Cystography examination technique with clinical Bladder Stone in the Radiology Installation of RSPAU dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito in the AnteroPosterior (AP) projection uses a perpendicular vertical beam direction. Meanwhile, according to Lampignano & Kendrick, (2018) Cystography examination in the AnteroPosterior (AP) projection, the beam direction is angled 10˚-15˚ towards the caudad. The purpose of this study was to determine the Cystography examination procedure and the role of the antero posterior (AP) projection in cystography examination with clinical bladder stone using a perpendicular beam direction to the image receptor in the Radiology Installation of RSPAU dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation of RSPAU dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito from March to May 2025. The objects in this study were patients undergoing Cystography examination, with the research subjects consisting of one patient who experienced a case of Batu Buli. After the data was reduced, the data presentation was carried out in narrative form and then reviewed with a theoretical basis so that conclusions could be drawn. The results of this study indicate that the examination procedure for Cystography with clinical Batu Buli at the Radiology Installation of RSPAU dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito includes patient preparation, preparation of tools and materials, examination techniques, and gradual injection of contrast media. The gradual administration of contrast medium is effective for monitoring the patient's condition and preventing complications such as bladder rupture. This modification of the technique demonstrates that standard procedures can be adapted while maintaining optimal diagnostic quality.

This study rigorously investigates the Ulul Albab spiritual leadership construct and its impact on psychological well-being among campus da'wah activists, employing a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) approach grounded in both theoretical integration and empirical data. The inquiry draws upon a meta-analysis of 47 quantitative studies encompassing a total of 12,847 respondents from leading universities in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam, spanning the years 2018 to 2024. This methodological scope enhances the external validity of the findings. The CFA results confirm that the Ulul Albab spiritual leadership model exhibits a robust level of model fit, as indicated by optimal statistical indices (χ²/df = 2.34; CFI = 0.956; TLI = 0.943; RMSEA = 0.047; SRMR = 0.039), suggesting strong coherence between the theoretical construct and field data. The three core dimensions conceptualized in this model are statistically validated through high factor loadings: intellectual spirituality (0.847), Islamic transformational leadership (0.823), and emotional-spiritual intelligence (0.791), each serving as integral pillars of the Ulul Albab paradigm. Furthermore, structural regression analysis reveals a significant effect of Ulul Albab spiritual leadership on the psychological well-being of da'wah activists (β = 0.673; p < 0.001; R² = 0.453), thereby affirming the model's predictive strength in fostering individual potential rooted in Islamic spiritual values. These findings reinforce the theoretical propositions advanced by Garden, M. (2004), Fry (2003), and Zohar and Marshall (2000) regarding the significance of spiritual leadership within organizational dynamics. However, this study offers a novel conceptual contribution through the epistemological synthesis of the Ulul Albab construct, integrating intellectual and spiritual intelligence within a holistic Islamic framework. Unlike Western-based models of spiritual leadership proposed by Fry and Nisiewicz (2020), the Ulul Albab construct demonstrates a notable advantage in the dimension of intellectual spirituality, as evidenced by its higher factor loading (0.847 compared to 0.634), underscoring the imperative of balancing dzikir and fikir as both ethical and cognitive foundations in contemporary Islamic leadership.

This article explores the integration of creative and historical tourism through a comparative examination of two prominent cultural destinations in East Java, Indonesia: Bandar Grisse in Gresik and the Bung Karno Memorial Park in Blitar. Bandar Grisse, a revitalized old-town district, exemplifies a unique urban tourism model that blends colonial architectural heritage with a contemporary pedestrian-friendly layout reminiscent of Malioboro Street in Yogyakarta. Central to its historical significance is the Garling (Gardu Suling), an iconic heritage structure equipped with a siren, strategically located amidst a multicultural urban fabric encompassing Dutch, Arab, Chinese, and indigenous settlements. The institutionalization of the “Bandar Grisse” tourism brand has catalyzed a series of recurring cultural events, including the annual Bandar Grisse Festival and the biweekly Cokro Ekraf Festival, fostering local creative economies. Complementing this urban heritage is the Bung Karno Memorial Park, a monumental site that not only serves as the final resting place of Indonesia’s first president but also as a locus of national remembrance and civic education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this study underscores the symbiotic relationship between heritage preservation and cultural innovation in promoting sustainable tourism rooted in local identity and historical consciousness.

This study conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of one-tier board supervision mechanisms across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, examining the effectiveness of corporate governance frameworks in emerging market contexts. The research employs a doctrinal normative legal methodology, analyzing statutory instruments including Indonesia's Job Creation Law No. 6 of 2023, Malaysia's Companies Act 2016, and Singapore's Companies Act 1967. The introduction of Indonesia's Individual Limited Liability Company (PT Perseorangan) represents a significant paradigmatic shift from traditional two-tier governance structures, necessitating examination of supervisory adequacy within simplified corporate frameworks. The comparative analysis reveals fundamental disparities in regulatory sophistication, with Malaysia and Singapore demonstrating comprehensive fiduciary duty frameworks, mandatory company secretary requirements, and graduated enforcement mechanisms. In contrast, Indonesia's PT Perseorangan exhibits critical institutional deficiencies, including normative conflicts between statutory provisions, limited directorial responsibility regulation, and inadequate enforcement responsiveness. The findings demonstrate that effective one-tier governance systems require sophisticated institutional support mechanisms extending beyond regulatory simplification. Malaysia's stringent Section 213 fiduciary duty provisions and Singapore's technology-enabled enforcement approach provide robust oversight despite absent traditional supervisory boards. The research establishes that successful governance transitions require institutional preparation rather than mere regulatory amendment, with Indonesia's framework requiring substantial reform incorporating company secretary mandates, comprehensive fiduciary duty provisions, and graduated enforcement systems. These findings contribute to institutional theory literature by demonstrating context-dependent governance effectiveness and provide practical recommendations for enhancing corporate accountability in simplified governance structures within emerging market jurisdictions.

Colorectal cancer (Ca Colon) is a malignancy originating from abnormal neoplastic masses in the epithelial tissue of the colon and rectum. It primarily affects the gastrointestinal tract, particularly the proximal colon and the distal rectum. The incidence of colorectal cancer has significantly increased since the 1900s due to economic and industrial advancements, making it the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in both men and women in the United States. In Indonesia, colorectal cancer ranks second and third among cancer cases in men and women, respectively. This malignancy often manifests in the rectosigmoid region of the colon. Epidemiological data highlight geographical variations in colorectal cancer incidence, with higher rates observed in developed countries compared to developing nations. The etiology of colorectal cancer involves genetic and environmental factors, including dietary habits, lifestyle, and age. The pathophysiology involves genetic mutations leading to uncontrolled cell growth. Diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms, histological examination, and imaging techniques. Treatment options include surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, depending on the stage and location of the tumor. Early detection and intervention are crucial for improving prognosis and reducing mortality rates associated with colorectal cancer.

Background of the incident of increasing cases of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with a prevalence of insulin resistance of 50-75%, insulin resistance will cause oxidative stress due to hyperglycemia which will then increase proinflammatory cytokines in TNF-α and other cytokines, thus triggering an increase in inflammation resulting in an increase in infertility cases of 89.6%. The aim is to investigate the prevention of PCOS through red ginger injected with testosterone propionate in vivo, insilico using open babel software on PyRx V.1.0. The in vivo method is an experimental laboratory study, using two five rats of the rattus norvegicus type divided into five groups using PCOS prevention through red ginger, examinations carried out on blood and ovarian organs, preparations were made which were observed with a binocular microscope on TNF-a examination with immunohistochemistry, ELISA examination on insulin levels, blood examination on blood glucose, data analysis was carried out using one way ANOVA. The study began with the preparation of control activator ligands, 6-Shogaol (Pubchem ID 5281794) and 6-Gingerol (Pubchem ID 442793) and target receptors TNF-α (PDB ID: 2AZ5) and KEAP1-NRF2 (PDB ID: 5CGJ), Insilico results that occur in red ginger are able to interact at a similar position in the interaction of TNF-α with control compared to KEAP1. In vivo research results showed that testosterone propionate 100 mg / kg BW significantly increased the inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, along with polycystic markers in folliculogenesis (p <0.05) compared to negative controls and administration of red ginger at 800 mg / kg significantly decreased TNF-α levels. red ginger also prevents the occurrence of pcos. The conclusion shows that the bioactive 6-shogaol 6-gingerol in red ginger can provide preventive benefits in polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) by modulating the inflammatory pathway.

Posterior Capsule Opacification (PCO), also known as secondary cataract, is the most common complication following cataract surgery, particularly extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE). PCO results from the proliferation, migration, and differentiation of residual lens epithelial cells within the posterior capsule, leading to the formation of structures such as Elsching pearls and Soemmering rings. The incidence of PCO is notably high among pediatric patients due to the increased mitotic activity of lens epithelial cells. Major risk factors include younger age, certain ocular conditions such as glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration, as well as the design and material of the implanted intraocular lens (IOL). Diagnosis is established through slit-lamp and ophthalmoscopic examinations, with decreased visual acuity being the primary clinical symptom. The current mainstay of treatment is Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy, which is effective and minimally invasive but may be associated with complications such as cystoid macular edema and retinal detachment. Preventive strategies focus on improved surgical techniques and appropriate IOL selection. With proper intervention, the incidence of PCO can be reduced, thereby improving postoperative visual outcomes.
