The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work attitude and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia. The population of this study are employees of PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia, which has a total of 778 employees. The samples were taken using a random sampling technique, namely a number of 89 respondents. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.246 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.027 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of work discipline (β1) has a positive sign of 0.211 which means that the better the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Work attitude has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.239 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The work attitude regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.302 which means that the higher the work attitude, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.151 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of job satisfaction (β3) is positive at 0.316 which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance.

This research is motivated by the achievement of work targets for employees of PT. MAS Silueta Indonesia Semarang which has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Middle Type Tanjung Emas Customs. The analytical method in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques, namely a number of 130 respondents. The results showed that leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. The work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Based on the results of the research, suggestions can be given to improve the work leadership style at PT. MAS Silueta Semarang by frequently providing stimulus in the form of bonuses for those who excel and awards or promotions. Improving employee work discipline by evaluating employee discipline periodically. Give rewards to disciplined employees and threaten those who are not disciplined Improve the quality of the work environment because based on research the work environment does not affect employee performance. If the quality of the work environment has been improved, it is likely that employee performance will also increase.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.   Keywords: leadership, supervision, work discipline, employee performance

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. This study aims to examine and partially analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Barru District Fisheries Service Employees. To test and analyze the joint influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. This study used two approaches, namely descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially indicate that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the leadership, the higher the employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. 2) Partially shows that the motivation variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the motivation that is followed will further improve the performance of the employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. 3) Partially shows that the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. And 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline will affect the increase in employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency by 84.4%

Many companies require good employee performance in order to achieve company goals, business competition is a trigger for companies to improve the performance of their employees. The variables used to determine the effect of the company's employee performance are discipline, compensation, work environment and training. This research was conducted on employees of PT. XYZ involved 60 respondents. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, with the regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.068X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.159X3 + 0.287X4. The conclusions of this study are, (1) employee performance is not significantly affected by discipline, (2) employee performance is not significantly affected by compensation, (3) employee performance is not significantly affected by the work environment, (4) employee performance is significantly influenced by training, (5) Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by discipline, compensation, work environment and training.

This research was conducted at PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. The level of work discipline that can be seen from the delay and absence of employees. Job promotion systems that are still based on seniority are not based on work performance and employee discipline. Punishment that has not been resolute to employees. The population and sample in this study were 42 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples Data collection techniques are pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous job promotion and punishment affect the work discipline of employees of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. Partially, job promotion influences the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees. Partially punishment affects the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees. The magnitude of the determination coefficient that the adjusted R Square value is 0.502 means that promotion and punishment can explain employee discipline at 50.2% and the remaining 49.8% (100-50.2) influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: compensation, leadership and supervision of work and so on

As a result, from the beginning of the job relationship until it is over, efforts must be made effectively. Discipline may motivate workers to carry out any duty successfully. Therefore, you must try to become an expert in the discipline. This study set out to determine how much the employees' level of education and work ethic influenced their performance at the Semarang District Social Service. The data used in this inquiry were based on the survey's fundamental information. The sample for the study consisted of every employee of Semarang District Social Service.

The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.
