Anxiety in interactive communication refers to an individual's negative reaction when communicating, especially in an interpersonal context, where individuals tend to avoid situations that trigger these negative feelings. Positive self-confidence allows a person to assess themselves and situations more positively, thereby reducing anxiety in interpersonal communication. This study aims to explore the relationship between self-confidence and interactive communication anxiety in female students living in dormitories. Data was collected using the Self-confidence scale and interpersonal communication anxiety scale, which have been well validated and have a high level of reliability. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant negative relationship between self-confidence and interactive communication anxiety (rxy = -0.608, sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the higher the female student's self-confidence, the lower the level of interpersonal communication anxiety. Descriptive analysis also shows that most of the female students in the dormitory have a moderate level of self-confidence, while most of them have a low level of interactive communication anxiety.

This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to explore the main challenges in child protection as well as effective strategies for overcoming these challenges. This research was carried out through a series of systematic stages, starting from formulating research questions, literature search, literature selection, data extraction, data analysis and synthesis, to presentation of results. The main challenges in child protection include violence against children and exploitation of children in various forms. Effective strategies include cross-sector collaborative approaches, community education, and strengthening local child protection systems. Implementation of this strategy requires adaptation to different local contexts, as illustrated in case studies in Indonesia. The SLR method was used to ensure a comprehensive and reliable analysis by minimizing research bias. Validity and reliability were strengthened through data triangulation and independent analysis by two researchers. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a strong foundation for the development of child protection policies and programs, not only in Indonesia but also in other countries that face similar challenges. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of effective child protection strategies, as well as offering practical recommendations for the implementation of child protection policies in various contexts.

Methodology is a very important basic framework in the design and development of professional software, aimed at creating an information system that meets the business needs of an organization. Success in software development relies heavily on managing the software project as a whole. Establishing a methodology includes high dynamics in the design stages of a model that describes the activities and life cycle of a system. SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) or Systems Development Life Cycle, in the context of systems and software engineering, is a process that includes the creation and modification of systems, as well as the models and methodologies used to develop them. This discussion will explain the analysis of selecting software development methodologies, including waterfall, prototype, iterative, spiral, and rapid application development (RAD). It is hoped that the results of this discussion can provide considerations in choosing and using the right methodology based on each individual's needs, strengths and weaknesses, as well as other factors such as familiarity with technology, system complexity, system reliability, and short and precise time requirements, as well as referencing several scientific journals.
