Aqidah Akhlak education is the initial education or religious foundation that children must have from an early age, Aqidah Akhlak education in elementary schools has been integrated into Islamic religious education subjects. This is in accordance with the aim of education, namely to make students as human beings who fear God Almighty and have noble character. Aqidah itself refers to belief and faith in Allah SWT and its practice, and morals are habits and behaviors that depart from self-awareness both in human relationships with God, human relations and the natural environment. Character building has a meaning as an effort that is carried out in earnest to form character or behavior that can become a person's characteristics, whereas to form the character of elementary school students is not an easy thing because elementary school students have different characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to determine the extent to which the role of aqeedah moral education plays a role in building the character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is a literature study method by reviewing journals and previous research using content analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that aqidah moral education has a very important role in building the character of elementary school students.    

Education is an important activity for every person to be able to develop the potential that exists within him. Currently, the curriculum applied to education in Indonesia uses the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum has a system where teachers and students can of course have the freedom to learn independently, be creative and innovate. In the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, of course, there are subjects studied by students, one of these subjects is PPKn. The aim of this research is to determine the optimization of the character of elementary school students in PPKn learning based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The type of research used is quantitative, the data collection procedure begins with determining the sample using test techniques, questionnaires, observation rubrics, documentation, as well as the research population and sample, namely class IV students at SDN Balas Klumprik 1 Surabaya. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PPKn learning has an influence in optimizing the character formation of elementary school students. In the conclusion of the research, the influence of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum on PPKn learning as optimizing student character formation in elementary schools is that students are able to optimize character formation in PPKn subjects based on the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) with the dimension of working together and doing it in life. real.  

This research aims to determine the role of scouting extracurricular activities in forming students' independent personalities in elementary schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with two types of literature and a literature review. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The source of data obtained in this research is from previous journals which were created by searching for journals or books in several electronic media such as the internet, digital libraries and other collections which were then selected and analyzed further by researchers. The results of the research analysis show that Scouts activities make a positive contribution to shaping the character of independent students such as increasing self-confidence, courage, responsibility, discipline and problem-solving skills. Through various challenging and fun activities, students are trained to take initiative, think creatively and not give up easily. Support from Scout leaders and schools also plays an important role in creating a favorable environment for the development of the independent personality of students. This research concludes that out-of-school Scouting can be an effective way of instilling the values of self-confidence in primary school students.

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing students' character through Scouting education and to find out the elements that support and hinder Scouting activities in elementary schools. Students, teachers, and community members are the topics of this qualitative research. Methods to obtain data with research, observation, and documentation. The main tool used is the use of instruments for data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results emphasize how important scouting activities are in helping students develop independent, mutual cooperation, nationalist, religious, and ethical traits. Daily scout lessons are used to implement these activities; scout activities, marching activities, and educational resources are used in the Dasadarma and SKU by using five different teaching approaches, namely punishment or sanctions, exemplary, habituation, lecture, and habituation.

This article provides students with an understanding of the important role of Pancasila education in forming the character of elementary school students who are intelligent, creative and have noble character. The problems currently occurring are a lack of understanding about right and wrong behavior and a lack of direction from the school regarding character education. This research uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) or systematic literature review. This research focuses on the use of clear and defined scientific methods to identify, select, evaluate, and summarize the results of relevant studies. Therefore, Pancasila has an important role in shaping the character of students in elementary schools, so it is necessary to instill Pancasila values in students through education. Character education through Pancasila needs to be implemented in elementary schools in order to improve the quality of Indonesia's young generation in the future. Therefore, it is hoped that Pancasila education can shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila values.

The formation of students' ethics and morals is one of the crucial aspects of education, aiming not only to enhance academic knowledge but also to shape good character. In a continuously changing and challenging social context, the need for education that instills moral and ethical values becomes increasingly urgent. This aligns with the role of education. Although there have been many studies discussing the importance of character education, there is still a gap in understanding the specific role of teachers in this context. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a literature review approach.    

The existence of markets plays a very important role in the economy, both at the local and national levels. Markets are not only places where sellers and buyers meet to carry out transactions, but are also centers of economic activity that influence various aspects of people's lives. Through markets, various goods and services can be bought and sold, thereby meeting people's needs and improving their quality of life. Markets also play a crucial role in determining the prices of goods and services through supply and demand mechanisms. Prices formed in the market reflect the balance between the quantity of goods available and the quantity of goods needed by consumers. This process ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and that the goods most needed by society are available at reasonable prices. It is hoped that the establishment of a Regional Public Company (Perumda) will encourage improvements in the economic sector through various strategic methods and have a broad impact. Perumda can act as a driving force for the local economy by creating new jobs, increasing regional income, and expanding the local economic base. With the operation of Perumda, various economic sectors such as trade, industry and services can develop more rapidly.

Engineering is a science that studies the skills of creating tools and processing methods to perform various human tasks. Education is the conscious effort to prepare students for future tasks through teaching, learning and/or training. Character is a set of qualities that are always admired as a sign of a person's goodness, virtue and moral maturity. The purpose of this research is to conduct a literature review, ie. to find out the importance of technology in the development of a student's character. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) strategy. SLR is a research method that aims to systematically identify, examine and interpret information obtained from journals at certain stages. The research results show that the integration of technology into education not only supports the learning process, but also plays an important role in the development of the student's character. Technology-based education encourages students to think critically, collaborate and adapt to the rapid changes of the digital age. Therefore, technology is an important tool to develop students who are academically intelligent in accordance with the values of Pancasila, but also with strong character and noble morals.

Sosialisasi berupaya untuk meningkatkan, memperkenalkan dan menjelaskan KUHP yang baru disahkan dan cara penyuluhan hukum di Polda Jawa Tengah. Secara hukum, kewajiban mensosialisasikan aturan baru diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang- undangan dan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 1 Tahun 2007 tentang Pengesahan, Pengundangan, dan Sosialisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asas, jenis-jenis pidana, pengkualifikasian kejahatan dan pelanggaran dalam KUHP Nasional serta kedudukan tindak pidana khusus dalam KUHP Nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah berupa sosialisasi dan penyuluhan hukum. Perundang-undangan yang baik memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Kejahatan baru memerlukan pembatasan hukum agar sesuai dengan periode yang selalu berubah. Dari sinilah, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP disahkan.

Adults are hit by a moral crisis, not only at the level of government leaders and bureaucrats, but it has spread to children as well. This can be seen from student brawls, teenage crimes, and so on. This shows that our nation has lost its identity and character. The aim of this research is to find out and prove the influence of civic education (PKn) learning on student character formation. On the other hand, character is the quality of collective national behavior that is uniquely good, which is reflected in the awareness, understanding, feeling, intention and behavior of the nation and state as a result of thought, heart, feeling and initiative of a person or group of people based on the values ​​of Pancasila. , norms, the 1945 Constitution, diversity with the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and commitment to the Republic of Indonesia, so that character education needs to be owned and instilled in students. The aim of this research is to find out and prove the influence of civics education (PKn) on the formation of students' character.

In the context of public policy formation, the role of religion becomes a complex and sensitive subject. This article delves deeper into the dynamics of religion's involvement in the process of shaping public policy, particularly in the context of protecting human rights and strengthening religious moderation. The research identifies that although religion often serves as a source of values and principles in policy formation, tensions between protecting individual human rights and reinforcing moderate religious values often arise. Through literature analysis and case studies, this article attempts to elucidate how religion's involvement affects the policy formation process, both directly and indirectly, and its impact on society. By understanding this complexity, it is hoped that pathways can be opened for finding solutions that strengthen diversity, respect human rights, and promote moderation in the context of public policies related to religion..

Teachers must be able to synchronize their behavior according to what they teach, meaning what the teacher says is in accordance with actions that can be seen from their daily behavior. The role of the teacher really determines the implementation of a good learning process in school. Where religious character is one of the character values ​​that is developed in school. However, there needs to be an in-depth study of what causes them to still have this non-religious attitude or is it outside of the religious attitude that has been instilled in them. The problem of this research is how effective the teacher's personality competence is in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, and what can support and hinder the implementation of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, the 2022-2022 school year. 2023. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. There are three components to the data collection technique, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, researchers used single case data analysis techniques (single case design) with the data analysis model introduced by Miles and Hiberman, namely the data analysis process was carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages starting from the data collection process, presentation and verification or drawing conclusions . The research conclusion is that the effectiveness of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School in Pakandangan Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year is the involvement of teachers as motivators, mentors, educators, inspirers, evaluators and supervisors. Apart from that, the effectiveness of the teacher's personality competence is a role model for students, providing motivation and advice to students if they commit a violation and there is always time for students even outside class hours. Where these forms are gentle, disciplined, responsible and fair. Supporting factors for implementing teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Pakandangan Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year are control and supervision as well as instructions from the boarding school leadership and cooperation and mutual assistance between teaching staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure, insufficient financing, inadequate family support and supervision when students are at home.  

The formation of religious character is not formation based on memorization and verbal knowledge. Religious character formation is the formation of religious behavior through habitual action and emulating educators, parents, leaders and society which is the broad environment for developing one's character. The research objectives are: 1) to determine the efforts of Fatayat NU to develop the religious character of women in Mlipak Village; 2) to find out what material is presented for the guidance of Fatayat NU in the formation of religious character for women in Mlipak Village; 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Fatayat NU coaching in the formation of religious character for women in Mlipak Village. More than just religious knowledge, the formation of religious character is an ongoing process that involves action and example. It is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the role of Fatayat NU in instilling religious values in women in Mlipak Village, as well as identifying factors that support and hinder the implementation of religious character development. This thesis uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. Researchers will collect data through three methods, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects consisted of the Chair of Fatayat NU, members of Fatayat NU, and young women in Mlipak Village. This research reveals various interesting findings regarding Fatayat NU's efforts to instill religious values in women in Mlipak Village, Wonosobo. Fatayat NU plays an important role in instilling religious values in women in Mlipak Village through various coaching activities and materials presented. Even though there are several inhibiting factors, support from various parties is the key to the success of Fatayat NU's efforts to create religious women in Mlipak Village.

The birth of Pancasila as an ideology and the foundation of the Indonesian nation and state certainly cannot be separated from the efforts and struggles of the founders of the Indonesian nation and one of the famous figures who initiated Pancasila was Soekarno who was also the first President of the Republic of Indonesia. In historical records, Soekarno stated that Pancasila was on one of the islands in the eastern region when he was exiled, namely Ende Island in NTT until finally as a reward the island was given the name Pancasila Island. Likewise with Kab. Situbondo, East Java, since November 10 2022 has been named the City of Santri Pancasila by the Regent of Situbondo as a tribute to KHR. As'ad Syamsul Arifin for his services as a pioneer in accepting the Single Principle of Pancasila since the New Order which was then followed up with the 1984 NU Congress in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah PP in which the obligation to accept, maintain and preserve Pancasila as the basis of the state was discussed and there was no need to contradict it. This article discusses the influence of the Pancasila Santri City on the character formation of Sukorejo Salafiyah Syafi'iyah students with research results showing that there is a big influence of struggle and appreciation for KHR services. As'ad Syamsul Arifin in forming the Pancasila character of students.  

Christian Religious Education Lessons on the formation of a person’s character is a very serous thing to be improved and fostered. The example of a Christian’s life will be even more important if that person can bring a very good Christian life and be able to implement his faith in the midst of his own social life. Christian religious education must be seriously improved, because it is related and is an intergal (whole) part in the development and improvement of human life as a whole. Which is assigned to every human being as God’s representative in proclaiming the Word of Truth in the midst of the world. Someone who has studied Christian education well is able to show positive behavior (good character), has different strengths in his actions. He has healthy ideas, faith, hope and optimism. Positive ideas emanate from his mind, as well as the law of attraction, where positive results will be attracted to people who think positively. Realization of Christian Religious Education is said to be isgnificant because it is beneficial in increasing the formation of good character and having a positive self-concept. So thus someone will appear confident with all the capabilities and wholeness owned.

Seeing that the times are increasingly advanced and everyone cannot be separated from this technology, the author hereby raises the issue of character formation through digital catechesis. This brings new opportunities and challenges in character formation. Digital catechesis, which utilizes digital media to convey catechetical messages, can be an effective tool for reaching the younger generation and helping them develop good character. This study uses qualitative methods by collecting information through literature analysis. Data collection methods involve analyzing and drawing information from various written sources, such as books, scientific journals, and articles. By utilizing technology wisely, digital catechesis can become an integral part of sustainable and meaningful character formation for individuals and their religious communication. Apart from the many benefits of this technological advancement there are also challenges, but by utilizing technology wisely, digital catechesis can become a tool. which is effective in conveying religious messages, forming character, and strengthening spiritual ties in society. Therefore, it is important for the Catholic Church and catechists to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in this digital era to continue the mission of character formation and spreading religious values.

This writing aims to examine the position and influence of the presence of Artificial Intelligence in the formation of legislation as well as the crucial role of implementing the use of Artificial Intelligence in legislative processes. The research method employed by the author is normative juridical research using data collection techniques through document studies on secondary data. The results of this writing indicate that Artificial Intelligence is a form of progress that can assist and simplify human work. However, its use must be limited by specific regulations to regulate and minimize potential threats or negative impacts. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence is limited to being a tool or supporting assistant in the legislative process. If Artificial Intelligence were to be considered a subject capable of shaping legislation, it would be nearly impossible to implement. This is due to legislation being rules derived from norms that evolve in society and are dynamic. In the end, Artificial Intelligence remains limited to providing assistance to human beings. And the realization of the use of Artificial Intelligence in the realm of law has occurred in Indonesia as well as other countries such as Singapore, China, Estonia and also the United States. These countries have utilized Artificial Intelligence in the realm of law, especially in its use as a tool for the formation of legislation.

The Indonesian state is based on Article 1, paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution that all society, its government, organs in our country must obey the laws that exist in Indonesia, and in the formation of law, legal philosophy is closely related to the philosophical aspects of law which focus on legal theory and practical problem. This includes law enforcement, conflict resolution, protection, upholding the status quo, and change to achieve a sense of justice. justice based on real and abstract legal foundations. This research uses a normative juridical research methodology, where secondary data or library sources are researched to conduct legal research through the library or online. Primary and secondary legal sources were used in this research. Primary legal sources present various relevant laws and regulations to examine how legal philosophy influences the development of Indonesian law.

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education and Character Education book material for class VII SMP students, Revised 2016, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in forming Christian character values. The data consisting of 14 chapters of Christian Religious Education and Character Education book material listed above were analyzed through library research using a qualitative approach method. The results of this research are that the material in the book Christian Religious Education and Character for Grade VII SMP students, Revised 2016, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, is effective in forming Christian Character Values, if the structure of the chapters is reconstructed according to the analytical reference: the fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22 -23 is proven by the existence of Christian Religious Education and Character Book material for Class VII Middle School Students which contains material on Christian Character Values in accordance with the reference analysis of Galatians 5:22-23 (fruit of the spirit), namely: 1). Kasih refers to the material in chapter VII, chapter X, and chapter XI changed to chapters I, II, and III, 2). Joy refers to material from chapter VI changed to chapter IV, 3). Peace and Prosperity refers to the material in chapter I and chapter V was changed to chapters V and VI, 4). Patience refers to material in chapter III and chapter IV was changed to chapters VII and VIII, 5). Mercy refers to material in chapter II and chapter VIII was changed to chapters IX and X, 6). Kindness refers to material in chapter XII changed to chapter XI, 7). Loyalty refers to material in chapter IX changed to chapter XII, 8).
