This study aims to analyze the strategies of tahfidz teachers in improving students’ Qur’anic memorization quality through a literature review approach. Memorization quality is not merely measured by the quantity of verses memorized, but also includes accuracy of recitation, fluency, consistency in muroja’ah (revision), and long-term memory retention. This research employed a literature review method by examining national and international journal articles as well as relevant academic books published between 2020 and 2025. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify themes, patterns, and research gaps related to teachers’ strategies in tahfidz learning. The findings reveal that effective tahfidz teaching strategies can be classified into four main aspects: (1) structured and consistent implementation of repetition (tikrar), (2) reinforcement of muroja’ah and periodic evaluation, (3) motivational strategies and character development, and (4) innovative learning approaches integrating collaboration and educational technology. The tikrar method is proven effective in strengthening memorization retention when supported by systematic program planning. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation, a conducive learning environment, and varied instructional methods significantly contribute to maintaining students’ memorization stability. In conclusion, improving the quality of Qur’anic memorization depends not only on repetition frequency but also on the integration of pedagogical strategies, affective-spiritual approaches, and instructional innovation. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of more comprehensive and sustainable tahfidz learning strategies.

Whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the species that is a national superior commodity. The traffic of shrimp between provinces in Indonesia showed a significant increase in the period 2014-2017 with an average growth of 74.48% per year. Things that need to be considered in distribution activities are determining the number of seeds to be transported, providing oxygen in the packaging container, optimizing the use of low temperatures to suppress metabolic activity. This study was conducted with the aim of determining different densities on survival and determining the optimal density for the survival of whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in closed transportation for 36 hours. The method in this study used an experimental method with data collection carried out through direct observation. The experimental design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatment combinations. Density consisted of 1500 individuals/2 liters, 2000/2 liters, 2500 individuals/2 liters, 3000/2 liters and 3500 individuals/2 liters. The main parameters observed were survival and the test parameters measured were DO, temperature, salinity, and pH. The results showed that the best performer was in Treatment (B) with a density of 2,000 individuals with a survival rate of 86.02%. The results of the air quality observation study showed that almost all were still at optimal levels to support the survival of whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) with an average temperature of 26.22°C. pH 7.18 – 8.08. Dissolved oxygen 3.87 – 8.06 ppm.

This article examines Indonesia’s public policy on personal data protection in light of Law No. 27/2022, which mandates the establishment of an independent Personal Data Protection Authority (PDP Authority). Despite this legal requirement (Article 58 UU PDP), no such institution has been formed. As a result, there is currently no supervisory authority with the mandate to audit compliance, impose administrative sanctions, or resolve data protection disputes. Enforcement of the law has thus remained reactive rather than preventive, with violations prosecuted only after harm occurs. Experts warn that without a strong implementing agency, deterrence is weak: administrative sanctions cannot be effectively applied and punished violations continue unchecked. Cybersecurity analysts even describe this gap as a national digital protection crisis, as personal data leaks (e.g. millions of citizens’ records exposed in recent breaches) continue unabated. Using a normative legal research approach and literature review, this study analyzes how the lack of the mandated PDP Authority undermines the effectiveness of data protection in Indonesia. The article reviews relevant legal theory on regulatory independence and deterrence, and compares with international best practices (e.g. EU/GDPR). We find that the absence of the agency creates serious implementation gaps, and we urge the government to immediately form the PDP Authority and clarify its powers.

This study is motivated by the increasing complexity of financing coordination between the National Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) and supplementary health insurance providers under the Coordination of Benefits (KAPJ) scheme, which creates potential claim disputes and administrative risks for hospitals. Although Minister of Health Decree No. HK.01.07/MENKES/1117/2025 regulates payment allocation and membership verification mechanisms, it does not explicitly recognize pre-admission confirmation as a preventive legal protection instrument. This research aims to analyze the normative position of pre-admission confirmation within the KAPJ framework, conceptualize it as a preventive legal protection mechanism, and formulate a proportional implementation model. The study employs a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches through literature review of relevant regulations and scholarly works. The findings indicate that pre-admission confirmation possesses implicit normative legitimacy through membership verification obligations and system integration requirements, and functions as a risk allocation mechanism that clarifies payment responsibilities prior to service delivery. Its implementation enhances legal certainty, reduces fraud potential, and minimizes claim disputes, provided that access to emergency medical services remains guaranteed.

Social Studies (IPS) learning at the elementary school level plays a strategic role in shaping students’ understanding of social, cultural, and economic life, as well as national values. This study aims to analyze the differences between the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum in IPS learning, including planning, implementation, the use of methods and media, and the assessment of learning outcomes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study, collecting data from curriculum documents, lesson plans (RPP), syllabi, classroom observations, interviews with teachers and school principals, and student questionnaires. The results indicate that the 2013 Curriculum provides a clear learning structure, detailed lesson plans, and systematic material organization that facilitates teachers, but it is less flexible and less contextualized for students. In contrast, the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes flexibility, relevance of content to the local context, innovative methods such as project-based learning and blended learning, as well as holistic assessment focusing on critical thinking skills, social literacy, and student character. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can enhance students’ learning interest, active participation, understanding of social concepts, and social awareness; however, its effectiveness depends on teacher readiness, school support, facilities, and consistency in assessment. These findings suggest that selecting an appropriate IPS curriculum should consider a balance between structure and flexibility, content relevance, teacher competence, and supporting facilities.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health problem with high morbidity and mortality rates, particularly in high-burden countries such as Indonesia. Nutritional status is one of the important factors influencing the incidence and outcomes of TB. This literature review aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and pulmonary tuberculosis based on recent national and international studies. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Portal Garuda using the keywords “nutritional status” and “tuberculosis” as well as “status gizi tuberculosis” within the period of 2019–2024. Eligible articles were analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that poor nutritional status is significantly associated with an increased risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. Malnutrition impairs cellular immunity, particularly T-lymphocyte and macrophage function, thereby increasing susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Conversely, active TB infection can worsen nutritional status through increased energy expenditure, decreased appetite, and metabolic alterations. This bidirectional relationship highlights the crucial role of nutritional interventions in TB prevention and management. Therefore, improving nutritional status should be considered an integral component of tuberculosis control strategies.

Character education faces significant challenges due to digital disruption and globalization that trigger moral degradation in adolescents. In Purwakarta Regency, the "7 Poe Atikan" policy through Regent Regulation No. 69 of 2015 was implemented as a transformative solution based on local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the implementation mechanism, the character values formed, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the "7 Poe Atikan" program for students of SMPN 1 Maniis. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive literature method. Data are sourced from official documents, educational reports, and related scientific articles over the past seven years. The analysis shows that the implementation of "7 Poe Atikan" in Maniis District effectively internalizes the values of nationalism and love of culture through concrete practices such as the use of Basa Indung (mother language) and traditional clothing. However, significant challenges were found in the Betah di Imah aspect which indicates the still weak synergy between schools and parents. The implementation of "7 Poe Atikan" at SMPN 1 Maniis has successfully created an educational ecosystem that adapts to local wisdom, although strengthening collaboration with the family environment remains a priority for the sustainability of students' holistic character.

This community service program aimed to strengthen national insight and soft skills among ADik scholarship students through a participatory and reflective mentoring approach. Many students come from underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions with diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, requiring contextual guidance to internalize national values and develop essential interpersonal competencies. The program combined interactive socialization, group discussions, and value reflection activities to encourage active participation and personal engagement. The method emphasized dialogic learning rather than one-way lectures, allowing students to relate national values to their lived experiences. The findings revealed noticeable behavioral changes, including increased confidence in expressing opinions, stronger participation in discussions, improved communication skills, and heightened awareness of ethical conduct and financial responsibility as scholarship recipients. The emergence of several students as informal local leaders during discussions indicated early signs of social transformation at the individual level. This program demonstrates that reflective and participatory mentoring can effectively foster character building, leadership, and contextual national awareness among university students. The implications suggest that similar approaches can be adopted in student development programs to promote sustainable character formation, especially for students from diverse and remote regions.

Cassava is one of the strategic agricultural commodities in Indonesia, contributing significantly to national production, particularly in several major producing provinces. In addition to the challenge of declining harvested areas, cassava processing activities also generate agricultural waste that poses environmental risks. In Purwasari Village, Dramaga Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, household-scale cassava processing industries produce solid waste in the form of cassava peels, which are not optimally managed and are commonly discarded in the surrounding environment. This cassava waste has the potential to cause environmental pollution, unpleasant odours, and negative impacts on public health. One sustainable alternative for managing this cassava waste is the use of cassava peels as a raw material for composting. This study aimed to identify problems associated with cassava peel waste and to assess members of the Taruna Tani Millennial Farmer Group's interest in compost production using cassava peels. The research was conducted from December 2024 to June 2025 using a community-based assistance approach. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires involving 20 respondents. The results showed that the main problems associated with cassava peel waste include waste accumulation, limited processing facilities, and low community awareness. Farmers’ interest in cassava peel composting was generally categorized as high, with an average score of 77%, although several indicators remained at a moderate level. Extension activities and hands-on demonstrations were proven to enhance farmers’ understanding, interest, and participation. With sustained educational support and adequate facilities, the use of cassava peel compost has strong potential to promote environmentally friendly, sustainable agricultural waste management.

One of the most contentious topics in modern Islamic family law is polygamous marriage, especially in plural legal systems like Indonesia where national laws and human rights concepts collide with religious standards. With an emphasis on the pursuit of substantive justice within both Islamic and national legal paradigms, this study uses a socio-legal framework to analyze Indonesia's reform of polygamous marriage law. In order to evaluate the efficacy of current legal regulations, such as Law No. 1 of 1974 as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019 and the Compilation of Islamic Law, this study combines the principles of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah with socio-legal theory, drawing on normative-theological analysis and qualitative doctrinal research. The results show that normative legal ideals and actual socio-legal reality continue to diverge. The ability of statutory rules to provide women and children with meaningful protection is limited because, although they set stringent procedural requirements to prevent polygamy, their execution frequently remains formalistic and institutionally constricted. Furthermore, the achievement of justice as envisioned in Islamic ethical principles is undermined by the persistence of dominant patriarchal legal cultures in influencing judicial procedures and public attitudes. In order to reframe polygamy as a conditional socio-ethical institution rather than an inalienable legal privilege, this paper suggests a reform-oriented legal framework. The study promotes a contextualized view of Islamic law that is consistent with both international human rights norms and constitutional ideals by placing a strong emphasis on substantive justice, gender fairness, and public benefit. The results provide policy-relevant insights for creating a more just and socially responsive family law system in Indonesia and add to the ongoing discussions on Islamic legal reform.

Air pollution constitutes a significant environmental problem with far-reaching impacts on public health, quality of life, and ecosystem sustainability, particularly in urban areas and industrial zones in Indonesia. Although the national environmental legal framework has adopted the principle of strict liability through Law Number 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, its implementation in air pollution cases continues to face substantial challenges, especially with regard to the proof and assessment of non-material damages. Non-material damages such as disturbances to living comfort, deterioration of environmental quality, psychological stress, and health-related anxiety are intangible in nature and lack clear measurement standards, resulting in their frequent exclusion or inadequate consideration in environmental civil litigation. This study aims to analyze the legal basis for the application of the strict liability principle to air pollution cases in Indonesia, identify relevant forms of non-material damage, and examine the implications of the absence of standardized methods for assessing such damages on legal certainty and the effectiveness of corporate liability enforcement. The research employs a normative legal research method with a library-based approach, incorporating statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials are analyzed qualitatively using a descriptive-analytical method, drawing upon legislation, court decisions, and scholarly literature on environmental law and environmental damage valuation. The findings indicate that the absence of standardized criteria for assessing non-material damages leads to evidentiary difficulties, inconsistent court decisions, and a weakened deterrent effect on polluting corporations, thereby preventing the full realization of victims’ rights to effective remedies. This study underscores the urgency of developing an integrated national technical guideline for the assessment of non-material environmental damages based on scientifically grounded valuation methods, as well as the need for cross-institutional policy harmonization to strengthen legal certainty, access to justice for affected communities, and corporate accountability in controlling air pollution.

Based on Law No. 11 of 2006 and Qanun Aceh No. 4 of 2010, the Government of Aceh has special authority in implementing prioritized health services for poor communities as part of its special autonomy. In practice, the Aceh Health Insurance (JKA) program provides health coverage for all Acehnese residents, including underprivileged groups, by covering insurance contributions and several referral and companion costs not fully guaranteed by the national health insurance system. This study aims to analyze the implementation system of JKA, examine the responsibility of the Aceh Government in providing health insurance for its citizens, and evaluate the government’s obligation to pay contributions for poor participants. This research uses an empirical juridical method with a sociological approach and utilizes both primary and secondary data. The results show that several provisions in the Qanun as the legal basis for JKA implementation are not fully aligned with field conditions and the Social Security Administrator Law. In practice, the Aceh Government bears insurance contributions and various referral costs for residents, including poor communities. Although the obligation to pay contributions for the poor has been implemented, funding for referral transportation, companions, and their consumption has not been fully covered, especially for inter-regional advanced healthcare services. Therefore, the Aceh Government needs to revise Article 43 of Qanun Aceh No. 4 of 2010 and evaluate the JKA program to ensure more targeted healthcare financing.

The mental health crisis in Indonesia is increasingly alarming, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, social stigma, and unequal access to professional services. A clinical approach alone is not enough to address this complex problem. This study offers a novelty in the form of an integrative approach: revitalizing the role of families and communities based on Islamic values (rahmah, ta'awun, shabr, syura, tarbiyah ruhiyah) combined with the use of digital social communities as a medium for education, discussion, and support systems. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, reviewing national and international literature, social support theory (Cohen & Wills, 1985), religious coping (Koenig, 2012), and Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory (1979). The results of the study show that families play a strategic role in the prevention, assistance, and referral of mental health cases, while digital communities are effective as spaces for education and emotional validation, with scalability and anonymity as their main strengths. Concrete strategies offered include family education, stigma-free campaigns on social media, spiritual care hotlines, and cross-sector collaboration. This approach is in line with the collectivist culture of Indonesian Muslim society and is more adaptive in the digital era. This research is expected to serve as a conceptual foundation for practical programs, public policy, and further research to create a more caring, stigma-free, and resilient society in the face of mental health crises.

Health services in Indonesia are no longer positioned solely as social services but have also developed into business activities managed professionally. This development gives rise to legal consequences that necessitate the regulation of health business law in order to ensure the quality of health services and to protect patients’ rights as consumers of health services. This study aims to analyze the role of health business law as an instrument in ensuring the quality of health services in Indonesia, particularly following the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. The research method employed is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Primary legal materials include Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Secondary legal materials are obtained from textbooks and scientific journals relevant to business law and health law. The results of the study indicate that health business law plays a strategic role in controlling health service business practices through the regulation of licensing, service quality standards, patient safety, legal liability of business actors, and consumer protection mechanisms. The consistent and equitable implementation of health business law is able to ensure the quality of health services without disregarding humanitarian values, professional ethics in health services, and the objectives of national health development.
