Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F sensor is used to measure the concentration of dust particles in the air. Data from the sensor is sent to the ESP8266 module connected to the internet. This information is then forwarded to the Blynk application, enabling real-time monitoring through mobile devices. If the dust concentration exceeds the predetermined threshold, the system will activate the buzzer as an alarm. Test results show that this system can provide accurate and responsive notifications, thus helping to improve safety and health in the production environment.

From this study, the automatic electric oil heater can be used to adjust the temperature value and the automatic electric heater will be able to turn off automatically according to the setpoint temperature value determined through a smartphone device or IoT program. Monitoring can also be done with the app, as well as being able to view temperature values directly through the LCD. This tool is in the form of an electric heater that will be used to heat ship fuel automatically and is more practical and efficient. It is also easier to maintain than a boiler on a ship. The design of this tool is based on accurate calculation of temperature values, with which the process of heating up fuel becomes faster. From the results of this study, a heat sensor that can read the temperature value and the buzzer will sound and the device will automatically turn off if the temperature has reached a specified setpoint. This research was carried out when the ship was about to make a departure to find out the temperature in the heating of the fuel on the ship. Testing Design of an automatic electric oil heater as a replacement for IoT-based thermal oil boiler on this bulk carrier ship, it can be known the disadvantages and advantages of this tool, testing can be done by putting oil into the electric heater, then in a short time the oil will heat up quickly, and the tool will be able to turn off automatically and the buzzer will immediately turn on when the heat has reached the specified temperature. In the temperature setting, it can be set in a smartphone or an app that can adjust the temperature and turn off the appliance from a considerable distance. However, the application must use the internet network and cannot be accessed locally, the use of IoT requires devices and smartphones to be connected to the internet.

Babycom, a company specializing in the sale of imported baby sandals, faces challenges in managing its inventory due to rapid sales growth, particularly through the Tiktok Shop platform. Manual inventory management is prone to data inaccuracies, monitoring difficulties, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application using the waterfall development method. This approach is chosen for its ability to provide structured guidance from needs analysis to maintenance, tailored to the complexity of Babycom's requirements. It is anticipated that this design will offer an effective solution to inventory management issues, resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of information access for the company.

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

Oceanarium s are popular tourist destinations in Indonesia.  This article discusses digital transformation in designing the latest Oceanarium. The research method involves surveys and observations to 2 major Oceanarium locations in Jakarta, one Oceanarium in Singapore and one in Bangkok's Siam Paragon, to get an overview of operations, and the implementation of digital technology. In addition, this research also integrates the author's experience as a public aquarium designer and for 20 years as a manager in one of the public aquariums in the Jakarta area. The current approach needs to involve the integration of IoT technology for aquatic environment monitoring, smart energy management system. The results show that the implementation of interactive technology in several places can create an interesting and memorable learning experience for visitors. One of the technologies that is interesting and preferred by visitors is the use of hologram technology, visitors can feel the sensation of being in the sea and interact with marine animals in a realistic virtual environment. This enhances their understanding of marine flora and fauna and the importance of preserving the marine environment. This digital transformation not only improves the operational efficiency of the Oceanarium, but also enriches the visitor experience through the application of interactive technology. By implementing this strategy, Oceanarium s in Indonesia are expected to continue to grow, make a positive contribution to the preservation of the marine environment, increase public knowledge of marine biology, and provide a high-quality experience for visitors.

The Inventory Information System designed for CV Alan Bakery is a solution to the challenges of managing raw materials and bread that was previously done manually. CV Alan Bakery is engaged in bread production and sales shop, which requires efficient and accurate stock management. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool, and implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, as well as MySQL as a database management system. The UML approach was used to visually design the system structure, facilitating a better understanding of the relationships between entities in the system. The Laravel framework was chosen to speed up development, ensure security, and improve application performance. MySQL is used as a database to store raw material data, bread, sales transactions, and inventory-related information. This Inventory Information System helps CV Alan Bakery in automating the process of managing raw material and bread stocks. With this, problems related to discrepancies in the calculation of raw materials and bread can be minimized. In addition, the system allows for real-time stock monitoring, sales transaction tracking, and analysis related to inventory performance..

This article falls under the category of qualitative research with a literature review approach (library research). The collection of journals related to the theme aims to gather data and information related to genetic, social, and ecological leadership theories. The sources used include books or articles obtained from physical forms and other applications such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, ScienceDirect, and others. Human Resource Management (HRM) is a discipline responsible for managing people in an organization. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM plays a role in managing various aspects related to employees, such as recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, performance evaluation, and compensation. Human resource control must be holistic, employee-oriented, and integrated with the organization's business strategy. Therefore, it can be concluded that this involves the use of various tools and techniques, including performance measurement, structured feedback, employee development, and the implementation of fair and consistent policies and procedures.

This research discusses the application of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles in the development of hospital information systems to improve the quality of health services. The research method used involved qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through observation, interviews, and surveys. The results showed significant improvements in user experience, measured through access speed, satisfaction levels, and reduced user error rates. Operational efficiency was also shown to improve, especially in terms of scheduling, patient monitoring, and staff information exchange. This study concludes that implementing UI/UX can have a positive impact on user experience and operational efficiency in the context of hospital systems. Therefore, hospital system developers are advised to consider UI/UX principles as an integral strategy in the development of health information systems, in order to improve the overall quality of healthcare services

Smart farming has become a rapidly growing research area with the aim of increasing agricultural productivity and efficiency through advanced technologies. One of the key technologies in smart agriculture is image processing, which enables real-time monitoring and analysis of crop conditions. This article reviews image processing applications in smart agriculture, with a focus on the methods and techniques used for crop monitoring. Image processing methods discussed include pest and disease detection, measuring plant growth, as well as monitoring soil moisture and plant health. Image processing techniques such as convolution-based image analysis (Convolutional Neural Networks/CNNs), image segmentation, and pattern recognition are applied to obtain accurate and relevant information. Case studies and field experiments show that image processing can provide accurate and real-time data, enabling farmers to make more informed and efficient decisions. In conclusion, the application of image processing technology in smart agriculture has great potential to increase crop yields, reduce resource use, and advance sustainable agricultural practices.

Technological advances in the industrial era 4.0 mean that various things must prioritize convenience and efficiency in carrying out daily work such as carrying out automatic maintenance and control in the home. This has made many people able to produce various forms of technology that can be controlled automatically and help with work. people who can't take up much time. OT is a technology built to provide ease of work that can be connected to each other using the internet. One use of IoT technology is in the household sector to feed ornamental fish according to need and monitor remaining feed. This tool is designed for NodeMCU as control and an internet connection that is integrated with the Blink application. This tool consists of an HC-SR04 sensor input and a DS3231 RTC timer. The output of this tool uses a servo motor to open and close the contents of the fish feed. Arduino IDE software is used in NodeMCU coding and the Blynk application is used to connect the smartphone and NodeMCU. Based on the results of testing carried out, the system success rate has an average of 95% success. Meanwhile, the average delay is 0.052367 milliseconds.

Child sexual abuse is a very complex and sensitive issue in society. The rapid development of society and the increase in crime have an impact on interactions that often violate the law, creating a sense of security, peace and order in society. The crime of sexual abuse of minors is committed by adults and children themselves, and is an important problem to be discussed. The purpose of this study is 1. to find out the efforts made by law enforcers in overcoming sexual abuse of minors 2. to find out how the application of sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual abuse of minors. This research uses normative juridical methods, namely legal research conducted on legal norms contained in laws and regulations relating to the criminal offense of child abuse and the provisions of the law. The results of research and discussion show that law enforcement efforts in overcoming child abuse include several steps, namely: conducting investigations and investigations, prosecution of perpetrators, analyzing and considering in deciding cases, conducting supervision and monitoring to correctional institutions and focusing on victim protection with strict law enforcement. The application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of child abuse through several stages, namely the process of investigation and investigation of investigation and prosecution.
