This study aims to analyze how the implementation of collaborative governance in the Nutritious Food Yard Program (P2B) strengthens community-based food security in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the social dynamics in depth. The research was conducted in Kampung Edukasi Sampah, Sekardangan Sub-district, one of the active areas in P2B implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key stakeholders such as the Sidoarjo City Food and Agriculture Office, Sidoarjo Police Sector, village officials, farmer groups, and environmental cadres. The analysis applied the collaborative governance model by Ansell and Gash (2008), which includes five indicators: face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The findings show that most indicators of collaboration have been realized, particularly in communication and trust-building aspects. However, some challenges remain, including the absence of formal agreement documents among actors, inconsistent communication, lack of program outreach, and overlapping roles between the police and related agencies. This research contributes to strengthening cross-sectoral collaboration models in community-based food security programs in urban areas.

The conflict involving Armed Criminal Groups (KKB) in Papua presents a serious dilemma between law enforcement and the protection of human rights. On one hand, KKB’s actions—such as attacks on civilians and security personnel—are classified as gross human rights violations, posing threats to national security and obstructing regional development. On the other hand, law enforcement efforts by state authorities are often criticized for alleged human rights abuses, especially in military operations that may involve excessive use of force. This study aims to analyze the conflict from both legal and human rights perspectives using a normative juridical approach. The analysis is based on relevant legal frameworks, including the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. The article proposes strategic measures to achieve a balanced resolution, such as inclusive dialogue with Papuan communities, human rights-based training for security forces, independent oversight of security operations, and adherence to humanitarian principles. These approaches are expected to foster stability and peace while ensuring the protection of human rights. Ultimately, this study emphasizes that the resolution of the Papua conflict must not rely solely on repressive measures but must also prioritize justice, humanity, and long-term sustainability.

Poverty is a multidimensional problem that is not only related to economic aspects, but also social, cultural, and political, which affects the welfare of poor families. The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Makassar City is designed as a conditional social assistance program that aims to improve the welfare of poor families through the provision of financial assistance and increased access to basic services. This study aims to explore the role of social companions in building trust, factors that affect the participation of poor families, and obstacles in the implementation of PKH. The method used was descriptive qualitative with subjects of 10 beneficiary families and 3 social companions, data was collected through semi-structured interviews and participatory observations, then analyzed thematically using an inductive approach. The results of the study show that social companions play a crucial role as communication mediators who build trust through an empathetic and familial approach, which strengthens the sense of belonging to the program. Family participation is influenced by social capital, local cultural norms, education levels, as well as bureaucratic constraints and access to services. Barriers such as social stigma, complicated bureaucracy, and limited companion training hinder the effectiveness of the program. Habermas's theory of communicative action and Durkheim's social solidarity support the finding that open dialogue and harmonious relationships between companions and families are key to successful social empowerment. It was concluded that strengthening the capacity of companions, simplifying bureaucracy, and increasing participatory dialogue spaces are needed to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of PKH in Makassar.

This study aims to analyze the psychological dynamics of the character Alie in the novel Rumah untuk Alie by Lenn Liu using Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic approach. The focus of the study lies in identifying and interpreting the personality structures of id, ego, and superego, as well as the ego defense mechanisms that emerge as responses to trauma and violence within the family environment. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing content analysis techniques on the narrative, dialogue, and monologue of the main character. The results indicate that Alie’s id is manifested in a deep longing for love and protection, the ego functions in adapting and adjusting to the reality of a rejecting family, while the superego is reflected through feelings of guilt and a tendency to accept mistreatment as a form of self-punishment. These findings confirm that traumatic experiences and family pressures significantly influence the development of personality and mental health of the character. This study also highlights the relevance of literary psychology in revealing psychological issues faced by contemporary Indonesian society through literary works.

The origin of the universe can be viewed from two main perspectives, the Qur'an and modern cosmology. In the Qur'an, the process of creation of the heavens and the earth is expressed through the terms al-khalq and al-bad', which indicate creation from existing matter or from nothing. Several verses such as QS. Al-Anbiya' [21]:30, QS. Fussilat [41]:11, and QS. Adz-Dzariyat [51]:47 describe the creation symbolically in line with scientific concepts such as the Big Bang theory and the expansion of the universe. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and philosophical reflection within the framework of Islamic educational philosophy. From the perspective of modern cosmology, the understanding of the beginning of the universe is based on the Big Bang theory, cosmic inflation, and microwave background radiation (CMB). This article also discusses the meeting point between revelation (naqlī) and empirical rationality ('aqlī), and emphasizes the importance of methodological dialogue between the science of interpretation and science. The findings of this study reveal that although the Qur'anic approach and scientific cosmology come from different bases, both can complement each other in deepening human understanding of the universe and its position as a living creature created by God. Therefore, the epistemological integration between the two becomes the basis for a more complete understanding in theological, scientific, and philosophical aspects of the origin of the universe

This study analyzes the pragmatic aspects in the subtitle translation of Mean Girls (2004) from English to Indonesian, focusing on speech acts, implicatures, and politeness strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation and recording of film dialogues, then analyzed based on pragmatic theory. The results show that the functions and intentions of speech acts are generally maintained in the translation, although there is a softening of intensity or nuance to fit the norms of Indonesian politeness. In terms of implicature, there is a shift or loss of implied meaning, especially in expressions of humor, irony, and cultural idioms that are difficult to translate directly. Politeness strategies in the original version that tend to be frontal and explicit are often mitigated in translation to conform to Indonesian communication norms that prioritize social harmony. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural sensitivity and pragmatic context understanding in audiovisual translation to effectively convey the meaning and nuances of intercultural communication.

The church is called to bring about the harmony and unity of Christ in a divided world. However, internal conflict often arises from theological differences, leadership styles, cultural preferences, and interpersonal issues. Conflict that is not managed wisely can damage the integrity and witness of the church. This study uses a library research method and finds that harmony is an active process that requires dialogue, openness, acceptance, mutual respect, and love. The roots of church conflict are addressed through loving communication (Matthew 18), biblical mediation and negotiation training, cultivating a culture of forgiveness and reconciliation, and transparent and integrity-based leadership. Although challenges such as ego exist, the power of the gospel, the Holy Spirit, and the potential for growth offer great opportunities. A reconciling church is a powerful testimony of Christ's reconciling love.

This study aims to analyze the availability of data centers and regional promotion needs in supporting e-government implementation through the Family Information System Application (SIGA) at BKKBN Gorontalo Province. It also assesses how SIGA and its integrated dialog features contribute to public services. The findings indicate that data input in SIGA has reached 100%, covering family planning services, field supervision, and families at risk of stunting, both in monthly and annual reports. However, this completeness does not fully reflect field realities, particularly regarding youth groups outside formal education who remain underdocumented. Despite this, SIGA data has become a reference for regional health information policy development. Overall, SIGA has improved public service efficiency through fast, accurate, and timely data delivery. Yet, the system remains limited in providing interactive, two-way communication between government and citizens. This study recommends enhancing SIGA’s dialog function and engaging underrepresented community groups to support inclusive and responsive public services.

In Indonesia, the Christian faith is often misunderstood in the context of religious pluralism. Aware of the multi-religious nature of this nation, consideration arises as to what appropriate ideas can be applied to communicating the Christian faith within the context of interfaith theology. The challenges and opportunities in communicating the Christian faith must also be considered. Challenges within interfaith communities include the potential for exclusivism and dogmatism, pluralism, relativism, and inclusivism. These pose significant challenges and dangers to one's faith. If the confession that Jesus is the only Way of Salvation is not sensitive to these circumstances, it can erode, leading to a tendency to deny and equate all religions with the same. This research uses a qualitative method focused on literature review, where sources are obtained from books, journals, and other scholarly works. All scientific references used align with the theme of this paper, namely, "Opportunities and Challenges of Christian Faith Within the Framework of the Theology of Religions."

This study investigates directive speech acts in Chapter 1 of the Japanese manga *Dandadan*, focusing on how characters use language to influence others’ behavior. The objective is to classify the types of directive utterances and analyze their pragmatic functions based on the speaker and context. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using pragmatic theory to analyze speech data taken directly from dialogue panels. The analysis identified nine instances of directive speech acts, which include commands, prohibitions, invitations, and requests. Ayase Momo emerges as the character who produces the most directive utterances, predominantly in the form of commands and prohibitions, indicating her dominant and assertive communication style. Okarun, in contrast, tends to use polite requests and prohibitions, suggesting a more cautious and respectful approach. The findings reveal that the types of directive speech acts used are closely related to each character’s personality and the emotional context of the scene. These results underscore the role of speech acts in character development and narrative dynamics within manga. The study’s implication lies in showing how linguistic choices in manga dialogue reflect interpersonal power relations and emotional intensity. Future research is encouraged to explore directive speech acts across multiple chapters for broader insights.
